Just such generic crap. Foods never good. Service is fine as long as you don't need to change anything. Not often I go to tims anymore. Way better options for coffee.
Asked for a sesame seed bagel and got an everything bagel after 5 mins of back and forth with the staff telling me “it’s only sesame on it but we call it everything bagel here”. What I got was a normal everything bagel, that had more than just sesame seeds on it as the staff described to me which doesn’t make any sense and was unnecessarily frustrating. Really poor quality of service here. Haven’t had this happen at Tim Hortons anywhere else in the country or province. I’m not sure if maybe they had ran out/didn’t have any at the time I placed the order, but the bare minimum expectation would be that the staff would just tell me this instead of gaslighting me to believe sesame bagels are called everything bagels in Prince Albert, SK.
Food is good but please fix the ramp when entering from street to tim and sub. Not good for cars and business.
Ordered 3 different drinks (tea's) got 3 coffee's. Rushed customer service.
Went in got a old tea no sugar, went thru drive thru after that still old tea no sugar. Threw both in garbage.
Went in and ordered, guy made our coffees then went to help the next person. Normal right? Well, they must have forgot our breakfast sandwiches and we stood there with the idiot watching us. When we finally ask he says what did you order? What you just took it. Then proceeded to make a farmer wrap without the hashbrown and raw bacon. Never going there again
We tried their egg puff pastry and it's yummy! As always, their coffee is delicious, service is quick. Ambitious can be improved. Overall it's a great place for a quick bite and tasty coffee at reasonable cost.
Doubt I would return here ever. I have walked out 3 times now during the week of Oct 1~7 2023 as well as quite a few times on other dates. You wait inside until they finish prioritizing the lazy drive through customers. Most times, in the early morning there is only one counter server with lines of people waiting. Oct 3rd 2023, three of us left without ordering, as again.....priority to the drive through is given. Customer service is not something that Horton's provides any longer. I am not about to call some 1~800 number to voice my concerns to deaf ears. If the owner of this location can not figure out there is a problem, they should either sell it to someone that cares and understands what customer service is, or start working the counter for the next few months to get a grasp on what some of these ongoing issues are. This is not rocket science. I have never seen the owner here work the counter ever as inn step in to help when inside is busy. To prove what happens, we had one of us go to the drive through and I went inside. The drive through line was longer than the line inside, yet still our drive through order was filled long before we were. How do we know?.....we stayed on the phone to each other to gauge what was happening in real time. The owners can make all the excuses they want, but they are out of touch! Shame on you!!!
I enjoyed their turkey bacon club the way they used to make it, now the way they make it is very decent.
Stopped for sandwich and coffee.

Tim Hortons store located @ 32nd Street & 2nd Avenue West was the first coffee shop I went in 2006, when I first moved to Prince Albert. Since then, Ive seen three other ones spring up. I wish I owed one, I would put over close to 15th Avenue & 15th Street East!!

I really have no complaints! The service was fast n friendly. The restaurant was clean & welcoming. And the food and drink was great. The order was correct (which often at many fast food restaurants can be an issue). I also do enjoy the updated menu to keep up with customers desires. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly!
I just stopped by to grab an ice cap a snacker chicken snacker and iced cap Kid-friendliness: Theres high chairs and very friendly staff that will assist you with your children to get you a high chair and Ill come right to you and serve you very kid friendly I have children of my own and thats where we used to go well theyre adults now but when they were young Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessible parking is right in front

They are not open 24/7. Unlike other timmies this Tim doesnt open at 5. They refused to give order and open door at 5.55. Guy in the drive thru. Is very rude

A deaf indigenous man had went into tim hortons trying to communicate with the workers. However the workers did not take the time to see what he had wanted and wanted him just to leave and one worker started shaking her hands as a way to imitate sign language and the workers were smiling/laughing. Extremely unprofessional. The indigenous man was a user but got upset at the woman moving her hands and telling him to leave. That is not how you conduct business even if someone is a user. If you are someone with a disability or indigenous, do not give your business here. I have worked with so many users and interacting with users almost everyday and have not once been attacked or anything. I believe the man acted out in frustration over the workers imitating sign language and laughing smiling in his face. I will contacting the deaf association, lawyer, head office about this.

Extremely slow, they do not care about serving lobby guests. Theyll have 8 people working drive thru but only one person on till, and that person takes their time. They have consistently displayed this every time I come here. Indoor service requires a lawn chair with how long it takes. Absolutely abysmal. Edit: after weeks, they still cant make an ice capp properly. Its always super runny.

Heading out of the city I stopped at the tim Hortons at the bottom of the hill and had my order messed up (had something I was allergic to), went to this Tims and asked if there was any way they could fix it and they happily did even though it wasnt their issue. The lady helping me was so friendly and sweet and was training a new fella. As someone who trains people (and did at Tims for many years) it is awesome to see that service being taught to the new employees! You guys are awesome!!

Great quick bite - shocking amount of veggie options if you ask for it. I like the biscuit sandwich with egg and cheese or a bagel with cream cheese but adding lettuce and tomato ($0.60 more). Vegetarian options: Bagels, grilled cheese, egg sandwich, BELT (without bacon).

Stay away from these crooks. Everything you order a bottle of water they give you the expensive smart water instead of the Tims bottled water. Even if you ask for the Tims water they dont show you the debit machine. You just tap your card and they dont even ask they just give you the expensive water Today was the forth time they have tried this. Its so dishonest and the franchisee should lose his store. They even told me they are out of Tims water but when I demanded it they gave me a cold one. The workers dont give any care about doing the right thing. When I ask to talk to the manager they always tell me they are not in. Stay away from this place.

I just Luv Tim Hortons coffee and their great variety of select beverages. You cant beat the taste of their Iced Coffee and smooth smoothies. Ive tried their chili and Cream of Potato Soup n they were delicious!! The Apple Fritters, plain Cake Donuts, little Timmies Donut Balls, and Carrot Muffins with the Cream Cheese filling is superb!! Best of all, is topping off my desserts with their infamously fine ground coffee beans roasted to perfection making their coffee one of the best coffees to beat in the world!! If you want a great meal with a great coffee to complete it, race to your nearest Tim Hortons Coffee shop for excellent service with a Tim Hortons Smile!!

I enjoy a cup or two of tummies coffees. I like there BLT breakfast meal. Nithing beats the meal in my books. I enjoy it atleast 1once a week. Yum
Very Poor customer service, I ordered lemonade with less ice and they give me half filled cup and said owner said if someone want less ice or no ice fill only what we need to fill with full ice and leave rest of the cup empty as rest of the empty cup supposed to be fill with ice. They are not using common sense that how they can serve half filled cup, I Think they need to be trained properly or if owner tell employees to do this kind of thinks, then I think we need to stop going to this location. Same owner has 2 more Tim Hortons in town but they never did this before. I hope owner will review this post and appropriate steps will be taken to provide better customer service.

Messed up my drinks, used cream instead of milk, gave me a normal lemonade when I asked for strawberry, and waited 20 minutes for a bagel and they gave me the wrong one.
My son and I stopped for a snack and a drink. I had the fruit explosion muffin, it was great. I was not impressed with the luke warm bottle of water I paid a good amount of money for.

Unfortunately this and all thier other stores in prince albert are without donuts a lot of the time. When I asked when a good time to come in for a good choice of donuts I was told in the morning. To me this makes no sense. This store is advertising 24/7 so should they not have a better prediction strategy and have a decent assortment the whole time they are open? The staff are fairly friendly. The store is reasonably clean. They need more donuts!

Disappointed that tims will not make a wrap the way I would like. Once it is grilled I cant open it to put ketchup in it without destroying it and making a mess. McDonalds is right next door and makes orders as per the customer. I guess they have lost my familys business.

Tims lately , I dont know is it just me but ever since COVID hit are they ever slow , I find it faster going through MC Donalds drive through and their coffee taste good , also I think they should put people who speak clear English its frustrating when you are in a hurry and Im not understood or I cant understand them .

Gotta do something about the junkies hanging around here. My son and I along with a few others we met up with stopped here early morning for our coffee and breakfast and the junkies are all over the parking lot and digging through trash cans. (Yes I know the difference between junkies and homeless..) my 14 year old son didnt even want to sit in the truck locked to wait for me. Private security guard is not that expensive and you would attract more customers if the felt safer to come to your business.. I know P.A has a problem with this but as a business you can do better. Not Recommended at all.

The worst Tims I have been too. Very slow and unfriendly staff. There was a line out the door and a the driver through was backed up to the road. I honestly dont understand how a team could possibly be that slow, as they werent understaffed. If you are in a rush please save yourself some frustration and DONT GO HERE.

I went for a coffee at tim Hortons and the coffee was good but the service wasnt really that great..I ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches as well which werent to bad but like I said the service was not that great..I waited way to long for my coffee and food which should never happen they should hire one or two extra staff so they dont leave customers waiting to long for their food and not to be racist or prejudiced to the staff but I noticed that they only had immigrants working and they were either from india or the Philippines and to me that is not right but that is my thoughts and opinions for that morning and for tim tim Hortons on 2nd ave west and 31st st

It is very clean inside. Nice place to have a breakfast and coffee in Prince Albert.
Usually very good, however the last 2 times we have stopped there, we waited for 25 minutes for our food. There was a misunderstanding regarding a different order and ours was cancelled while I was standing waiting. London fog was tasteless and iced coffee had no flavor.

Coffee and sandwiches are good, be mindful of condiments, double check your order before leaving this location its notorious for bad service. After 8, menu selection is limited, the three soups become one type and thats Chili.

I don t know about your workers but I enjoy coffee at Tim s and I like it to be mixed my way! If your crew makes a mistake they should fix it before serving it! I ordered a large I expect a large NOT an extra large. Your staff saying 0h it s okay we ll just give you an extra large, but you only paid for a large is not proper customer service. I m sorry but if I wanted an extra large and I would have ordered that and asked for more cream/sugar then I originally ordered for my large. It took me a long time to figure out exactly how I like my Large coffee (3 sweetener/2 cream). I do not like and XL 3s/2c. You just ruined my coffee and yes I expect you to remake it as I ordered it. You don t go to McDonald and order a cheeseburger but the make you a mcchicken and just tell you it s okay you can have mcchicken but we only charge you for a cheeseburger. Why would my coffee order be any different! Just absolutely not impressed with all Tim Hortons locations in PA lately.
