I bought a sandwich lastnight and I didn't take a bite until I got home.... Tell me why whomever made it thought it was at all okay to serve me a foul, rancid smelling sandwich. The lettuce is literally rotten and it was the most disgusting bite of a sandwich I've had in my life. Just after holding it I had to wash my hands because it SMELLS? If I had my windows closed in my kitchen and a less plugged nose I would've smelt it in time but this yuck!
Drive thru can be long at times but moves quickly. Dining in has always been adequate for me. Good restaurant, great employees who are always pleasant, and good food.
Everytime!! Order is wrong!! Ordered steeped tea got coffee again!!! Do you guys only hear coffee over the microphone in the drive thru?
I literally went there 2 days in a row and they gave me the wrong order. First I asked for the Nutella ice Capp, but they’ve given me the mocha one. Then today I asked for the Nutella croissant, once again they got it wrong and have given me a donut. Didn’t realize until I’ve gotten back home.
After bought some groceries in Walmart, My friend and I when to Timhortons cornerstone at the drive thru. The crew immediately greeted us thru speaker. We ordered a coffee 2large DD. After taking our orders. They invite us to proceed to the window. The lady staff greeted us genuinely with smile. Her name is Marife. She is very loveable lady and I can tell her service is exceptional. She is very polite and kind. When we are done. I asked for a receipt and she handed over right away. I did the survey to simply recognize her great service towards customer . Keep it up Marife, and congratulations Sheryl you are lucky to have that kind of employee. She’s do love her job and it’s evident thru her actions. Continue doing great guys you made our day in simple cup of coffee and an exceptional service.
If I could I would give no stars, the worst customer service at any tim Hortons I've ever been too. Will not be going again , Marquis road timmies 100% better
Terrible service! I accidentally went past the speaker and then couldn't reverse because there was a car behind me. They would not take my order at the window even though I advised I couldn't back up. Tim Hortons food is bad and coffee is terrible. I like a couple of their retro donuts and that is all. I will no longer be going to this Tim's ever.

Coffee changed for the worse. The change of coffee suppliers did not help the coffee taste. Maybe less food varieties but better coffee?

The other half and I each grabbed a turkey bacon sandwich and 1 hour later our stomachs where rocking all night. What the heck was in that sandwich?

Always love the food I get from this location, staff is always friendly and they always get my drinks and food on point. I m a fan of their breakfast sandwiches, wraps, coffee and steeped tea.

This place was absolutely disgraceful today - the lack of service and unfriendly staff made me hesitant to even order. The parking lot had people parking every which way (who uses the lines anyway!!) And one lady was even blocking the exit for the drive through. They gave me the wrong coffee from what i ordered but i felt amiss even bringing it up because the staff was so uninviting.
A perfect coffee place and particularly this location is quite big so one can sit back and relax.

Asked for a blueberry bagel with no cheese and got a cheese bagel and having a bad allergy to cheese, not good. Service was sub-par, very angry looking barista. And PLEASEspeak English, it works
Drive thru service is fairly quick and accurate, maybe 1 or 2 orders mixed up out of literally hundreds placed and always happily corrected, sometimes with a free coffee voucher.
Its just very funny.. Ive been to this place three times and never I was satisfied it seems like Im not in Canada where people speak English but in some place I dont know where because people speak English everywhere these days Every single time I would go there its a problem to make an order to order coffee which is just mind blowing Today I got a coupon for a coffee of any size, after getting getting into this reward system(which seems like not to be working, last time they charged me for four cops when I ordered two) and they told me that latte is not a coffee BS Its been a headache, I would rather get Starbucks where I can order anything and I know I will get it.
It has its moments like any business in Prince Albert, street people like to take advantage of hanging around alot when security is not there, full time and Prince Albert Police Services take their lovely time to respond, when called! Update 07/03/23: 24/7 drive thru only, no morning coffee after a shift Just had the worst experience, I ordered food and waited half an hour just to get a refund, Im disgusting and disappointed in the work ethic put in. Now I have to work on an empty stomach, quite pathetic for a fast food restaurant. Glad I kept my cool and didnt do anything rash, I really hope Tim Hortons will contact me through email or something, this happened on Aug 22 at 12:30 to 1pm. This is the second time this happened and I hear it happens often

Tim Hortons in cornerstone is my go to for Tim Hortons. Staff is friendly and a good atmosphere to sit and eat. Security there is friendly and approachable.
They are very hard workers there, its a place that never stops.

My favorite place to grab a xl triple triple when they mix it right.
Usually this place is a five star as iv never had a problem but today I go my usual 2 hash browns and bagel and the hash browns where moldy, now it wouldn t bother me if I could just talk to someone to make sure no one else gets moldy food but they don t answer phones so here I am with moldy food at work with no answer and no way to leave a message.

My friend & I sat by the cozy fire place & enjoyed a good visit with our coffees & snack. Atmosphere was cheerful as its getting close to Christmas & their was a security guard by the door to protect the customers. Too many people loitering these days not to have good security. Thanks Tim Hortons

Be sure to check your order on the screen because its difficult for the workers to understand and more now that you are required to wear a mask. The coffee is as fresh as it can be and the muffins taste better when heated.
Check your orders they dont always get them right
We have 3coffee for the road.
For some reason the machines cannot switch out 2% milk for cream for a London Fog even though for every other drink on their menu the milk and cream or skim milk can be chosen. Ive been denied orders over 10 dollars due to this more than three times. Very unprofessional and impatient. Ive even called corporate and they say its interesting why its been denied. Olympia the manager may have thought she makes the rules.
