Had the two meat three cheese with fries and a drink over all it was good. But why call it two meats there was no bacon and only one cheese on the sandwich. Did not even look like it is advertised. Place is needing to be up dated dirty carpets. But staff was friendly and working on cleaning tables.
The lady there does not have a sense to talk. let me tell you. I was a dasher and had the order of the customer. They did not pack the drinks and when the customer called the store, the lady at store said that the dasher has stolen the drinks. But when I went at the store to give the proof that I did not get the drinks for my customer and the lady was lying, she started screaming and commenting on me. She said every dasher steals drinks. What a non sense lady. She did that in the front of manager. No body should go there. Even the guy who packed the order said that I did not give the drinks. That lady should be fired right away.
Ordered a Jr Buffalo Chicken from here, and they sent me this.
I ordered the 3 piece chicken strips which are not cheap, and these are the 3 strips I received. Pathetic, looks like a kids nugget meal. Not impressed
Usually love this location. Yesterday changed my mind. Normally staff will hand you coupons, this time we had 2 pages from our last visit. So Yesterday we decided to cut them, and use a couple while leaving the rest for other customers. Well now, Lita if that is her name (Caucasian, 20's maybe with horrible teeth) treated us like criminals, reaching across over the till and tried grabbing the coupons saying we can't give them to others or leave them. OK? Strange since we've literally used coupons off the counter before and most staff would hand you coupons if you asked before you even order! Okay no big deal....except this coupon hater watched us eat, every time we got up for napkins, drink, whatever she was watching us like criminals around jewelry. Literally glaring at us the entire visit with some type of angry vendetta towards us. It was extremely hard not to get angry at, but we left without being rude back. Literally watched us walk out as well. She should be fired for her behavior and as well for not understanding that coupons literally make people try new things, spend more than they normally would, or save money and come back again. I tried something new because of the coupons Yesterday. Going to walk out instantly if I ever see her working upfront ever again. Literally never felt so discusting in my life and it's all because of coupons and coupon hating staff.

If I could I'd rate it minus. I ordered 2 of each slider as they we 1.99 each all day(see coupon below) also ordered 9 piece chicken nuggets and a turkey and Swiss. He said he'd give the total at the window. Drove up and told 68.00. That did not add up as per my calculations so I asked. He says we'll it's expensive here that's why I don't eat here. I still said it doesn't add up. He asked if I wanted to cancel anything no just wanted to clarify the amount. I had already paid so asked for receipt. Was in the bottom of the bag. Started to review it and I was sold all 14 sliders at 2.49 each. I told him that it was wrong he says I know. I asked if I could speak to the manager. Told he's too busy. And for me to call tomorrow at noon (wouldn't that also be a busy time?) He closed the window saying we are busy right now. I said how rude then pulled away deciding to call once home. Get home and check it over compared to what was in the bags. And realiE there is also a baked potato and a beef n cheese (classic) which I did not order nor was it in the package. Total 18.00 plus taxes more on my bill. Tried calling and no answer. This is not the first time things like this have happened at this arbys. Soo frustrating and think I'll not get my money back if I wait until tomorrow as how do I prove it then?
Milkshake was warm kept sipping to see if it would get any colder, didnt get colder at all, reuban sandwich was warm not hot, couldn't finish....not very good tasting, wouldn't recommend

Its Arbys ..nice for a change.. however customers have to pay an extra .25 for a small pkg of Horsey Sauce which should automatically accompany any beef serving. Just had plain beef with no condiments on a bun today and it was barely warm. Disappointed.
I recently had the pleasure of being served by Shahead at Arbys drive-thru. I must say, her exceptional service left a lasting impression. Shaheads warmth and kindness shone through as she efficiently took my order, making the entire experience enjoyable. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set her apart. With such exemplary qualities, its evident that Shahead not only deserves recognition but also a promotion to a management position. Arbys would undoubtedly benefit from having someone as dedicated and customer-focused as Shahead in a leadership role. She deserves not just a raise but the opportunity to contribute even more to the success of the team.

Worst Arbys we have eaten at. Lady training a new person needed someone to show her how to ring in the order. Sandwich was cold, fries over cooked. Did not ri g the bell. First time in 3 years of eating at Arbys.

Their new burger is excellent, best fastfood burger out there... Parking: No problem finding a parking spot.. Kid-friendliness: My son enjoyed ringing the bell for good service.. Wheelchair accessibility: They had handicapped parking available.
Crinkle fries are awesome. Way better than Mc D cardboard sticks.
Me and my friends visit this place and the manager was really rude. She don t know how to talk with customers and I felt like she is being a racist to us. I will never visit this place again :(

Bill charged twice had to go into restaurant said would be fixed still not credited while my meal got cold. Gave phone number did call would be corrected in 3 days which it hasnt been
I walked through the drive thru but realized the store was closed. That s okay I thought to myself as I noticed they had spilled ketchup outside the store. I cleaned it up but it tasted somewhat odd. Maybe next time the store will be open. I hope the ketchup is the regular kind.

Awesome service, I mean exceptional, really. They deserve a mention on this for sure. The food, well, if havent ever had an Arbys, but are a meat lover, youre missing out. There are options for everyone, curly fries, baked potatoes, and the shakes are yummy. Go for it, if you are contemplating!! This will take care of your meal decisions for a while.

Just came back from Arby s at cornerstone in Prince Albert got billed for two sandwiches and never got any. I ordered a number 2 with extra bacon when I opened it up it just looked like beef with some slimy white sauce on the meat so I thought I got the wrong sandwich and proceeded to go back threw the drive thru. I handed her the sandwhich at the window and two of them pawed threw the beef to show me the bacon was rolled up in the beef, I told her I wanted a refund and she handed the machine out so my husband tapped it again thinking it was refunded. Then she slammed the window shut so I thought it was done even waited for a couple minutes. Came home and found out I was billed for two sandwiches not a refund and two different prices and didn t get one. I called when I got home to talk to the manager and it was the same one that was working cash. She told me they don t give refunds and she charged me for another sandwich I told her that she should have said that at the window. She offered me at first a free meal for two coupon then she said it was a sandwich a drink and fries for one. This lady was so stupid she couldn t even spell my name do I just hung up. I use to always eat at Arby s but not ever again.

We stop here when passing through on the way to the lake. The food is always good. The service is quick and courteous. The last time we were there, they made our food fresh. Took a couple extra minutes but was definitely worth the wait. Very happy with this location and would recommend.

I always enjoy the food; HOWEVER, if you advertise youre open til ten, dont tell.me I cant have a sandwich at 9:55. How hard is it to slice some beef, throw it on a bun, and serve it to a drive thru?? And then to be blown off, by whichever supervisor is on shift at lunchtime, today, was even less thrilling. Still like the food, Ill keep coming back, but pay attention to what the customer wants. I pay your wages.

Went here twice. Ordered the beef and cheddar came as just a classic. The second time I ordered I was sure that I was clear when I said beef and cheddar. Cant get my order right I can go elsewhere.

Gyro was not I expected. I ordered 4 of them today via drive thru, was so excited to eat them when I got home only to find out the meat was basically the one they use in their normal sandwich. Only lettuce for veggies. I did not mind waiting for their long line up... but if someone has to wait, they should at least make the order right! Dissapointed... The manager of this place has a disgrace and ignorant to his staff. He treats 5tem like they are dogs and working cause in jail. He literally has the staff on thier hands and knees with a scrub brush and some kind utensil scraping the floors between the cracks. How disgusting for staff. Then when my friend and I approaced the manger about it he told us to get out. He knew it was the truth . He was treating his staff like dogs

Expensive! One of the most expensive fast food restaurant in town. Quality and service not inline with price. Slow drive thru, drinks are 75% ice and food is dry and cold. Feels like I wasted my money every time I go here.
