3863 2 Ave W, Prince Albert, SK S6W 1A1, Canada
Straightforward hotel offering modern rooms, plus a free breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi & parking.
The building is nice and cozy, located behind the CDN Tire. Staff were accommodating to our requests. I would return. Area of town has some people living tough times and have no issues requesting things from you.
We stayed there are encountered bed bugs, when told the front desk they told us that they were all new beds and weren’t shocked about any of this. We checked out at 4am and the night worker had the audacity to yell at me and my children. It seemed like he knew about the problem! It’s a gong show there!!
This hotel is what it is. It was clean and acceptable for a place to spend a short stopover, but there’s newer options nearby to check out first.
Stayed here 3 weeks for work in May 2024, it’s on the cheaper side so expectations were low. Different room each week, all the rooms were dirty. Had plumbing and toilet problems in 2 rooms (had to double flush all the time to get clean water, even on number 1), all comforters had weird stains. Stains on the walls and other objects, everywhere you look has stains or sticky spots. Found a big ole chunk of old meat under the ROLLING office chair! A colleague ended up with the same room for a second week (by chance, we all checked in and out every weekend) and found the earplugs he used for sleeping still sitting from the previous week, again “fresh room”. The last check in took the cake, come back from work covered in dirt ready to clean up, no soap in the “fresh” room. Go to front desk to get some “we are out of soap” , I asked if they were going to buy some and they said they just ordered it and didn’t know when it would be there. So had to go back out to get my own soap (the thing they should have done), but I guess a hotel with no soap gives you an idea how clean everything is…. The old ladies that run the breakfast are pleasant, might be a better stay if you sleep in the breakfast area. Vagrants wander the parking lot constantly, make sure you lock your vehicles and keep them cleaned out, but that’s more of a city problem than hotel problem. Sorry I didn’t take pictures of the floor meat but I saw some other recent review pictures on here that capture the essence perfectly.
I don’t normally write reviews but after my experience here, I felt like I should. Upon check in we found a blood stain and what appeared to be seaman on the blanket and we noticed The Toilet paper roll holder was missing . We asked the maid service to change out the sheets and blanket and everything would be fine. They change the sheets and we come back from supper, upon arrival we check the sheets again and to our surprise the sheets are once again full of blood stains, move on to the bathroom to shower and there was no shower curtain. We requested to be moved to another room and the man working said ‘well why didnt you check the room after checking in?’ And we did. We had requested for the sheets to be properly changed and went about our evening expecting it to be fixed. Anyway literally 5 rooms later and still ALL of them had blood and/or pee stains on the sheets. We ended up getting a refund and told tough luck on finding a new place to stay as we aren’t from Prince Albert and it was 9pm.
~ The bathroom door hinge wasn't connected properly and is hard to close,,,I tried to notify the front but there was no answer...so I went to the front and couldn't find them. I gave up thinking its not such a big deal since the door could close n lock.. as i went to shower i couldnt close the door and when i did, I accidentally smashed the mirror that was on the door; ... i was charged 375 for two nights then another 597.75 for one more night and another charge for 200 !! Not acceptable !!! They said i did it !!! I called the manager and he said that i was at fault ~
The room was okay for the price. It was an overnight stop, so we didn't check out breakfast or any other amenities. The rooms need updating and the cleaning could be better. It was quiet and lots of parking.
Nice rooms. The rooms are very clean and really quiet. There is no pool, but that's not the end of the world for me. Very friendly staff and always ready to help. I've stayed there a total of about 10 days in the last 3 months, and I haven't had any bad experiences. The breakfast is about average. It's always fresh and hot. I highly recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rooms: Clean rooms...good breakfast Rooms
On the way north , hit the Prince Albert ,Conform inn
Comfortable beds, clean rooms and quiet. Great location. Helpful, professional and polite staff.
Comfort inn has nice rooms that smell good, comfortable beds and responsive staff. The breakfast every morning is a huge bonus and it is free for clients. Food and drinks: Has breakfast available in mornings.
Good place, good service, continental breakfast, a little pricey but worth it.
The room is clean just the rug looks dirty. It be all great if it didnt have a rug...
No breakfast served on Stat holidays even though i was told there was going to be one served.
Check your rate on your bill.. we were overcharged and had to have it adjusted.... sad
Hospital stay over.
I would never in a millon years would I recommend this hotel this hotel to anybody ,,first cause the address of my disabled friend who uses a walker was not updated on her sgi card even though it was on her government issued id which is temporary and on paper she was denied accommodations and the night agent threatened to call the cops cause we were asking why wont he accept it ,and as cold as it was she was forced to walk from the hotel to the nearest restaurant to keep from getting frostbite ,,
Only giving 4 stars as they didnt have hand soap in the rooms because they were apparently out other than that great stay and very comfortable
Was a decent hotel but keys rarely work and housekeeping misses rooms
Everything was nice and clean in the room..Comfortable bed..Friendly staff with Darlene in the kitchen ,, Great tasty hot breakfast, Along with bagels yogurt and fresh fruit..Housekeeping staff Carol was very friendly and helpful.. we were able to park and plug in our vehicle right at our entrance..
Good location, clean and good. Would recommend . Older but in great shape
Do not book at this hotel they will give away your room
We checked in at about 6:30 pm and then left to go to a basketball game. We had been told that we might be able to get a different room if we called back around 8:00 or 8:30. When we called, we could not reach anyone and the messages kept saying that the extensions we were directed to were invalid. When we returned to the hotel at 9:30, our key would not open the outside door, so the evening desk attendant reset it. We then brought in our luggage and proceeded to our room. Neither of our keys worked to open the room door. We went back to the lobby and the desk attendant was very rude about the key issue. Another guest had just checked in and had been given a key to a room, which turned out to be already occupied. So, we no longer felt that we wanted to stay there, unsure of who might have been given access to our room. When we asked for a refund, the attendant was VERY rude and refused to call his manager at first. Eventually, he did call the manager, who was also very rude and dismissive on the phone. We asked for his name and he told us it was Tracy Neudorf and he is the general manager. Except that he had a very strong East Indian accent and the name displayed on the phone said Kesh. Pretty shady and not at all interested in customer service. Would not recommend this place at all!!! We also overheard him charging a $100 damage deposit from an Indigenous couple who were checking in. We (female and non-Indigenous) were not charged a damage deposit. Also pretty shady behaviour!! The desk attendant was exceptionally rude and inept - maybe a career change is in order, pal!! Noteworthy details: Very poor customer service!!
Comfortable bed, very very good breakfast , gluten free options
Food and drinks: Continental breakfast was above and beyond, scrambled eggs , sausage patties, cubed hashbrowns, waffles .... Rooms
If I cousins I wouldn t rate the room at all! Disgusting place with disrespectful staff who don t care to help anyone. Can t even call the front desk it takes you right to the automated system. Filthy rooms as well.
Rooms are in good condition and clean. Nice to have a couch in the rooms, they need vacuuming tho, so you didnt always have to sit on the bed. If you have a disability just hope they have a room on the first floor because I did not see any elevator in the building. So I hope you have mastered climbing the stairs in your wheelchair.
its a comfortable and affordable place the beds were super clean and comfy rooms are tidy and neat simple yet elegant rooms decoration wise the tvs are a bit old tho so I cant for example link my phone to it compared to other hotels that pretty much have it as standard the room that i had had a super blurry window so i could barely see anything outside ( not sure of dirty or the double window seal is broken) i wish if this place gad a pool or a jacuzzi they should keep that in consideration breakfast was honestly amazing one kf the best Ive had and Ive had lots n lots of them the omlete is fresh which is something that i really loved hash potatoes and a continental breakfast basically the lemon infused water is also i appreciate because its a personal favorite lovely place overall
This was a great place and it was very clean with fresh sheets and pillows. I felt very comfortable and the staff was friendly. I like the location.
When I asked for clean towels, I didn t get them. The breakfast lady was amazing! Very helpful and polite !!! The most unhelpful thing is that the hotel double charged me. Won t release back my pre-authorization, ( Mastercard) but paid with my visa when I was checking out. Called many times and still won t give me a simple email to my bank for my Mastercard to receive my pre-authorization back. Still waiting for my funds to be returned from this hotel ( comfort inn Prince Albert)
Had a great stay while working outside of PA
Clean & comfortable room. Friendly & helpful staff. Very generous continental breakfast WAFFLES! Nice amenities.
Might be a bit high in price but definitely very clean. It was worth it. Rooms
Rooms: Clean, comfortable. Had 2 queen beds in the room. But they need to put the price for the rooms on the ground floor on the website. Only upper floor prices are posted. Food and drinks: Restaurants are in walking distance. Montana,s is a short walk. Tims and Mc Donalds is also very close.
Rooms are clean and beds are good, breakfast is also nice.
Had a wonderful week of stay, Doreen at the breakfast counter was very nice to us. Every morning felt like having breakfast from my own home. Will miss her.
Was first day the day shift guy tried night 1st room beds NOT maid. 2nd room TV was missing 3rd room was perfect except bathroom door hinges need tightening & maybe even glue in the holes, lady serving & helping with continental Breakfast could & should be nicer & NOT grumpy & secritive or a gosipper Rooms: All were very nice & 2 chairs would make them Nicer Nearby activities: Canadian tire & other stores we very close & nice. Play grounds near by & nice bus & taxi system Safety: Card swipe in was nice once I took mine out of package & used it. Walkability: Walkable to lots of stores & play grounds IF you are able too just Watch that first step out the room Sliding doors & back doors need signs for those or fixing by raising the side walks partly Food and drinks: Every thing tasted Great LOVE how I could bring stuff to my mobilly challenged room mate
Do not go to this Hotel. Front desk guy was super rude. Waited at the front desk for 5 min with no one available to help. Got to my room needed wifi called the front desk transferred right through. Called a second time asked for the password he said it should be on my door card, told him it wasn t. He read the password super fast so I couldn t understand and then hung up on me. Super upset DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.
The hotel seems a little outdated but it is kept very clean.Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast.
Favorite hotel in PA always clean friendly and kind. And they like my
Internet posting say its cheaper than they actually are. 106 for a room, ended up paying 189, plus taxes end up pay 209.79 my last stay was way less than that. False advertising! 300 for damage deposit? Walkability: Near casino, body shop, and the golden arches.
Well, well, well, folks, Mark here, your budget-savvy traveler with a tale of rest, relaxation, and a few pleasant surprises. In my relentless pursuit of economical respites, I turned to Travelocity, my trusty sidekick in the quest for a bargain. Lo and behold, I stumbled upon this hidden gem of an establishment, offering a deal that even Scrooge McDuck would approve of. So, I threw caution to the wind and booked a room, all in the name of adventure! I checked in, cautiously ventured to my room, and, with the thoroughness of a seasoned detective, conducted the mandatory bed bug inspection. Drumroll, please... No signs of critters or shenanigans here! The room was pristine, as clean as a whistle, and I breathed a sigh of relief as I flung myself onto a bed so comfortable it felt like a slice of heaven. Morning beckoned, and the pièce de résistance was the continental breakfast. Move over, five-star restaurants; this joint knows how to serve a morning feast! The freshness was so fresh it made fresh seem stale, and the variety and selection rivaled a smorgasbord of dreams. The lady at the helm of this breakfast extravaganza deserves a standing ovation. Not only did she serve food fit for royalty, but she also brought a ray of sunshine to the morning with her helpfulness and friendly chatter. Breakfast was not just a meal; it was an experience. In the grand scheme of things, this stay was a triumph for budget-conscious adventurers like me. Even if I had to shell out the big bucks, Id return in a heartbeat for another round of comfy beds and gourmet breakfasts. So there you have it, dear fellow frugal travelers. This place is a hidden treasure, a diamond in the rough, and a steal of a deal. Go ahead and treat yourself without breaking the bank you wont regret it!
One of the few options between home and fishing. Skip it. Drive All the way through to avoid.
Booked a room online. Some reason it booked for Nov 9th I needed it for the same day I was there. Which was Oct 26th. I was able to rebook for the right date for more money. And then they turn around and wont refund the money for the 9th.
For a comfort inn this was 5 star visit. I will stay here again.
Probably the best place to stay in pa for what you get and price
The male manager is a pain to deal with. Room was clean and comfy.
Terrible service, double billed for our room and we were never credited back. We will never stay with Comfort Inn or any of its hotels within the Choice Hotels group again.
Too expensive
Great place to stay in Prince Albert. It is located right off the highway and close to Canadian Tires. It is a older hotel but the room was clean, shower was hot, bathroom was updated and bed and room was spacious. Pillow could be more firm but thats very personal. Price was very affordable and noise level was great. No access for elevator so not very convenient in that sense. Staff at check in and out was friendly. Would stay here again.
Attitudes of some of the people need to be adjusted to be more service oriented. When you are made to feel as if you are disturbing them just by checking in, its not a good start. No microwave in room initially but was promptly taken care of. Kudos to the evening front desk attendant for that. Also tub was already clogged and towel rack fell off off during stay. BADF3LAs parking job didnt help with blocking access to check in area either. Rather disappointing overall compared to many other times weve stayed there.
The only reason its not one star. The night staff and breakfast staff was tremendous. Other than that if your a native person, you be treated with hostility from the morning staff if try inquire about anything.
Went for appointments
BED BUGS BED BUGS STAY AWAY Rooms : 1/5
Terrible service! I ve tried to call for an entire day and never got through as mail box is full to the general manager and to the front desk!!! Don t even bother trying to book here you ll never get through!
Worst hotel ever do not stay there everyone should run from that place staff were rude got laughed at when a concern was brought up and it is full of BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!
Good service nice rooms
Front desk staff not very friendly, can t even get a free bottle of water and the tv in the room must be like a 24 inches . Last time I ll be staying here not happy at all And it s my first night
Although the last time i stayed here was a long time ago. I found the bed uncomfortable so i couldnt sleep. The staff was very friendly and made you feel at home.
It was good
Quite dated in and exterior but clean and with friendly staff. Strong WiFi and shower. Simple but adequate breakfast. Nice property for an overnight stay. 30 odd dollars cheaper than the holiday inn close by but similar quality.
The comfort inn was so comfortable it was like being in a marshmallow !!!
Good continental breakfast
The bed was comfortable and clean. Everything was very very good except the carpet. Thats not bad, as it was a pet room. The rooms on the main floor have a sliding glass doors that open to the outside. Great for the dogs too go to do there thing.
It has a disability washroom w a shower and toilet to meet their needs, 1st floor has a sliding window door,...
The staff here is outstanding, friendly, they remember little things about you and go out of there way for you. The hotel itself is dated but very clean! So clean that the air feels clean. Smells good. Comfy beds.
Room was dated and not very clean. Tv was terrible. Free breakfast was OK. Had recently stayed in 3 off these hotels. Will not stay in anymore.
One lady checked in and her room wasnt cleaned, and then I went to my room and it had open soap, the wrapping and towels on the bathroom floor still
Not great, not easy access from highway, room was not up to par, only good thing was breakfast which was actually above average
For the amount of business PA Inn gets from Aboriginal health services they sure treat these aboriginals with disrespect if the leadership arent getting kick back than they should do something about how staff treat aboriginal, northern health services is probably 80% of theres income. Even plugs are locked so guest dont charge there phones or laptop.
I went to Best western Premier right next to this hotel last night but it was full. With sleepy eyes I then proceeded to this hotel since it was next door. The receptionist was calm and friendly. I paid and proceeded to the room (I believe 218 upstairs). I began to get goose bumps as I walked up the stairs and down the hallway. Upon entering the room, I realised immediately that I couldnt sleep there as the bed seemed bent and the pillows were unkempt. Why pay for a room where you wont get a good nights rest. I immediately went back to the receptionist and told him I had to proceed on my trip because I know hes job is just to provide rooms and not renovate the hotel. He advised I call the day staff if I want a refund as he had only authorised my bank card. I had spent the previous night in Hilton Garden Inn West Edmonton so I was kind of shocked at this standard. I immediately proceeded to Holiday inn which was fully booked and ended up spending the same night in Prince Alberta Inn less than a kilometre away perhaps. Of course the money I paid in Comfort Inn was not refunded hence I ended up spending over $300 in one night which is why I usually try to stay in premium hotels where you at least get value for your money. Hope this review helps others. If you are keen on standards, add an extra $50 and get yourself a good hotel coz a good nights rest is invaluable. I dont know what is happening to comfort inns. I used to think they were in the same category as Holiday Inns but holiday inns seem to be more keen at maintaining their standard and name. I wouldnt check into any Comfort Inn again unless its the only place available in town.
Good service, clean neat and tidy, comfy bed, ok WiFi, plenty of parking, reasonable prices
BE WARNED, THIS PLACE IS NOT AS ADVERTISED! Dont be swindled by the pictures like I was. I booked a room for 15 days while I await my belongs to arrive in town once I get my own place. I picked here because I thought Id be able to work while staying here... Well you can imagine my annoyance that after I PAID I came into my room and discovered that this was what the desk was that was set up. For refrence, im 63, 275 lbs. The chair alone wouldnt be able to support me, and my legs wouldnt be able to even fit into the desk... How am I supposed to work with this??? I booked through priceline yet they wouldnt help me get my money back. This is beyond swindling. They straight up falsely advertised, and Im now going to be out $1600 because I cant work here... awesome. Also, heads up, the TV only gets about 20 channels. Theres about equal amounts of static/dead/distorted channels as there are that work. (Refrence is in the pictures) Noteworthy details: Not as advertised!!! Be warned!
Ranger likes it here not far to go outside to do his business.
Location was nice. Breakfast first 2 mornings was good, the third was not so good. Juice machine was not operational amongst other issues. Beds not very comfortable and my room was above a access door that would slam shut at some points waking me up. My TV remote did not work. My coworkers bathroom door had broken hinges and ended up in a different room. I would hesitate to stay here again.
Will the Van was getting fixed they got as a room at comfort inn
I like the hotel. I think you get a lot of value for the price you pay. I stay there for work twice a week. Its basic but clean. Working fridge and microwave in most rooms. The staff are friendly and help with any issues, which I rarely have. If youre looking for a fancy hotel with all the amenities you wont find them here though. It doesnt have an elevator so call ahead to get a room on the main floor if you have mobility issues. I appreciate the bagged breakfast as well. Not as good as the warm breakfast before Covid, but Ill take the free food. Its a fruit cup, juice box, muffin and packaged breakfast sandwich. Yogurt is in the fridge and fruit on the counter for the taking. Nothing fancy but a decent meal in the morning.
I like this AW because it,s much bigger THAN NIPAWIN. THE services is also Faster. But the food is always very good And it agrees with me better than other Fast foods.
Water for shower wasnt very hot
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! We booked in for what was supposed to be a one night stay for my husbands day surgery the following morning. The staff waas incredibly friendly and helpful and we were given an amazing low medical rate. We were also given a late checkout time for the next day. Due to unforeseen circumstances my husbands surgery was bumped until late that evening and he was kept overnight. I was given same courtesy with the same low medical rate and another late checkout time for the following day. Once my husband was discharged we chose to stay yet another night simply because of the great medical rate and couteous staff. It is so nice to have kind people working at a hotel who actually care.
Excellent!
Its an average hotel, which is not bad, but dont expect anything great or special. Somewhat dated, but its not a big concern. I was greated by a very pleasant young lady at the front desk (I would rate my communication with her 5/5). However the biggest problem I had was no internet service/wi fi during my stay (May 6-7). There was a known issue with the wi fi, and no one could connect to it at all. Wi fi is included in the price of the room, but was not provided.
Very friendly staff
A good place to stay in P.A. reasonable room rates.
Reasonable price and comfortable room. Weak breakfast bag with juice box, muffin and fruit cup.
Please open the dining room.
Rating 1, reason? They didn t accept my booking through cheap hotels. Com. My non refundable booking because of a damage deposit. She wanted a damage deposit of 200 rather than 100 so no!
Very clean friendly service a bit pricey for what you get but it is very clean comfy beds love the showers also
Terrible hotel. Sink water smells like burnt hair, found a dirty towel hanging in my bathroom upon arrival. Asked for a late check out of one hour later, I had someone knock and walk right on in an hour and a half BEFORE the original check out time. Then again half an hour before noon ANOTHER person walks through my door and asks when I m checking out - one who I talked to personally the night before about the later check out. Not impressed.
Floor was wet in front of desk and couch. Floor felt greasy
We just arrived at 1:00 am after being on the road for about 6 hour, we were really disappointed by the person work that night. Was very unfriendly and rather rude. We walked through the lobby to see the place and to move around for a couple of minutes. We have booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Horrible first impression. I would recommend that he would look for another job elsewhere.
It was not nice! The carpet felt sticky in the bedrooms the bathtub wouldnt drain as you take a shower and the receptionist working the night shift was very rude and arrogant.
Slow internet but luckily i rarely used it this time
Best place Ive stayed in Prince Albert thus far. But at first I couldnt tell if the shower drain was clogged or it was really slow. Other than that its my favorite. (It was slow)
Small room with horrible beds. My daughter slept on the floor because the bed was so bad. The room was cold or hot , no hot water..just Luke warm and it was so loud
Could very well have the best coffee on earth. Also very comfy
Great staff clean rooms
Quiet clean and affordable stay
Its a real comfort
No working internet so we didnt stay
The room was clean and very nice. great shower and large bathroom. Microwave but no fridge. Tv with cable. WiFi and free continental breakfast
great part of the city to be in...right by McDonalds and casino
Good motel
Been here for about 3 weeks and the room is always clean great customer service
Food is great but it is a little crowded in rooms and not a huge selection of food for breakfast.
Front desk agent wasn t very welcoming, was waiting in lobby for ten minutes before I was helped. Room had beer bottle caps on floor. Other than that it was quiet and comfortable.
Nice place to stay
Clean rooms. Friendly service.
Is an alright hotel clean and comfortable breakfast still provided but bagged..coffee umm not great
Noisy all night party, management ignored it
Very nice hotel, friendly staff. One of the best hotels in PA
Really this should be a zero star hotel. And it use to be ok. We stayed there this weekend and it was disgusting. Bathroom wasn t exactly clean, the toilet randomly started running all day and night and there was no hot water. It s great spending money to stay somewhere and you can t even have a hot shower. They didn t replace towels and when I called I was told I could walk down to the desk and pick them up. We knew several people staying that weekend and they had the same hot water issue so the excuse that it was just our room was total BS There was a ton partying and questionable female companionship in a few rooms down the hall. I get that Covid has been tough on the hotel industry, but this was truly a horrible experience. We won t be staying there again.
Its a good place to crash out
This hotel literally just hands out room keys, they have no security, which is one thing... but if some stranger comes in off the street and asks for your room key, they just hand it to them. This is precisely what happened to my husband. He had left the room to get stuff ready for work, locked the patio door and the main door, and when he came back his brand new $2000 computer was gone. And literally all anyone had to do was walk past the window, see a nice computer on the desk, note the room number on the patio door, go to the front desk and ask for said room key and they d just hand it to them! How did they not ask for the name? Or an ID?? This in 100% on the hotel and I am not impressed.
Friendly staff and nice rooms! Prices are reasonable and breakfast is very good!
Friendly staff. Nice enough room, but dated building. Waking up to the smell of a hot breakfast down stairs is always nice. Only giving 3 stars though because my rooms toilet had a broken handle, and given the condition of the plastic on the inside tank, it had been that way for a while. Had I not already settled in from a long trip, I am sure they would have put me up in a different room.
I go to PA a lot and always forget about this cute place tucked in behind Canadian Tire. All in all not a bad stay as the staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean (minus a stain or two on the ceiling). Continental breakfast has plenty to offer though was disappointed not a lot of choices for low calorie or low carbohydrate (aka apple, orange, banans nit even eggs). However, kids loved their bacon, waffles and bagels. I suggest if you want any special arrangements to strongly urge them to put it in their notes (ask for proof if you must). I required certain needs be met and when I got there no one had made mention of these needs on my reservation.
Just tried booking a room and literally had the WORST customer service I have ever got from a hotel. From someone who travels 100+ days a year, the incompetence and lack of professionalism was inexcusable. We will be pulling all our business professionally as well as personally from this Hotel.
Bed was comfortable, complimentary breakfast was ok, halls and ceiling were noisy with people moving around at all hours of the night. Also room was a bit small.
I liked the rooms. They were clean
This was one of the best hotels Ive stayed at. The staff , in particular the gentleman with the big smile who worked at the front desk was helpful , kind , friendly. It didnt stop there. The next morning at breakfast I met Mavis. Mavis had a beautiful continental breakfast waiting for everyone at 6:30 on the dot. There was a variety of breakfast items from bacon or sausage , eggs ,omelets , hashbrowns and waffles .All piping hot and fresh. The cold items included , a variety of cereal , muffins , yogurt and fruit. Mavis made everyone feel welcome , she made sure everyone had what they wanted. The items were generously stocked and the kitchen and dining area were kept spotlessly clean. I would not hesitate to stay at this location next time Im in the area. I look forward to seeing Mavis and the front desk staff , their positive attitudes and can do smiles made this a lovely place to stay
Staff was very good and clean and quiet bed was comfortable
Good place
Bathroom drain doesnt work properly. There is no lock in the washroom as well. Very bad experience Rooms : 1/5
Quite & comfortable
Hotel was clean and comfortable, good value for the price
No elevator. And The a/c doesnt even have a remote control and dont even know what temperature youre putting it on. Had to wake up to turn it off. Other than that it was okay.
It was a good place to stay. We just stay for a night on our way to Waskesiu. Bedroom was clean. Washroom was clean the breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.
Staff was miserable
Terrible, unfriendly, unhelpful management and staff.
Really nice place to stay and well maintained for the age of the hotel. Bathrooms are a little outdated but very clean. Complimentary breakfast is great. Beds and pillows are very good. Internet very slow and almost unusable for some nights. The heating and a/c units in the rooms are hard to get just right. Would be nice if they added a thermostat that you could set at 20°c instead of the blue to red dial thermostat on the units. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and hospitable. Hotel was quiet. Price is right. Would stay again.
Clean. White towels. Friendly staff. I am tall the shower is not... I am on the second floor and injured. I wish there was an elevator.
Good spot, easy to get around from as a base of operation by car, very quiet from what I experienced in a 4 night stay. Rooms are in good order, staff is friendly, the only real downside to me personally is that theres no pool, but I understand that not every hotel needs one. Check it out, or dont, Im not a cop.
Comfortable with an excellent continental breakfast Friendly, helpful staff
It was alright
Beds were too hard but Staff were friendly
Good price Friendly staff
Very comfy, front desk were very nice and professional
Great rooms comfortable. Great service and friendly staff breakfast every morning and hot coffee all day.
Awesome hotel, great staff
Clean and great staff
It was comfortable
Nice staff
I just wanted the reward $$ for this review.
Place would be better if they had a atm for there vending machines. And also sometimes a unattractive crowd stays here Ive seen people digging through the trash and then go into a room so.. but besides the troublesome crowd that is attracted here its a good stay. Staff are great free breakfast . And hot coffee all day.
Hope parents have already
This is hospitality at its finest! I got stuck in a delemma with no where to stay for a few nights, make it worse i had my 2 dogs with me. The staff went out of their way to find us the best deal possible on one of their busiest weekends. They were more than accomidating for us, provided everything we needed and more! I definitely resommend this place!
The breakfast was kinda sad and the rooms were ok
Good clean motel. Friendly service
This was a nice hotel with basic amenities. They have a good breakfast included in the price of the hotel (I love those waffles!) And it is located in an easy to navigate from location. I would stay here again.
Very clean rooms, friendly staff, comfy bed, excellent service, family friendly environment and serving real breakfast.
One of the nicest experiences Ive had at a hotel, all the staff is super friendly and treats you like family.
This was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean and comfortable, and the bonus is that it s pet friendly!!! They gave us a room on the lower level which made it easy for us to access the outdoors to towel the dog out for its bathroom break! The complimentary breakfast was really good. Which really surprised me. Overall really happy with our stay. Very much recommend
Nice staff, clean comfortable rooms. Adequate breakfast
I the housekeepers are over worked their for the rooms are not always cleaned properly... The staff swears and says inappropriate things
The man who checked us in was rude and barely helpful. I slept on a hideaway bed and it was passably comfortable. For one night, it was enough.
Excellent place!
Great
This hotel is my mainstay in Prince Albert. Friendly staff, clean rooms, a great breakfast and reasonable rates. It has it all.
The breakfast was handy, wished it lasted a little longer though. Bed wasnt the comfiest, but the staff were nice and helpful. Might of gotten sick from the eggs or something though. Not sure if thats what it was.
Clean and courteous staff
The staff was nice, the room had things left behind from others, and it smelled
Comfortable bed, decent wifi, nice room. Breakfast was surprisingly good.
The rooms are very nice and have lots of room, good breakfast in the mornings and the staff members are friendly.
Great staff, was there for a week. While I was there they had no tolerance drunk people hanging out in the lobby. One bad thing is there key cards deactivate if they are next to your phone or any electronic or even a credit card so be careful
Good
Comfortable clean and reasonably priced.
good service
Clean, friendly staff, newer furnishings. Not the first stay n wont be the last. Highly recommend this Inn
