Front curb appeal looks good but this is just to bring you in. For the cost it’s not worth it. No breakfast for this cost. I have been to MANY hotels,inns etc etc and for the cost and no breakfast not worth it. And to top it off they kicked our hockey team out of the pool, mini sticks everything. I have 3 boys in hockey. I will let all teams know NEVER to come here. They take the fun out of it for kids but let all the drunk indigenous in and party all night in the lobby as I seen for myself when I had to go to my truck at 11:45pm. The double standards are discussing. If I could Give a 0 I would. Our team had 15 rooms booked plus other teams and this is how they treat a good revenue stream. I am a business owner and this is a good way to lose ALOT of future business as I will be spreading the word to all teams I am involved in to not come here pool or not as they will kick them out. Horrible horrible place to be with kids.
Came here for a hockey weekend with my boys. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, and always said hello and remembered my name as we would come and leave the hotel. I had a problem with booking and front desk resolved my problem. Thank you so much!
The outside is dated, and rough looking. The hallways need to be updated. The rooms were nice and comfy, the other rooms werent audible.
We were here for a funeral the elevator didn’t work so we had to go up to the third floor with a baby, stroller, luggage! We asked for a different room on the main floor? We were told third floor is for families with kids? Okay fine, we went to eat the food was cold as though pre-prepped and reheated! You can’t tell me the food was fresh! We sent it back and went to McDonalds across the street. The staff after my room request would stare at me say something in their language and suddenly everyone behind the desk was looking at me? I was so relieved to leave being at my grandmother’s funeral was hard enough without all the Bullshavick!
Awesome experience!! Took a chance on the built in restaurant Lulu’s and the food was quick and delicious. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful during my stay.
Stopped here for the night. They matched the online price for the room.. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Asked for a quiet room and received one. Room was clean. Only complaint was 1 coffee pod and 2 people. It is next to the Casino for something to do, if you want. Also close to a variety of restaurants.
This place was once the PA Inn and the house keeping was the worst! We requested a room for children and they said they had one with bunk beds and I was excited about that only to be let right down. The bedding had not been changed or cleaned!! And so much more. So when I went to inform them of a substance being tracked in on side door they turned it into something big to find a way to kick me out, which they did! Long story short, we didn't even stay 6 hrs and went got billed100 from our deposit because of that!!!! Careful many of those ppl still there and although somewhat cleaner it's still not the greatest. These hotels have a system that's very shady. I've been victim before and still see the mentality in other hotels I go to. So sad this needs to be cracked open for more fair treatment. I could go on but ....love and light people. 💖
READ ALL REVIEWS The website is false advertising. We were greeted by a drunk and then another one tried to talk to my four year old. The room we were booked in had disgusting carpets, the bed bug covers had stains on them and couple rooms we passed were clearly used as party rooms because we saw it littered with empty booze bottles. The energy there was very dark. The hallways are narrow. It's just a dingy place. And based off the reviews and pictures of drugs paraphernalia found in "clean" rooms and a stolen vehicle and having no lost and found, I wouldn't trust the housekeeper staff at all. We dodged a bullet.

Rooms: Clean, very comfortable, easy to get to (outside door to parking was closeby. Front desk staff very accommodating. (We decided to stay an extra night; they made it easy!) Front desk and House-keeping staff were super!! Walkability: Long hallway, but it us inside to LuLus restaurant where we made friends with the staff. (They must have a Professional chef: every time we ate there it was special.
Rooms: Room was nice and clean, 3rd floor was also nice and quiet. Jacuzzi suit is so spacious and comfortable Nearby activities: Casino is right next door
This place is absolutely disgusting. Bloody sheets, dirty rooms, just dirty in general, looks like it hasnt been vacuumed in 5 years.
The room was very clean, the food was good, and the service was very helpful. I would stay here again.

This hotel is great, very nice rooms, prices arnt bad, staff are nice and easy to get along with and they have a restaurant/ bar down stairs and ate there every day good food and better service Rooms: Rooms decent, comfy beds, good water pressure and overall clean. Food and drinks: Good food, not the best you ll ever have but you ll enjoy it, tons of options, good specials, staff are super nice and friendly

I am happy about this hotel unlike travellodge I was able to overcome my fears at tv but here at days in I went down a tall water slide the hot tub was painful but it was fun this is the best hotel in pa I will recommend! So 20 stars it isss!

TERRIBLE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!I could not sleep because of the drunks partying all night. KIDS running up and down hall from room to room at other end of hall. unsupervised..Infant under one yr old left unattended, screaming next door. Drunken parents finally showed up after lounge closed around 2am. It took calling the front desk 5 separate times. They offered to move us to a different room. At 3am I dont think we felt like packing. I said toss them out or I will call the police. Finally !! Police came and removed them. Finally silence at 4am then the phone rings just as we all dozed off. It was the front desk informing me they had removed the drunks. Jeeze! I had just fallen asleep. Now I cant sleep so just got up. I had a 6 hr drive ahead of me. I will never stay there again! We shouldve got our money back! The one positive was the food was great oh and the beds and pillows were updated and fresh paint Rooms: Updated beds and fresh paint Nearby activities: Casino , prison in back of hotel, mall is close, sex shop and Canadian tire, lots of restaurants, bars and liquor outlets Safety: NO SAFETY ALTHO THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE SECURITY Walkability: Walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the jail in back alley unfortunately. Skywalk attached which leads to casino and is controlled by room key for accessibility

I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. Narrow hallways, one elevator for the whole hotel, front doors have one set sliding and one set swinging --makes getting luggage carts in and out a pain, luggage carts are terrible, hotel is in need or renovations in a big way. Lots of folks loitering in the lobby. Customer service was terrible. We asked to stay in a block of rooms on the same floor but were scattered all over the place. Unwilling to give us a meeting room for the evening. If it wasn t for the water slide for the kids I would ve switched hotels in a heartbeat. Smells like smoke everywhere.

We were just there to pick up a cheque, just stayed an hour or two. The food was good they gave us a turkey dinner.
Would give this hotel ZERO stars if possible. They changed our booking without asking us. Staff is awful to deal with. $248/night for 2 queen beds (one of which was broken). Stay somewhere else!!!
I always stay here when Im in P.A. Great service, awesome staff and the rooms are always clean. Shout out to Carson for just being a awesome dude.
April we were here for a hockey tournament and wouldn t come again. Don t go unless you want to disclose your entire family information. We were booked rooms under my name and were treated like imposters. My family was kicked out of my hotel room because I had a room that had 2 beds booked for myself prior and they came after check in. I am so upset that my family was kicked out at 1am without the option to sign up to the booking. They were so angry :( please don t go here unless you want to be kicked out in the middle of the night if you don t tell them all the information of every person that goes into your room. Safety: I felt very unsafe by the staff at the front desk. Especially as a FNs person.
Stayed here for a weekend and I must say the stay was a good one the front desk staff(Enrico) I believe his name was made ever effort to ensure our stay was a good one. Rooms were clean and smelling fresh ( the house keepers did a great job . The building security was good. Overall hotel was a clean and nice I would definitely recommend. Definitely the nicest Days Inn Ive ever stayed in. Its practically Best Western quality but with Days Inn prices. The room was large and clean with a newly renovated bathroom with brand name toiletries. Plenty of places to plug in devices and even a wireless charger. I love the property wide strong free wifi. The room came with a nice bar fridge but no microwave. No skin lotion so bring your own. Also the windows dont open but other than that, its a good experience with a great staff and walking distance to shops and a huge casino nextdoor and plenty of free parking.
Its very awesome we know the staff really well because were regular visitors there we go and stay for a week at a time me and my daughter go and have a regular visits there so a very welcoming atmosphere and I recommend people go to Lulus try it out its so awesome actually awesome would be an understatement its fantastic right beside the casino got a Skywalk that people when you go and stay in the hotel you can get a room key for the Skywalk that connects to the hotel and if youre staying there for over a few days you can get a stay in play package you play 10 bucks and then they load 20 onto your Players Club card Rooms: Very nice beautiful rooms Nearby activities: There is a large swimming pool and a water slide and a hot tub Food and drinks: Lulus has my best review overall its a hidden Gem thats not a lot of people know about go and find out for youre selves you will see what I mean, you will not be disappointed very good large portions of home cooked meals and gourmet , Allday Breakfast menu
Great place to stay
Stayed for the night of July 15th, 2023. Room was well appointed and clean. Check in was smooth and agents were friendly. Hotel has pool and waterslide which were busy with kids and family. Casino building is attached to hotel by skywalk. Breakfast was not included in room rate but they have restaurant and bar in the loony level. The only reason I didn t gave full five stars is way too casual dressing by Front Desk staff. I know that slowly hotels in North America are getting away with uniforms for the staff but there have to be minimum dress code for Front Desk Agents. I recommend this property. If you have kids then this is the best hotel to stay.
First of all I would NOT recommend anyone having a Wedding here! They don t give Wedding packages, Also I find all staff from all departments have Customer Service issues nor any experience with customer service! Until they get your money they mistreat you and your guests! Guests would go up and dance and their drinks would be taken. They don t have a lost and found so beware you will not get anything that you forgot back! You will get kicked out easily say you had a little bit too much to drink and you re aim is to go back to your room and sleep, they will pay attention and kick you out in the middle of the night!!! They are so rude I will not be staying in Days Inn & Conference again!!! N I could say more!!!
Has the worst time the days after our wedding..they ended kicking us out the when we still had a night stay calling the cops kicking my wife outside to pass out by her self we had a dance and the women was taking just about full drinks..treated my moms table like kids even tho they were all elders.. would highly not recommend getting married there.;(
The pool is closed
Only issue we had was, that there were no towels at the pool, even after we reported it.
Not supposed to smoke cigarettes or pot but the hallway and my room smelt like pot. Was told I couldn t be in someone else s room after 9! Wow interesting never heard that one before. Staff were friendly.

We went there as a family of 7. I ended up having to get 2 rooms. The next day we checked out and found that our vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. They didnt take any responsibility for it. And when we over stayed our welcome in the lobby, the told us to get going. Our lives are turned upside down .
The maids do an absolutely horrible job, to the point needles and drug paraphernalia are present in the room when you check in . Dare to complain they will kick you out without refund and say they dont want your business anyway.

Enrico was amazing!! Nov.10, an incredibly busy sports weekend in Prince Albert and Enrico took care to make sure myself and my team had rooms. Rooms: Huge rooms. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bed was a dream to sleep on and the tv has casting capability!!
We had a great stay at the hotel but the elevator wasnt working for my elderly mom and we were on the third floor.
