67 13 St E, Prince Albert, SK S6V 1C7, Canada
Relaxed hotel offering a fitness room & an informal bar, plus meeting space & low-key quarters.
Positive: The awesome process for a lingerie suite. Negative: The aera could be a better spot
I like the housekeepers . But there was one worker in particular that kept picking on me n my kids . I don’t know her name but she has short hair n wear glasses. She was very rude and kept me like i was her woman. I wasn’t allowed visitors and i wasn’t allowed to speak up for myself i got written up for that . All the other workers and security were nice and understanding. Except for that one woman that works the front . If she doesn’t like working with people she shouldn’t be working there if she so miserable. No smile from her at all , she just looked for stuff to complain about and looked for something to write me up on smh. This is why i didn’t want to no longer stay there . Although the restaurant was very good . Very good food and nice staff there . But i don’t recommend this hotel if you have kids .
I was here in business and was very fond of the staff as they helped me turn the heating off in my room and turned cool air on instead. I needed a battery and they were kind enough to provide one for me. The room did have either a weird blood or lipstick stain on the floor and a cream stain on my sheet. But staff was friendly and supportive during my stay. Oh and no complimentary breakfast.
I was a little nervous to say that at least looking online with this hotel but was pleasantly surprised by both the staff and the accommodation... Yes it is dated but it is very well taken care of staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. the restaurant served an excellent meal.
What a dump place should be shut down rooms are cramped they stink of mold. Hot water didn't work my coworkers room his shower wouldn't turn on front desk ignore the request to have it looked at they say the rooms are air conditioned the unit is there but doesn't work the location is as but or worse than the rooms was waiting for a cab and was offered a "good time " by multiple lot lizards if your planning to visit prince albert DO NOT STAY THERE
Worst hotel experience ever! Staff were friendly, but everything else was awful! First you have to walk through a gauntlet of smokers in between two buildings, not to mention it’s right next to a play area for children. Next you’re greeted with a shattered, kicked-in front door secured with plywood. Walls everywhere are full of stains. And for the piece de resistance, our room was infested with bugs. We took pictures/video and sent them to management. The pictures in Google maps are from their old location, so it was quite misleading. We cancelled our reservation in less than an hour of checking-in. This experience has turned me off of ever reserving with Travelodge again!
This was the most unsanitary hotel I have ever seen in my life. When I checked in walked into the room there was massive stains on the carpet, the odour was pungent. There was a blood in the carpet. Lifted the mattress crunchy little bugs… I am not high maintenance or demanding.. I am reasonable and this room was so rank. It was a nightmare. I went down to the front desk to request housekeeping to come by to give it a clean. The front desk said “sorry housekeeping has gone home for the night maybe tomorrow “ so then i requested a room change they denied the request. I was forced to check out and travel back. Due to having no availability or vacancy in the city for hotels due to a hockey tournament happening in the city. Please see pictures!!!!! And tell me you and your loved ones would stay there?
It was located downtown, close to our venue. I felt very unsafe in this hotel. I had to ask housekeeping to change my garbage. No beds or towels changed on our 2 day stay. Very unclean door, inside drawers had crumbs in it & sheer curtain was shredded at the bottom. Looked like blood stains on the carpet. Will not be returning.
Rooms: rooms were very clean and nice Rooms
Make sure to ask for your deposit back otherwise theyll try keep it! theres better hotels in Prince Albert for cheaper than here.
The entrance doors from the parking lot to the hotel were broken and poorly repaired with chipboard. There were many security forces in the hotel.
Clean and cheap
Best Resto and Hotel in PA!!!! Rooms: CLEAN ROOMS ALWAYS AVAILABLE Walkability: ACCESSIBLE Food and drinks: BEST FOOD!!!
Getting a room was a huge pain. Debit machine frequently failed to process suggesting the pin was incorrect despite noteven entering pin. Rooms floor had a number of red mystery stains and a load of stains under the TV stand. One elevator smelled of cigarettes and stale burgers and the other smelled of urine.
Service in the hotel was meh, the older lady behind the desk was rude af for no reason, security was nice tho,one lady in the restaurant was also petty and rude, the other lady was amazing though and had a good experience with her being our server, having mixed opinions about this place, rooms were dirty and beaten down, personally I would never go there again on my own dime, but to each their own. Mall and mintos rec center are within easy walking distance
This place is in serious need of servers.
Could be more polite
New management suck
Did not honour room type and then checked me into a dirty room. This hotel is cheap, dirty, and run down. Not at all worth the price. I will not be staying here again and if it were my call I wouldnt have stayed at all.
The stay was magnifcient and belevolent experience. After having someone steal a reservation. Respectable attendants service. Kind security area was wonderful sights from the view were great. Yet comfortable for my 2 year old. Just damaged lamps and uncleaned curtains. Used coffee left behind. Wonderful stay nice people around.
The restaurant food was not good, the salad way way to soggy, it was not even edible, and the dry ribs where just as bad
I stayed at this hotel with my daughter for a dance competition and honestly I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were extremely friendly and super helpful but the rooms were disgusting. There was dust everywhere, the remote has caked on dirt and grime, the walls were drawn on and not cleaned, burns in the carpet, splatter on the walls, the bathroom had dust bunnies in the corner and honestly looked like it hadn t been cleaned in weeks. I spoke to a staff member and they even admitted the housekeeping staff are lazy and don t clean properly. I cut my stay short and went somewhere else. It s a good location and very close to everything but if the rooms were better taken care of it could be a very nice place to stay.
It has good rooms to stay in.
It is not placed in the most prime location of Prince Albert. Making it so you either have to cab or walk good distances to places where youd like to be. The rooms were also quite poor with them having no heat or not enough. When I was there in the middle of the winter, it was too cold to sleep comfortably. The staff did bring heaters that broke and toke forever to get extra blankets. They were very nice and worked hard to please. But the rooms themselves also had stains on the carpet and didnt feel quite clean. It seemed more of an issue that the rooms need a face-lift or something so they do not feel dingy. Rooms: Not very nice. Nearby activities: There is not much around that downtown area that Id like to walk to. Safety: The hotel itself feels safe, but I would not carelessly walk around outside at night. Walkability: Its not the safest part of town. Food and drinks: The hotel does have a pretty nice restaurant.
Pretty sketchy area. The room had many issues and made my wife and I feel uncomfortable. Kudos to the staff for allowing us to upgrade rooms without any issues. Bistro was good food so that gained an extra star.
Horrible experience, FD knows about it. Cannot put all my frustration. Everything is wrong, well maybe except for Klaus who finally did it right.
Got double charged for a 2 day stay plus the damage deposit, making it $497 extra! The staff showed no interest in the issue even though its clearly evident on my Mastercard statement. Not impressed with the room, but that was minor compared to how they handled this issue. No replies to my emails, or calls. Ive had to file a dispute claim through my credit card company now, and it could have been an easy fix. Come on Wyndham!
Great service! Comfortable enough close to the mall and other amenities
There are no fire escapes in this hotel Im pretty sure its on an illegal level of operation. The staff are racist and intimidate you when you bring up saftey concerns Safety: There are no fire exists , and the exits that do exist are unlabeled. homeless live in them and they doors are barricaded shut , very unsafe and illegal
Staff were very accommodating. Batteries were dead in the remotes for both tvs. They got on it right away. Thanks you . We were disappointed to find that they didnt have fitness facility or continental breakfast as was advertised. Nice room, though.
Tried to have a shower in the morning and as I was about to jump in I noticed long hair all around the walls in my shower, so I jumped out went and my complaint about it, I left the Hotel for the day and was back about 12 hours later and the hair was still all over the walls of the shower, my do not disturbed sign wasn t up so they could enter and clean during the day but nothing was done, so I went down and made my complaint about it again and all they did was send some guy with a clip board to document my complaint, didn t send no one up to clean my shower at all while I was here. That s pretty gross I stayed in about 20 hotels over the summer and this is the only one I had a problem with, I brought 8 guys with me with all our own rooms and they all have their own complaints, the guy with the clip board said these complaints come in all the time every day so maybe training your staff on cleanliness would be a good idea. The housekeeping card in my room had the names Carmela/Arjay so maybe you can start with them
Toilet was plugged upon arrival.rough hood
I have a 9 month old daughter who stays awake late. She s quite hard to put back to bed when she wakes up. Her dad was in the room with her while I went down to the lobby to get water and when I came back up a security guard spoke to me as I was walking back to my room, he told me that my daughter is too loud and we need to make her be quiet. Like for goodness sakes she is a baby!!! On the exact floor we stayed on, there was at least three different rooms that had people who were louder than us. Kids are unpredictable, how could you ever ask a mother that kind of question it was quite rude. I don t recommend this place.
This place was like visiting hell. Everything was soo dirty, stinky, and had crackheads hanging around outside smoking pipes... this hotel is just pure gross. Service was decent I guess....
I had just stayed there last night with my family. The rooms were nice, food was great. But I had a very scary experience while staying there, I had got woken up at 1:52 am from something grabbing my leg and shaking me to wake up, I also had heard knocking in the room and stuff knocking down. I won t be going back. I m still scared.. Rooms: Rooms were okay Food and drinks: Food was good
Travelodge brand recently acquired Cumberland Crossing Inn. The staff are super nice and are there to help and the hotel bed was very comfortable. That being said the hallway on my floor didnt look like its been vacuumed in a long time and my in-room coffee pot still had a used filter in it. Staff take smoke breaks at the rear entrance so when you walk to your car you go through a cloud of smoke and the smoke smell is in the lobby and elevator. A little fine tuning and this hotel can be a hidden gem.
Only the food is awesome there!
The restaurant is closed early then reopens in the afternoon
Husband and another worker needed a place to stay while doing a long run. First they cancelled the reservation I made for them, then get up to their room thermostats was set at 30 degrees, however the room was freezing. (Maintanence was up there before they got into their room and I guess didnt notice it was so cold) They slept in their clothesmaybe got an hour or two sleep to continue on with their long trip. Not happy with lack of heat or lack of care on employees part. Will not stay there again!!
We were rudely awakened by a false fire alarm at approximately 4:15 am a few nights ago. It was on, keeping us all awake for at least 40 to 50 minutes so we barely got any sleep. They dont have an elevator to the 2nd floor so it takes awhile carrying everything up. Other than that the beds were comfortable, coffee was good. It would have been nice if they had offered us a complementary nights stay for the fire alarm & the rude awakening.
Friendly atmosphere, friendly
Older hotel but very good customer service
The deal here is insane. Literally this is below cost.
Although staff was very friendly and helpful. It didnt take away from the fact that the smell of cigarette smoke was a constant and the cleanliness was extremely poor. First night here my son and I were approached by a very intoxicated man in the hallway and the sounds of people partying and yelling. Tiles were falling off the walls in the shower and there was garbage left in the bedroom closet from the previous occupant. I booked a room for two nights with the 1-800 provided and the cost was $320 for two nights. Id expect way more for that kind of price. Wouldnt recommend the Travelodge in PA nor will I ever stay here again.
Excellent venue
Good
Heat didnt work in the room we were assigned to. They did not vacuum the room.
Good place to have meetings
Great food and great service
I ate breakfast at the in house restraunt and the food was awesome and they have great service!
Just a awesome staff and kind hearted. Always going out one hundred ten percent to accommodate the guests.
Own
This place is good enough to get a bed to sleep on. It does seem a little dated though. The TVs were quite small and there wasnt many extra ammentities. There was also a bug that crawled up onto my bedside table that I had to kill.
Mental Health First Aid training so can help in a better way.
The Coronet Burger is big
#TogetherAsOne.......
Low cost hotel. Rooms clean but in need of updating. Difficult to regulate the heat in my room. Ok place to stay. Central to city and close to theatres, shopping and restaurants
Room wasnt clean
Well run , good catering of functions.
It was acceptable for an overnight spot. The restaurant was great for a quick and tasty breakfast
Staffs are friendly, but the building is too old. Need an upgrade.
Great sleep
Middle of the road motel/hotel. Reasonable price. If you want some place to sleep without all the perks, go here.
They have a pool table
Name changed to the Coronet Hotel
Good hotel
I didnt stay here Ive been coming here for the last 8 years for breakfast. The prices are good and the service and the staff are really friendly. Its definitely a place to check out.
My school division attends multiple professional workshops at this hotel and conference center. The room are nice and its located right near many restaurants. The catering from the conference center is wonderful and the staff are great to work with
Went here for a work function. Venue is a little outdated but clean.
The staff and the food are great and I liked my room. Only downside is the hallways always smell of smoke ( likely patrons breaking the rules) and carpets always smell damp and or moldy
Its a nice place for staying in town. Also known as community social events. Very friendly staff.
Bed was very comfortable but can very easily hear other people in their rooms and the hallway.
Older hotel but rooms are updated and clean. Nearby restaurants.
Great staff, older hotel
It was nice, especially the restaurant, and they have a policy of people who are not guests will be escorted out which is a good thing to keep randoms out too lol but still its a awesome hotel/motel
Good
Reasonable rates. Rooms descent. Restaurant
Friendly , always welcoming staff
Delivered training here. The room was great and set up was how we needed it to be. Staff was wonderful and the food was excellent.
Good conference room
Typical highway hotel experience. The rooms were nothing fancy and the pillows were fairly uncomfortable, but wasnt expecting the Ritz. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and offered great service.
Attended a conference. The staff was nice.
Hotel room was clean lots of room for the dogs. The staff were very friendly.
Was good
Clean rooms. Food wise, found hair on food. Otherwise 3 star
Convenient
There for a meeting. It was great.
Clean, accomodating, nice rooms.
Was just here for a meeting. Lunch was good.
Poor wifi
Ive only been there for dinner meetings /evening group get togethers. The staff has been very nice and also helpful. The meal has gotten more expensive. The food usually tastes good but it is often not hot and sometimes not enough for the amount of people scheduled to be there. Never enough for seconds on the buffet style main meal, but usually plenty of desserts and tea/coffee/water. The food is somewhat repetitive and basic. The meeting room is nice and the service/staff is good.
Outdated, poor food and banquet facilities....dirty.
Nice hotel
Not fancy but first rate service. Enjoyed my stay.
I was staying here as i was in town for work. I found the staff to be in good spirits and helpful. The room was clean and had everything i needed. And the room rates i found to be very good indeed.
Nice crowd
Very friendly and kind staff
Yup
Great for the price. My room was clean and looked newly renovated. A Co workers room seemed the same but bathroom was old. I would stay here again.
Clean and spacious. Nice place to stay if you are working in Prince Albert
Good service big projector good time
They were amazing!
Clean and neat
Solid hotel bar
Vlts suck
Older style. Kinda needs an update
It was a quiet friendly atmosphere and the rooms were clean
People nice but they were iignored
Staff will go out of their way to help you
great staff and food
Great staff, great service, great location.
I have been to many conferences at the Travelodge. The staff are extremely friendly, the food is great, and the venue is pleasant.
