Good for at good prices cant complain!

I ordered 2 meals so I could eat 2 days. The sushi platter was delicious. Exactly what I wanted. But I heated up tonight s supper, a beef ramen soup bowl - I was terribly disappointed. The menu lists beef, broccoli, cabbage, carrots and corn with nori on top. I receive beef, overcooked broccoli, corn, carrots, cabbage- AND red bell peppers. NO nori. I always read ingredients as I dislike hugely bell peppers when they are cooked. It permeates the whole dish and nothing else is tasted. And I was looking forward to nori as it makes it so delicious. So I would give the soup 1 star. Others may like it but it was not as advertised. I have had it before and they did it as promised. So my dogs are getting the soup.

Very good food, excellent service and an enriched atmosphere. Doesnt attract the wrong crowd.

I called up on the phone to enquire about a possible order on 3rd June at 8pm. A lady picked up the phone. I asked if I may know who I am talking to please. She became so guarded and coldly said, why ? And then said you can ask your question first. I mean, is this acceptable standard of communication or customer service in a service industry ? I was so put off that I decided not to order. Im sorry guys, serving food is not the only thing. Customer service and friendly professional etiquette is far superior. Thanks.

Edo is a great spot for food in PA. In my opinion their portions are large and worth the 13$. The only thing is that the wait time can seem long.

The tapioca pearls were so hard and chewy and the drink was basically just milk. Its literally undrinkable. waste of money

Third time in a year I have noticed health code violations. Today a person was cooking on the grill with no net on a very long bead. Disgusting. Update decided to give them another try. Ordered a beef bento box with 4 sushi and 2 tempura shrimp. Got home and its chicken and no shrimp 2 spring rolls instead. I would not recommend this place at all.

I only gave it 1 star for atmosphere because Ive never actually been in the restaurant. When I do go there myself, Ill change my vote. Besides that, I love the food and even though i ordered over the phone. My food cooked perfect and the delivery service was good. I had to wait a half hour for my food which is fine.

Amazing food, especially their Chicken Ramen Soup is my favorite. I ve always been someone who s liked Chinese/Japanese Cuisine and this is the only place in town to get it good and fresh. Nice ambience and light music. The customer service is good and the hosts are nice and freindly

Spend almost a hundred and they didn t give me everything I ordered. Didn t even wanna look at my receipt before they said no. Never going back.

I came to this location right as the opened and the customer service was amazing. The girl who served us was very sweet, and patient and had a smile on her face the entire time she was communicating with us.

Fast, friendly and fresh! The portion amount is perfect, and plentiful. I have never received this many shrimp in one bowl! I will definitely make it a frequent stop! Vegetarian options: The sushi is made as you order, so the menu clearly states vegetarian options are available upon ordering. Parking: The parking lot is clean and open! Kid-friendliness: The dining area is open and safe for children, and their menu has a childrens section. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a front door parking and an accessible ramp directly in front of the building.

A tad pricey for what you get, but its delicious and Im glad we finally have an Edo. Edited: The portions are now much, much smaller. Now, the sumo size does not fill me, and leave me with food for later. How can be paying close to $20+ and not be full? The shrinking of take out containers has happened in 2009, then 2015, now 2020. I will not come here anymore.

Love this food! Service is fast and friendly. Brought my aunty here once for the first time few weeks ago. This weekend she wanted to go back. We just love the food.

Ordered the spicy teryaki beef yakisoba and there was so much liquid in the bowl it was basically soup also it just tasted like hot sauce and nothing else.

Ive had a great experience with Edo Japan and the food was delivered quickly and hot all the time. The food is delicious and the crew seems to work well with each other to maintain a great location to eat and have good food. I would recommend eating here if you are in Prince Albert. I usually use Skip the Dishes and theyve always delivered, and it always comes hot and ready!

If you like it expensive

bad food (especially the sushi), bad service. The woman working the register was rude and had a bad attitude toward the customers. However showed obvious favoritism to some customers.

This is pretty much like any Edo. If you like fresh veggies / Asian food them there will be something youll like on the menu. Service was good.

The noodle bowl and gyoza was great. Will go back again.

Cooperating staff and amazing owner. Great location, ambiance, and aesthetics. The staff do their work very well! They are enthusiastic and they can recover complaints in a respectful fashion. Would definitely recommend 11/10!

Always comes as advertised

Edo Japan is a good place to eat. They are quick and the food is fresh. I like the teriyaki bowl, but the bento box is just too much food. If you like teriyaki, and veggies this is the place to go.

Food court food now with the inconvenience of having everyone eat the same thing! Its ok but for near the same price you could go to a real resturant instead of a chain and get much better food and larger servings.
