Hungry people beware. They make your pizza with dirty germ riddled hands. Witnessed a man making a pizza, stop to pick up the phone and then continue making a pizza WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS. Won’t be ordering here anymore.
Just got a cheesy bread and 2 pizzas from here and both were so undercooked we couldn’t even eat it. Wasted like $40 on undercooked pizza. The only reason it’s not a 1 star review is because 1/4 of the time they’re okay. Nothing great. But after this last order though i think I’m just going to go back to TJs.
Best pizza to order from, always hot and ready to eat, pepperoni is very good, and just some very good big slices of pizza if you were to order large or x-large. Best pizza in my opinion
It was shitty, I ordered as usual and for some reason kept going to pick up even though I changed it. When I noticed the it was for pick up I called the store to explain the issue. Was told they would deliver it and I just had to pay the delivery fee at the door. He told me I would take a little bit as they didn't want to send me cold food and wouldmake a new one. I said no problem and thank you very much. It was delivered fairly quickly which made me happy until I open my pizza box and it was cold and soggy. The crust was so soggy that the crust was difficult to tear apart. It was not as he said it would be and I'm very disappointed in the reaction. He said oh well not much I can do now I'll just give you a credit for a pan pizza. That's not what I wanted, I wanted a hot and tasty pizza. Not acceptable.
We love getting our pizza here. The Manager, Tiffany is amazing & we like the coupons & offers available on the app. Definitely recommend this particular Dominoes here in Prince Albert.
I've been there a couple of times since last year, and I just wanted to write a few words about the amazing manager there (I think she’s a manager—skinny, blonde, sometimes with colored hair, and of course, I forgot her name 😭). She’s ALWAYS such a sweetheart and gives me the best experience! She definitely deserves a raise. Thank you 🩷, and I hope we get more people like her ❣️
Pizza was fresh + hot and quickly done. Only issue was the track your pizza wasn't working so took a while for me to go ind × gest it. Other than that all was great as usual.

I placed an order online and they never even checked the order. I go to pick up and they were trying to say I didnt order. So I showed the guy my emailed receipt and they said that I had to wait another 10 minutes. So altogether I waited 40 minutes for my order when it was only supposed to be 15-20 minutes. It wasnt so hot and I wasnt strapped for cash, I would have went elsewhere. I only ordered from here because of the 50% off coupon that they currently have.

I ordered a small pizza and I had to wait 20 minutes it s no problem with me and he handed me the order and I told him I have pied for a drink too and he says no you didn t and I was like ask the other guy he was here and he says he s gone he all be back in 10 minutes so I wired 10 more minutes and I finally had my order and I had to wait 30 minutes and when I asked for a small box so I can pot the left overs pizza in it he says you have to pay for it 11.75$

I ordered two pan pizzas from here and paid extra for extra toppings. I literally received pizza with two pineapple pieces on each slice. What s the point of charging extra money if they were not even going to put regular amount of topping on it?? I politely asked the employee over there for the refund just for the extra money that was charged for extra toppings, his response was I CAN ONLY GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT with an attitude!!!! When I asked his name so I could talk to him when I order next time, he got so offended for no reason. I felt discriminated against. I m Domino s customer for over 10 years but not anymore!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Ive been battling addiction with alcohol a long time, recently been doing very good being sober. Anyways this one late night walking home, I was very dehydrated. I did not expect Dominos to give me water but the staff there were very friendly. The guy working gave me cold water and after I left, he came chasing after me and asked if i wanted an order of food that nobody picked up. I said sure, thank you. Overall great place, and I like the pizza.

Delivery Driver did not know my location. I received a phone call to go outside. My building has a large sign outside indicating the building number. Pizza was good. Could not provide accurate atmosphere as I ordered online. Website does not indicate delivery is an added cost and the website requests a tip after charging for delivery. 1 out of 10 for that.

I ordered 4 large pizzas for my buddies and I. Only 3 pizzas were delivered. When I called back, it took over 1 hour for the worker to pick up the phone after putting me on hold. He said they could not deliver the missing pizza, but they would put a credit on my account under my phone number for the amount of a large cheese pizza. I went in today to redeem that credit and was told I have no credit on my account and that there was nothing they could do. Basically, they stole the price of a large pizza from me.

My last review of this dominos location was 4 years ago. They REALLY upped their ante since then. Most of my orders I get from here have been superb, I have no missing items during delivery (very very rarely) and the pizza tastes fantastic. The cheesy bread w/ marinara sauce is incredible as well. They even added the ability to pay for it directly online, rather than in cash and debit in person. That was a change I was hoping would come and it did. Seriously, incredible work on revamping your services, I really appreciate it!

After a night shift while driving back home I decided to grab a pizza from the dominos. I was warmly greeted by Tristyn at the counter and he was super patient with my meandering decision making skills to place an order. He helped me out and was cheerful. I order and pay off of the app. I have 3 puppies: convenient for me to meet them at the end of my driveway& grab my grub. Also a fussy eater so I create my own and prefer Domino s over all take out pizza places. Nothing beats homemade but Domino s comes close.
