service is always top notch here! the food quality is usually great too but have had a couple small issues over many orders. always appreciate the unique crunch of sesame seeds on the crust, as well as the free toppings (please bring back the garlic though 😩) recently asked for no pineapple due to allergies and it was ignored! oops! still love y’all though.
Best pizza in the town. I had awesome experience last night. Must try their gourmet pizzas, they are literally yum! Staff is cooperative and jolly.

The pizza was too spicy that we had to sleep starving that night. The owner didnt bother to call back for the complain. When we complain instead of giving another pizza, they refuce to not to give pizza. There was a punjabi guy who told himself manager was very rude saying himself owner.
SCAM ALERT - we found out long after the fact that they charged our credit card multiple times for one pizza. Please do not risk your credit card and buy a pizza from here. They will scam your card.
im ngl. i am not a big pizza fan. i ordered their veggie pizza on uber eats (had a promo as well) and hands down the best pizza i ever had. they had so many toppings free of charge(which is so crazy in this economy but i really appreciated it) and it made me actually like pizza. i will def be ordering from here again
Hair in my Pizza slice and really bad response when I called about what had happened. The guy who answered the phone was so arrogant and was rude utmost. I normally don't think too much when the guys at the store answer the phone and talk rudely but I felt really disrespected last night even though I am a regular there. Their customer service makes me want to stop going there. I have video of me taking the hair out from the pizza too if the crew thought this was a joke. Its not about the money spent or not its about feeling the money being spent there is not worth it.

The pizza and everything is good, to great. However, I Have A *SERIOUS ISSUE & PROBLEM* with one thing : Their So Called Chicken Wings ... *OLD BONES, REUSED & GLUED MEAT ON OLD DISCARDED BONES, BONES FROM GOD KNOWS WHETHER ITS CHICKEN OR NOT* *ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING* I Originally tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, that maybe they chickens themselves were just abused or had broken bones .. . . *PURE SELF DELUSION !¡!* I Knew, And I Can Tell [ Doesnt *ANYBODY* Else See This ?¿?* In Prince Albert SK ?¿?] That is not how chicken bones are supposed to be... So I Stopped ordering from them for a year or 2 because . . .that was too disgusting. I came back and tried it again recently thinking maybe it was fixed, or I was wrong. Not only has the quality of the pizza degraded, but I think they are skimping on ingredients or something.... *IN ANY CASE* : Those *ARE NOT* real chicken wings *AT ALL* !¡! What they are serving paying customers is & MEAT GLUED ON TO OLD DISCARDED Bones ... possibly from chicken - [ both the meat glued onto the bones, and the bones themselves are *POSSIBLY* Chicken . Disgusting !¡! Is it the people who run the business , the owner, the employees ?¿? This happened twice with us. We ordered butter paneer pizza and got the butter chicken again. So disappointed. We are vegetarian people. And this is disgusting that how they are selling the wrong pizzas, its about religion and the preference and selling the wrong pizza twice is much worse to do. Didn t expected to happen this again. The staff need to know what they are hearing on the phone orders, what they are charging us for and what they are making and packing. Never going to back this place. And not want this to happen again with anybody. You guys need to watch out what are you doing and what you need to work on. I really don t even want to give a single star to this place. And the employee over there need to know the way they are treating. When we went there to complain about the mistake, girl working there literally said that its our fault that we asked for the butter chicken pizza. As we are vegetarian people and we accidentally eat the first bite of pizza and she was complaining that we asked for this pizza only. Such a disgusting behaviour. Staff really need to work on themselves.

I ordered today Pizza crust is very thick and they take more then 1 and half hour and my food is not hot .Bad experience
Called and asked if they made pan pizzas the guy said yes. So I ordered a pepperoni . I go to pick it up and its a regular crust. Turns out that they dont make pan pizzas there. Obviously they arent aware of what they make there. The pizza was gross and not cut properly. Never will spend money there again.

This is my second time so disappointed because the first time was so good.Waited over an hour and when I called I was told they didn t want my food to be cold. My food was cold. Not sure what happened here because the first time I was so impressed over the moon. After this experience I probably won t order again.

You get what you pay for. Order a walk-in large for 11$. So far cheapest pizza in town. Pizza sauce is flavourful. Sesame crust was a good twist. Bad part about the pizza, very cheap on toppings, it felt like I was eating a cheese pizza, not even enough cheese on pizza. Last but not least I specifically order to put extra cheese on it and they forgot.

A different experience. Red swan pizza definitely has an edge over others. I will recommend trying their specialty pizzas like butter or tandoori chicken pizza, and paneer tikka pizza. Those are a bit spicy, but worth the try.

Traditional pizzas are good, although overcooked crust sometimes, tried cauliflower crust (good texture and taste), wings are deep fried in flour, sauce poured over, good.

Im not sure how they earned best pizza in saskatoon. The service was sub-par at best. I was quoted a time on a pick-up order...a few mintues behind I can accept, but when your 20mins over your time limit, thats an issue. When I asked why my food was late, all I got was an apology and an offer of something free. I did not ask for something free, i requested an answer as to why my food was late. Its definately not the best pizza by my standards, neither was the service. The toppings are far from gourmet. I expect better from a high voter reputation.

Hired me for the delivery, they do not pay minimum wage, instead they pay 4$ per delivery plus the tip which is usually around 4-6$ so you don t make minimum wage and you have to use all the money in gas

Delicious pizza!!! I only wish the sauce was a little more zesty but overall the pizza rocked! I am addicted to the toasted sesame seeds around the crust and i like how they cut the pie into squares. The pizza was cooked so lovely and it arrived by deliverly SOOO piping hot. I also gave them special instructions and they followed them EXACTLY. I often find that an hour or two after i eat some delivery/takeout that the food was very salty but only noticeable later on when i feel extremely thirsty and salt logged but this was not the case for this pizza. It also wasnt too greasy. Im gonna order from here often.
Friendly staff Walk in special is a great value $7.95 for any 10 pizza even the gourmet pizzas. Also really enjoy the sesame seed crust its different and good.

Absolutely disappointed with the stores ability to read my delivery instructions of: knock and call my cell xxx-xxxx. They did not abide by delivery instructions and woke up people who should not have been woken up. Red Swan has generally been good but I am greatly greatly disappointed in their ability to read delivery instructions.

When was the last time pizza felt new to you? This stuff is the real deal, we have tried nearly every pizza on the menu and will before long. That sesame seed crust is slap your granny good. And vegetarian take note there are 10+ options here. Personal favorites include ( yeah, i know theres a lot, its really hard to pare it down) 9 beef and bacon 10 classic Roman 12 lemon garlic shrimp 21 (v) Creamy avocado 22 perogi (potatoes on pizza?...yes) 32(v) spicy paneer 33 sweet and spicy 37 tandoori chicken 39 (v)spicy ginger coriander 41(v) paneer tikka (my current favorite) Seriously, get out of you comfort zone and try some of these. Oh and the lunch special is a good deal (p.s. thats how we tried so many)
