The service provided was not up to the expected standards. I had requested the members to establish contact with the hiring manager. Regrettably, they responded in an unprofessional manner, exhibiting rudeness and making disparaging remarks towards me.

I placed two orders of 6’’ Teriyaki sub yesterday on Aug 24 @ 5.50pm on subway app and I was expected to pick up at 6.10pm on the curb side, First of all, I waited outside to get my order @6.10pm as shown in subway app, no staff came out so I went in the restaurant at 6.15pm , and the staff didn’t even make my sub and on top of that he said, he got only one order but I got charged for 2 subs, Finally I got so frustrated as I was scheduled to work at 6.30pm , so I left with only one sub at 6.25pm , I would say , Absolutely Ridiculous staff and his service , the staff was very unprofessional and slow in doing his job, I rly didn’t expect this kind of worst service from Sub way , You should keep good trained staff so that you don’t loose regular customers like myself
Manager Manjot has very bad attitude towards customers, she won't even apologize for mistake. Will ruin the business at 2nd avenue Subway in PA.
Made a order online, but they did not have the items I ordered so I canceled my order, but I still got charged for food I did not receive. It's been over 3 weeks and I still haven't got a refund??? If I could give no stars I would. How could it take this long to get a refund for food you did not get?? Why would I be charged for it to begin with if I canceled the order?
I don't like the taste afterwards when you eat the buns especially when you burp you can really distinguish the taste I go to Selenas donair now

Fast friendly service with food you expect from subway
Why is it that the staff have a hard time putting extra veggies on the subs? It s like pulling teeth. I cringe when I ask for extra onions or green peppers. They throw on like 3 chunks so I ask again and it s like I m insulting them. Then upon paying with debit or credit,,,the machine asks you for a tip. Then they get insulted again when you don t give em one. You want a tip??? Try smiling as you slam the till drawer. Oh,,,,if you made it to the end of this,,,how bout a thumbs up or down to help others. If you re not a part of the solution,,,then you re part of the problem. Thanks for looking.

Workers don t know know how to make a subway melt. Charged me extra. Charged me extra for making a sub correctly.
I suspect that buying a descent sandwich has everything to do with who serves you. The sandwich my friend brought me yesterday had one layer of salami folded in two. I had to open my bun to see what was in it. Anyways it was the thinnest subway I ever had to eat. Very disappointed.
Not sure what happened but both the wife and I got sick after ordering here.
Best subway in prince albert, me and my wife found ourselves starting to not like the quality of our subs at other locations, untill we found this gem. thanks for the excellent service and quality sub
staff was friendly and had my order done quickly. food was made well and tasted fine, would recommend subway if youre feeling hungry
Very bad experience with this sub way i went there in the morning for my pick up order the guy thin and tall who took my order very rude with me and made wrong order for my kids...

The staff is very rude, even when your nice to the one guy who has the wired haircut and wears the silver chain. always putting the tablet where the food goes, hardly wears gloves. and will try to take your money if you say something to him like please wash your hands. that kinda staff should not be working at a sandwich shop

I liked this Subway. The dude working was nice, felt very safe sanitation-wise (what with covid and all), and I liked that they had hand sanitizer I could use after paying, lots of places only have it at the beginning of the line and I have to use my own when I leave. Anyways, yummy sammich

Worst subway in town. So cheap with toppings it s painful. For starters you are supposed to get 2 scoops of meat on a steak sub. By the time the guy behind the counter quits shaking the scoop to try and make it level you only have about half a scoop left. I get more meat on a cheese burger from Mc.Donalds for under 2.00. Then when you ask for more veggies on it they throw a couple extra slivers of lettuce on it. A hamster would die of starvation eating the amount of vegetables they put on it. I really don t think you should be able to see bread through all the toppings after it s all piled on. Save yourself being hungry after a 10.00 sub and go to the one in macs by Carlton. Now those folks know how to make a sub.

Cheapest bunch of people Ive met. This is definitely the worst Subway in town. The employee only let me pick a maximum of 6 toppings (which I found out after). He also was very meager with the toppings. I had to ask for cucumbers 5 times before it was even anything then he asked for what sauce I wanted, I asked for pickles and he said that will cost me extra, I said what do you mean? he said you only get 6 toppings. No other subway Ive ever been to has tried to pull crap like that. I told him to keep the sandwich and I was going to leave then he had a change of heart and started to pile on the toppings. Like what the heck is he trying to pull?
