Worth the wait! Grab a paper and do your ordering as you wait in the line! I really enjoyed the atmosphere, you get real HK experience with ppl rushing around. Service was actually quite nice, they could have rushed us much more! Food was fabulous, both savory and sweet buns were amazing, my favorites were BBQ pork roll and the mango roll.

Do come early like really early. I got there 10 minutes after they are open. Manage to go straight in without queueing but not long after I sat down, the queued started to form. It is on a Friday morning. Honestly speaking the food is good. Isn't too salty yet tasty. My favourite is the Beancurd skin roll in fish broth. The prawns in the Har Hao are quite fresh. Siew Mai is good. Custard Buns and Fried Carrot Cake are quite good too. My mum really liked their Chicken Feet as it is soft and well marinated. Tea is given in a pot where you can pour out. Quite a big pot. We order 10 items but we came out quite bloated. We ain't super big eater or small eater btw. Something to note, there is no 10% service charge if you come on a weekday. Only cash payment accepted. There is a photo of the queue after I make payment. This is how long the queue will be if you arrived at 1030am. Btw, I have use a spoon to illustrated how big the Siew mai and Har Gao is.

Oven baked Char Siew bun is soft and savoury with char siew, you can feel the big chucks of char siew in the bun. Dishes that can are cut half which are 1) spring rolls 2) Fried bean curd skin, serving is quite big. Have celery and add a nice crunch to the beancurd skin. 3) carrot cake Prawn dumpling is really good with good amount of chunky prawn inside. The skin is really thin but tear a bit easily.

A Dim sum restaurant attracting tourists and locals alike. To avoid long queues, visit on weekdays and arrive early. 10% service charge applies on weekends and public holidays. The food is generous in portions, delicious and satisfying. Short walking distance from Prince Edward MTR. Recommended for dim sum lover, a must-visit for authentic dim sum experience.

There’s a queue in front of the restaurant but the queue ran quickly. If you don’t want to wait just visit on weekday. There’s Thai language in the menu which’s my language. It helps Thai to read the menu faster. I like many dishes but the one I like the most was pork BBQ in the rice roll. All dim sum really huge if compare with dim sum in Thailand. The price is affordable and they accept cash and travel card. I’ve visit this restaurant for 3 times. I’ll visit again for sure.

First time coming here, you go to the front to get a number and order from the small sheet they give you for a faster service for when you sit down. The food was tasty, prices are affordable and my friend loved everything about it! We waited for about 20 minutes which wasn't a long wait at all. I would go back again next time I go to HK. (price: 2 of us and we ordered 9 dishes, bill came to $319)

There was a line when I got there, Sunday after 8 but it was quick to get a table since I was by myself. The staff were really nice. It was easy to order too. I tried mango pudding since I saw some reviews saying it was really good. To me, it was like okay, I liked it better without the milky sauce. The steamed vegetables was simple but outstanding!!!!

This place had a queue outside but it moved very quickly. Handing the menu out while you wait in line is a very efficient way of getting orders in quickly. The food was amazing and the staff were so helpful and kind. I would recommend checking this place out! The mango custard dessert was sold out when we went so didn’t get a chance to try it!

The dim sum ingredients are of high quality and prepared with great care. The food is better than any other chain restaurant in the world. By Hong Kong standards, the seats are quite comfortable. Food is made with good ingredients and dedication. The dim sum there is definitely a step up from big chain restaurants. Seating is relatively spacious and comfortable by Hong Kong standard.

it is delicious. The basic car price is $7, and if you go on a weekend or public holiday, an additional 10% service charge is added. Its on the menu. I went around 4pm on a weekend and there was no wait, but when I left, there was a wait. The price is not cheap. Still, its delicious. I ordered a lot of things after reading the blog, and they were all delicious. I dont think I could order anything like sticky rice cakes with soy sauce sprinkled on top.

Dim sum restaurant with good taste, reasonable prices, and the size of the restaurant is not very wide. People come in and out all the time. My favorite menu item is rice noodle rolls. Impressed with the thinness of the dough and the soft, sticky texture. The service staff is good (compared to the service in Hong Kong). The food doesnt come out quickly. The menu only has some pictures. At first, I couldnt find the har gao so I had to use Google translate to help. It turns out that the har kao that Thai people call it is transliterated from Cantonese. The store accepts cash payments only.

I visited on the weekend and accidentally arrived before the store opened. There were already a few people lined up in front of the store. The space in the store is not large, but the seats are not too crowded. There are many items, selling all kinds of dim sum, including rice rolls, dumplings, crispy buns, desserts and porridge, etc. After arranging a seat inside, just fill in the menu. The tea table fee is charged per head and a pot of hot tea is provided. A 10% service fee is charged on holidays. Payment is in cash only. Steamed crab roe siomai, with thin skin and fillings that are salty and fragrant, with plenty of shrimp. Recommended. The pan-fried radish cake has a soft and glutinous texture, but the surface is not the right texture. The radish has a strong flavor and goes well with the sauce. Thin-skin shrimp dumplings, the skin is thin and elastic, and the inside is a direct battle of fresh shrimps. The texture is fresh and springy and full of shrimp flavor. Recommended. Shrimp and bean curd rolls, the outside is crispy and not greasy. The fillings include shrimp, cabbage, coriander pork, etc. The vinegar sauce has a cinnamon aroma, which complements each other. The glutinous rice chicken is wrapped in lotus leaves. The glutinous rice is soft and tender and full of fat and lotus leaf aroma. The fillings include barbecued pork, chicken, salted egg yolk, dried shrimps and shiitake mushrooms. It is rich in flavor and very amazing. Highly recommended. Steamed pork ribs with black bean sauce. The pork ribs are delicious and smooth. Steamed chicken feet with black pepper, full of gelatin texture and a little spicy, I cant put it down, recommended. I visited twice, but unfortunately I dont have a big stomach. Every dim sum is excellent, and the stores attitude is friendly.

It s Yum Cha with speed. Yes, you do have to wait in line outside for a table, but there is a fine tuned system that works. Once inside, great food is served and eat quickly and leave. This is not like those large restaurants where people sit around and bring tea and talk for hours! Food is great also, maybe not Michelin star, but for someone who grew up in Kowloon 30 years ago, the taste is authentic.

The food is average, the environment is messy, the tea is of poor quality, and the price is not affordable

We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened and there was already a line. The restaurant is fitted with small tables - difficult to have all your dishes spread across the table. However, the staff was really friendly and quickly picked up that we needed an English menu. I should note that the place has a sign that says Cash Only but there is an exemption for foreigners. The manager let us know that it was mostly enforced for locals but they completely understand that foreigners may not have cash on hand. They happily accepted my Visa, hassle-free. While the food was good, I thought that it was more on the blander side. The fung jao lacked the deep and rich soy sauce flavor. The siu mai also misses the fatty pork inside the dumpling, it reminded me more of a fish dumpling. Perhaps the American-Cantonese style is different from HK?

Its one of the dim sum restaurants with good prices and deliciousness, really in the top 5 in womens hearts. Starting with the big dumplings, the shrimp meat is packed full in the mouth. Haha, big balls. But using small and medium sized shrimp together is not bad. The fried sticky rice has a little bit of filling but the batter is very good and crunchy. The most disappointing item was probably the khanom phak kad. The seafood is too dense and the smell of the dried shrimp comes out too much and the taste is a little too salty. But if people like it a little salty, its considered good. The part that I really like is the steamed buns, both with red pork and custard filling. The filling isnt bad, the texture is just right, but the dough is really good, applause-worthy. Most importantly, its cheap and not overpowering like other places. The couple should come again and again.

December 8, 2024

The first meal we had when we arrived in Hong Kong was some dim sum. The boss stood at the door and assigned number plates to arrange seats. There were a lot of people waiting on site, but when he saw us with our children, he specifically said he would help us arrange seats as soon as possible. Originally, there was a parent sitting nearby with a child who was sleeping in a stroller. After the child woke up, the boss asked the child if he could sit on the chair and move the stroller. During the process, the boss was very friendly and asked for the childs consent. If the child is willing, the boss will prepare a small gift for him~ He is really very friendly to the child. Employees will say thank you when taking orders! (When we went to other stores later, we were harassed by clerks) So on the last day of the trip, we decided to pay a second visit without even thinking about it. The food is all delicious. The sauce that goes with the carrot cake is delicious. The shrimp and bean curd rolls are very layered. The mango and custard rolls are also a must-try. They are ice-cold and full of mango aroma. Both adults and children love it.

2024-12-07 (Sat) 12:40 I remember waiting for about 20 minutes when I arrived. When you open the waiting number tag on the wall to the right of the store entrance, they give you a menu (like a calendar) and ask you to read it all, write down the menu, and return it. No. 01 24HKD : It s just a vegetable. I dont think Ill order it when I visit again. Number 38 38HKD : Divided into likes and dislikes (my last pick, my wife s first pick) No. 45 28HKD : 94 points (dim sum with shrimp base and vegetables) No. 11 42HKD : 80 points (dim sum containing only shrimp) No. 27 36HKD : 98 points (meat-based dim sum) The basic car price for 1 person is 7HKD, so 14HKD is added for 2 people. Weekend service fee is added 10% to the total cost. Total 200HKD 37,000 won (card) I think its a place worth visiting. The difference in scores is meaningless and Depending on your taste buds, I think most of the menu items will be more than just plain delicious.

We ordered shrimp dumplings, siomai, chicken dumplings, and barbecued pork rice rolls, all in all they were delicious! However, the price is more expensive than other dim sum specialty stores, and although Na Yi Cha cannot be compared with tea houses, it does not lack the taste of tea at all! Speaking of service, it was smooth to get us seated, but before we had our third basket of dim sum, the staff had already urged us to speed up because the queue was really long (only a dozen or so by visual inspection)!

Tieguanyin has tea bags Puer without tea bags The service attitude of the staff was very poor. They asked us to have dinner at the same table as the guests. After expressing our unwillingness, they told us to wait outside. Shrimp dumplings: 10 points, maximum 100 points The skin is very thick and it feels like it has been steamed for a long time. It was steamed in 3 minutes. When it was delivered to the table, it was not steamed immediately at all. There is a feeling of cheating customers. Shrimp Rice Roll: 0 points, up to 100 points. Forgot to take pictures because the staff was very nasty and had black faces. I ordered two portions of shrimp rice rolls and asked for soy sauce. The staff was very mean and handed me another portion of soy sauce. I ordered two shrimp sausages, shouldnt they come with two plates of soy sauce? You should put soy sauce on the table for guests to use. Shrimp and vegetable dumplings: 10 points, up to 100 points They are very small, the skin is not tasty, and the shrimp meat is very shredded. Are you cutting corners to save costs? Barbecued pork buns: 30 points, up to 100 points The steamed buns are different from the pictures. The steamed buns are very crude, not delicious, and are expensive in this area. Are you trying to deceive customers? Siomai: 20 points, maximum 100 points The shrimp meat was very shredded and looked like it had been steamed for a long time. It was not steamed immediately at all. The taste was very bad. Steamed Chicken with Mushrooms: 70 points, maximum 100 points The fish maw is delicious and the chicken is delicious. The mushrooms were not cleaned and the smell was still there. Finally, the staff whispered and asked us to leave as soon as possible. The service level of this store is very poor. After customers finish their dinner, they are not allowed to wipe their mouths, drink more tea, pack their things, and are only asked to check out as soon as possible because there are many people queuing outside. When enjoying a meal in this restaurant, you will not feel the feeling of being pampered at all. Have you ever heard that the customer is God? In-store marketing is also very expensive. I can only give this store 10 points, the maximum score is 100 points. Conclusion: I don t recommend patronizing, and I won t come again. Thanks

Nothing out of the xtra ordinary for this one, just another standard dim sum place. It is definitely not the best or outstanding in terms of food, service or atmosphere. The place is cramped. All parties must be present before you are given a table. In other words, even if you line up early, you need to continue to line up after all parties arrived. We ordered a bunch of dim sum. We were there for an hour or so. Our son was still eating and there were at least 3 untouched dishes on the table. The boss lady came by not just once but 3 times tried to rush us out for the next customer. She cleared part of the table or check what food we still have in a swift manner and even told us to quickly finish to HELP them out. She repeated this process 3 times which was very annoying and impolite. She doesn t care guess she is the boss. Our son rushed to finish his food and tea. She got the table but lost a regular customer. We won t recommend this one if you want to enjoy your food and company in peaceful setting. They are not at all cheap. Kid-friendliness: This is not a kid friendly place, they have no time for kids.

I have always wanted to try this Hong Kong-style dim sum shop. I arrived at 9:00 on a Sunday morning and had to queue for about 4-5 groups (about 20 minutes) before entering. The seats are quite spacious and comfortable. The service is very good and the price is surprisingly affordable. Great Hong Kong tea. experience Carrot cake: Normally delicious but not used to the spicy sauce Salted water chicken: It s wrapped with vegetables, the outside is fried and crispy, and there s a layer of mochi-like glutinous rice skin inside. It tastes sweet, salty, and delicious. Fried rice rolls: The fried dough sticks are more bready, not the crispy ones in Taiwan, but they are very suitable for wrapping in rice rolls. The rice rolls are not very chewy and are a bit soft and glutinous. I think they are super delicious when paired with the peanut dipping sauce on the side. Siew mai and shrimp dumplings: you can t go wrong with everything you order in Hong Kong. Fresh Bamboo Beef Balls: This is a sticking point for us (a matter of personal taste). My traveling companions don t eat coriander and I don t like tangerine peel. All I can say is, walk slowly and don t give it away Shrimp and bean curd rolls: Crispy & Hong Kong s shrimp snacks are delicious. It has a bit of sourness (similar to Worcestershire sauce) and is not greasy. Mango Custard Roll: The outer shell is very similar to coconut snowflake cake, and the mango pulp inside is unexpectedly sweet (it s already December and there are such delicious mangoes!?) A very professional ending dessert

We are all interested in trying the better Hong Kong dim sum. We found dim sum through the introduction of a friend. When we arrived, there were already many customers queuing up. Under the efficient arrangement of the manager, we were served quickly. We found a seat. When he knew that we were coming from afar, he was very accommodating and allowed us to place another order. The waitress was very efficient and friendly. The food was as the name suggests, the spring rolls were deep-fried, the dim sum was hot and spicy, and there were very few outside. Some of the nostalgic snacks are very fresh. What is worthy of praise is the store manager. There s also a rush to finish quickly for the next table to come in. They also charge service charge and higher prices. The menu has less choice than others too. I wouldn t come back.

The siomai is quite big and has a large shrimp on top. The filling is full of aroma but relatively loose. The outer shell of the Shrimp Dumpling Emperor is like a thin crystal dumpling skin, and the shrimp tastes delicious when paired with the minced meat filling. 2024/11/2 Second visit Thin-skin shrimp dumplings The shrimp dumplings are huge on the outside and the shrimp inside are big and chewy. A must-try! Fresh shrimp rice rolls When it is served to the table, Auntie will pour special sauce on it. Needless to say, the shrimps inside are big and elastic; the skin is very tender. I have never tasted such delicious rice roll skin. It has the taste of soup stock, which is very recommended! Fresh shrimp and vegetable dumplings The dumpling skin is relatively transparent and the texture is soft. Although the shrimp inside is not as huge as fresh shrimp dumplings, the overall seasoning is very flavorful and the water chestnuts have a crunchy texture. It is a taste that will make you feel happy after eating it! Shrimp bean curd rolls The ingredients inside the shrimp paste are very solid, full of chopped fresh shrimps, the bean curd skin on the outside is very crispy, and the designated sauce enhances the flavor, it is delicious! Ginger, green onion, beef and cypress leaves It feels like a large dish with a high degree of completion. The tripe is very crispy and the whole plate goes well with rice. Boiled green rapeseed Kale is a must-eat in Hong Kong, it s very tender and delicious Various glutinous rice chicken I thought I couldnt eat anymore, but I couldnt help but keep digging. There were a lot of ingredients, and the non-sauce colored parts were very flavorful and delicious. Smooth Custard Bun The buns have a thin skin and most of the ingredients, and you can see the egg yolk bits, and the filling has a well-balanced ratio of salted egg and cream. The tableware has already been washed and there is no need to wash it with hot tea after serving it. The restaurant has toilets. Overall, everyone likes it. It will be a must-try restaurant in Hong Kong in the future, and will be promoted to relatives and friends to try it out if they have the chance!

Dim Sum is a must-visit restaurant when our family is in Hong Kong. The fried wontons are huge, fried until fragrant and crispy, and served with a slightly spicy sweet and spicy sauce. I fell in love with them the first time I ate them. The radish cake has large fresh radish and has a juicy texture. It is the only one that makes me think that the radish cake really tastes like radish. I highly recommend it. The other snacks are also good, and I try something different every time, such as the rich and chewy curry squid and the tender rice rolls. The steamed beef rice takes a little longer. The beef patties are different from Japanese hamburger steaks. They are more like the elasticity and texture of beef balls. When paired with poached eggs, it tastes full of Hong Kong flavor. This time I chose egg powder for dessert. It has a soft texture, a bit like Shaqima. After eating half of it, I realized that there was maltose at the bottom. The service at dim sum is much friendlier than that of ordinary tea restaurants, and the pressure is not too great. Although there are occasional mistakes (for example, the wrong tea is delivered), overall it is still highly recommended. 2024/3/21 In addition to the must-order fried wontons and carrot cakes, I also tried a new dish, shrimp and vegetable sprouts dumplings - I was thinking of soybean sprouts, and when I bit into them, I found small bean sprouts, which were tender and delicious. Fish meat cake rice - seafood flavor with springy meat cake, super delicious. I was very hungry, so I couldnt help ordering this staple food. Although two people shared it, it took up too much space in the stomach, otherwise there could be more. Eat some other delicious snacks. 2024/3/23 I wanted to eat porridge for breakfast, but I thought there would be less people in the morning for snacks. Although porridge is not his main specialty, there are other snacks available, so I visited again within three days. Preserved egg and lean meat porridge is refreshing and delicious, a stomach-warming breakfast. I didnt want to eat fried food early in the morning, so I ordered fresh bamboo rolls with fish soup. Different from the fried bean curd rolls, it didnt contain shrimps but had some more vegetables. It was paired with rich fish soup and was surprisingly delicious. I feel like when I come to Hong Kong for morning tea, I must have barbecued pork buns with Pu er, and it s really delicious. The glutinous rice chicken with rich ingredients is full of lotus leaf fragrance, like a big meat dumpling, and has a soft and glutinous texture that will keep you full from breakfast to lunch.

I went to Dim Sum recently and I was quite satisfied with the overall dining experience. First of all, the shrimp roll rice roll was my appetizer. Although the skin of the rice roll roll was a little thick, the shrimp inside was very fresh, chewy and delicious. Paired with the sauce, the overall taste is still very good, making people very happy to eat it. Then, I was also impressed by the creamy custard bun. The outer shell of this custard bun is soft and light, and the filling is full of aroma. You can feel the richness and rich taste of custard in every bite. It is not overly sweet at all, making it a very satisfying dessert. In addition, the steamed crab siomai and pan-fried carrot cake also performed very well. The crab meat stuffing of the siomai is very delicious and has a delicate texture. It tastes even more delicious when paired with the dipping sauce. The pan-fried carrot cake is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is full of aroma. When paired with the seasoning of sauce, the overall taste is very harmonious. It is a classic Hong Kong-style dim sum. Generally speaking, the meals served by Yim Sum are carefully prepared, the taste is authentic, and the service is attentive. There were 10 groups in front of us who registered at 10:00 on Friday morning and waited for about 20 minutes. Each dish was delicious and the portions were large. Four people were full after eating 8 dishes~

There are three pan-fried carrot cakes 22, two honey-glazed barbecued pork buns 22, four thin-skinned shrimp dumplings 42, we ordered two, steamed siomai with crab roe 36 four, shrimp roll 36 two large strips, black soy sauce Sauce steamed pork ribs 27, three fresh bamboo beef balls 27, mango pudding 28. Carrot cake has the fragrance of radish. It is not the kind where all the bacon fillings are mixed together, but some are put inside for decoration. The honey-glazed pork buns are too sweet for me, and the egg skin is very soft. The shrimp dumplings are delicious. The siomai is very fragrant and you can also eat shrimps. The rice rolls are very tender. The steamed pork ribs are delicious and a must-try. The beef balls have a lot of coriander flavor, and I think it needs a bit of beef flavor. The mango pudding contains diced mango, which is sweet and the pudding has a powdery texture. Overall, it is delicious.

Very top service! The manager was attentive to us at all times and helped us with recommendations from the menu. Great local food. I recommend going early since they do not accept reservations and there are long lines.

I waited for about 30-40 minutes that day and the waiters were very polite. Because there were only two of us, we only ordered 5 dishes, but we were still full. The shrimp dumplings and siomai were both delicious! I would like to try other dishes if I have the chance

Delicious food, place filled with people. Very reasonable prices. The menu is rather extensive with plenty of choice. I recommend this place for a good dinner. You can pay by cash only.

The food is delicious, but the lady at the counter placed the wrong order, and the foreign worker who served the food had a bad attitude. Fortunately, a woman who must be the boss lady came to the rescue, and she was very polite and the service was very good!

We reached there early evening on a weekday, and there was no waiting. We are mostly vegetarian, and the menu had enough options for us (english menu). The options are all assigned numbers, and to order, we had to circle the numbers that we wanted on the order sheet. We ordered the corn congee, vegetable dumplings, custard buns and chicken mushroon rice. The food was lovely and subtly flavoured. Our server Shuma was lovely and helpful. It was a great experience.

Super Invincible World Perak is delicious and cheap Although I finished it by myself, this portion can be eaten by 2-4 people. The Bei Mushroom Chicken Rice is highly recommended, the rice grains are distinct and the chicken is very tender! Many people recommend the fried wontons, but I think they are too oily and I don t like them. The siomai are super big and solid Rice rolls are so delicious It s a bit reluctant to eat all this alone. Next time I come to Hong Kong, I will come here to try other items. And the store clerk is very friendly

I ordered 6 menus, but 1 was missing, and only 3 menus came out, and 2 menus were also missing. I waited for over 30 minutes, and when I told them, the staff didnt speak English at all. They answered in Chinese and ran away. Shubal, I cant speak English, and neither can they, and the Chinese people next to me helped me. I barely ate it, but as an Indian woman, she kept talking insincerely and indifferently. If you want to ruin my mood, go away! Oh, and the table setting fee is $7 per person plus a 10% service charge on weekends and holidays^^ If you get a service charge, shouldnt you be kind? Haha.

We walked straight into One Dim Sum on a Thursday evening, greeted by friendly staff. There was a picture menu in English to help with ordering. We ended up slightly over ordering (we had about 8 plates between the two of us), and the food was so delicious.

I arrived at the store at 9:19 on Monday morning and waited for it to open. I was among the first to be seated. The food was served very quickly. Most of the meals were small portions. The glutinous rice chicken and preserved egg lean meat porridge were larger portions. Four girls ordered the portions for reference ( You can order 2-3 less items for better results), recommended items (photos of the meals are attached below)

I found many of the food I had in Hong Kong to be a tad overhyped but this was the only exception. The char siew bun, both steamed and baked, were so tasty. The buns for both were so soft and fluffy I could eat many more if not for my diet. The har gaw and siew mai was fine, nothing too spectacular. The beef tripe was tender and seasoned well. The youtiao in the cheong fun was so crispy and remained so for the duration of my meal. Fantastic.
