Had a delightful stay with my family last week! The rooms were very spacious. The brunch was delicious. The grounds were stunning. The staff were very friendly. They also accommodated having our dog there. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This quaint Inn is located 20 minutes from Picton and was in the perfect location for us to attend a family birthday by the Sand Dunes. We stayed the weekend and were able to enjoy the brunch, which was deliscious. All the staff were very pleasant and attentive. Our room was cozy and the self check in/check out was seamless. We will definitely be back to stay at Jackson Falls Inn in the County.

I was in town and needed a place to access wifi and the staff at Jackson's Falls was extremely accommodating for me despite not having a room booked. I had brunch - which was fantastic and a great deal - and was able to use their fast wifi to do some work for a few hours. The home fries and BLT were perfect, great coffee, and everything else on the menu sounded good too. But above all it was just a huge relief for me to use the space while enjoying some friendly service. The property is also quite beautiful and I'm saving this location so that I can book an overnight stay here sometime in the future. Highly recommend checking this place out for either a meal or a stay in one of their rooms.

The room was really spacious and clean. We had a great stay, but I can’t give 5 stars because of it’s emplacement… there’s nothing around you need to take your car to go to the restaurant. But it’s the only negative thing!

We've had dinner at the Schoolhouse Restaurant many times-which has always been delightful. Today, we enjoyed a delightful brunch. Food and service were outstanding-we really enjoyed chatting with our lovely server Allie. We are looking forward to a return visit to this County gem soon.

After a mixup with our reservation, we thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at the Jackson Falls Country Inn. We booked with Expedia on arrival it was a virtual checkin and we had not received the email with our access code. After some back and forth the owner reacted very quickly and made sure we could return and check in. Thank you Natalie. The only suggestion I would make is that the property phone number should have voicemail explaining what to do if there is an issue. The room was lovely, the grounds were beautifully maintained and the breakfast in the morning on the front patio was delicious! Thank you to Pat for the incredible service that morning. Hope we get to come back for another visit sometime soon!

We enjoyed a one-night getaway at Jackson’s Falls Country Inn, escaping busy crowds, and were pleasantly surprised to discover this hidden gem. The check-in process was simple and clearly communicated via email. We loved our stay in the Janx suite; it offered ample space to relax and unwind. The outdoor view was impeccable—we couldn't get enough of watching the sunset and waking up to the scenic morning views. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delightful. We look forward to visiting again soon!

I stayed at the Inn recently and loved every minute of it. However, I did book through Expedia and they gave NO information about checking in, so highly recommend either booking through the business itself or call for instructions. Room was adorable and the entire vibe of the Inn was top notch. I will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

This 8-room inn is a hidden gem located halfway between Picton and Sandbanks Provincial Park. We stayed in the Barker Suite on the ground floor, a spacious room with a very large bed (King), air conditioning, a mini-fridge and a well-appointed bathroom. The soundproofing is not perfect given the age of the building, but people were very quiet. Our host Natalie provided us with all the information required for a hassle-free self-check-in. And we loved our breakfast at the lovely on-site restaurant, the School House!

Came here for brunch. Didnt stay overnight, but plan to soon. The brunch was amazing. Every part of it was really good, even the side salad that so many restaurants barely give any thought to. Not here, the salad was great, the eggs, bacon, toast, home fries were great. The smoothie was great. Everything was great. Staff is super friendly. Natalie (Owner/Chef) is super friendly and interacts with everyone. Great time! Ill be back soon. Loved it!

Review about the Jackson s falls - once in a year opportunity and I was lucky enough to have that. My visit was very welcoming and kudos to the team and land owners / property owners for opening the private falls view for the community. Iove the county and local businesses. Safety: Safe to visit the falls and well maintained

I would give this a fantastic romantic accommodation stamp of approval. We visited the falls Inn last week and stayed for one night, the area was quiet and we were the only ones staying which made it even more special. During the summer months fire pits are available with a stunning view of the fields and the sound of the water falling down the hill side makes for a fantastic sound scape for anyone who struggles to sleep at night. Walkability: It is not possible to walk to any of the close by locations such as the town center.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Let s start by the location: everything is about 15 to 20 minute drive to Sandbanks National Park and its beaches, to Picton s restaurants and amenities. The instructions to have a contactless check in was clear and easy to follow. The Inn has a restaurant that offers a great brunch and I believe also dinner in certain days of the week. This place is dog-friendly which for me is a big plus! The suite we stayed in was beautifully decorated, with AC and a nice view. Even though there was a problem with the water pump due to a thunderstorm, we had no water in the morning and couldn t take a shower before departing. But I still rate this place with a 5 start review because everything else was perfect and sometimes things happen. The service was excellent, specially from the gentleman who helped us with information and made us a delicious breakfast. Make sure to buy some snacks or anything you my need before going back to the inn in the evening since there are no stores around.

I stayed here last week for a wedding in the area. The day of the wedding I realized I forgot my dress shirts at home, with less than an hour until the ceremony, and asked for suggestions for stores nearby. Given the time crunch, Nat (one of the co-owners) and one other lady on staff (sorry I didnt catch the name!) jumped in and offered to go back to their homes to find a shirt for me, and Nat even called around local businesses to see if they could help me out. I can t express enough thanks for their care and hustle in helping me find a simple shirt; they truly made me feel super welcomed, and the experience became an unexpected highlight of my trip. When I commented off-hand wow why s everyone super nice , the other lady simply smiled and replied it s Milford , lending credence to their Wi-Fi password (IYKYK). I only regret not being able to stay an extra day to try out their brunch, beers, and explore the local area more.

This was our first time in PEC and the Jackson s Falls Country Inn made our experience special! We stayed in the Palmer Suite which cost us $339 for the night. I can confidently say I had the best nights sleep! The mattress was extremely comfortable, the Inn was very quiet and I don t think I heard one vehicle drive by that evening. If peace and quiet is what you re looking for then I recommend this location! We had a cold continental breakfast in our fridge when we checked in at 3pm. There was also a Keurig and coffee pods available to help yourself too. The only feedback I have is that we would have appreciated a fresh breakfast or even warm breakfast option we could help ourselves too. There was a fire pit on site but unfortunately due to the rain we couldn t access it.

A beautiful place in a great location. We stayed for one night in August however we shouldve stayed for two. The area is definitely our favourite part of PEC. The isolation of the area meant it was quiet and the stars were completely visible at night. It wouldve been a nice addition if they did breakfast because there is a nice common area. But I believe they do drinks on Friday evenings. We didnt meet the proprietors however they were incredibly quick to respond to questions. Wed highly recommend staying here and exploring this part of PEC. We will definitely be back!

Lovely setting, Lovely old school house off the beaten track. That is where the good stuff ends. We made a horrible choice of room. Never take the Sargeant room. Our fault. No where to put or hang clothes. No where to put toiletries. A shoe box of a room not user friendly. The breakfast was a boxed breakfasts of the same for 4 days We never did see our hosts but their staff was disinterested and aloof The inn has potential, but lacks warmth and heart lack luster

Our family (4 people) spent two nights in the Creekside Cottage Suite and it was very large, with modern furnishings, air conditioning, two bathrooms and a small kitchen. The existing water dispenser is a positive feature. Unfortunately, instead of breakfast, as is usually the case in B&Bs, there was only a small snack box with yogurt, granola, a muffin and a small fruit salad. There was not enough cutlery to be able to self-cater in the cottage. In addition, there was only a small cooking pot available. Additionally, there were unfortunately no closets in the cottage to store clothes. It was a shame that we didnt see the hosts once during the entire stay.

I waited a few weeks before posting this review as my initial review would have been mediocre as for some reason I felt the amenities lacking a little. I have since come around as this place is not a bed and breakfast it is an inn. The rooms and bathrooms were well stocked and very clean. Unfortunate that we had no coffee machine for a day and a half but they did get a new one and replaced it quite quickly. The staff are the star of this place. They were all extremely friendly and polite and very helpful. The local beer they have is absolutely great. We were lucky enough to be there while they had the option of oysters and they were fairly priced at about $18 for six. Where this place lost a star with me was really the location it is near absolutely nothing. And youre basically completely on your own for any type of food which unfortunately we were not aware of at the time. As well, we booked a room and it was presented to us as a private deck when we booked. We were slightly disappointed to see that the building has a wrap around deck and its completely accessible to anybody there. Overall not a bad experience at all. We did end up booking a few months in advance for a friends wedding this area gets booked up pretty fast if you have the option in terms of comparable prices and locations to amenities I would not recommend this place again and that is strictly based off the location if you like a more secluded location then I would recommend to this place.

The setting was charming and the room was clean. I appreciated that there were many lights strung up to assist in navigating our way in after dark. For stargazers it is a great location. However, the reception was unfriendly and the service spotty. Communication was handled on line completely. Given covid I understand limited contact however we never saw the hosts in 3 days. We did however hear them above our heads until 10:30 p.m. There was miscommunication about payment and when I sent an etransfer it wasnt acknowledged let alone a thanks provided. As for the space there was no dresser, closet or hooks. I hope that with time this couple will learn about true hospitality. Susan Moore and Gael Koob

Very unpleasant experience. I booked a room months ago and have been attempting to cancel as per the cancellation policy of 7 days prior for well over a month now (providing 2 months notice for cancellation). They have not returned a single call, email, or anything. Their voicemail is not up to date and it is very disappointing as a customer who hasnt even stayed there yet. Unsure why they are dealing with this so unprofessionally. I would not recommend booking with them.

For nothing. Wings n things turned out to be one flavour and no side options, not even a salad. Young staff disinterested in local clientele, hid in the back the whole service. Had to ask for a menu, food orders, and a drink. Ordered a second pound of wings, to a surprised staff member, which then arrived undercooked, with no side plate or napkins. Staff and location are terrific. Some of the nicest folks you could meet. The room was nice but not totally what we expected. It was tidy and clean enough however it was advertised with a barbeque, which was broken upon our arrival. Not a major issue but we had planned on using it, so it was a minor annoyance. The water also had an odd burnt smell to it which wasnt hugely appealing. Food was delicious and well prepared and the old schoolhouse restaurant is incredibly interesting and filled with historic elements from when the school was functioning. You cant do half stars here but my rating would be 3.5/5 stars simply down to the couple things I mentioned above.

This place made me feel at home after 5 minutes, and that says a lot. Lee the owner is amazing.

I unfortunately did not have the privilege of staying at this lovely inn due to a miscommunication regarding my reservation. But I have to say, how Lee went about handling everything when things didnt go exactly as planned, left me thoroughly impressed. As a small-business owner myself, I can truly appreciate how important it is to be able to make things right for a customer. And Lee did just that. She organized a reservation at another resort not far away, went above and beyond at making sure my weekend was everything I hoped it to be, and left a beautiful bottle of wine in my room at the resort i was staying in to make up for all of the last-minute trouble. I had the pleasure of meeting Lee that weekend and she was just as lovely in person. I 100% will be paying another visit to the county and rest assured I will be staying at Jackson Falls! Thanks for everything Lee!

We just returned from a weekend at the Inn. ~ four couples on a biking/wine tour. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Lee and Paul when we arrived. It s my fifth stay, and each time I return with more friends, all vowing to return again and again. The attention to detail, the delicious meals served, the beautiful gardens, make this place a delight to visit. Thank you Lee and Paul, we re already looking forward to next year!
