Good fresh sandwiches. We got the guacamole and chicken pesto. Both tasted fresh. We also enjoyed their potato egg salad.
Visited the lunchbox for a quick take out yesterday while on our way to sandbanks! The staff were so friendly and courteous. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious! Everyone enjoyed the meal and we hope to visit again real soon! Absolutely recommend the: Spicy beef with blue cheese Chicken and pesto Guacamole sandwich
Lovely lunch today. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The guy taking our order was awesome and recommended his favorite sandwich, the turkey, apple, and brie with red pepper jelly, so we got one of those and a BLT. They don't skimp on the meat, and the bread and veggies were nice and fresh. No dine in, but there are picnic tables outside, which was perfect to enjoy our lunch, making this spot dog friendly too. Will definitely be back.
Keep in mind this is take out only. Everything here was amazing. We got three different sandwiches from here and they were all delicious. Some of the best I've ever had. If you are ever looking for a place to get some lunch, this is it. Also, All the sandwiches are made fresh for you when you order them, so they taste even better. We also got one pack of beef jerky, and it was so good, we had to come back and buy another pack. Way better than that gas station stuff. Stop by here if you're close by and want some lunch.
A short wait for my order to come through and it was delicious. the employees were very engaging and jovial, got some chuckles in there. The sandwich was great, definitely a great place to drop in and grab a bite. No indoor seating, so it's grab and go. I think there's a picnic table around the side, but otherwise take your food with you!
Lovely little spot with really friendly staff. Enjoyed the food - had the gauc sandwich. A little expensive though for a sandwich I could have made at home.
Tasty sandwiches! All 4 of us enjoyed them. They stayed good even hours later as we bought them early in the morning to eat for lunch at the beach.
A cute little sandwich shop. They've also got ready made items like lasagna and bakery items. Their gluten-free selection is great! The bread for my sandwich was light and very tasty. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was awesome. The staff there went out of their way to ensure I knew about all of the different gluten-free options available to me. Highly recommend this place!

We got a few different sandwiches to try with a few take home frozen meals. Everything was soooo good that we literally thought about making a trip to Picton again. Cant wait to come back.

Visited on a weekend in PEC and loved the first sandwiches so much we came back the next day! Both the breakfast and lunch sandwiches were generously sized, extra tasty, and fresh ingredients. One of our party is gluten-free and reported that the GF bread was also really good. Friendly service each day, and prices very reasonable for the quality of the food! Amazing, these guys know sandwiches. Soft ciabatta, loved the spicy beef and blue cheese. They have outdoor picnic tables to enjoy at, even though they say takeout only.

Its a to go, sandwich place, my sandwich (turkey and Swiss) was not worth it. Very basic, bad bread, nothing to go there again for and for 10 dollars, a big mistake! Other wise a great place for a quick lunch on the go.

Very friendly coffee and sandwich place. Sandwiches are made fresh when you order so there can be a wait of a few minutes, especially at peak periods. No eat in at the moment. We ate outside on a picnic table and our food was brought to us. The food was very good. Parking: Plenty of free parking.
The sandwiches are delicious, very filling! Made on request. Perfect for a day at the beach. The banana bread and cookies are worth the detour and not forgetting the iced coffee
I ve been making breakfast sandwiches for two decades now. I love them. It s possible they are the pinnacle of all cuisine; the fountain from which all good food springs. I don t know, I m not a food historian. What I do know is that these guys make an absolutely bangin breakfast sandwhich. It s everything it should be. A succinct expression of beauty, taste....love, even. Keep up the good work. Y all are killin it.

Small and cosy is a good way to describe it. Ive stopped in for lunch on a couple occasions and the food has been great, with a variety of sandwiches to try its s perfect location for a bite to eat at lunch. The coffee isnt bad but again its not a cafe, if youre just looking for a spot to get something healthy and tasty for lunch that doesnt have a fast food vibe to it, and has some more care put into it then The Lunch Box could be the place for you.
