So nice to make your very customised burrito! I went twice during my visit in the area. I recommend !
Got 2 rice falafel bowls Falafel was too dry I guess it was fried too many times and was blackish brown in color Rice was also too dry not sure if it was too old ended up trashing it
Usually never have any issues with service provided. Today when I went in.....one person working and he looked after online orders instead of customers that were there to order. Waited 10 minutes to order..........note that no one came in for their online order while we were there. need more than one staff working. period.
I come here frequently after work in the evening. The quality of the food is very good and everything is usually fresh. The staff are always very friendly, and provide excellent service. Give the new Barbacoa meat a try, it’s worth it.
It was delicious! 9$ for 3 Tacos?! Where I’m from they are 20$ for 3 tacos less tasty and fresh. This place is a must, we don’t have those in Quebec if not I’d get a membership card. If you like sweet and spicy please, PLEASE take the Nashville chicken tacos, it was so good I came back and took 9 tacos, FOR MYSELF 😂
Atmosphere is 2 because i can't feel comfortable eating my food when the guy standing next to me has a weiner dog on his shoulders wearing a towel around his waist. I completed my order and ate my food in my car. Whatever happened to no shirt, no shoes, no service? And dogs in a restaurant? I dont know what's wrong with people, and i dont know why staff tolerate them. I wonder what the public health units thoughts are about dogs in a restaurant on the shoulders of a guy ordering food over the topping counter. Now to the food. I ordered sweet carnitas street tacos, fabulous. Enjoyed them! Maybe laat visit tho.. who k ows what else has been on those tables, maybe someones bare feet?
A Sunday night quick meal. Barburrito has been top notch at this location every time I've been. Till tonight. Regular burrito rice mild chicken with same stuff as every other time. Tonight was dry and tasted like I got it last night to eat tonight. I miss the regular staff. I've never seen tonights single staff member before. Next visit I will only get if regular staff there.
What happened to this place?! It used to be so good....this last time the tortillas were cold, instead of asking what we wanted in our tacos the guy was just doing what he wanted, at a super slow pace...the guy in the kitchen was wearing sandals...and the bathrooms were disgusting... Somebody needs to urgently do something about it!...no wonder we were the only ones there...and not coming back.

Been here a couple times now for lunch, my go to is the pulled pork burrito with extreme fries it s always fresh and good. Love how the fries are always hot and crispy.

Decent food, but I had a frustrating experience last night. I ordered well ahead of time on the app. When I got there, there was a huge lineup and they didnt seem to be working very hard to get through the backup. I didnt see my order anywhere so I waited in line. When I finally got to the counter, I saw two bags on the back counter and mentioned that one of them was probably mine. I was correct. A: they told me I should have just walked up and informed them I was there. Which would have meant awkwardly stepping past the aforementioned long line. B: the staff thought this was funny! I could see most of them smirking about it. Overall disappointing.

I want everyone to know DO NOT LEAVE A TIP the poor girls working do not get them! I had a few bad experiences with a man that worked there.. when I asked to talk to the owner I found out , the man I was going to finally complain about IS THE OWNER! There are 2 owners and only one comes in and works. He is rude, condescending and doesnt care if you buy something or not. DO BETTER BARbburrito!

No area to properly hold hot meals, and they put your cold drink IN THE BAG NEXT TO YOUR HOT BURRITO. Thanks for the cold, soggy burrito and chips and salsa

Dear mangment, You hired an amazing team that gets customer service right. I have been stopping by regularly over the last couple of weeks and every time I was greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff, they showed great attention to detail and made my food exactly the way I wanted it. (even though the food is standard through most bar burritos) I actually found this particular establishment to be quite good and the food was very fresh. Please pass on my thanks to the team. I will be back for more!
Update: 2 Months Later (Original Review below) Two months on I find that I am starting to lose patience with this location. My determination of good/bad is based on comparisons to other BarBurrito locations (eg. Napanee) Online orders are rarely correct, often not following instructions or missing up-charged items (guacamole). Sometimes an entire item is missing. When this issue is brought up to BarBurrito the matter is often ignored. This location over sauces their food way too much, turning most items into soup! Forget ordering sauce online, and in person you really got micro-manage the employee. Burritos contain WAY less rice than other locations, which may be a good thing to some, but combined with this locations over saucing issue, it creates for some watery burritos. They also dont replace the missing rice with anything else, leading to some very diminutive burritos compared to other locations. I expected hiccups with any new restaurant, but this location has been going for 2 months now and the consistency one expects from a franchise is just not there. I dont know if I got another order in me for this location. Maybe the summer tourist traffic will help this location up its game. --------------------------------------------------- Old Review: So glad Picton FINALLY has a vegan option for food other than the grocery store! I went here on opening day and ordered a bean and rice burrito. Most places struggle on opening day but I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth things went for my order. As far as taste/quality goes, the ingredients were fresh and it tasted just like any other BarBurrito burrito. This is to be expected from a franchise and your opinion on the burrito will be the same as your opinion on Bar Burrito burritos on the whole. This place will become a staple for me when I am not up to cooking given how much Picton a other franchises/restaurants refuse to offer any decent vegan options. I hope it succeeds!

Nice place to have a quick stop for lunch or dinner. The quality of the burrito depends on the person making it, so it depends on your luck.
Wish I didnt have to write this review about a new business, but if you work hard and value the money you make stay as FAR away from this business as possible!!! SCAM ! SCAM! SCAM! I purchased 3 kids meals (that state in the photo I provided ) includes chips and juice. I was told by people that represent the Barburrito brand that they are extra and to give $1 per juice box. Then when I said I would contact head office they magically became good Samaritans and gave me the juice boxes. In the end I never got the chips that were expected to come with my order, but by this point I wanted to leave this shameful location. I will NEVER support a business that tries to scam paying customers, and in keeping with that I will NEVER step foot in this business ever again.
