At CrossRoads Brewing & Distillery we create fresh local small batch beer and craft spirits, made locally in downtown Prince George. Our CrossRoads kitchen creates delicious food which compliments our local beer and crafted cocktails. Our casual menu features a variety of snacks, starters, soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, gnocchi, mains and desserts to suit all tastes. We also collaborate with our brewers to infuse menu items with our beer and brewing ingredients. All our bread, crackers and pretzels are baked in house by our own CrossRoads bakery.
The beer is amazing!! We had nachos and pizza. Both were very good. Highly recommend. The service was exceptional!! Our server, Tay was super attentive and very friendly. Would recommend a visit to anyone in town.
Where the Beer Flows and the Laughs Never Stop This isn't just a pub; it's a full-on experience! Their craft beers are so good, they'll have you questioning your life choices and wondering why you didn't move to Prince George sooner (whoa take it easy). The food is delicious, the atmosphere is electric, and the staff is as friendly as a warm, fuzzy beer cozy. So, if you're looking for a place to unwind, have a few laughs, and maybe even discover your new favorite beer, head on over to Crossroads. Just be prepared to stay a while... and maybe order another round.
Great selection of food and drinks. Great service and very cute place. Was clean, fast service, table games, open and bright. Lots of seating options and walking distance to many things.
I recently had the chance to stop by this brew pub and was really impressed by the quality of both the beer and food. I sampled six different beers, and while they were all solid, my favorite was definitely the Dark Vader Black Lager. It had a deep, rich flavor that stood out from the rest. To go with the beer, I ordered the OFF THE GRID pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. The combination of fresh toppings and a perfectly cooked crust made for a great meal.
Delicious salmon dish and potatoes! I really enjoyed my food here plus the server Shane was nice and patient with us. We also had the nachos with guacamole and salsa to share, that was good too!
West coast brewery tour continues…..this week we are in Prince George visiting this little gem. Pizza was really good and the beat was redressing on this hot night! See you again real soon CrossRoads 👍🏻
Good food and great service! This is a place where you can hang out with friends and unwind. The sliced brisket is tender and tasty, and their beers are a must-try. I personally recommend the Gnarly Bush Raspberry Wheat Ale, which is light and fruity. However, we did encounter an insect in the coleslaw while sitting outside. We reported it to the staff, and when we checked out, they informed us that we only needed to pay half price for the sliced brisket and that they had discarded that batch of coleslaw.
Cool little brewery, food not fresh watch the cooks grab everything from plastic little bags and put it together, burger but no fries !!!! This place does not have fries at all, there macaronis salad is bland taste like a supermarket brand, the coleslaw has no flavour to it and is very saugy, pull porc was still cold. The dessert was great said it's a cake but was almost like a brownie. The best part of this night out was the drink for sure all thought pricy was very tasty and refreshing, lots of craft beers no regular beers. They didn't have 3 beers on there menus that they advertised. Happy hour not much a good deal exept 15% on a few items that are pricy overal good place to drink and socialize but not so good for food
Really bad food, unfortunately :/ We ve gone there twice, and both times we ve been really disappointed. The beef dip is frankly gross with the amount of sauce, and the gnocchi dishes are really bland. Even simple dishes apparently are hard to do well.
Great pizza. Very loud.
Good beer, but if you want a bowl of dry noodles with a skiff of cheese and diced bits of leather impersonating brisket, then the Mac and Cheese is for you!
Good service, but food and drinks were very average. The brisket was really fatty and chewy, and the salads were plain. I would recommend the pretzel plate though. The table was weirdly sticky
Great place! Staff and guests alike are amazing people!
Food and Drinks were Amazing. Will definitely be back.
Went there on a Sunday afternoon! Our server Joy was very personable but professional at the same time. She was busy but made sure to check in on us and helped us with some good recommendations. Not even a beer guy but service and experience was so awesome I ll be back for sure next time I m in town!
Good food, good selection of beers
The place is very cool, loved the ambiance I just got very disappointed with the value for money I ordered the berry salad which was 22$ for litterally greens with a handful of berries on top and some very ordinary balsamic. Added the chicken for protein which was tiny for 8$. So came up to 30$ for a less than great salad :( I brought a group there and the food they ordered, less clean, looked way better. The nachos, mac n cheese were all of great size for the prices.
Brisket beef dip. Amazing, 10/10 Smoked s/p chicken wings 10/10 flavour
Service was fast and friendly. Beer was not as cold as it should be in that 30 degree Summer day. Sliced brisket was average.
Pretty disappointed honestly, I ordered the perogies and they were just out of the bag frozen perogies with green onions on top for $15. This was at the downtown location.
If you re looking for a spot with great options, amazing and genuine staff, and delicious bar food, I highly recommend Crossroad Brewery. Their patio has an incredible vibe.
Katie, our server was fantastic. Friendly, enthusiastic and very accommodating as we tried to avoid the sun at our table. Food was great and wonderful selection of beer. Definitely would come back if we are in PG for a meal or a brew.
Margarita pizza today was tasteless, bland and dry. Expensive for a 3 ingredient item. Service was great
Amazing service, great food. Very dog friendly. We will definitely come back
Food is so good!!
Not a bad pub. Brews would prolly warrant a 4 star. Disappointing in the service tho, no question. Ordered at 4:55 and were told happy hour was over? I showed network time on my phone and server said her clock was faster. I hate this. The entire point of time is that it is the same for everyone. We no longer need to listen to the tone on CBC because network time is always the same...for everyone. Subsequently the server recieved a 5% tip. It was only fair.
Great beer and friendly staff. Worth a stop if you are in pg
Great brewery in downtown Prince George, good food in a nice location with a decent patio. Friendly staff.
Excellent place
Good beer, good food, nice patio. Update: I still really like crossroads, but when I went in for happy hour I didnt realize the 20 oz pints are still full priced. The server didnt clarify and my bill came out about 20% more than I anticipated (including pizza). After we were in the car and checked the receipt we realized we had paid so much more and felt like we had been cheated. Still generally feeling cheated about the experience and dont have any other way to voice my frustration
Crossroads Brewery is a dee-lightful place for both food and drink. I went there a couple of times on a recent visit to Prince George. Had some appies indoors on one visit and enjoyed an afternoon on the patio a couple days later. The food was good, the beer was better and the service top notch. Theres plenty of room for large groups and some cool decor. After you enjoy some of their fabulous food, I recommend grabbing some beer to go, maybe a nice Sun Kissed IPA. Cheers to that! Thanks for having us visit PG!
I wish there was someone who explains that new guy in a white shirt how to sell beer... With not wasting of tonnes of foam... and filling up bottles properly up to the line... very sad experience today, sorry
Made a reso came at the time I made it for and they didn t have a table prepared as it was still dirty when we sat down, took like an hour to get drinks after ordering and got the wrong ones food took way to long as well it was busy in the beginning so it made some what sense but after it died down the service was still slow and not good
Loads of potential. Sadly, several visits later: terrible service (mostly) slow, inattentive and unapologetic. poorly cooked and overpriced. There are plenty of better places in town to go. Shame.
Stopped in for lunch, had taco salad and the sandwich soup situation in the pic.
Had the caprese sandwich and tomato soup and was very tasty. Looks like a great place for beer.
A Favourite PG spot - love pizza and the patio!
Best pizza and beer in town!
$23 for the worst Pot Pie I have ever had so dry so over cooked. Really big disappointment for something that was advertised as the special.
Love the service and food. No complaints
Wasted our time and money thinking this outfit may put some care into their service. When we received only half our order, they advised we can drive back to the restaurant ( in our time & expense again!) and ask for some, unclear compensation. No apology, no effort. Never again. Try harder or go bust.
I wish that I could put negative stars! This company does not deserve a single dollar from anyone! It is disgusting how the owner has treated his staff and the community!
This place has some really good beers. I got the Italian pizza. It was great.
Had a GF pizza arrive half cooked and cold via Skip. Absolutely disgusting and cost about fifty dollars w delivery. Managers difficult to get a hold of, would only offer gift certificate and I dont live in PG. Will never eat here again.
We came back after coming once after having good service and thought we would give this place a second chance well that was a mistake we ordered nachos and while waiting a very long time and having empty beer glasses we were forgotten about and ended up being told the nachos were burnt so we ended up leaving. I thought I would give this place a second chance but after the service we got, we will not be back there is other breweries in PG that are wayyyy better.
A great place to come when you re downtown! Had the Iron Bridge Oatmeal Stout which is superb and a shot of house-distilled Remedy Vodka alongside my Off the Grid pizza. Can t go wrong!
I will look forward to trying this place soon. I commend them on trying to keep their staff and customers healthy. I will add to this review when we visit! Keep up the responsible business practices and to hell with the cray, cray fringe
Great food, great service and tasty beer! What else can you ask for in a brew pub.
great food.. great beer and really good service
What a great space! Beer was tasty, I had a flight and highly recommend the oatmeal stout. The Rueben panini was so good, it came with home made tomato soup and a nice house salad. Heads up that its a bit breezy - bring a sweater if youre prone to being chilly.
Awesome brewery, great food and great beer. Definitely worth the stop!
The Crossroad burger is the best in Pg. (dont let them take the pinnaple out) Great service provided by Sophie The Clearcut Lager was spot on and my wife had the Margarita with fresh lime was excellent. Will be back soon !!! Thanks Crossroad and staff.
Well, I have eaten my fair share of Pizza in my life time and I have some favourites for sure. But the pizza I had here today for lunch was off the charts! The best pizza I have eaten to date. The server(I didn t get her name ) was awesome and very polite and attentive. If you like dining in a brewery you will find the ambiance to be that of a brewery. I wish I wasn t working at the time, I would have like to try their beer. Eat local! Which by the way was the name of the pizza I had!
Cute place with really yummy food. They have different kinds of crème brûlés weekly. Pizza was so good ate the whole thing. Staff was kind and the different kinds of beers looked great, have lots of space for seating
Excellent pizza my dad had beef dip it was amazing he said seating isn t super comfy but the food and the servers were all top notch
Love it everytime I went to this place, food amazed me. A lot recommended for family and friends prices, I guess, affordable! Ask for the #chimichangas
Good and pizza sauce and services!
We payed $24.00 for what we thought would be a generous beef dip sandwich, I must say really disappointed. Small sandwich, small container of beans and cornbread. We had the opposite experience at the new Crossroads on Domano. Similar menu item but completely different experience. Sorry but wanted to be honest
Decent place - service was very slow and expensive for an average hotspot. I will try it again one day.
Excellent selection of beverages. Food is very tasty. A full selection of BBQ and terrific pizza choices. Great atmosphere and the staff is super friendly. Check out the updated menu.
LOVE, love love this place! Just had the best lunch and sat on the patio for the first time this season. The food was delicious and fresh, drinks were amazing and we had the BEST service! Looking forward to many more patio drinks and eats here this summer!
Great service and atmosphere, the drink selection is admirable. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was phenomenal, my only qualm is the side dishes left something to be desired.
Agree with previous reviews regarding pricing. Took a look at the website menu prior to going and noticed a $4 difference on the pulled pork compared to the actual menu. Service at the bar was quite slow as well.
Fantastic downtown location, great outdoor patio for the summer, and delicious food! The beer selection is good and the few cocktails on the menu are tasty too. I love the atmosphere of this place, but I will say that the service is subpar compared to other restaurants in this town in a similar category (brewery/pub). There have been several occasions where I have been seated and waited 10+ minutes for somebody to bring water and a menu (please note that I am understanding when a place is busy. This was not the case and I have been told before that we were missed.). It can also take a long time to receive drinks and food, and I have been before where I was not told of a last call for food/drinks. Staff are friendly, but service is often slow. Do I like this place? Yes! Will I continue going? Yes! Is this a place I feel confident going if I am already hungry or am in a time crunch? Absolutely not.
Horrible service I was waiting 30 minutes for just drinks it wasnt even busy when I was their I eventually left
Awesome atmosphere, great food and drinks, good service. Definitely recommend this place even your in PG.
Crossroads is a great brew pub and pizza restaurant. I have been here several times while travelling through Prince George, they have never failed! Locally brewed beer is excellent. I had the Fast Lane IPA, delicious! To eat I had the Fun Guy pizza(aka mushroom pizza). Our server was Aurora and she was great!
Great selection of beer, at least 15 different beers on tap. Nice inside and outside seating. Friendly staff and really good hours of operation, came here twice in 2 days and sampled majority of their beers. Pizzas are outstanding. If in Prince George, its a must visit.
Tried to order on skip the dishes and it took 15 minutes and then told me couldnt connect with the restaurant and canceled the order. I tried to re order and it told me I couldnt. I called the restaurant and she told me she was confused about dipping sauce and that she waited too long and that the didnt take skip orders after 6.
I ve been here a couple of times when visiting Prince George and this place never disappoints. Great local beer, tasty pizzas and brisket sandwiches! All topped with excellent servers and a dog friendly patio! Highly recommended!
Great atmosphere, great beer, great service.
i wanted to like this place but we just didn t. went at 6:30 on a tuesday and it wasn t that busy. our server took our orders pretty much right away and at 7:30 we still had no food so we paid for our drinks and left. nobody else around us was getting food so maybe a kitchen issue. our server also didn t check in with us once we got our drinks. restaurant was also really cold because the patio was wide open. super disappointing
Ordered skip the dishes tonight they cancelled the order apparently because they just dont want to do it because there too busy. This has happened twice now never ordering here again poor service bad attitudes. I was a waitress for many years sounds like a bunch of lazy workers.
Stopped in for brunch and it ended up being our favourite food spot all weekend! Lemon ricotta pancakes are such a treat! Also loved the delicious egg sandwich and mom enjoyed her avocado toast. Beer flight was fun and playful with many varieties for different flavour palettes. Will be back!
good food, good service, nice beer selection, sunny patio
I love the food menu and the atmosphere. Very bright, lots of windows, wood interior and fire place makes it cozy. The menu is original and tasty. Love that smoked salad dressing! Food tastes fresh. Im not a beer drinker, I came here for lunch, so I cant speak for the brewery part but I am pleased with the food part!
The beer was good, the fast lane ipa seemed abit old, didnt have the crisp hop that a west coast would have, but the oatmeal stout was on point! Staff was friendly but a bit distant from service
Great food and wonderful service by Paige. Listen to her recommendation and have their salmon and a flight of beer!
When I am in PG on business I always make a stop or 2 here. The service & food quality was excellent. However this visit was horrible (06/27/23). I sat at the bar, The place was almost empty, However it still took 10min for the bar tender to acknowledge that I was there. Ordered my favorite the baked Mac&Cheese. The food came out of the kitchen & sat on the counter for 12min while the staff stood around & chit chatted. The cheese sauce wasnt sauce...it was a warm liquid cream soup like substance. No baked bread crumbs on top (Usually there is a nice layer of toasted crumbs). Seems that the staff just wanted to talk about their long weekend plans, & ignore their customers. I usually bring clients to dinner or a quick lunch here. Now I need to fund other options. So disappointing
Workers are super friendly and welcome, food is delicious for a decent deal and at a decent pace. I highly recommend coming here.
The service here is absolutely terrible, the last 3 time we have been here. The service is slow, no check in on how the food is, forgetting drinks, having to wave them down to order another drink. There always seems to be a lot of servers on. Just no idea what they are doing. Dont think we will be ever going back, shame the food is still good.
Been here a few times for drinks. The service is usually top notch and the atmosphere is great.
Went with some family for lunch and unfortunately the messed up one of the orders and we waited for awhile for the food. They were honest about their mistakes though and assured us they would take care of us and make sure we leave happy. They served us some awesome food and gave us a great discount on the bill to make up for the mistake. Great customer service and smiling stuff and great food make for an awesome experience even when there is mistakes. Keep it up Crossroads.
Wings were the smallest ive ever seen, not worth $18.
Great, friendly service. We were taken there by friends who live in Prince George and really enjoyed it. My friend had the Beet salad. I had the brisket. Our friends had a pizza and the gnocchi. Everything looked great. I tried the salad and the brisket and both were good.
Not enough servers too slow
Good beers and good food. The service was nice and friendly, but the prices for food are a steep for what it is.
Disappoints every time
This is a must visit when in Prince George. Has an AMAZING selection of beers! You can also enjoy nice cocktails at this place. Food was delicious as well. Portions are kind of big - so maybe think twice when thinking about ordering an appetizer. Prices are fair. Tables could be cleaned better.
Ive been coming back every time Im passing through PG! This place has amazing food, Awesome beer, and the staff is very fun and professional. Watching the kitchen staff and the front of house staff interact so cordially really shows a great culture here! Cant wait to come back!
I had the margarita pizza, amazing ! But the server kept asking where Im from and it was a little overbearing honestly. The lighting was too dim, and the music was a little loud for a group outing. I would return again for the food.
So nice to have a good eating choice downtown where you can bring your dog.
Large, dog friendly patio. Great staff. Nice fire tables to sit around. Selection of beers and cocktails. This place checks all the boxes. If you go for brunch, have in mind that the portions are quite large!
Just got take out but the food was good and the staff was soooo nice
Great food, great atmosphere!
Great food. Great beers. All of their own brew was flavorful and good. No disappointments. Nice atmosphere. Having a section where its no minors would be a nice touch tho
Lots of variety in food and beer. Very warm atmosphere with excellent indoor and outdoor seating. Prices are somewhat high but typical of microbreweries.
The beer was cold and very good. Then it goes down hill. The service was almost non existant and the food was disgusting. Had the beef dip and was sick for two days. Not going back.
beautiful brewery with an industrial look! You can drink delicious beers and eat delicious food with a nice ambiance!
Great brewery with excellent beer. I was very surprised at the quality of the beer. I tried 4 different beers and all were great.
Love this restaurant, its often a place Ill meet friends or business related gatherings. Would really like it if they started creating a rotating sandwich, maybe monthly, as the ones on their menu havent changed in a while.
Excellent beers and great food, including really magnificent pizzas and flatbreads, with friendly service and warm, fun, funky-homey atmosphere.
Liberal watering hole. Hard pass.
Went for brunch and our food was completely cold. We were the only ones in the restaurant other than two other people. Usually we dont send back food but it was so cold. The server was nice and she gave us a free appie. But when she brought it back it was only luke warm. The potatoes were undercooked boiled potatoes in pesto sauce. It was dissapointing for the price.
Great place to relax and have a great local brew
Love the atmosphere. Great pizza, beer & patio!
Support local businesses! Wish I was in PG this Saturday to come support this business as a fully vaccinated citizen.
great beer, food, cocktails and atmosphere! such a fun place to go and an asset to the community! love you guys, keep it up!
Excellent beer. Great food. Always have a fun time here.
Great beer, great pizza, great BBQ! And on top of all that, they care about the health and safety of their staff and customers. Bravo!
Good food, great service and location!
Great atmosphere, attentive staff, delicious pizza and good vegetarian options. Best brunch options in town, IMHO. My husband says the craft beer is most excellent and since Im a cider girl and like it dry, Crossroads offers the very fine Left Field Big Dry for people like me. We have never been disappointed - please keep up the good work, Crossroads!
I could eat two Off the Grids right now. Amazing pizza, delicious beer, fabulous staff, exceptional owners.
Awesome place for great beer, food and atmosphere!
Continues to ask for vaccine passports even though it s not mandated. Segregation and discrimination has no place in our country. Truly disgusted by this place and will never support again. You really brought your ratings down. **poor choices & poor service
Great atmosphere and beer! Also nice to have a place that really cares about the health and safety of their guests
Wow amazing service and the food was just as good .We had never been there before ,there was 12 of us they fit us in and did not disappoint,we will be returning for sure Thanks for being a great place dont change, from a very satisfied customer
Covid passport still in use. Owner clearly is brain damaged to think there is any point to keeping it. Wonder if he lets black people in or not
If you hate Freedom, this is the place for you!
Freedom aint first here . Ill think for myself and go somewhere I feel more safe thena place playing government
Great place, great food will be back.
Theyre very concerned about the health and welfare of their customers, thats very important!
This looks like a wonderful place to go and will definintely be first on my list when I visit Prince George. I appreciate the care for my wellbeing more than I can say.
Awesome food, great service. I enjoy every visit.
Wonderful , ethical business that actually cares about protecting its customers and staff and requires ALL customers and staff to be vaccinated , as EVERY business should !!
Anywhere that still chooses to discriminate against people for not choosing to disclose medical information (especially now that we know the vaccines are garbage and offer no one protection, from spreading or contracting covid) deserves poor ratings.
A place where the owner has the courage of his convictions. Thanks for doing the right thing. Great food and beverages in a SAFE environment
Adding to the list for the summer when we visit with family in Prince George. Thank you for giving a safe place to still dine out.
Stopped by for an afternoon, only to find out it was one of the few remaining businesses that still required proof of vaccination. Even though all these ridiculous policies have ended, some are still brainwashed. Furthermore, it was mentioned that a doctor owned it and a staff member mentioned this said doctor would lose his license to practice, so he continues with this within his restaurant. Fear tactics have worked on many I guess. Even if it goes against ones ethics. Very sad Dr.
Why would I support a business that supports segregation. Im sure there is a less free country you could move you bar too
Stopped in on a road trip. Its ok.
excellent covid protocols!
Great owner, great staff and great covid protocols. Anyone who doesnt like it can go somewhere that doesnt care about the health and safety of its employees and customers.
One start is been too kind. Stoped on my way to Dawson Creek, wish I didnt! Long wait, terrible service, food was cold, way overpriced. AVOID AT ALL COST.
If a place wants to cater to people who have been vaccinated, and protect them from others, thats fine by me.
Best pizza in PG. Great service and great people. Highly recommended
Changed it up over Easter and instead of getting our usual pizzas to go from here we tried the BBQ and had cider on tap. Service was excellent. The food was delicious as always. The portions were so big we couldnt even come close to finishing it all. The cider was delicious and really affordable. Great date night out. Cant wait to come back. Special shout out to our amazing bar temnder/server. Awesome to have a nursing student in the community.
Discriminated against me as I was traveling to dease lake for work never again.Drive through every 2 weeks with 4 guys stay in pg and spend money.Never there.Peace and love.
Night started off very good! Service was amazing, but as the night longed my friend and I decided to sit at the bar. This is where things changed, bartender refused to play Kanye (even though Trench brewery down the way plays Kanye without request), TELLS me to go to Trench, asks for my I.D. after I had been drinking there for over 2 hours (apparently I know the secret to anti aging by walking 25 feet), serves me baby pints, insists I drink water, and was in general just very combative towards me the rest of the evening. Maybe I will go to Trench next time.
I cant support a business that doesnt support a persons right to make their own medical decisions. I understood when it was a mandate, but to keep requiring the vax pass is wrong.
There is no place for segregation or discrimination in this beautuful, FREE country. I will no longer be supporting this business. What a shame they have chosen to go down this route. There are other great options in PG that do not discriminate, I recommend finding one of those instead.
Thank you for the great dinner and service but I really appreciate the vaccine passport requirement. Makes the dining out experience enjoyable
Staff is funny, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The flight of beers I tried were awesome. I had a brisket pizza that was really good.
Still need passport discrimination
Great local pizza - best in PG!
Great beer selection, excellent pulled pork and Mac & cheese
They have a good selection of pizzas. I had the UN - Montreal smoked meat with saurkruat..was good. But no 5 star because the crust was just a bit under and their hot sauce. But good service and atmosphere.
Always great service, our go to anytime we are in town.
Our server messed up over and over again on our last visit. And, on Sunday the menu is limited until 3. We have been here (from out of town) before and generally its a five so lets go with that.
This company discriminates based on personal medical choices, long after the legal requirement was dropped. I will not support this company, what I will do is talk negatively of you and your company for years to come. Sad it had to be this way, as I loved Crossroads back when I was welcome.
Great pizza!
Great beer!! Great food!!! Pizza is the bomb! Nice atmosphere and staff!!! Pgs finest!!
Customer service was absolutely lovely and the food was amazing! The Crossroads pretzels were calling out to me. The pizza was really good too! The whole essence of the place was welcoming and rustic! Hopefully I will be back in the future(: Thank you staff!
Delicious beer on tap. Mostly just pizza on the menu but freshly made and very good. Would come again.
One of the best taste for draft beer. Truly enjoyed it, place has various choice of tastes and able to fulfill many desires of loving fans. Highly recommend!
Terrific pizza. Love the beer flights and the patio is lovely. Dog friendly and has fire places. One of my favourite places in PG during patio season.
Always great food. The wings are delicious. Service was great. The last time we went they were serving a reduced menu of mostly pizzas and appetizers. The food was still delicious as always though. Beautiful patio with lots of room.
Great pizza and great beer. Love the atmosphere. And I would have given a five star review but our service was quite slow and mediocre. We will still definitely visit Crossroads again.
Pizza was ok but jalapeño poppers were cold and not fresh. Plus server served the food on her cell phone. Never seen somebody serving food on their cell phone.
Outstanding. On point. From someone who had just moved up from Port Coquitlam, I can say that this is a first rate brew house.
Brewhouse is always a good time. Good food , good drinks, wonderful space. 10/10
Service great but food wasn t five stars worthy. Had the chicken wings, pulled pork and corn bread, and house salad. It was all good but not exceptional.
Tasty beer and food. Friendly service. Nice decor.
Crossroads Brewing is a fantastic place, they have a pretty decent beer selection, which I highly recommend the Cinders Red Rye. On top of that, the service is better than most places. This brewery is the place to go if you want a nice cold beer on a hot summer day. Frankly, Id give crossroads a higher review if it was possible.
Great beer and food, but long wait for food
Love that there s loud music in the bathrooms.
The pulled pork here is next level good! Beers are seemingly all on point as well (only tried two so take that for what it s worth) but I will never lead one astray regarding pulled pork!
Service, food and beverages were excellent. Definitely will return for another visit. Outdoor patio needs to be cleaned. Just another note nothing to do with the Crossroads... why do people with little kid allow them to run around, teach them manner while in public.
The host who seated us seemed uninterested in being there. Was not a busy Monday evening. We got seated in a back corner and had a lot of servers looking bored wander past us. We sat for 10 or 15 minutes. We werent looking at our menus and we didnt even have water at our table yet. So we got up and left.
Good overall, but pretty limited menu
Great portions, taste and friendly staff
Great service
Great food friendly waitresses
Wont let you in without a vaccine passport... even after mandates were dropped
We were introduced to this place by a friend who lives in the city, and we are glad we went. The atmosphere is really good, they have very rustic and eclectic decor. Aside from regular tables they also provide high bar top seating as well as an outdoor patio. We ordered a few things on their menu to sample and to go with our beer flights. The food was good, we shared a pizza, nacho, charcuterie board and wings. They have many different types of beer and craft beer on tap which was nice to try. The pizza had a nice crust, good amount of topping ratio, and the nachos were super cheesy. The wings could use a bit of improvement, as they were lukewarm when we got them. Our server was really attentive throughout the evening. I accidentally made a mess by knocking over a glass of my beer from my beer flight. They not only cleaned it up but also poured me a new glass. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves that evening and I can see this being a great hang out for locals and especially when a game is on. Will definitely go back when we visit Prince George again.
Very disappointed. Limited menu. Ordered the pretzel for an appetizer, it was hard as a rock and served with cheese whiz and mustard for dipping. Main dish I order a meal size Caesar salad with chicken and prawns. Came with hardly any dressing, ok no biggie so I ordered a side of dressing. The dressing tasted nothing like Caesar dressing, no garlic flavour but over powered with a Smokey flavour. Both appetizer and meal came out at the same time. Knowing it was a busy time for dinner, I didn t mind waiting for food. But almost an hour for a Caesar salad? Our server felt bad and did get management to comp the meal. I didn t even complain, she just knew. So thank you for that. Was just disappointed and looking for an enjoyable dinner out . I don t think I will go back.
Great service, atmosphere and the gluten free pizza with smoked salmon and honey dip was excellent. (Visitor from Vancouver area)
Great service, great food, great drinks!!
Great beer, great food and great atmosphere. Definitely a place to stop while in Prince George for all of the above. Tried the charcuterie board that was good. Meat was yummy, but the cheese seemed a little plain and not anything special. Pretzel platter was amazing along with the olives and pizza. Would definitely go back! Oh and the beer was the true star of the show.
Terrible service. Waited for more than 1.5 hour for getting the first meal and the last persons meal was served 1/2 hour later. The ribs and chicken wings were cold and dry, which we returned and did not pay for. Furthermore we only managed to get one refill of drinks during our stay.
Wow guys! We came from Dawson Creek to experience the craft beer culture in Prince George and Quesnel - Barry made THE BEST Whiskey Sour I ve ever had in my life and Erin, bless his soul, dealt with us being very silly until the wee hours of the morning Thanks for showing us around answering all our questions about beer and brewing and more! :) Cheers, will be back for more fun ! PS: Thanks for IDing me - my 30 year old self was very flattered
Grungy and poorly maintained. Service is turtle-slow, which seems to be at least partly due to poor management decisions around staffing during and after the lunch hour (we were here between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM). But, also, the serving staff weren t exactly getting their hustle on at an obviously busy time when people were waiting to have their orders taken, receive their orders, or get the bill. The food was very good, but that doesn t salvage the experience for me.
I m very saddened by my experience this time at crossroads. So saddened that I felt compelled to write this review. I went there for a friend s birthday and she brought her friends who were visiting. We got there at 8:30pm we managed to be seated and waited for 15 minutes to be asked for our drink order. Meanwhile a father and son that came after us were taken care of first. No one came until I being the only vocal one in the group went to the bar and told the bar tender who was very nice that we have been waiting for that long. I would have understood if the restaurant was busy but it wasn t. We were a group of four of visible minority and being ignored made us feel unwanted and unworthy of being served. When the server finally made it to our table it felt like he was forced to serve us and we still kept our cool and stayed. Our meal arrived at 9:27pm. Everyone wanted to just leave but I didn t want anyone to be disappointed especially because we had a birthday to celebrate. Because of this experience we weren t able to enjoy the food and we probably will never go there again. Although this experience was very bad and sad, we still left a tip for those that work hard without knowing who they were serving. I side note for the servers, although we are brown skinned people, we re also public servants and peace officers. Unlike you we will always protect and serve you with pride and dignity!
It wasnt busy when we went. But we were sat in the back corner on a dirty table. Our waiter didnt ask us for anything we had to go and get him. We only ordered appies (a salad and the pretzels) our order took over 1 hour. They also let a man in who was very intoxicated. They sat him in the corner by us. I have no idea why they were serving serving him he could barely stand.
2$ pizza for 25$. The owner should be able to give workers a living wage and not even suggest that s tip for this joke should be given.
Excellent food & outstanding service. The one star is off for no hairnets around food prep. Honestly though, so good and great ambiance. Maybe hairnets arent a thing here? Affordable pricing too and appears all food cooked & created on site
We went there for our Halloween party. There were about 12 of us all at one table. We had our own long table and our own waitress with no other section. We had to wave her down for food. After our first drink our glasses sat empty unless someone litterly jumped up and found her and asked for onother drink. We who did not do that sat with empty glasses. The food all had weird combinations like a real chef never saw the menu just some Manger trying to be creative and trendy. Most people did not like the food and many said they would not eat there again. One woman said her sister works in a local office and this is there happy hour spot and her sister never eats here as the food is awful. I arranged a ride so I could drink. I was only offered one drink so I appologized to my daughter for wasting her time driving back and forth from the airport where we live. The party mabe lasted an hour. Last group party I was at we shut the place down. I suggested the waitress might want to keep an eye on empty glasses next time as that is were a restaurant makes its money and the staff its tips. I said it nice not mean.
I was sat on a table near where the owner was having a chat with one of his employees and I couldnt believe how disrespectful he was with them, he just kept almost screaming at them and belittling them, I know for a fact hes racist and Im never supporting this kind of business again for ethical reasons
This is a great gathering spot in downtown Prince George. The food is great, the beer is great and the vibe is great. A must-visit when one is in Prince George!
Wow, new college heights location, very cool but the wait times on food is ridiculous, this needs addressed asap
Would not ever recommend this establishment for your staff Christmas party. We made a reservation for 10 people, made sure to call and confirm a few days before. Got there and told them I was there for the reservation and the response I get is for how many? Oh I guess we can push some tables together after we got seated right by the door it was a fridgid dinner. Had to wear my jacket the entire time we were there because the entire restaurant was freezing. We got some drinks and ordered our dinner. Some got their dinner, then a couple more, then the last 3 with about 30-45 mins between the first plates and the last. By the time I started eating, half the table was already done. Everyone in our party said the food was cold but tasted fine. Service was absolutely horrible.
Great pizza, food and atmosphere. Their beer selection is also fantastic. Dont forget your merch and a growler for later.
