Daydream Donuts Café is a Nut Free facility that has handmade artisanal donuts in a dozen or more flavours a day! Check our new flavours and old favourites that make up our constantly changing line up. YES, we have apple fritters too! Try our home made soups, two flavors a day and add a delicious made to order sandwich, served on house made breads. Don't feel like a donut, we have old fashioned baked goods, scones and deliciously decadent Eclairs. The selection changes daily. Our local coffee roaster North Roast has created a delicious Daydream blend. What tastes better than a hot cup of coffee and a fresh donut or pastry? Come stay awhile in our sunny dining room. We love this shop. Dreamy donuts and pastries, delicious sandwiches and stews with freshy fresh bread and buns. The best part? Affordable. The only place in town where 2 people can have lunch, dessert and drink for $25. Including tip. 5 stars all around.
The eclair is the best I've ever had! The donuts and pastries in general are very good. However, the coffee is mediocre, and the lighting in the shop is very dim and there is minimal seating. Great for picking up donuts to bring home though!
I've visited some upscale bakeries before, but I never expected to find such a delicious hidden gem right here in PG. I'd seen a few posts about Daydream Donuts Café, so while I was walking downtown, I decided to stop by—and I was instantly impressed by the vibrant and flavorful menu options. You don’t usually expect a treat like this to pack too much of a flavourful punch, but these absolutely delivered. We tried the Orange Creamsicle and Piña Colada flavours, and they exceeded expectations by a mile. Doughy, chewy, and full of flavour. While we chose some of the more unique options, they offer simpler choices as well. 10/10 Review all-around here! Great place, definitely recommend it. 🙂

My favourite downtown business. The donuts are incredible, the sandwiches and soup are beyond amazing, you can tell that everything it made with care and attention. You can taste that it’s made with love. The staff are some of my favourite people. They brighten my day every single time I visit.
This tiny and cute shop, which we discovered by chance, is an amazing donut place. 🍩 We bought a Boston Cream to try before dinner and loved the cream inside. I will definitely go again and try other donut varieties. I recommend 💯
As a flight attendant we have the chance to discover little hidden treasures, like Daydream donut. THE BEST service with THE BEST doughnut in town. They went above and beyond to make my "daydream donut" a reality during my layover in YXS today, my crew had to try them and they could because of the excellence of this amazing shop. Tasty, light, (no deep-fried aftertaste) and sooooo many varieties, you have to stop there. 😋
Such a cute place! Staff was really friendly from the moment we walked in. They've had a good selection of goodies. I think the chocolate cream donut will be my favourite, somehow the cream is so light and fluffy!! The only improvement I'd suggest is to reorganise the display when running a bit lower on products. However, the sweets were ever so good!! Definitely will be back for more
Absolutely delightful local treasure! Every donut is better than the last, the other baked goods are sublime (try the pull-aparts, yum!), the decor is adorable, and staff are always friendly and super-fast.

Im pretty impressed with the different kinds of donuts here. There are so many varieties to pick from. The staff was great at informing you on what youre getting. Great little place.

The place is very bland. It almost looks homey and sweet, but the energy in itself throws you off. The staffs energy feels judgmental and hostile. Very blunt not very cordial responses to questions. For a store that has a guy thats wearing eyeliner I dont feel like they should be making their clients uncomfortable to eat there. Food looks healthy and homey but tastes sub par, and the donuts certainly look better in photos. I havent tried them yet though will update when. I do. The lemonade tastes like its made with confectioner sugar which is gross.

I had a Long John, it was possibly the worst doughnut Ive ever had. Too much dough, the dough was dry and rather bland.

Wow Great service, They close at 3:30, I just called the shop At 3:44. They picked up and Took my small order for tomorrow morning. Not a lot of places do that anymore. Thats fabulous customer service, I apologized for calling late. The lady on the phone was so kind and said no worries!!!. thanks a million DAYDREAM Donuts.

Non franchise doughnut shop located downtown. Good location but small building means limited seating. Selection is very good with interesting variety and options available. Staff are friendly and helpful. Price is higher than franchise options but reflected in quality of product.

This place should be a must-stop for anyone coming to Prince George. The place has amazing donuts, the customer service is TOP NOTCH, the food was great, and the overall vibe of the place was outstanding. Really good music too!! I recommend the London Foggy Night and the Espresso Yourself donuts!

This is a go-to snack and lunch spot in the city! What a gem in downtown Prince George. And SO affordable! Which is incredible in this day and age. Not that they hadnt already won me over, but one of their chili cheese dogs just changed my life. Yum!

It has a heavy door but clearly marked in English as being such. Dont let the door stop you if youre able. The door I found tight for my scooter. I mostly walk in. The food is fresh, local, and made in-house. Great soup, all seasons. Tempting local sandwiches and sweet deserts to eat. Its a bit pricy but well worth the experience as a lunch done at work, a walk break for health, directly across from the Ramada hotel. Cannabis was legalized, and the store beside this one was PGs first. Puffing, too, on my breaks for decades. Gotta love the neighborhood, eh? Canbabis makes sense of it all!

Great donuts, lots of flavour variety. My only complaint is the hours as they dont open until 10am. It would be nice to be able to get donuts on the way to work.

Fantastic business! Went here to get a dozen donuts and they were beautiful, delicious, and fun flavours. (A box of their cute donuts makes a perfect gift!) Prices are good for the very high quality baking and service was friendly and quick. PG is lucky to have this place, definitely go visit.

Easily the best donut shop Ive ever been to. Located right in downtown PG, this is a great small business that really cares about its products. My favourites are the delicious giant apple fritters and jam-filled donuts, but you really cant go wrong with whatever you choose. I was lucky enough to have my university classes just down the street, so Daydream Donuts became a frequent stop for me and my classmates.
Fantastic, comfortable shop, with a phenomenal selection of doughnuts available. The doughnuts were fresh and tasty, with excellent quality toppings and centres. The staff was very attentive to detail when taking our orders, and everyone was exceptionally pleasant. I will make a point of returning whenever Im in town.

Best donuts and scones Ive ever had. Its getting harder and harder to find homemade donuts and these do not disappoint. Also highly recommend the pull aparts. We had the jalepeno cheese one and it was addicting. Great homemade lunch options between the soups and sandwiches and very good prices. You can have a drink, sandwich and donut for under $15!
