Carl's Jr. in Prince George

As soon as we walked it in, we got a big greeting from the staff, the man who served us was very helpful and friendly, the place was spotless, the food had fresh produce and everything was delicious. All the outside seating was washed down. Our server checked on us during our meal. Restaurant experience in a fast food establishment.

First time trying a Carl s jr because I received discounts coupon by mail from them I took the western bacon cheeseburger combo at the drive thru I fist taste the fries and they was very good and crispy so I was really excited about the burger Big disappointing burger was not tasting good at all the meat and all the rest taste what you can espect in a cheap pre wrap hamburger you had bought in a gaz station and reheated in a microwave not at all à tasty fresh make charcoal hamburger

Ordered through skip received the food on time. Everything I received was past its use by time the patties in the burger were dried so were the Jalapeño poppers the cheese inside was dried and the edges were burnt same story with the poutine old sogy fires. Called to complain about it the manager automatically assumed I am calling for refund was very passive aggressive would not listen just tells me to call skip and hangs up not even ready to accept the mistake starts blaming the skip driver to which I informed her that I tracked my order all throughout and it was not him. I believe once they have established a steady revenue customer satisfaction and feedback can go for a toss very disappointed. The staff needs extensive retraining in how to handle customer complaints to improve as a business and show courtersy towards fellow citizen and customers.

Love it here, love the consistency, service is great. Highly recommend here over ANY other fast food burger place in town.

Being a skip driver, it is really hard to wait outside in -20 temp. Requesting management and owner to get install any bell at the door, so that drivers and customers dont have to wait longer and get freeze. I have been visiting this store from last year. However, from last six months, the bell on door is not working. I have requested the staff many times to pass this issue to their management or owner, but look like they dont care.

I had to edit this review from 5 stars to 2. The last three times the quality has been sub par. Its too bad because the restaurant started out strong and was one of my favorite burger places in town. I thought id give them one last try today but didnt even feel up to finishing my meal

The service was great, the staff brought or takeout orders to where we were seated, they smiled and wished us a great evening. The food was awesome as well! The chicken strips were juicy, not at all greasy, the crisscut fries were crispy and the chocolate milkshake was to die for! My new favourite go-to fast food place

The food was cold and the service was poor. We told the manager that the food was cold, and she said it s fresh off the grill and is the cheese melted? Then the food is fresh hot we ate in the restaurant and were very dissatisfied with the service and quality will not be going back

My recent visit to Carls Jr. was marred by the abysmal customer service provided by a certain Mrs. Lovepreet. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, it was clear that she had mastered the art of bad customer orientation. I have nothing against food quality and location to be honest and fair. They are not the best and for sure not the worst, they have nice quality food for the price but this bad customer care which I saw multiple times just disappointed me and made me leave this review because I wont go there anymore and wont recommend it to any one of my friends and family anymore. Firstly, Mrs. Lovepreet appeared to be more interested in her own affairs than attending to customers. As I approached the counter to place my order, she barely looked up from whatever she was doing on her phone, displaying an attitude that screamed, I couldnt care less about your presence here. Attempting to engage in any form of communication with Mrs. Lovepreet was an exercise in frustration. She responded to questions with minimal effort, offering one-word answers and a complete lack of interest in ensuring customers felt welcome. It was as if she considered any interaction with patrons to be a personal inconvenience. When my order was finally prepared and handed to me, Mrs. Lovepreet managed to convey her disdain for the very concept of customer satisfaction. The transaction felt more like a burden to her than a routine part of her job. A simple smile or a courteous thank you seemed beyond her capabilities. Throughout my time in the restaurant, I observed Mrs. Lovepreet treating other customers with the same level of contempt. It was disheartening to witness such blatant disregard for basic customer service principles. In the end, my experience with Mrs. Lovepreet at Carls Jr. left a sour taste in my mouth that no amount of fast food goodness could overcome. If you value even a shred of customer-oriented service, I strongly advise against subjecting yourself to the dismal experience that Mrs. Lovepreet seems determined to provide. Carls Jr. may have delicious burgers, but the presence of Mrs. Lovepreet ensures that the overall dining experience is nothing short of a customer service nightmare.

Great place, excellent staff

Had the sandwich The real big Carl It was the bomb, so good. Had 2 strawberry milkshakes. Even didnt complain when I had a nap for like 20mins. Was a terrible night, but thanks to Carls junior......it wasnt so bad.

A couple of Big Carls meals, with onion rings. We also shared some chicken strips. My husband is not a fan of chicken strips but he likes these...with honey mustard dip. The onion rings were hot and crispy, we both liked them. Our Big Carls is alot of burger! All round good food. Parking: Lots to choose from. We parked in the Handicapped Zone.

l think the food has gone bad at carl jr twice in a row after getting burgers at the drive thur my son and I get extreme gas and strong ordor when we go to the washroom they won t get my business any more don t want to get food poisoning

I really like their crispy chicken salad, its a great large lunch or dinner, But they keep messing up my girlfriends burgers, like 3x in 5 trips the last while. But they get 4 stars instead of 3 for that, because they do what they can to make it up to you on your next order. Still salty from having quite a few bad orders in so few visits, and theyre always on take-out orders when we drove home and sat down to watch netflix and eat. Dietary restrictions: We go here for the Lettuce wrap substitute on Burgers. which tends to be their fault, sending ya home with a bun instead of lettuce.

Drive thru visit. Never had Carls Jr before, first-time experience. I will say the burgers are great, but regular fries are not the best. Waffle fries are nice. The order taker was polite and quick. I like how the burgers are wrapped and ready to eat, with plenty of veggies and lettuce.

Great spot in the morning. Service was a little slow for me, being the only person ordering at the time. They forgot I asked for it to stay and not to go, so they are a little forgetful. But overall not bad.

Was not impressed with the food. Gravy for fries was rather watery. One kids fry was.. You could tell Lil dry n on the end if its hold life n cool. The beef burgers were fine, good infact. The others really liked them. The chicken sandwich was hot on outside edge but heartedly lukewarm in middle. Throughly cooked. Unless their pre-cooked. Drinks were tasteful n great. But... Onion rings were horrible. N they didnt get touched beyond see done ring. 3adults 1 kids meal. Even with onion rings n added gravy. 83$... I Remeber why I stay away from Fat food these passed few yrs.

Spend $100 they won t give my kids milkshake that we ordered Worse customer service I ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Food was really good but the front staff completely rude and the way they approached the situation was completely unprofessional coming to our table and arguing with us in front of all our children .

We have ordered delivery from here a few times since moving to PG recently. It is my favourite fast food place in general. However, my partner who doesnt like fast food generally LOVES the chicken burgers. I usually get beef burgers but tonight I tried a chicken burger, and honestly may never have a beef burger again. Wow. Food always arrives hot and fresh. The produce is crisp and also fresh. Would highly recommend.

Everyone was talking about Cals Jr. Burger and I finally tried one. As a burger lover I must say it was pretty delicious. It tastes like a real burger if you know what I mean.

They are the only place here that wraps a lettuce wrapped burger properly its not messy and its delicious.

Burger was sloppy fell apart part way thru hadnt been in while figured try again nope wont happen again. No wonder parking lot mostly empty

Carls Jr. is always good. This review is about their great staff: June 30th (almost at closing) - When I walked in, I noticed a staff member cleaning the fountain pop machine. I ordered my food and ate. This took about 15 minutes. When I was about to leave, she was STILL cleaning the machine! The machine was spotless and shiny, so I went over to thank her for her diligence. She was just finishing up, but you could tell she does things properly and exceeds expectations (which was more than you could say about the bossy woman who took my order...). But thanks again to that awesome staff member who really gets it!

Food is fabulous so was the services

This was my first time at a Carl Jrs. The staff were excellent and the food was as well. I had a Carl Jr burger. My husband had the Western double cheeseburger. There was also an order of poutine and two Oreo shakes. Our order was accurate even with no cheese on the cheeseburger. Will 100% go again.

This review is to appreciate the customer service of staff named Zack. He was very polite and proactive in assisting us. He approached us twice if we are doing ok and need anything. Zack is really raising the customer service bar for Carls here. Keep it up kid

They messed up my order, I showed them before the order was made the lady was Rood about it than re did it, than told me I did not give her enough cash, had to count it for her, she forgot one pop had to re ask. Use to be our favorite spot but not now

10/10 do not recommend the Hart Carls Jr drive thru, terrible drive thru design. You will either curb your wheels or romp the curb if you drive truck or a bigger vehicle so beware
