We love going to this location. All staff are very friendly to me and my 2 kids. It’s a weekly favourite. The lady even knows our order!! Keep up the great work!
Customer service at closing time is often subpar, but the staff at Edo stand out. Even though they had finished for the day, they noticed us outside when we tried to enter and kindly offered to serve us. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
My first experience was un matched. Staff was very friendly and curious enough to guide me for best meal possible. In today’s inflation, it sure was bang for buck and quite filling.
I would love to share wounderful experience i had today . Edo Japan offers a delicious and expertly prepared teriyaki and sushi experience, with a friendly staff. There was a very sweet girl who helped me finding everything good for me as i was trying this for very first time . The well-located informal dining spot offers a warm, inviting atmosphere for lunch or dinner. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great lunch, making Edo Japan a hidden gem with excellent service . I would recommed others as well to visti this location and enjoy a cozy evening.
Sushi at Edo Japan spruceland mall is seriously yummy! The combination of fresh fish, seasoned rice, and seaweed is so delicious. You've got to try it to believe how tasty it is! 🍣
I recently had the pleasure of dining at edo at spruceland mall, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! I opted for sushilicious meal and it was fresh, flavourful, and nicely prepared. The portion size was really good.
I've eaten at Edo Japan frequently over the past couple of months, so I thought I'd write this review. How's the food? You can get better food elsewhere, but Edo Japan does have pleasant food, and it isn't bad. How's the service? Good. I've always been treated politely, and pick up orders have always been on time. (I can't speak for delivery experiences.) Its not amazing service, but it's not bad service either. How's the cleanliness/food safety? Fine. I've occasionally had some food orders look a little charred, and once I recieved an unusually cold order, but I've never gotten sick, and none of my orders have ever been ruined. (The cold order was my worst experience, but that only happened once.) Overall? Edo Japan is a decent place to eat. It provides pleasant food, and reasonable service.There is room for improvement, but I still keep ordering from them.
Need to learn how to talk with drivers beheaving as if they own the place and forgets about the things they too are working over there .

The beef wasnt freash veggies were going bad bearly any rice no extra mushrooms as I paid extra Spring rolls were going bad dont get foid from as I be reporting to the health inspector I am so grossed out abd this restaurant should be ashamed of there worker and manager as I always gone to edo every where I live just moved here from Alberta you guys are ruined this restaurant
Assuming short staffed due to cooking time (35m), prices rocketed, portions smaller, charge $0.75 for a tablespoon of hot sauce on a meal that cost $16. Definitely not worth the price. Food

One star because you cant go any lower. Asked for 3 scoops of teriyaki and got home and its dry.... Even after the scholar that reviewed the surveillance footage and insisted they put 3 scoops on it the food is still bland and zero sauce Wheelchair accessibility: The location is easily accessible, nothing good to say other than that
Horrible service. The girl was working on the gril, using a AirPods and talking to somebody. No hair net or cap was worn. Hopefully, they improve their service. Time was 11:15 am.

Confounded as to how an Alaska roll can taste exactly like nothing. All the textures were the same, with a minimum of any ingredient except somewhat rubbery rice. So far, its an Edont from me :(
They charged me for a paper bag so cheap it broke 30 feet outside the store, spilling my dinner I had just paid for onto the side walk.
They lounging staff (sitting on the front counter) refused to serve my daughter 15 minutes before close. The doors were NOT locked, the OPEN sign was on, and they did not even look up from their phones to ask what she would like. Incredibly poor service, I can see why so many reviews are negative. Terrible staff can only mean terrible management. Not a great way to start up a new franchise. We wont be back.

Checked menu online and then saw they were closed online and had a 1.8 rating. I still went in and the girl upfront finally looked up after three minutes. I tried to explain about the ratings comments and she should let management know. An other fellow asked what was going on and I explained what I had been discussing, I then ordered a bento box for my wife which was punched in and I was told pay here but the time had lapsed before I could get my card out. I was also going to order another bento box butThe fellow had gone to the back somewhere and there was no one up front. There was a cook or ? Looking at me but not offering to help. After about a minute of waiting, I waived goodbye and left. My comment to my hungry wife was the ratings were right and we went elsewhere to order

We ordered here for the first time. It was quite busy, and took a bit to order, but it was definitely worth the small wait time!! We ordered the chicken teriyaki, chicken noodle soup, and a dynamite roll. Strong flavours, and really delicious! Also nice large portions. Will definitely eat here again!!
This place was so dirty, there was stained food on the tables and display. Garbage all over the counters and floor behind the till.Also as we were there waitng the crab meat sat out on the counter for at least 15 min as we waited for our food . It was still on the counter when we left.If I could rate a zero I would ...dont think we will be back to that location.
