Good food! Good selection and everything tasted great. Lunch servings were appropriate, but certainly no left overs. Wasnt a big fan of their beans and would pass next time. Atmosphere was very typical and the service was alright. Went with a large group and they really struggled to get meals to the right people and getting the right bills to people. Clearly need a system for large groups that doesnt exist now.

Ordered great food tonight, but the bacon on my Hawaiian burger was not crisp, but it was juicy and had plenty of pineapples. Would order again. I was disappointed in the allote Loco, very plain no flavor just tasted like corn on the cob, need to work on their recipe in our opinion. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, just be clear about what u order and how u want it.

My son and I love this place! (Hes a very picky eater when we eat out) He had the lunch Chimichanga, and I had their dinner Carnitas very good food, reasonably priced, clean, and great service!

Delicious food and warm welcoming staff. Im not sure about that white sauce stuff for the chips, but salsa was great. Food was fresh and well prepared. Never felt rushed as I was there to enjoy my dining experience but never waited long for anything I ordered. Highly recommend!

Best food ever and great staff only place I go eat Mexican you will enjoy

AMAZING food, service, and friendly staff! This has to be the best Mexican Restaurant we have ever gone to and that goes mostly to the service we were provided from the second we walked through those doors. Every single waitress, waiter and hostess greeted us with a smile. The atmosphere is homey, not too crowded when we went, beautiful murals and tables/chairs. Our dinner came out SO fast, it had to be within 10 minutes of ordering. As soon as we sat down at the table we were given chips, salsa and white dip. The white dip (not Queso) is our absolute favorite sauce and we always have to ask for it at Mexican restaurants but we didnt have to ask here, it was already ready for us :). After eating a few chips, our wonderful waiter, Julio, was ready to bring us drinks and answer any questions we had. He is the kindest waiter we have had in a restaurant in quite some time. Our food was DELICIOUS, seasoned well. Best rice. Lots of options. Great job, Morelios!

This place is a little hidden gem. The service was great, the food came out fast and hot, and was delicious. The waiter was super kind. Would recommend and will be back.

The shredded chicken on the and enchiladas was sooo dry and tasteless. The small portion of rice and beans were served lukewarm. Based on this visit I would NOT return.

My wife and I just went there for a date night. It was the first time had eaten there. The food was great. Our server was excellent. Definitely going back with the whole family.

Every time I visit the area Morelia s is a must! Great food, service and atmosphere! The owner is awesome and goes over and beyond for customers, employees and the community! Highly recommend!!

Do not order from this restaurant!!! I ordered from this restaurant 4 times a week for over a 7 year period and the owner said I complained 5 times and he would give me my money back . Out of these 5 times 3 of them was because there were things missing from my order ( salad, bread, whole dinners). Customer service is key when you run a business. He says he will die one day and my business is not needed! No need to order again! We are retired military and I ll be sure to let the military community know not to give this restaurant their business! They do not deserve one star!!!!! I recommend Primos Mexican Family Restaurant if you choose to have this food in our area. You will be very pleased with the quality of their food and their customer service.

Great food and prices! But the most AMAZING homemade sangria

The flautas were presented in a unique sauce with fluffy fried flour tortillas with the familiar shredded beef; tasty. The horchata had some flavor, but could use more. Waitress was attentive and thankful for our patronage; she appeared overtasked at times but pressed on like a champ. Great experience overall.

Tried to make a reservation and got left on hold. Took my business somewhere else. Need better customer service.

I enjoyed the margarita and the flavor of the beans (they did something different and they were delicious). Past that, everything else was unimpressive. Slow and unattentive service. Ground beef was weakly seasoned. Salsa was ALL onion. The only Mexican around, and even then, I would rather Door Dash Taco Bell.

Went to be with family, had dinner and fellowship. The food was good and portions appropriate. The service was great. Very friendly and on spot with refills and such. Id say my only complaint would be it is a bit confining. When it is busy, Whew! I would have to say Ill be back.

I went to this restaurant on Thursday and ordered a burrito Texano without the steak and I only had about three shrimp in a little bit of chicken in the most was a lot of rice, hard green peppers, uncooked, onions, and guacamole wasn t enough on the side and sour cream wasn t enough on the side and I called the manager Alyssa I think her name was was very kind and then she made my order over again this time I literally hate to shrimp and very little chicken. I would not be going back, and I would not recommend recommend anybody to eat here because the portions they will cheat you on the portions, and And I think it wasn t fair to pay almost $17 for just rice and green peppers I could have cooked it at home. I m very disappointed in this restaurant and I will let people know do not eat here because you will not get your moneys worth. . I literally threw it in the trash.

Drinks and food are both GREAT!

If you are into Tex-Mex kind of Mexican food then you will love it. But if you are looking for some good seasoned real authentic Mexican food then this is not the place for you as their food is very bland. Nice cold beer, drinks and exceptional service is why I go.

The restaurant is located outside the bigger city which felt like a safer/easier location to meet passing family; did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and the food was good. I have grown up and lived in southwest for many years; I cant give them a specific genre of style, but I would say a milder flavor of California. I was pleasantly surprised in quality and taste as the southern states have often disappointed in mexan food (Hamburger not a standard, Shredded beef is not a special upgrade which costs extra).

This is my favorite place! The employees are always nice, and the food is excellent.

Little Mexican restaurant next to the post office where Lucas used to be. The food is very good and they have a great selection of margaritas. Reasonably priced. Their dish called Pollo Prince George is a personal favorite and very delicious. They are often very busy so expect a small wait during dinner hours.

It was ok. Wed go again. My daughters shredded beef nachos were so good. I got the steak and shrimp and it just needed a little salt. Hubby got carnitas, but they werent fried so he was a little disappointed, but they had ok flavor. Service was great, and staff was super friendly. We were seated right away, and food came out fairly quickly.

Hard to find the chocolate mole on the menu of Mexican restaurants in Va beach most have the red ranchero mole it was our 1st time there definitely will be the spot for when we move here permanently.

We love Morelia! So far Ive had their flautas, taquitos, carnitas, and texicana fajitas. Everything is always hot and very delicious. Its very difficult to find good Mexican food in Virginia, but this place is always so good, and the staff remembers us from one visit to the next!!

It s Mexican food, kinda hard to go wrong. The staff has always been nice and food gets to the table fast. I would stop here before Lucas any day of the week. Four stars because the tequila shots get expensive, I probably shouldn t have so many shots at a restaurant, but it just feels like the right thing to do when you re there.

It. Was. Delicious... I feel bad because Im cheating on my normal spot, but man oh man was it WORTH it. The staff is very warm & friendly. The service was prompt and light hearted. A muy authentic dining area, w/ a beautiful mural across the walls. The food was plentiful, hot and delicious. We had empanads as an appetizer, and they were really good! Nice and crulispy. Great yaste. Wife had surf & turf, could use a little more seasoning but it was cooked perfectly. I had the molle enchiladas, and carnitas dinner, w/ beans and rice. Both were delicious. I also had a Texas Margarita, it was very good. I felt it after the 1st one and I am 210lbs lol. I believe my wife had the Patron margarita, she enjoyed it as well. They also have a kids menu so that is a bonus!! Overall Im looking forward to going back to this place soon. Well worth it and such a great value. I loved it. Well until next time, I wish you all unconditional love, the peace of Jesus that surpasses all understanding, and Gods blessings over you all!

Great Nachos! Ive hade a lot of nachos but these are some of the best! The staff is great! big smiles and great personalities. If youre looking for quality Mexican this is the place.

First time dining in..lively place. The food is great, portions are enough for 2 meals. Our server was really sweet. The food came fast! I had the chimichanga and they were huge. I also had a margarita, which was good, could have used a shot of tequila. I will be back!

This restaurant I took my daughter there for one of her birthdays a couple years ago and it was the best food. But tonight we went and had a little bite to eat and of course the food was amazing, and our waitress was very very polite and attentive. Just want to say thank you for the great food and the great experience we will most definitely be back and I definitely recommend this restaurant whether youre local or just driving through.

A group of 5 of us met for lunch. The food was delicious, servers were very friendly and prompt, and the restaurant was clean and festive. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The mixed drinks were on point also. Ill definitely be back!
