mucho burrito PG has great, kind staff that work hard. The quality of the food is always appetizing and fresh. The staff also keep the restaurant neat and tidy. The owner seems to be a great leader with an awesome team. The ingredients are much better than most fast food and is one of the few establishments where the food is worth the money spent. Would highly recommend supporting this business.

I recently visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the experience. The staff was rude and unfriendly. We ordered a veggie quesadilla and churro fries, but the churros were overcooked and extremely hard to bite into. The quesadilla good What stood out the most was the attitude of the staff. One employee behind the counter was arrogant, not even offering a smile and acting as if we were a burden. There were no instructions provided about the toppings on the quesadilla, and we were charged extra without any explanation. When we indicated that we wanted to dine in, one of the employees looked at his watch and made a face, which felt very unwelcoming. Overall, it seems that the restaurant really needs to improve on customer service and employee behavior. I hope they take this feedback to heart for a better experience in the future.
The service is awful there. The guy didn't greet me or let me know that he was ready to take my order. I proceeded to make my 4 burritos order, and once we got to the protein portion, I asked for steak, and then he told me that they didn't have any. I tasked why he didn't let me know in advance, which he answered: " You didn't tell me." I replied by telling him: " You are supposed to tell me before I order," he responded, " We don't do that here." Please don't eat there. This kind of service is shameful! Last time I go there!
Serving station is just really not a nice visual. Dirty dried serving spoons. And wilty veggies. I think this place would benefit from a good kitchen clean. I won't eat here again unless I see a clean serving station
My problem with this mucho burrito is not with the service or restaurant, although my experience with both is average at best. My problem is with the cost and taste of food. I got a mucho burrito with extra meat, cheese, chips, lettuce, and lots of burrito sauce. (Side note, they charged me extra for almost every topping near the end without telling me they added extra of certain toppings) The meat was very dry and didn’t have a ton of flavour. The cheese was cheese, nothing special but I didn’t expect it to be special. The lettuce looked and tasted wilted and old, The chips were fine, and the sauce had very little flavour. Normally when it comes to fast casual food I’ll let poor quality food slide because it’s usually cheap, But this burrito cost 22$! I could go to the red robin across the street, pay the same amount, and get a restaurant quality meal to go, and it would be equally if not more filling than the burrito I got. Now I understand that not everything I said in this review could be fixed by the restaurant staff and management, the prices of items are an example of that. But why would I or others as consumers go to a restaurant that charges a high amount (which in my opinion overcharged me) for a poor quality product rather than somewhere affordable and tasty?
I've been here several times and it did not disappoint! The food quality is always reasonable. Staff are friendly and there is short waiting times. Food portion is always big enough! It definitely is a great place for a quick high quality mexican food.
Me and my husband visited the place it was clean and neat and we enjoyed the food also We had Chicken tacos: it was delicious chicken was fresh 9.5/10 Ghost pepper burrito: this is spicy version and it is also delicious and it challenges your spice levels 🔥😂8/10 Chicken Burrito bowl : 8/10
Food was terrible. the steak they used was dried out pieces of shrapnel. this place has went down hill

Decent portions
They char the meat badly, from chicken to the steak. I saw them grilling when I walked in and personally would have thrown it out.

We were trying to enjoy our dinner when one of the employees here started hollering at a young kid who came into the restaurant. I had to ask him to stop hollering around us. He then attacked us. I told him we should be allowed to enjoy our dinner and not listen to that. My mother asked his name and what his bosses name was. He just got mad and said he s not here! He ignored our request to enjoy our meal in peace and kept on hollering . He didn t apologize or try to correct his bad behaviour. We were going to order the kids food when we were done eating but we had to go somewhere else. We will never support this business again. When we dine out we would like to be able to relax and the experience is just as important as the food. The food was mediocre at best. Don t waste your time here. It seems we re running out of good restaurants and have a lot of bad employees working in Prince George now. It s sad.
I had a fantastic meal at this laid-back place where the salsa was incredibly fresh and the quesadilla was perfectly cheesy. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the friendly staff made the visit even more enjoyable.

The portions for this place are crazy small, the toppings portions are ridiculous, I could not believe it. They also don t have wifi at the establishment and seating is horrendous. Staff was nice and friendly though!
Very rude staff. One male employee has very bad attitude. He didn t ask me properly my purpose of visit, Instead used an eye expression, which is unprofessional. Secondly, insulted me in front of another employee and customers. I am from India and the employee is Indian as well. On May 16th around 7:00 PM, I asked him for my order in English Language then he asked me if I need a bag in Punjabi language. I said yes in English Language and it might bothered him. Because I didn t reply back in Punjabi language , he asked me with very bad attitude and bad smile if I know my native language. Him and another employee starts laughing at me. I am not in funny mood all the time to take it as a joke and It was just a word yes . And there is no need to be upset about if I talked in English. But, instead of keeping it simple he chose to insult me. I went back to him to complain, Instead of apologizing, he starts arguing with me and said, that s my way of talking and can t be changed . I feel awkward and helpless. I am not going to go back to that place even-though the food is great. I didn t want to engage in any talking, I went to pickup up my order and got insulted for no reason. Very bad business etiquettes.
I came in to the store to grab the family taco pack for 4. When I came in there were multiple workers and one customer who was ahead of me. It took 15mins for one burrito to made as the customer and worker chatted the whole time. When i was up to order, the worker acted like he didn t know what taco pack I meant so I pointed to the sign. He told me that it has to preorder as it takes over 30mins to make and they were too busy. Again, no one in the store. I said I was happy to wait. The guy had a super bad attitude but agreed to make it. There s two meat choices included, he got one wrong and I asked for the correct one, again bad attitude. He said I could pick only 2 toppings for tacos out of everything. I said online it says 4. He proceeded to say that I was lying and they ve never given four topping. I showed him their website and skip the dishes were it said 4. He finally agreed to 4. Next he proceeds to tell me, half way thru making the order it s taking too long and if another customer comes in he s stopping my order. I said noones here and that is fine. Took over 40min to throw 4 toppings, and some cold tortillas into a container. Right before I pay, the worker brings out another worker who starts going off on me for not preordering and that they have other orders then just mine. I let the guy know that I ve worked at mucho and I understand that as I know they have skip orders aswell. Worker states that he s been at this location for 3 years and that I m lying about having worked at mucho. I said yeah..not this location. Anyways, 40min later when the order was complet, I said thank you for making it and next time I will pre-order. Guy rolls his eyes at me and walks away. I get home and the order is incorrect. All of this to say, my husband and I live near that complex and eat at mucho, Quiznos, and second cup. All owned by the same guy. Won t be back to any of those locations any time soon as this experience/treatment was horrible.

I ve come here a few times and I have to say, service from Sanhil has been exceptional. He is personable, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the menu!! He also makes some dang great burritos and tacos and never gets annoyed ( or doesn t show it haha) about all my annoying veggie requests and modifications. Love the fresh ingredients and relatively healthy, on-the-go options!! Vegetarian options: Nice having the veggie crumble cooked decently ( unlike many chains they dont microwave it into a tasteless hockey puck lol. ) the fajita veggies are yummy too!!!
UPDATE!! Reached out as per their request to give them the opportunity to make it right and it appears that this was just them saving face publicly and not actually following through!! No wonder this location is so disappointing with a management team like this full of empty promises, and empty quesadillas. Last time eating here. Zero consistency certain staff are just plain rude quesadilla was empty for a lack of a better description definitely not worth $15. I ve eaten at several different locations but n the past 6 years and this is by far the worst. Loyal customer not returning and do not recommend.
usually not too busy, which is nice because you dont have to wait in line. i love that the burritos are customizable, you always get exactly what you want. service is great, one time there was a problem with my order and the worker remade it, no problem. definitely one of my favourite places to go for a good meal, Ive eaten here many times and have never had a bad experience
The staff were kind and friendly and deserves a 5 but the food was not up to expectations. Portions werent even and the meat was dry like it had sat there for awhile. This is the second time Ive experienced this from a franchise I love. Wont be going back.
When ever u go dine obviously the build ur own is perfect but if u order delivery they never follow instructions on the build ur own.
I always go here when Im in town. Love it. The burrito is so good. Shrimp is really good but can take a few extra minutes. Try the churros they are delicious as well.

The food at this place is awful, haven t been there in years as the first time was trash as well so tried it again and same result and not only that rice way under cooked made it that much worse . Zero stars will never be back .

I don t bother with any burrito without heft. If your wrap is convenient and filled with any kind of lettuce, take it elsewhere. I want a burrito that is burdensome. Unwieldy. When I lift it to my mouth, I should be able to feel the weight of the mistake I am about to make. No child should be able to eat a burrito I am interested in. This was one of those burritos. The kind that s gonna keep me home for the next two days dreading the consequences of my actions. Highly recommended.
The burritos at this Mucho Burrito are huge and are quite good. They claim the salsas are made in house and they taste great. Id need to go a few times more before I can recommend the best thing to order. I didnt ask but this location seems family owned. The person who I assumed was the owner had a serious demeanour but was kind and warm once I talked to them. They even came by the table and asked how the food was. Parking: Located at a strip mall with lots of parking.

Im a massive fan of mucho burrito, Ive been to many locations in different towns but here in prince george they a cheap. A mucho Burrito usually weighs 2.2 pounds and are about 11 long this mucho doesnt add the same amount as all other muchos burrito my burrito was only 1.3 lbs witch is alot less of food than usual. They need to be making the same product as all other muchos to hold value to the mucho name...I could get the same size burrito from taco bell for less and to me thats not right. Its gotta be a MUCHO Burrito not normal burrito.

A healthy snack or meal place for every time of the day. Kids meals available. Everything from mild to extra spicy. Really delicious food for a fair price. Stuff is friendly and helpful. We just found this place today. Great to stop for a bite before or after shopping. Make it a meal, add Chips, Salsa (or Queso or Guac) and a drink. Will be back soon!

Delicious and great amount
Listen to me now and believe me later this place could make the best burrito in town. The staff are awesome, even if there is a huge line they get you through in record time. Check it out and you wont be disappointed.
