The food was very delicious and good portions, the only thing I find that made my experience less positive was the customer service and just general common sense of the person serving the food, we got are food and left the mall but we looked in the bag to find no fork with my poutine and I found hair in the cup after I drank all of the root beer
Other than the guy behind the till being one with attitude the food was good. I think he needs a course in customer service. Who ever invented wooden forks needs a new job. These don’t fork nothing. Wanna jab a fry… good luck. lol
I personally go there all the time! It's really speedy service and they make sure to give your food on time, its quick and easy. The people there are also really warm and welcoming, very enjoyable.
New York Fries has an amazing selections of poutines which provide a delicious blend of flavours. The staffs are friendly, kind and provide excellent customer service. It was indeed a wonderful dining experience. For fries lovers like me, New York Fries is a must-visit!

Probably won't go back for a while. I got the bacon double cheese poutine and the top part tasted great, but nothing was on the bottom half and it was just fries, and was so packed none of the toppings could make it to the bottom. The whole experience just wasn't worth the money. Service was great though

From the quality fries that are always fresh to the perfectly melted cheese curds, New York Fries never disappoints me. The fries here taste great and their gravy is gluten free. This is a place I find myself coming to over and over again.
My bank informed me I had been double charged for an order, but they wouldnt do anything about it. I brought it to the attention of the staff of NY Fries who immediately offered me a refund, no hassle, no questions asked. Amazing customer service.

Ordered 2 large poutines for delivery, had to dig to see if they even put the cheese sauce on either. Minimal toppings and dry fries under a measly top layer. Very disappointed for the value provided at the price we paid.

Nice food option in mall food court. Good quality and selection, price is standard for franchise and customer service is fine. Can get very crowded due to being in food court. Highlight was interesting fountain drink containers.
All the employees are amazing. This is my weekly treat and the guys already know exactly what I want and usually depending how busy it is they already have it ready when its my turn to pay. Thank you all!

This is my go-to food place when i m at pine center. the food is away shot and fresh and they aren t stingy on the amount of toppings or anything. they have good prices and even better food. the only place with better hotdogs is costco. 10/10 wish i could give it more stars.

Amazing fries and customer service !! I got the veggie works and wow, my tastebuds were blessed. The mix of fresh tomatoes, green onions, cool sour cream, and warm ooey gooey cheese sauce made for an out of body experience. I will definitely be going back

The girl that was working has zero personality and is super rude to staff and customers. My hubby asked 3 times for 1 pack of vinegar and she snarled at him and walked away. Also new York fries are supposed to be big these were tiny . Not impressed and felt bad for the guys who had to work with her today. Wont be back. Not paying to be scowled at. And not paying for something thats not the real deal. These arent real new York fries. These are small version lol what a rip

Their fries and poutine are one of the best I ve ever had. My favourite is their Double Bacon Cheese poutine. This is a great place to eat if you re in the Pine Centre area (it s located in the food court past the SportChek). Their fries are handmade, giving it a nice crunch and tasty flavour. Definitely recommend to everyone.
The size of fries were way more than me and my boyfriend expected. We both shared both the poutine, and the regular fries they were both amazing and would recommend to anyone I know its not healthy to eat fried but I enjoyed it and it tasted good.
