I hope i could give less than 1 star.. stupid servers those who doesnt even know how to take order or remember someones order. If you are not that skilled to memorize anything use tablet or paper pencil so that at least you can remember what your customer want. Everyone food was served on table i waited 35 min for 1 dish when everyone else on my table was done eating . For extra containers we still waited 20 min for no stupid reason. This is how s your service guys.. thank you soo much for such a disaster.

We ordered the Tawa Sabji and Paneer Bhurji, and both dishes were absolutely fantastic. The Tawa Sabji was a medley of fresh vegetables, perfectly spiced, and served sizzling hot. The Paneer Bhurji was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor every bite was a treat. The service was top-notch as well. The staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured that we were comfortable throughout the meal. Madras Maple has quickly become one of my favorite spots. The food is so amazing, when I saw the menu there was no mendu wada tiffin, and am from south indian that was my favourite dish.. even the chief is from south indian so he made a mendu wada dish as a complementary.. and it was very delicious, i really appreciate the chief.. the best south Indian tiffins restaurant in prince george, i really recommend this restaurant..

I had a really frustrating experience .When I placed an order, they took way too long to get it ready, with no clear updates or communication. On top of that, they didn t even ask for my name for pickup, so I had to stand around awkwardly waiting, not knowing when or if my order would be ready.

Nothing hits the spot quite like some late night Madras. I always love the food, whether it s dine in or takeout, or delivery! Their hours are awesome, open till late! Best lamb biriani, fish pakora and butter chicken in town!

We have been coming to this gem for a while now. And the service has been incredible all the time especially the server named Girja (might spell it wrong) she was quick and attentive despite being busy.

It was my first visit here and i really felt tremendous here. The vibe and servers were really fast and attentive especially Girija. From now,this is my best togo place.

We went there for lunch first no one came to get our order waited for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes server came in got our order brings our order quick but the food was not at all good I ordered tikki chaat they just add 2 potato tikki in bowl with channa sbzi no taste of chaat at all. We ordered channa bhatura as well it was not good even the presentation was bad. We went there because we thought they just renovated the place so the food must be good but it was a bad experience.

The food was really good but I didnt understand why boneless goat had bones in it. Id have food here again despite my experience.

We tried their food for the very first time in this town, everything is perfect, liked their food quantity and quality both, tried paneer 65 and butter chicken were awesome to be honest. GIRIJA and SHAGAN, they were the best guys on this place when we were there today.

I ve been a fan of Madras maple cafe for quite some time, especially for their authentic South Indian cuisine. A year ago, I had an exceptional dining experience here. The flavors were rich, the dishes were fresh, and the service was impeccable. However, my recent visit left much to be desired. The food quality has noticeably declined. The dishes lacked the vibrant flavors that once made this place a favorite of mine. It seemed like the kitchen was more focused on fulfilling online orders for delivery services like Skip and DoorDash rather than ensuring the dine-in experience was up to par. Moreover, the wait time was frustratingly long. What used to be a quick and enjoyable meal turned into a test of patience. It s disappointing to see how the restaurants priorities have shifted, seemingly at the expense of the quality and experience for their in-house diners. I hope they can refocus on what made them great in the first place, but until then, I ll be hesitant to return.

Today I visited in madras maple cafe. I was very disappointed from the service of madras maple. We sit there almost 15 to 20 minutes no one come to take the order after 20 minutes I rang the bell then they come outside and I gave the order but after 10 minutes they told us they don t have paneer dishes which I was ordered. Today I feel worst service of madras maple.

My wife and I both had very tasty meals there, flavours were bold and delicious. My medium spice level tasty and pleasant but not that spicy, I will try the high spiciness level next time. Portions were quite large, we brought home some leftovers. The same attention level didnt make it into the room decor, but still forgivable once you start enjoying the food.

Everytime I drive through Prince George I think of Madras Maple Cafe. I have been coming here for years and I always leave with a smile on my face and a full belly. Tonight we decided to indulge in some of our old favourites the Beef Vindaloo, Butter Chicken, x2 Malabar Paratha, Raita (to cut the heat of the Vindaloo), Veggie Pakora, and beers. The odd location, and late hours only add more reasons to love this restaurant. They can get quite busy, but it is always worth the wait! Thank you.

I recently visited and had a mixed experience. While the food was okay, it didnt quite meet my expectations of being very good. Let me start by saying the food was at the best just okay, missing a lot of punch. Flavour profile was a little dull but it was fresh and kitchen took time to make sure it severed hot. Presentation could go a long way may need a some improvement in that area. Keep your expectation at bay!

I have been ordering food from Madras Maple for almost one year, every time when I ordered in the day time, the chef always prepare food according to what I wrote in special instructions and the chef cooks it with such delicacy and prompt to my instructions. quality of food went down, dosa (spinach was watery, and added boiled chicken breast,) I have never had such dosa in my life, burning throat at night, and multiple times washroom used. Best Indian restaurant in prince george with very tasty food.

My family loved most of the dishes here, but most notably the Shrimp Briyani. I personally really enjoyed the Kulfi and their Masala Chai. I have a cats tongue so I cant really rake hot drinks. To my surprise, they agreed to my blasphemous request of providing me with a bowl of ice so I can chill my Chai. Very grateful for that. The waitress also taught us how to eat Golgappa and was very friendly towards us. But I think the best thing about the restaurant was the music. Almost every track displayed on the TV was amazing for someone who doesnt typically listen to a lot of Indian music.

From outside an unimpressive little Cafe tucked away in an industrial area but wait till food arrives - simply excellent is the best description I can write. Indian food at its best; seriously, to equal this youve got to go to Vancouver. Id give this place 6 stars if I could !

The place never served fresh food if its for pickup. My food was really cold even i picked up when they said. Never going back. Will not recommend to anyone

A long wait on food no matter if it s dining or pick up order. Double time than expected. When we ask how long it will take.. employees just say 5 min but takes about 30 min. Worst service

Lovely and helpful young woman assisted myself and a friend to make a successful choice for lunch! Girija answered all of my questions with knowledge and patience. Will definitely be back and will share this experience with friends! Vegetarian options: My friend ate vegetarian and enjoyed! Parking: We were one of two cars off the road, room for more!

Everytime I go here the food is amazing! So many amazing dishes to choose from! The staff are always super friendly too! Girija (the host) is always pleasant and delightful to deal with!

Top notch food and service. They even had hot sauce and fresh peppers to spice it up even more. The bhindi and paratha were particularly good.

Three time I had tried this restaurant but each and every time the response of employees working their is so slow and one time I got hair in my pav bhajji and when I ask for change the dish they first take 15 minutes to discuss what to do now afterthat they take half food and asking silly questions that we also want to change the pav we was pike what the hell is this. Today I had order cholle bhature on my work and my food was like uncooked and currie cholle was like they had filled water to fill the bowl. One girl as she works their when I do the payment it was obvious for me for not giving tip and she was looking me like I had done something worng.

I dine, and also take parcel, both here at Madras Maple Cafe, and at Dhaba Dosa in Langley. Their food and service is always excellent. Today I ordered for a small party and they went over and above with the quantity. Appreciate their food and service. Thanks everyone

Very very very very poor service. Employees treated customers poorly and they were not treated well. Rude staff does not know how to greet customers they should learn from Canadian culture and change their behaviour. Really poor service.

Love Madras Maple Cafe. Best one in the town. Just a constructive criticism that they need to start cooking their chicken for a bit longer. Every time I orders a chicken dish, texture feels like undercooked. I dont want to end up in the hospital just bcz I ate undercooked chicken. So I always end up ordering dishes that includes no meat. Pls pls take this as a constructive criticism. You guys rock. Awesome service. Awesome servers. Really positive environment in there. No negativity. So hard to find such places these days.

Today i tried chicken chittinadu and malabar, they were really good and the staff were also very friendly and nice. Overall, great work.

We went for dinner and breakfast we enjoyed our meal Dinner -( we ordered) Egg pakora (8/10) Chicken 65 biryani(6.5/10) Rice was delicious but chicken 65 is not that much Malbaar paratha(9/10) chetinadu chicken curry (5/10) Breakfast - Rava dosa (8/10) Mysore masala dosa ( 7/10) ( they added maysore spicy chutney to dosa it was delicious but masala ( aaloo stuff )was a bit heavy may be without aaloo stuff we can njoy a bit more) Sambar vada - (8/10) 07/12/2023 We went to dinner with friends We order many dishes everything was delicious and i felt there it improvement in the food taste and I enjoyed ever dish very very much Mysore masala rava dosa: spice level is moderate and dosa was crispy and yum they served it with sambar and chutney i should say sambar was utmost delicious 9/10 Chettinad chicken dosa : 10/10 Fish pakora: they are crispy out side and soft inside and flavourful 9.5/10 Chilly chicken dry: 9/10 Last but not least Chicken 65 biryani: this time biryani and chicken 65 both are delicious 8.5/10
