Was great , changed owners more then year ago. Quality dropped for sure, could see it in presentation, and taste. Will not be going back.

Hands down my favourite sushi place in town, great location off of 15th Ave across from Parkwood Mall. Always the freshest sushi no matter the time of day and the staff are always pleasant. You also get a 10% discount when taking out so thats a plus!

I wish I would have taken pictures. We ordered the Mexican Tuna, Rainbow, and Californian roll to share between two of us. The specialty rolls were huge! The sauce for the Mexican roll was so tasty I dipped an extra kappa maki roll in the sauce. Service was fast and attentive. Tea was hot and prices were worth the quantity. Will be back more often as I really forgot about this little gem.

Im not one to leave reviews, but after consistently visiting Sushiyori with family and friends I havent had a single negative thing to say. All I really care about is quality food, but everything else additionally is a plus. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, fast service and tons of great food options. Highly recommend the vegetable sonomono (cold noodle dish) to start if you wanna branch out and try something new! Realistically you cant go wrong with any of their special rolls (love their red dragon roll!), and even their pad thai is a hit. Thank you for the continuous great experiences and cheers to the more to come!

Sushi yori is my most favourite sushi place (and ive eaten a lot of sushi at a lot of places) the people who work there are lovely and friendly and so helpful! The food is the best I ve ever had (no exaggeration) and the environment is cozy and comfortable!

There is no doubt that this is the best restaurant in Prince George...well, in my opinion. My family has been eating here for years and never, not once, not even close, have we ever been let down. The kitchen is so consistent that youre guaranteed the same taste, temperature, composition of the same dish every time you visit. I definitely dont get the same consistency at chain restaurants, or anywhere else for that matter! This is the only restaurant that when the tip option comes around at the end of the meal, I gladly select 20%. The reason is that there servers here ALWAYS go above and beyond to help their customers, and they do it in a positive and professional way. Orders are taken quickly and food comes incredibly fast. One of my worst nightmares is that Im on my way down to Sushi Yori and find an Out of Business sign on their front door. My family would be crushed and Id live out the rest of my life trying to replicate the tastes and experience I got so used to at Sushi Yori. My absolute favourite is the tiger roll. Just wow.

They were friendly and the food was very nice. They are Korean. I am also Korean. Although I am an immigrant here, they are also coming to this small country and running great businesses. I hope that a world will come where kind people with good character like these will succeed. In the service industry, true service comes from their personality.

I go here with my girlfriend often. We always have a wonderful experience with excellent food. The staff is amazing! I recommend eating in but ordering out is also great! No complaints and will be a customer for life.

10/10 for service and food! Honestly the best sushi weve had in pronce george. The fish fresh and not stinky, the rice perfectly done and best of all no randomly deepfried areas not advertised like weve had in the past! The toro melted on the tongue and was a huge hit with the kids!

Great experience. We ordered a variety of rolls and sashimi and they all tasted fresh and delicious. Their gyoza is great as well. We placed a pick up order and were a bit early. We popped in to pay and waited outside in our vehicle (in a decent snow storm) and one of the staff had the courtesy to come to the door to bring it to us. Really appreciated the courtesy as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant and that they wear masks (myself being immunocompromised). Definitely recommend and we will be repeat customers. Thanks!

Sushi Yori is the best sushi we have had since we left the lower mainland. All of the food we ordered was exceptional, but we highly recommend the calamari. It s totally addictive! And the service is outstanding too. Parking: Lots of available parking out front Kid-friendliness: The seating is spaced apart nicely for privacy and noise control.

Fantastic sushi for being in northern BC. Their specials rolls are so tasty and awesome, very filling. I got my quota of sushi before I head more northern BC where its hit or miss for Sushi. They even gave me a fresh strawberry with whip cream for a dessert on the house, very nice people. Plenty of parking outside.

Sushi Yori - a hidden gem at PG. Everything about sushi bar: the atmosphere, and tasty foods - very friendly staffs and they have amazing beautiful private dining room. - Foods 10 out of 10. We ordered seafood udon noodle and it come with a lot meats such as crabs, shrimps, octopus and veggies. they were all fresh, clean and oceany. The sushi was so fresh and delicious My favorite sushi place in PG! so far. They have a very large selection of dishes at fair prices. Definitely on par with many places weve been to in town. Highly recommend!

Very good food. The waiter was very friendly, prompted, and had good manners. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. Im very happy with my service and food. My only critiques would be that I would really prefer fountain pop for refills as Im a coke zero connoisseur with my sushi. Its almost painful to try and ration my can of pop out throughout the dinner, but thats a me problem bwahahahaha. Also, a complimentary genmaicha tea or miso soup would be a very nice gesture. My go-to sushi restaurant offers both and I feel its a welcoming touch. My two critiques are very personalized and miniscule in the grand scheme of things. We have been doing take-out almost every Friday. The sushi is consistently fresh and delicious, with great presentation. THe staff are the friendliest in town, and not just serving friendly, but genuinely kind. I have to say, Sushi Yori is definitely the best sushi in town...in my opinion. I have had a lot of sushi from a lot of different places, including the high end and recommended places in the lower mainland and some other big cities. Sushi Yori holds its own, and is definitely tough to beat. Highly recommend. My photo isnt the greatest, mostly because I know if I took the lids off I would eat it instead of getting a photo. We ordered 2x pan fried gyoza, spicy tuna roll, avacado roll, 2x yam tampura roll, beef roll, 2x chicken roll and miso soup. Delicious with great portion sizes (not jumbo pieces like some places and not tiny like others. Adult portion sizes).

Of all the sushi places in PG, this one is my favorite. Great fish quality it is always fresh. If you like spice, try the mexican special roll. Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old loves going, and the staff always go out of their way to make him feel special.

Come for one of the best sushi restaurants in Prince George. It was sold by the original owner, and the precious owner took it over again. Expect to have good services and good foods.

I ordered $139.20 worth of sushi for a celebration, the food was packed up and ready on time and was absolutely delicious. Was given 30 packets of soy sauce I must say I don t think they will ever fail to provide you with soy sauce.

We visited Prince George and craved for Asian food so we went to Suhi Yori twice. Their food is delicious and comforting, while their service is above and beyond both times! Make sure to order their House Special Pad Thai, Spicy Seafood Udon noodles, Mexican Tuna roll and dig in their sushi combos + chef s special. They serve Japanese tea and it s refillable so you can get in your zen mood. The restaurant is very welcoming and they got a nice section with cherry blossom decor on the walls

Sushi Yori is always amazing. I have been coming here for the past year and I love it every time. Crazy boy roll is really tasty. Also the ramen and pan fried noodles are top notch. Good food and quick service. I picked up take out that I ordered at the counter and was out of there in 15 minutes. It was yummy and well packaged as I took it home and nothing was soggy or tipped over.

Dear sushi Yori. I dont think Ill be coming back to your shop. This is the 2nd or 3rd price increase Ive experienced this year at your restaurant. To my surprise today i paid almost 20 dollars for a dynamite roll only 6 pieces and 1 seaweed salad. . Price increase but same amount of food

Great food but prices have shot up 60-85% on many items where other places of same quality have maintained more sane pricing. Really disappointed that salmon sashimi has gone from $17 to $27 in a couple years, with the most recent hike of $7 happening in the last 4 months.

Looks great, Im gonna try to eat it. But got back to my hotel and not a single pack of soy sauce or napkins. Nope I tried, and raw fish with no soy sauce doesnt work. Awful. Im not making a trip back. Forgetting soy sauce is unforgivable.

Service was good. But the food was terrible. Chicken Teriyaki - Chicken was super dry. Salmon Sashimi - There was a fly on it. Miso Soup - Its almost like it was taken from the sea itself. The water that was served smelled like fish. 2 star for the lady serving tho. She did not charge the Coke cause of the water.

My husband and I ordered from Sushi Yori (as Sushi 97 was closed.) We got sushi, sashimi, gyoza, and beef yaki-udon to celebrate our recent marriage. Aside from the gyoza we were fairly disappointed. The sashimi is coated in a gritty sauce and the fish tasted especially frozen. The spicy tuna roll was nothing to call home about and the yaki-udon was underwhelming. For the price we were hoping for more. I really hate to leave a negative review, but our experience was unfortunately not great. *edit* there was a large, sharp bone in the spicy tuna roll.
