Eatery serving tapas & updated comfort food, plus wine, craft beer & cocktails in publike environs.
The best meal and service we have had on a LONG time. Where do I begin? The building is gorgeous and it’s was drew us in initially but as soon as we sat down we knew this would be a special experience. Mike (owner? Partner?) such a friendly gentleman crafted a few special on menu and off menu cocktails for us. What a treat! All of them were delicious but the Smokey one was unbelievable. Then comes the food and it was not any less delicious. The honey Brie - don’t sleep on that while it’s still on the menu. Honestly we can’t wait to be back. Thank you TC for such a special night out while we’re visiting on rather stressful circumstances for a medical trip.
We went to the Twisted Cork to celebrate a milestone birthday. There were 10 of us in total seated in the Cigar Room. It was lovely to have a semi-private area, with board games available to use. The wine and cocktail selection was vast, the food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. We ordered oysters, appetizers, entrees, and desserts and everything was top notch! The server was attentive and friendly. The bartender is next level. The food came out in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend!!
We love the atmosphere of this place. The rock and wood old castle kinda vibe is our vibe. Love it. Service was good, a little awkward as I think there was a lot of new staff, but their kindness and willingness to figure things out showed they'll find their rhythm and smooth it out. There was a fantastic variety of food. Seafood, fish, steak, veal and salads. Gluten free and vegetarian options. Portions weren't big, but certainly satisfying. I don't think anyone left hungry. We'll be back.
My friend and I came here for our 10 year reunion. I was truly impressed by the service I received! The server, Mike, made sure our every need was attended to, including that of my 13 month old daughter. He even made me a complimentary non-alcoholic drink, which was delicious. At the end of our meal, he gave us leftover brownies to take home for later as well. The only thing that could have been improved was the veal dish, which was covered in panko, was slightly too greasy. However, it still tasted delicious, and the Brie cheese dip is to die for! They stayed open late just to wait for us. It was truly the best service I've ever received at a restaurant. I'll definitely be back for more special occasions!
I had the herd crusted lamb rack and a ginger mojito mocktail. The lamb was perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth tender and juicy. The mocktail was delicious and nicely balanced. The service was great as well.
All I can say is AMAZING!! We will be back for sure! If you live in Prince George or visiting this is a must. Service, Food and Atmosphere was all fantastic.
While visiting Prince George for work, I googled German restaurant for the area with no luck. I then googled Schnitzel restaurant and came across this gem of a restaurant/pub. I was not disappointed! The atmosphere was chilled, I did get there at 6ish and they were playing some classic rock. The bar tenders, Mike and Sam are top blokes. The schnitzel was amazing, lightly battered and the mash and mushrooms were perfect, the dark local beer (can't remember the name) hit the spot. Kudos to the chef! If you are a local or just visiting, check it out!
Twisted Cork review They’re organic greens salad was big and beautiful and fresh. We found the house dressing bland so next time I would ask for a different drssing, but the quality in the greens was definitely there. We were hungry, so I forgot to take pictures until so I’d already started the salad. We got the tapas board And everythingwas very nice, the bread they supplied were very nice quality baguette slices and all the picked vegetables, meat slices and olives were tasty. Really wonderful menu, there’s so many things I wanted to try that will definitely have to come back again. The décor is beautiful, very old school, Beautiful oak paneling, subdue tones, exposed brick walls, very comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Our server Alanna was very friendly, efficient and pleasant.. the best service we have had at a restaurant in Prince George so far, and it was moderately busy but she was still attentive and very quick to fulfil any of our request such as the extra butter I wanted for the bread and brie cheese. Hector got the chicken breast stuffed with seafood including lobster, and he really enjoyed it, said the flavor of the sauce was excellent and the combination of lobster and cream cheese with the chicken worked really well. I got the bread, brie cheese and roasted garlic.. bread was excellent, fresh with good chew, the baked brie was very nice but the roasted garlic wasn’t baked enough and wouldn't spread and still had a bit of a bitter raw flavor. Our server took the half head of garlic back for more roasting, and ended up bringing a new serving of the baked garlic Head but it was the same, but I didn't bother to say anything as I was satisfied with the brie cheese and bread. We ordered the lamb spring rolls, but in my opinion, they did not live up to their description, I could only taste the lamb and I don’t like some flavors of lamb and I didn’t like these. However, Hector really liked them so he had them. We were in the small lounge area, a very nice cozy feeling room, but I found the chairs too low and deep to for the table so I asked for one of the dining room chairs, which Alanna was very quick to take care of. They were somewhat better, but their dining room chairs had a high edge at the front of the chair that cut off the circulation of my legs over the course of the evening so I end up switching back to a lounge chair which wasn't quite the right for sitting at the table, but overall more comfortable. Overall, they have a great menu, wonderful ambiance, received excellent service from Alanna. But like most places, some of their menu items are great, but some are so, so, you have to experiment. Personally, I am quite willing to send a dish back if it isn’t satisfactory but it sends Hector into a seething rage when I do that and he really liked the lamb spring rolls, so nothing got sent back. I couldn’t send back the roasted garlic, really because I ate& enjoyed all the cheese and the bread and it would have ben petty on my part to complain a second time. The had some type of sauce drizzled on the bread, that really went well with the cheese. We will probably come back for one more meal while we are staying in Prince George, they had some other things I definately wanted to try. The front of the building is really beautiful architecture, I would be curious to know if it this building was a restored original building for Prince George.
Never had any food yet, was there for work, but the place looks amazing.
Had the Top Sirloin, my wife had the Prime Rib and both were absolutely amazing.
Was there for a work event in the private room. Was good
The Mexican food here at lunch is really good, and fair prices. The service was attentive and atmosphere friendly. I highly suggest.
The staff did an awesome job! We so appreciated they were working on Thanksgiving. The cooks were amazing in their selection. The food was delicious!
Amazing food and service! My first time at this restaurant and it will be a must stop next time we are in town. Good job!
I had a wonderful time here enjoying their prime rib and soup, both were delicious. The cozy ambiance and friendly crew made the meal even more enjoyable.
Meh kinda of menu of 5, was there for 3 hours, had 2 drinks. Only had water because we poured it ourselves. Servers were flustered and unorganized. I wont be back again. Food : 2/5 |
A true hidden gem! Amazing bar with great decor, looks like a 16th century castle inside. Amazing food and drinks, had unreal service from Mike. This place seems wasted in a quiet town like this, but I thoroughly recommend visiting if youre in town. Im a bartender myself so I know a good bar when I see one and this place is up there!
Mike has got to be the best server in Prince George and the food was to die for
Best place in PG. Hands down, amazing food.
Delicious
My fam and I are up visiting fam and we were looking for a place to eat came across this restaurant while looking and the stuck out. We went what a fabulous place love the rustic feel to it the food and desert was amazing. We will definitely be back when we come to visit fam angain.
10/10 service was amazing food was amazing and such a great atmosphere.
Had an amazing breakfast, large portions, great atmosphere, super service
Best food and ambience in Prince George.
The Twisted Cork offers a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of the workday with its medieval tavern-inspired atmosphere and comforting fare. Perfect for business lunches or after-work gatherings, Twisted Cork provides a cozy ambiance and hearty dishes that evoke a sense of nostalgia and warmth. Whether youre discussing deals over savory stews or brainstorming ideas over ale, Twisted Cork sets the stage for productive meetings and memorable dining experiences. Fantastic job staff!
That place have great ambiance, great food, and we have a great service. I recommand to everyone passing by Prince- Georges... We have a great supper... thanks to the owner and the server for everything
Great, it was absolutely a wonderful experience.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff, music playing brought a fun update to the dining experience.
Food was good I really like the Starter. Meat and cheese platter for two. Food
Has taken a down turn in what they offer in the last 4 years or so. They used to offer interesting, unique dishes like osso bucco and rabbit stew in addition to a wide *variety* of meat and cheese boards. Now the mains are stock options like steak, chicken, short rib. Things you can get at other places in town, but nothing thst sets them apart like it used to. Mains will range from 32-40 $ CAD, but quality is high; its just that the experience isnt unique anymore. Its too bad.
Bad food, over priced. Not worth the money spent Food
So good, I had the chicken stuffed lobster, it was amazing! The service was great as well!
Great food was very enjoyable time thank you
I love that the menus change regularly and they often have great seafood. Amazing service and I love the drinks
The food and atmosphere are outstanding. Quality of the food is terrific. Most of the meals are well balanced, fresh and flavourful. The service and atmosphere are really great for a quiet date or intimate dinner with some friends.
Great downtown restaurant that I love taking people to when they are new to town. The architecture and atmosphere are second to none. The prime rib on Friday nights is always delicious. That said, I was very disappointed with my lunch experience there. Steak salad was made with rusty and wilty lettuce with very few toppings. Definitely needed improvement.
Fantastic lamb & bruschetta tapis dishes. Service and atmosphere were amazing! Food
Wow! Great atmosphere. Great food. The service was fantastic! Highly recommend if youre ever around the area.
Service was excellent. Atmosphere is pretty cool. The food is overpriced and just OK.

Restaurant had a really great feel to it. When here for new years eve with friends of ours. Unfortunately my wife got really sick from the scallops she ate.
My husband and I went yesterday evening for dinner. Everything from the food to the atmosphere was amazing. He had the scallops to start and the lobster stuffed chicken, I had the deep fried pickles and roast beef dinner. Portions of the roast beef were massive, extremely tender, and down right delicious. Many compliments to the chef but I had to take most of it home! Best crème brulee Ive ever had. Our waitress was attentive without being overbearing. Id give this place 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much for making our evening wonderful!!
Amazing food and amazing service!
The server Alisa was awesome and put us in a primo sat in front of the fireplace for my wifes b-day dinner. The food was absolutely perfect!
Good food good service.
Everything was awesome.
Fantastic food and service with an amazing staff and exceptional bartender
Ordered steak, was good for prince George
Wow! What a pleasant surprise for PG! The design and decor is really quite cool. The food servings, huge! Very well presented. I had the Caesar Salad and it has a nice light dressing. Family members had the roast, eggplant parm, bruschetta, and everyone loved their meals. White Sangria is good and worth trying. Our server was Samantha and she was excellent. Highly recommend you try the cheesecake!
For the price it was not as good as we expected. My wife thought they put too much gravy on her roast beef, drowning the whole plate. Nevertheless, the service by the waitress was friendly and quite good.
This place is hit or miss. Went on a Saturday evening (walk in) and there were only 2 other tables with people. The special was roast beef dinner. My hubby ordered that and when it came to the table the entire plate was swimming in gravey. It looked very unappealing. Meat was so tough and fatty he couldnt eat it and, believe me, he never leaves meat on his plate because I rarely make it at home. Lol We sent it back and they took it off our bill. Only to find out 3 other people complained as well. I also saw 2 French Onion Soups get sent back to the kitchen. I ordered the Bruchetta and it was okay. The bread should have been toasted but wasnt. I also ordered the Mango salad. It was good but should have asked for dressing on the side. We shared the Churrios for dessert and they were very good. The service was AWESOME and I felt sorry for the servers having to run interference for the poor quality food coming from the kitchen. They are going to have to step up there food game if they want to remain open.

Good food, good service
I am going to sound like a schill in this review as I was just so impressed. Surprisingly delicious food at a reasonable price. My ribs were huge and done perfectly. The cornbread had jalapeños adding another dimension to this side dish. There were at least 2 different types of beans used in the baked beans and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Even the garlic mashed potatoes were exceptional.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! BAD COMMUNICATION!!!!!!! Had a 60th Bday reservation for 20 people...booked it WEEKS in advance, and we got a call last minute and they cancelled it. This restaurant is not organized and the workers have to clue who is in charge or reservation
Excellent food and service. Great for lunch and dinner plans. Definitely will be going back again. We returned for yet another fabulous dinner where many of us in the dinner party stated thats the best ___________ Ive had. We will return
I had the pork chops. The portion size was reasonable, it came with a mountain of mashed potatoes. Everything tasted delicious, just wish I had room for dessert.
Ordered the lasagna bolognese during their Italian week. For the price I was very disappointed in what was delivered. Lasagna was a gluey brick of noodles and meat, very little to no sauce. Asked twice for a second cup of coffee and was told they were brewing fresh pot, never did get second cup. For the price of entrees one would think the service would match.
A fantastic place in PG. Great food, great service!!! If I am ever back in PG, I will definitely be back here.
GROSSS FOOD AND RAWWWW EWWW
Fantastic customer service and food! They were so understanding and helpful with dietary restrictions.
Delicious
Great food, little pricey
We always pick twisted cork when we get a chance to escape from our kids. We went tonight for my bday because their lamb is my favorite meal in P.G. Even though their website says lamb is on the menu, they dont have lamb anymore. My husband had a steak, ordered it medium rare, when it came there was a tiny itty bitty streak of light pink. When we told the staff that it was most definitely overcooked they told us that is how they cook medium rare steak. If you are looking for a properly cooked steak, dont head to the twisted cork. If youre looking for the most delicious lamb, dont go to the twisted cork
One of the best meals Ive ever had, highly recommend! Took my lady there for our one year anniversary
Nice cozy restaurant.
So I go there for my birthday with 8 people lil late I call they dont tell you theyre out of everything ..arrive they have a decent wine list I give the server $1000... bottles are 200 each we have dinner 2 bottles she double charges ...in the end I will never go back ...the owner was lucky he wasnt there but I believe word of mouth will suffice..sad really...
Amazing food and perfect service!
First visit to a real restaurant since COVID began. Understandably menu is very limited. My wife ordered soup & salad, I ordered Jaeger Schnitzel. Ordered a nice bottle of BC Riesling, $10 off on Wednesdays. The bowl of soup was tasty and generous, the salad fresh. The Schnitzel was a bit greasy and gristly, mushroom sauce nice, vegetables good but sparse. Menu listed mashed potato, meal came with large chunks of tasteless boiled potato. I mentioned this to the waitress but received neither explanation nor apology. Pre COVID this was our favorite restaurant, but I doubt well be back.
Start from the beginning. Decided to favour a local based restaurant over a chain. Menu posted outside includes mention of a striploin steak with pommes frites, peppercorn sauce and seasonal vegetables. Go inside. Entrance like one of those cheap funhouses from your youth, completely black, no lights. Had to guess which interior door to enter. Scallops were good. Asked waitress why entry was so dark. Lightbulbs were burnt out. What, no spare lightbulbs in all of Prince George?. Medium rare steak was medium, had maybe a teaspoon of peppercorn sauce (from a bottle?), and sat on a plate of what was basically Hickory Sticks - dried out deep fried matchstick potatoes. Go online for what real pommes frittes are. Waitress even confirmed before ordering that the fries were like McDonalds fries, more commonly called steak frites or moules frites in restaurants that know what they are doing. Chocked on them. Couldnt eat rest of meals because the dry food stuck in my throat. No apologies from the staff. Wish wed eaten at The Keg. It even smelled nicer when we walked past there. Oh yeah, vegetables were vastly undercooked. Basically raw vegetables warmed to room temperature.
Gem of a restaurant- beautiful cellar ambiance, great bartender- Christopher from Greece, who knows the art of conversation, and delicious eggplant parmesan- one of the best I ve had. And some great old world wines on the list. I will return anytime I m in Prince George.
The service was outstanding however the salad I had (according to the menu discription) was missing some ingredients and wasnt very good
The menu on their website is not whats offered at the restaurant. For a restaurant that advertises being a tapas place there were very few tapas options. The appetizer we ordered was very good. Entree options were also very limited. Not a good place for picky eaters or vegetarians/vegans. I ordered the schnitzel and it was quite greasy and tough. The potatoes that came with it were advertised as mashed but were more like plain boiled baby potatoes just smashed with a fork. The seasonal vegetables were very undercooked. The service was slow but friendly. Overall I dont recommend going here. Its not as good as it used to be.
Had a reservation for tonight at 6, we arrived , they sat us and that was it , never saw anyone again . We sat there waiting and waiting , it wasn t busy, so after waiting for 15, 20 min we got up and left . There were two ladies standing up at the bar and never said a word to us as we walked out .. We went down the street to the Crossroads Restaurant Great service and Amazing food
Always top notch food and service. My go to for any special event
Great food and nice ambience. Try the cheesecake.
I took my wife here for a surprise date. She s celiac, so we needed gluten free options, and the restaurant was able to accommodate us. The food was delicious! The whiskey was perfect! The service was awesome! Overall it was a bit pricey, but we had a great experience
Nice place for a date, food is good but just a little pricy. The service here is great.
Went for a Christmas party waited way to long for drinks and my medium rare steak was still mooing
Been a few times for lunch. Hearty food, quick and pleasant service. Will be going again.
Great food..but miss the old menu. The old menu was fabulous... :(
Went there for lunch yesterday, the service, atmosphere and the food was excellent! Its the first time I ever ate Vegan-Gluten Free Pea Soup and it was awesome!
Expensive but worth every penny. Great food and Great service.
Christmas company dinner was amazing. Wonderful food and amazing atmosphere.
One of the best place in Prince George. Great atmosphere, excellent wine selection, the food is amazing. We hosted our wedding reception here as well, it was great. The prices are reasonable for the high quality food.
Meal wasnt hot and for the price I thought it should have been
The bartender Rikki was professional and humourous! Delicious food
Youll drink, youll eat, youll laugh, youll cry. Remember to like, subscribe, and hit that bell. This was sponsored by Honey.
Great food
A bit pricey for the quantity
A bit expensive but the food is really good
Waitress was rude and food was bland and burnt
Great service here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I recommend trying the Beef Dip!
Amazing service & food was delicious!! Highly recommend it!
Food (I had the lamb) was awesome and the staff was great.
Practicing social distancing, polite staff, amazing food. Would reccomend pulled pork tacos, and the beef dip
great service and amazing food
Really good food Friendly staff Fair prices
Excellent prime rib and Yorkshire puddings!
Great friendly service, the meals were do delicious. Highly recommend to check it out.
Food was not bad, however the service was awful. No one checked on us even once and it wasnt even busy.
Great atmosphere. Food is terrific, although the menu is small so check first if youre a picky eater. Definitely an awesome place for a special occasion.
I heard great things about this place and i was excited to go. Its a beautiful restaraunt inside and out, and the atmosphere makes you hungry and thirsty just being there. The menu looks promising and sort of semi delivers. Had the rack of lamb the first time, and it was good but was just swimming in sauce. The second time i had the ribs, and my date had some stuffed pork chop. It was good as well. Id give this place maybe a 3 or a 4, but the service was absolutely terrible. The first time the server was so clueless, and she said she was new, but we suspected we were the first table shed ever waited in her life. The second time the server was so timid she would tip toe up to the table, deliver silently and scurried off as fast as she could it was so weird! Id come back, but please guys - Hire better servers!
Tasty food definitely pricey but worth it for the selection service and taste
It was a good place for lunch.
Delicious
Great service good food
Very over priced...plus had to go look for our server to get refills on our wine..sad
The Twisted Cork Restaurant is becoming Prince Georges favorite place to relax and sit back to enjoy a nice meal with friends and family. Come join us for a glass of wine and tasty food.
Went here awhile ago with my boy friend for a date, they were almost closing but let us come in for some wine and the best scallops I think ive ever eaten! Staff made us feel right at home, if I lived in Prince George I would be a regular. Would highly recommend
Awesome atmosphere... Feels like youre in an old tavern. Great food. I had the seared scallops appetizer and that was really special. Perfectly cooked, and served with this saffron cream that had such a unique flavor. My entree was good, but the Appy is what really stood out.
The restaurant has old school decor and a nice atmosphere. Its a classic looking place. The service was a little slow but the food was tasty. The pick 4 menu option was fun and reasonably priced. Well come back next time were in town.
My friend & i disliked our experience to put it nicely. Ordered the meat variety board for a starter, which was nice, nothing special. Then when we were clearly done, (plates pushed to the side of the table with the appetizer) our waitress came to our table and asked if we were ready for our entrees as the kitchen wants to know. So we said yes, and another 25 minutes goes by, mind you at the time we are the only table seated here in the entire restaurant, finally we get our entrees as we ordered the tenderloin special, and some of our potatoes are not even cooked through all the way as they were still hard. The only upside was that the meat was cooked correctly. Our waitress comes to the table when we are done and she asks if we want it wrapped up to go and if we wanted a dessert menu we said thanks but no thanks, just the bill. It took us to put our coats on and almost walk out of the door before we could get our bill. I would understand if the restaurant was busy, however it wasnt and when your waitress is gossiping with her coworker at the bar rather than serving the customer the bill, well, it speaks for itself. My friend & I will not be going back to the Twisted Cork.
The Twisted Cork was amazing! Our server was very kind and helpful. There were 4 of us each ordering something different and consistently each dish was great. The drinks were delightful as well.
Sub par food did not meet expectations
My all time favourite burger comes out of Twisted Cork - the Wild Game Burger. The patties are bison with wild boar bacon, a great sauce and fresh bun. It is expensive but you are getting what you pay for. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great but when it is quiet with few other patrons the wait staff can feel a little awkward. Go on a Friday or Saturday night and you wont be let down. Drinks at their sister pub, the Black Clover with live music, is right next door if you want to extend the fun of your night in a lively Irish setting.
Food is great service could have bin better. The French onion soup was amazing
The Wild Game Burger is amazing! Great service and diverse menu.
My husband and I went in there for lunch today & were seated right away. Our server seemed friendly. When she brought us waters, she poured it in a way that caused it to splash on the table & did not make an effort to clean it up. Then left & came back a few minutes later & took our order. We ordered a soup & sandwich platter. We waited 45 minutes for our order & decided we were not willing to wait any longer & decided to leave. When we got up to leave, we spotted our server & a gentleman with glasses playing catch with what looked like a lemon behind the bar. Someone s order was sitting in the window, did not look like either soup or sandwiches, while the staff played catch. It was not busy in the restaurant as there was only 2 other tables with guests at the time we were there. We were annoyed by how long we sat waiting. Our server never came back to see if we would like more water or to let us know how long for our order to arrive. Not worth the wait for the amound of time wasted here.
Went in on a Saturday night with no reservation and got in (barely). Even though they were packed the service was A+. Ordered tapas: the prosciutto wrapped asparagus, tuna tataki, prawn and scallop skewers and duck spring rolls. LOVED the tuna especially, but would pass on the duck spring rolls in the future. Looking forward to making this a regular dinner spot when staying in town.
One of our favorite places for wine, appies, and a great social environment. For PG, a good selection of wine. The service is nice, polite, and professional.
The place to go in town you want proper dinner with an extensive wine selection... Also do not miss the daily creme brulee flavor change daily... Very yummy...
This used to be my favorite restaurant I went there for my birthday...there was 6 of us and we waited 1 hour and 45 mins for our food...the waitress was rude when we asked for our bills and the food was no where near as good as it used to be. The time before that was just as bad...wont be going back!!!
Great service and delicious food!
Quaint bar with pretty good beer and wine list. Stopped here for lunch, and it was very quiet and homey. The fish and chips with dijon tarter was excellent. The chicken pesto sandwich was also great. The aesthetic of the bar is very nice, and feels like a small corner bar in a small town. Twisted Cork is a great place to take a break from traveling and grab dinner
One of the best local restaurants. Excellent food and service, great for romantic dinners or solo dining. They even stayed open late when I said I was delayed and stuck on the highway. Top notch in every aspect!
Great food. Excellent service.
Great food and night out. Very classy.
Great local pub. Had a good time at the fundraiser. Am an out of town visitor. See you next time I visit
What a gem of a restaurant to be found! All the food was amazing, and I was quite impressed with the drink selection. Everything was cooked to perfection.
Very nice place to come and spend time with friends and enjoy good food.
This is a unique space. We spent our Saint Patricks Day there last year and it was an amazing time. Good food, good drinks, good people.
Great food and the staff is awesome
Excellent food and service.
Upon entering we found the place appealing, however there was a mix up with my moms order, she ordered the fish and got a steak. I ordered the steak and it came cold. I asked for a remake and the second place the steak was still cold and under done. The lobster was frozen and the steak was definitely not top quality for the price we paid. At just under $40/plate my expectations are very high for the quality of food. Wont be returning.
Wonderful food. Great service
Wonderful vegetarian options from a smart menu with sweet servers. The dim lighting harkens back to an 80s vibe, but I dont think thats what they are doing for.
Just average. I am well versed in good food and restaurants after living in Vancouver for 13 years. Had the veggie phyllo pockets....they had very little flavor and the pastry was a bit much and everything was just dry. Not worth the price. The staff was a bit aloof, not overly friendly or helpful. Wont be going back. Not too impressed after spending 100$ for two on meals and an appy. Sub par but good if you are raised in small towns and used to low quality food.
What a great meal! Highly recommended the rack of lamb, wow! So good!! Service was just as good! Would return.
Very tasty food!
There isnt a lot of options on the lunch menu. Battered chicken sandwich tasted like every other chicken sandwich. Needs more depth. Special sandwich was very good.
High end restaurant in Prince George. Be sure to make reservation. Excellent service, excellent food.
The atmosphere was amazing here. And my girlfriend went as we are doing a monthly girls dinner out to different restaurants in town to get a taste of PG... This will definitely be a repeat stop on our list. I had the duck which was so amazing and my girlfriend had the pheasant... Also a hit... The service was amazing and they were very knowledgeable about their menu and were spot on when we asked about choices for dinner .. thank you so much Twisted Cork for an amazing experience... Well be back...
Great meal and warm atmosphere
I like the atmosphere here and its a good location. The food is a bit uninspiring and the service is hit n miss--and last time it was a clear miss.
Really good working food. Found the waitress a bit snoody. Sunday is quiet. Steak could have been more tender. But rack of lamb was excellent.
Good food, under staffed and over priced
Prime rib is the best that Ive ever had
Excellent food although at the price, I do believe more than 3 vegetables for my meal is not enough. Food taste was very good. Overall, a pleasant experience
We just had our annual Realtor Board Christmas party there and the food was great as usual. All but 1 of the servers was attentive and on point, and everyone had a good time.
I would have given them 5 stars except the last time we went there our waitress was snotty.
Amazing food, great atmosphere!
Always quality.
It took one hour and twenty five minutes to get our mediocre lunch. Our tea was lukewarm and came an hour after being seated.
Over priced very small portions would not go again
The food was delish but the service and the wait was not impressive. Over an hour for our lunch. Unfortunately I will not be going there again for lunch.
Great food. It took a little while, but was worth it.
