Wow!! I had something for my taste buds!! I was greeted with a beautiful smile, the receptionist invited me to go to the bar so that she could seat me with kindness and courtesy!! The waitress served me a Ginger Beer and my Inter-Worker Burger arrived Rapido presto faster than at McDonalds from another friendly waiter!! Maple-Rosemary mayo?? I recommend it!! I cant wait to come back to try the other delicious Burgers!! Great young and dynamic team, don t give up gang!! You were great!!

Staff was very welcoming to a family of 4 with 2 young children, the place is few steps above casual dining in my opinion. Our server was quick and attentive, understood our need to move through the experience pretty quickly! The food was great, the burger was juicy and the poutine was very flavorful. My wife loved her meal as well. Had a memorable beer here by Moosehead Brewing!

We went to your bistro for dinner for the first time on December 6th. (6 people/19h) Beautiful place, service and efficient and smiling waiters. Chicken, hamburger, fries etc. very good BUT the salmon tartares were ¨questionable¨ or even indigestible. The two fans of this dish experienced illness, including cramps, nausea, and severe diarrhea. Its difficult to recommend your establishment to anyone. Too bad the experience had been pleasant.

Good service. Thanks to our server who took really good care of us. Someone in our group had serious allergies and he did everything necessary to inform and accommodate her. It was a childrens party (three birthdays at the same time, three boys, that was the concept) and it was highlighted by the service staff as it should be. The sailors were very happy. The restaurants specialty, their burgers, are truly succulent. We are of course talking about a gourmet burger, not fast food, and they are memorable. However, the plate is a little empty and they would do well to garnish it a little more. Dill pickle, small garden salad or even a coleslaw, in short, nothing expensive but which pleases the customer and which at least gives the impression of having a well-prepared plate which is worth the price displayed on the menu , and which offers a better experience and variety of flavors. I can understand that restaurants are facing a more difficult financial situation, but a spoonful of coleslaw, a few slices of tomatoes and a dill pickle doesnt cost much. If burgers are your specialty, please make it a colorful, lively, well-stocked plate... not an empty plate. Otherwise, we came from the Montreal region specifically for this event, which is no small thing, and we were very satisfied.

This place is way overpriced. I paid $42 for fish and fries and a small creme brulee. I only got 2 pieces of fish and a small order of fries, small smelly coleslaw that smelled like shrimp. The service is not bad but they are crooks. Wont be eating there again. Its a rip off!

I sat down as if I was fascinated when I saw busking at the store across from me (the store across from me was too close to the person busking, so I chose the store across from me). Original burger, three boys ordered poutine. The hamburger exceeded my expectations, and the poutine was so-so, not the usual gooey cheese. The servers are so friendly The reason I gave it a little star is because the water bottle is dirty. (Ureum Mulbyeonman is a bit dirty, so if its a Gurongo noodles, its too hot.. The different table Mulbyeo is completely transparent. There were about 6 tables, but everything was okay.)

Very good place to eat. The poutine is excellent, the quantities are more than generous (it was even too much, to be honest). It is still expensive, although it is located in the city center, and therefore inevitably attracts tourists. However, the insistence of the waiters, even though they were very pleasant, was too much. On the same dish, we were asked 4 times if the dish was good. Its good, but its too much.

Very nice 2nd experience at 3-Garçons. The tartare is very good and the burgers are good as well as the tower of onion rings. The family tried several dishes and we were not disappointed. Definitely worth trying for lunch or a stop while walking on the famous St-Jean Street.

This restaurant is magnificent! We ordered the Quebec burger, the Charlevoix burger and two burger dishes for the children for our dinner. * Please note: The childrens burgers are the same sizes as those for adults and my daughters could share a dish (for next time!).* We ate very well and the taste of the burgers is superior to the others.

When the plates were brought to me, the waiter spilled almost half of my sangria. I had to ask the waitress for another drink, otherwise I wouldnt have gotten one and it still cost $12. Waitress not very friendly, seemed in a hurry... And what about the brownies for dessert for the children... the same ones that I buy at the grocery store with a little coulis... it was cheap... I dont think Ill go back there...

Les trois garçons is housed in the middle of a bustling tourist street and it also is one of the few restaurants to have the latest kitchen closing time which is how we ended up going here. We ordered a classic poutine and some guac and chips and the food was nothing extraordinary. The poutine was a little lacking in gravy so I requested our server to get me some more on the side to which she happily obliged. The guac and chips were decent. I ve added an extra star for the ambience though. We got an outdoor seating and you can live music and the hustle bustle from the bars opposite this place and it s a great expirience overall!

We had almost no service from our waitress. I know its a busy time, the holidays, but having spent 5 days in Quebec, its the only place weve had this kind of service.

We searched for a restaurant who serves bugers and so we ended up in this nice restaurant. We ordered the lonion français, the B.L.T Burger and the le bleu Burger. Everything was really good and the service was really nice and fast. Thank you for this nice experience! Food

The burgers and fries are delicious, we had one Le Bleu and B.L.T burger which were both amazing. The Le Bleu burger had blue cheese in it which was something different and really savory. The patties were tasty and juicy as they should be. The staff was very friendly and attentive and we had a lovely evening with great burgers. Definatley a restaurant you can visit if you are craving for not fast food burgers. Vegetarian options: Veggie patty abailable for every Burger

An elevated fast food restaurant

Les trois garçons is located in the middle of a lively tourist street. The hamburger was on point and the meat a delight. Very attentive service at all times. The outdoor seating, you can enjoy the live music and the buzz of the bars in front of this place and overall its a great experience!

Update 2024: Still a very nice place. The fish and chips are smaller than before but still good. The burger was much better than before. And the service was very pleasant so I recommend this place! Prices are always reasonable! 2019: Very nice place. I found the fish and chips very good. The burger meat was way overcooked which is a real shame. The service wasnt great but the main thing was there.

Excellent and very well located in Quebec

Online reservation was easy. Great table, good service. I ordered Le Santé meal and asked if they could substitute the guac for salsa which they did (much appreciated). My partner ordered crêpes and the chocolate came in a cup so you could put as much or as little as you want. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Strength on the tip

The waitress literally forced us to tip her and told us that if we couldnt tip we would have to go to McDonalds even though we didnt have enough money to tip her and she looked at my bill to know If I had tipped him or not, I wouldnt go back there again.

Food was good, atmosphere was pleasant. On the other hand, the service was disastrous. Initially everything seemed to be going well, right down to the payment. Straight away, the waitress asks us for tips and sees very well that we are young with little means. With my friends we agreed that we will make a joint tip for the service. So we pay without tipping him at the end. While were paying, she starts telling us that if we dont want to tip we should go to McDonalds. At the end, when I give her the tip, the waitress tells me that she doesnt want it because my friends didnt tip her. Whereas the tip I gave him was for everyone. It was a big lack of respect.

Food was just about okay, just about adequate. Didn t finish the meal. Server was really nice and friendly and offered a replacement side yet was not impressed with the food unfortunately. The hostess seating guests, for some reason, wanted to seat me (solo) in a part of the restaurant that was empty, even though the front part was populated not sure what that was about and I requested to be seated by the other guests. Will not return.

Recommend getting there between 5-6pm for outdoor seating. Lovely ambiance. Burgers were great. My wife s gluten free bun did not fall apart which is a win for her. We both got the Quebec burger with a salad and would highly recommend!

Well received when we arrived, with a smiling waiter. The restaurant is very modern with this industrial side with bricks and stones for one of the walls. Otherwise the atmosphere is relaxed. Specials every day, so you get what you pay for! Restaurant recommended for an evening with friends.

Lovely place, highly recommend

This place gets a solid 2/5 stars. Considering how many people weren t eating at this place, I was surprised at how long it took the server to have us seated. The food was O.K. , specifically the burgers but the poutine cheese curds were cold and some tasted a lil funky. On top of that, the servers would constantly go missing in action and don t bother waving down other waiters because they won t help you LOL, especially if you don t speak or try to speak French. Last but not least , they tried charging me twice but I showed them that it went through on my debit card and tried to justify me paying again because it didn t get received on their point of sales system. It doesn t work like that lady HAHA and thankfully I checked my bank account because she was giving me attitude for dodging that bullet by being adamant about the payment going through on my end. To top it all off she also complained how I didn t give the recommended tip ($7.99) as I tipped $5. Looking back in hindsight, I shouldn t have tipped anything and neither should any of you if you get the same service we did! Play it smart and be keen on dealing with the poor service if you do decide to dine here (especially as a tourist).

Amazing experience. During our 1-week stay in Quebec we went 3 times! The service is fast and kind, the food is delicious every time. Foods we tried that were great: - Fish and chips - Chicken fingers - BBQ Burger - Melted brie - Chicken Nachos - Cheesecake Also the homemade fries are incredible! Price was what youd expect in a restaurant of the area and for 2 people. Small but important detail, its also LGBT+ friendly.

Wait staff were very friendly and they had English menus which made things easier for us. We enjoyed the French onion soup, poutine and the original burger - Would definitely return! We parked at Stationnment Youville and enjoyed touring around the city but it s only about a 5 minute walk if you wanted to go straight from the parking lot.

The dinner was plentiful with well-prepared dishes, but once the waitress had finished dinner, she was in a great hurry to vacate our table, even though the place was half empty. When we were handed the bill, unable to understand the French indicated on the payment point, the waitress told us that we also had to pay an amount of $5. As soon as we left the restaurant we discovered that that amount was related to the tip. We therefore consider incorrect information and rudeness towards us.

Horrible customer service and food quality, save your money and go someplace else!!! My girlfriend and I came from Toronto and thought this place would be nice for a quick dinner. I got the chicken sandwich which was awfully chewy and flavourless. I told the server and she said that s how they make it and there s nothing they can do about it. A moment later I told her I wanted to switch my meal for a burger, she said fine and it ll take 10 mins. At this point my partner already finished her fish and chips (which were also mediocre). The server just avoids us for almost 30 minutes and then the burger arrives, not sure what I expected but it was trash as well. The server didn t check up on us a single time, didn t ask if we wanted another drink, or if the burger was okay. When we asked for the bill another server brought it to us, and when I put no tip, he asked how come and we briefly explained the situation. He then has the audacity to rudly ask if we ve ever been to a restaurant before, justifying the 30 minute wait for a replacement meal. Overall very petty and rude staff. Zero customer service skills in this restaurant and poor food quality, save your money and go someplace else.

Les Trois Garcons Felt some appetizers one night and this place really checked all the boxes, good beer selection, we tried the onion ring tower, poutine and breaded shrimp.. very good dinner, far too much for two people! 100$ was a good deal for a couple beers and way to much food! The menu is small and doesn t make full sense despite the fact they have English translations. I asked for a Chicken Breast what do they do? They ruined it by making it into a burger with lettuce, bacon, and what looked like mayonnaise or mayo in it. I was flabbergasted when I saw it. They should honestly extend the menu so burgers are not the only damn thing they serve. The fries were good though so I do recommend them. But overall, I m quite disappointed and what s worse. I had no choice but to eat here because it was on a school trip for Feb Break.
