Food ok since you have to take table dhôte its expensive for the plate, and we went month November 24 we were 20, music group Ouffff po terrible, but nice place to party

A year of not ordering delivery, we decide to give it another chance. Another delivery error! But thats not all, the manager (Jenny) had to give me a credit for my next order because she didnt look at the receipt so she had the wrong thing delivered. For take-out: Im very interested in knowing how they can make so many mistakes when the online orders are so described. 5 times I ordered online for pickup and all 5 times I had errors in my order. Today I ordered a 9 piece fried chicken meal. I didnt get my fries. It cost me 69.56 for the meal plus a large poutine. Its really sad.

Last time I go to Normandin. Its a steal to pay $17.35 for a 9-inch pizza that is thin with a crust that crumbles because its so dry. And what about the side fries at $4.95... the dish is made at an angle which suggests that the portion is normal but that is not the case. For $5.99 you get a 10 lbs of potatoes at the grocery store. I was with my partner and it cost us $75 with tip. Nice gang of thieves... By the way, dont tell me that youre sorry and that I have to call you or write to another email because its over Normandin...

My daughter ordered a lemonade, it was orange juice with grenadine. The salad for the price of the poké bowl was a bad investment even if it was good. No choice of mocktail and it really needs to be reworked as a cocktail menu for sure. My daughter had a pizza but wanted a pizzaghetti... I went with family, for all many occasions in my life and seriously, it saddens me that the banner is losing its feathers. Price I would say too expensive for what we got. Very disappointed that there is no more the carrot cake so what happened to this company?

Good lunch and very good service from the waitress. Even today, dinner with excellent service and very good.

There are adults singing (we dont want to hear you close your eyes) which is very unpleasant and the employees dont tell them to shut up or go outside to sing

New notice 2024/10: Bar side: service ok but nothing more. The meal, 3 fillets with leftover fries. The waitress had the fries redone but still in new ones. I didnt go any further in my dissatisfaction (the waitress was happy to bring them back to me...) The fillets, if you can call it fillet, were as small as a little finger. All 3. But the bbq sauce is good 2022: Order arrived in a little over 1 hour. Cold pizza with lots of big dough/air bubbles. Sté when you pay a lot for a pizza and 1/3 of the topping is missing. The frete and dry cheese sticks.... Very disappointed with the quality. Getting worse and worse

For some time now I have been boycotting Normandin. A few months ago I ordered a pizza 4 for delivery around 4:30 p.m. After about 2 hours I called back to find out where my order was. I spoke to the manager who is doing a very bad job by the way. it was very complicated I was supposed to have absolutely nothing credit and in addition my order arrived at 9 p.m. I gave them another chance by ordering the same thing it took almost 2 hours order not correct and their credit was in fine lines and still the incompetence of the manager very disappointed he could have offered me a free pizza 4 I ordered at least once a week and for several years really very disappointed they lost several customers for that

On the bar side, its great on the delivery side, its too long

Always inaccurate delivery, something is always missing and they dont care and tell you to come and get it yourself, bad service, bad management!!

Very good family restaurant. The new menu is really interesting and the prices are reasonable! Always impeccable service. Parking: The parking lot is not very big. Often almost full, but we always find a place. Kid-friendliness: Very suitable for children! They offer coloring and crayons as well as a childrens menu. They are also attentive to little ones (needs, drinks, high chair, etc.).

This one is right where I was born. As always Great Staff and best pizza all across Quebec !!! Dont forget the desserts !!

Very very slow service despite the lack of traffic... another table even left angry because of the delay (and the staff seemed little affected by the situation; they even seemed to find it funny...), we had to mention our intention to leave too so that everything speeds up to finally have really ordinary food. The quality really seems to have declined compared to what we had before at Normandin. Very disappointed we will not come back.

Were passing through the area and ordered 3 spaghetti to take away, surprised that they were such small portions for the price.

Commande patates frites sur place pour emporter afin qu elle soit chaudes.Mais voilà que j attends et j attends pour me rendre compte qu elles sont sur le réchaud. Pourtant bien écrit sur la facture client sur place. J au du leur dire que mes frites était là depuis un bout. Résultat les patates frites étaient froides à la maison. Et ce n est pas la première fois.

I dont know what this whole thing is about changing the sauces on sriracha pizzas on a BBQ chicken pizza with we dont know if its peppers or what. It burns in the mouth, and the heartbeat changes after eating it. You dont want to notify people if you dont have what it takes to notify, we would at least have the choice to take something else It was like the bbq sauce on the topped pizza on a certain Dec 25, 2022 You dont have the right to change recipes like that. Im going to call MAPAQ tomorrow and make a complaint and its your habit to laugh at customers. I think for an unpleasant one but I dont care and follow your recipes or tell people that you dont have any ..we dont want anything free just stop people have allergies and you are not respectful I have to go to the emergency room because of you. Im writing to you this evening but its the bbq mix with something else and the red pieces werent on it for the same puzza the days before. and Ive been sick since yes its been 2 crazy times that Ive had a puzza mofufiee Dec 25, 2022 puzza garnished with bbq sauce no reviews

A little disappointing service. My friend asks for a diet Pepsi in a can, the waiter arrives with a glass of liqueur... When were finished, he takes our plates and comes back to the next table to offer desserts but not to us. He returned to sit down to eat with his colleagues. the gentleman at the next table got up because he didn t bring their coffee I asked for dessert at the same time because he hadn t offered it. Then unfortunately he no longer had any lemon tart which finished today. I understand the omissions when the restaurant is full but that was not the case. It s February 25, around 7 p.m.

I had a reservation for 7 people in a small room. With additional confirmation. When I arrived early the lady at the service to seat us said she gave it to someone else, never again at the restaurant the reservation was made early and more.

On delivery, the portions are unacceptable according to the price charged. The dishes are not hot and the fried potatoes are inadequately cooked.

There was a smell of humidity in the bar section and the air conditioning was too strong, impossible to get it adjusted. The food was good. Parking: Several parking spaces.

The hostess who served me wanted to place me next to a group, I asked her for a seat when entering, she told me no problem, she was picked up by the waitress because of that made one more person, poor her and I didnt know where to put my head I almost went out, when I paid I told the waitress that it wasnt right what she did, she told me said she knew how to excuse, I talk to the hostess and its not even true that she apologized, the hostess tells me that she is always like that, she may well be a good saleswoman to the customer 25, percent but for the rest she should think of the poor thing who is trying to do her job, she is very welcoming. The bar area is very good and the staff pleasant.

The food was fresh and well prepared. The service was attentive and the atmosphere warm. Note that there is a bar area, separate from the family dining room, which is well appointed. The parking lot is quite large. An interesting curiosity to note: this restaurant is next to the factory which prepares some of the Normandin products sold in the dining room or in supermarkets.

UPDATE: THE RESTAURANT INVOLVED HAS CONTACTED US AND CONFIRMED THAT ACTIONS HAD BEEN TAKEN AND THAT THE SITUATION WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. GREAT ATTENTION Worst experience ever. We try to eat quietly and there is a young man who comes to the bench annexed to ours and begins to shuffle utensils to put them together with a lot of noise and violence (throws the gray bin against the glass separation of the 2 benches ). In addition he complained very loudly against his employer and trainer that he was extremely unhappy while performing. When we leave we explain that we had a bad time. Worst pizza ever ordered in life. The cook should be kicked out. $35 for a small poutine that looks like a baby poutine and a 7-inch cold pizza instead of 9-inch. Buy pizza for $14 in the restaurants fridge and cook it or call Stratos. Flee this restaurant
