McDonald's in Québec City

Unfortunately there are very few people who speak French and McDonalds brings people from the Philippines and other countries so my friend the other day asked if sugar had been added to his tea, the person couldnt answer she went to pick up just one person who spoke shameful French at McDonalds. they make them immigrate separately through study programs. Its not the fault of these young immigrants, its the bosses and they make them work the days they want when they want the hours they want if its not slavery I wonder. what is it?

Nice improvement in service. Order errors were common before. This is no longer the case. The employees are courteous, fast and efficient.

Cold/no pickles

I was feeling a little hungry to go to McDonalds and try some new things, burgers, crispy chicken, fries and frozen drinks which are really delicious.

Super junk food!

A McDonalds with a reduced menu, no wraps, no snacks, just hamburgers, and we get kicked around like shit.

The drive-thru service is very efficient and fast.

The toilets were very dirty, but the problem was resolved quickly, the fries were not cooked and too salty. The service was not pleasant despite low attendance. The overall experience was not optimal.

Ordered a happy feast. Extra pickle burger. Receive a cheesburger no onion no pickle. Go to school and learn to read.

You are so bad...been in St Émile for 20 years and it doesnt change...order error on top of error. I asked this very evening .no pickles in my big mac and she replied because are you allergic? And me to answer! Well no, it just disgusts me! Well, when I opened the box, the big mac was full of it!

There are some parking lots nearby. The toilets are clean. The well-kept dining area. The employees are helpful and smiling. There are other shops and gas stations nearby.

Order to bring, -Order a habenero chicken Mac ..Surprise it is standard . -Soft fries . -Order a medium Pepsi ..received small Pepsi -And a soggy Big Mac No napkin and ketchups And all for $22 .incredible Bravo in tabarnache!!!

Wow, I go to this McDonalds once a week and the customer service is truly amazing. McDonalds has generally lost a lot in customer service. But here we are always very well served and we find the childs heart that McDonalds had and should keep. Bravo for your exceptional staff.

Super busy employees at dinner time, but still super courteous and friendly, a bit of a wait at the counter because of the traffic, but the food was good and hot! Good McDonalds experience!

The dining room is supposed to be closed and yet the employees bring their friends in and we can clearly see them eating. they went through the drive-thru and then an employee came to open the door for them to eat inside. They have improved but far too often make people wait ahead even when there is no one there. This means that the stock is never ready. Its annoying in the morning before going to work.

Be careful if you order a Chicken Mac, you risk only getting the top of the bun and not the bottom! Ive never seen that! My boyfriend ordered a MacChicken and when he got home, he realized that we had forgotten the bottom slice of bread. **Updated** We received a coupon for a free meal as compensation so, yes, they care about customer service in case of human error.

Waited 40min for a lunch, employee to see again, doesnt take half orders, obligates customers, bofff, and Im not talking about the toiletries, which smelled weird

Yesterday when picking up a skip order I wanted to buy a small cheese hamburger for dinner having had a busy day barely having time to eat something its 4:30 p.m. they refused to serve me because they I learned that McDonalds has a policy that prevents delivery people from eating a meal. Is it normal in 2022 to refuse a human being to eat? Do you know how difficult it is for us to stop for 2 minutes to eat because we take the main orders? And funnily in other McDonalds they dont refuse me Im disappointed and no longer return as a delivery person or as a customer!

Coffee that tastes watery, chicken McMuffin extra chicken without extra chicken but with the extra chicken label. The 2nd Chicken McMuffin ends up being a Chicken McCrepe. At least the potato was indeed a potato (I still have my doubts). All this when there were few customers. I was trying not to judge when I was waiting for my order but I think my first impression was the right one. Employees appear to have only 2 cells competing for 3rd place

Ordered a habanero macpoulet and they gave me a normal macpoulet, frustrating because the habanero macpoulet is more expensive. If I had wanted a standard macpoulet, I would have paid the price of a standard macpoulet. On top of that, they forgot the sauce for the mccroquettes that s fine with them.

Incroyable comme restaurant et le service est affreux... La pancarte service au volant et le menu sont brisés et au sol depuis des semaines. Il nétait que 18h30 et la salle à manger est fermée, le service au volant est affreusement long car 3 jeunes employés prenaient tout leur temps pour entrer dans le restaurant une énorme livraison qui venait darriver... Parking to order with the application, but impossible to have delivered to the vehicle, really not practical when you choose this option because the drive is full and the children are asleep, to finish the order and still have to come in to pick up the order. Why put delivery parking if you dont use it.... plus, burnt apple turnovers arent as delicious. A little disappointed with the visit.

Wow, what service! Another holiday, MA-LADE. The coffee was good, the croquette trio with sweet and sour sauce, a winning combo. The bottled water was tight. My friend who ordered from the drive-thru recommends this McDonalds to everyone who passes by!
