Really a beautiful place to eat. I went with my family for my mother s birthday and we had a great time. You can order any dish from the restaurants around (Thai, Italian, French, etc) so you can be satisfied with pretty much anything.

We celebrated my boyfriends birthday last Friday, and as always, the experience was great! For my part, I loved my peach burrata starter, my pizza cooked in a wood oven, and our pistachio pasta, everything was absolutely delicious. Some friends opted for the smash tacos, a generous and tasty plate, which they really enjoyed. Then, the tapas tasting menu left some a little hungry, the quantity not quite justifying the price according to them. The cocktails were good, but some found them a little pricey, so it may not be for all budgets. Small downside regarding reservations: during my phone call, I was told that the La Plage bar did not require reservations. However, upon arriving there, we were informed that it was in fact possible to do so. Unfortunately, this complicated things as there was no room left to accommodate our entire group of more than 10 people. That said, the service was fast, warm and efficient, and we had a great time with friends. Thank you for this beautiful evening! We will definitely come back.

Second and final visit! Friendly waiters, but the service was incredibly slow. Starters served 20 minutes apart... its fun to eat your starter while the others have nothing. Same thing for the main course... I had time to eat my entire plate before the others had theirs. Speaking of my plate, my burger had been on the stove for so long that the cheese curds had become a puddle... the meatballs were so cooked that they were crispy and the fries were lukewarm, almost cold. The pizzas were tasteless and the dough half-cooked. One positive point we never ran out of water! In short, the concept is great, the atmosphere too, the servers did their best, but the kitchens are clearly the weak link. *** You asked me to write to you directly, which I did... and I never got a response... commensurate with the crappy service we received there. Another disappointment. ***

Interesting concept; several restaurants depending on the day and we can mix & match our dishes. Super courteous service but WAY too long. We got our plates over an hour after ordering. We had to wait a very long time for our desserts and even longer for our bill. Arrived around 5:45 p.m. and left around 9 p.m. on a Tuesday evening. The dishes, however, were delicious. The coleslaw was not good, I didnt eat it and neither did my friends. The music a little too loud bar style; you almost had to shout to speak and hear yourself. On the other hand, the decor is very modern and chic.

We had a wonderful evening at the Atrium. The service with Mathieu was great. And what about sommelier Roxanne s suggestion!!! Chefs Diego, Younes and Hugo were on point all evening! We highly recommend and will be there for Hugos new releases!

It was my 2nd time but a disappointment both in terms of cuisine and service. Despite his smile, our server did not have time to come and add wine, nor to come and ask if anything was missing. Beef and duck tartare: the cut is beautiful but NO taste! Even if I had asked for it extra... the Tapas plate is not worth the price at all! The foie gras was good it was the last time for me there were 7 of us, I still had a bill for $300 for two and quite frankly I ate for less last week at Matto and definitely food and service cannot be compared! Not enough waiters and in the end he looks like a luxury food guy and who is not fast at all either!!!

We waited 45 minutes for a table for which we had a reservation, only to be told that the restaurant for which we had chosen the place was no longer taking orders for 1 hour.

Rather very cold reception from the hostess, it seems that a smile and a look in the eyes are not a prerequisite for employment. Very nice welcome from the server. But the major problem is certainly the non-synchronized service of dishes, 30 minutes between the first and last dishes received. Three poke bowl dishes aren t the hardest thing to make, I think. I asked for a baked potato, I received a baked potato stuffed with chives. I hate chives. Simply mentioning that it is stuffed, it s simple and avoids frustration. The menu is rather anemic. We were undoubtedly eight people disappointed with our experience.

We were a group of 11 for dinner in the gourmet experience area. The advantage is that everyone can order from the cuisine of their choice. There is the option of having a tapas from each cuisine, you can order from several cuisines for 1 person which is good. I opted for a fondue starter, the 15 pieces of sushi and a pizza cooked in a wood oven. I shared everything with my partner, it was more than enough and even too much with the pint of beer, glass of wine and a mocktail. The bill was around $150 which is relatively reasonable for the quality of the food and the consumption. We were seated near the sushi kitchen, so we barely heard the music, which seemed a bit too diverse anyway. So we really liked the intimacy of our location, unlike the central area which is a bit more of a shopping center restaurant space, but an improved version of course! The service was great, I recommend trying at least once.

We have eaten at District Gourmet several times and appreciate the innovative concept which gives lots of options and choices. It is of course important to understand that if you order from several different restaurants, the meals will not all arrive at exactly the same time; This is normal, but it s nice to be able to order dishes from different restaurants. Not only can each individual at the same table order from different restaurants, but each individual can even order a starter, main course and dessert from different restaurants. Excellent service and comfortable atmosphere, the ordering process was also very interesting, they no longer use paper menus but iPads. The food was delicious (although I wish there were more vegan options) and at least one vegetarian/vegan table dhôte option was included. Superb multi restaurant experience with table service. Always excellent evening service apart from special events which are poorly organised/managed. The dishes are always delicious and well prepared. It s perfect for sharing tapas style. There is something for everyone, even for children. The place is always impeccable, great atmosphere! Unfortunately a little expensive for what it is. Im a regular at their cafe (which is within my reach) but unfortunately we ended up with tables in the aisle. I find it a shame to have taken away the only place where we could socialize a little in a not too stuffy atmosphere.

The formula lacks coordination, we receive the dishes 10 or even 15 minutes apart....and the prices are too high for what we have on the plate. Not to mention the reduction in the choice of dishes on the menus.... Very good staff service but a big rethinking of managers is necessary to review the formula.

Expensive for perfectly ordinary food. The steakhouse gave me a blue steak instead of medium rare. The shrimp ceviche taco tapas was delicious.

Despite the good idea of the concept, it seems impossible for managers to know how to serve two dishes from two different restaurants at the same time. For a meal as a couple or in a group, it s really frustrating. Two weeks ago, I received my dish again 15 minutes before my wifes. Out of respect and good manners, I ate cold. Since the opening of the concept, this point has been pointed out by several customers. Managers say they are thinking about the situation, but by now, a solution should have been put in place a long time ago! This borders on incompetence. We are not asking to send someone to the moon! This is not science either! Only to respond to an order and serve the guests at the same table at the same time. The simple basics in catering. In order to encourage restaurateurs of the concept (who are not linked to the problem), I even tested the concept with take-out orders. Difficult to have two hot dishes at the same time if they come from two different restaurants. Not to mention that the concept unnecessarily inflates the bill ($42 for two scallops and a very small piece of cod). I gave it every chance and now I give up. Sorry to the restaurateurs linked to this flawed concept.

This place is a ton of fun. Choosing food from 5 gourmet restaurants at the same time is great. I was here 2 years ago last and sadly they no longer have the Portuguese restaurant.

Its difficult to appreciate the cuisine when, for a group of 5, the dishes are served with a 45 minute gap between that served to the first person and the last... We waited and ended up eating one after the other... Not very pleasant for an evening with friends.

We took advantage of the $25 special for 7 tapas and a drink. It was really delicious, good wine, good food and good service. Our waitress, despite it being her second day of work, managed to be very efficient and polite. Out of 7 tapas only one disappointed us and it was probably the easiest tapas to make lol a slice of pizza..... cheap sauce, cheap commercial dough and served almost cold... but otherwise it was a real treat. I gave only one star for the food because of the atmosphere which was really loud and completely changed my experience. The menus arent the most exciting, there arent many choices, considering the concept. Also, the menu on tablet is not efficient to navigate. A good 15 minute wait to receive a can of beer. Food and drinks do not arrive at the same time. At least 15 minutes apart between the two dishes. Good thing that the first dish served was not the right one and had to be returned. The prices are high, but thats the same everywhere. The servers are friendly and helpful.

Our experience at District Gourmet was disastrous, among the worst we have ever had. The value for money was terrible, especially after spending over $100 per person, with blatantly poor service and laughable food quality. We opted for the gourmet experience to celebrate my fathers birthday. From the beginning the problems started with ordering the cocktails. Despite my fathers request for a simple red sangria, the server claimed they only offered rosé sangria. When the cocktails arrived the waiter had not ordered the right cocktail for my father. When the sangria finally arrived it didnt taste like sangria at all and had more ice than cocktail. Then we ordered three different starters. Unfortunately, the server came to inform us that one of the starters was no longer available. We therefore chose a starter as well as a plate of charcuterie and cheese to share. However, it took three attempts for the waiter to finally bring the right plate to share. My father having received his starter well before us, he had already finished when we received the platter to share. To our disappointment, the charcuterie and cheese plate fell well short of what was promised, with only four small pieces of cheese that did not match the description. It s four small pieces of cheese were supposedly to share The problems persisted with the main courses, which were served out of sync. The meat my father ordered with blanquette sauce turned out to be an extremely peppery pepper sauce, thus completely ruining the dish. My pasta dish with pistachio pesto and burrata was also disappointing, with only a small piece of burrata instead of a full ball, and the absence of the fried basil promised in the description. Likewise, the octopus risotto my mother ordered had only four ridiculous little pieces of octopus. Despite this completely poor birthday experience, we received no apology or discount. The service and quality of food was unacceptable. This experience does not at all make me want to return to this establishment and I would not recommend it at all to those around me.

Wow!! We arrived unexpectedly, on a Saturday evening with a child and a baby. The lady at reception welcomed us with a big smile and told us that she would be happy to see if there was room left. A waitress quickly rushed to find a high chair for the baby and made sure we were seated properly. Although it was very busy, the servers were all super smiley. Exquisite food, without sauce or monosodium glucamate. Everything was fresh, natural, without artifice and tasty! And the presentation of each dish is magnificent! The cooks who prepare in front of the customers are very happy to talk to us even though they are busy. Excellent service from the waitress. Very friendly! I will recommend you with great pleasure! Good, interesting concept, usual price for this type of restaurant. It s an interesting experience to do, but not necessarily to do again. I had the poke bowl, it was good. Cocktails are $16 per cocktail, Ive had better elsewhere. The environment is really noisy, it is also better to book before going there. I have visited the Gourmet District several times and each time it is a delicious and enjoyable outing. The choice of all menus offers a unique and greatly appreciated experience. Miss Ines burgers are really excellent, Fiorellas pasta is succulent, the Atrium menu is my favorite. A disappointment however for the panzanella salad which consisted of several croutons but little flavor. Note that the price is quite high in general, a fairly hefty addition is to be expected.

Evening of April 6, 2024 Terrible service to forget. 35 minutes of waiting before the server came to ask us if we were ready to order. We didnt have water once without us asking him and waving at him otherwise he wouldnt come to see us. We only had a starter after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting and the receptionist told us that we only had 2 hours because they had another service afterwards. We received the main meal at 7:40 p.m. (We arrived at 5:45 p.m.) The meal was delicious. However, when it came to dessert, I received a COMPLETELY FROZEN brownie. The waiter told me it wasnt normal. They then offered me a crème brulé which was very dark brown on top while my partners was normal and didnt taste as burnt as mine. In addition, the water tasted really strong like chlorine and when I pointed it out to the waiter he started half laughing in front of me. Complete lack of professionalism of this one. We left the restaurant at 8:40 p.m. 3 hours after the start of this completely forgotten adventure. In short, for 1 starter, 2 drinks, 2 meals and 2 desserts for $200 we expect a minimum of service which we did not receive this evening. Restaurant that had potential but this terrible service makes me have a lot of doubts.

My colleague and I took what we thought was Miss Inès lunch menu for $24. We mentioned the lunch menu displayed on the tablet in front of us. Ive been there a few times in the evening and I love this tasty hamburger smash. I wanted to introduce it to a friend. However, despite having taken the lunch menu, we were charged for everything separately. Hamburger plate for $19 and, quite honestly, we wouldnt have had the $9 dessert which was pretty ordinary for the price. We thought it was included, that s why we took it. We are very disappointed with a bill that came to $37.02 with a tip on the payment terminal at 15% AFTER taxes for a dinner. I would have appreciated if the waitress at least apologized when we asked her about the lunch menu. She mentioned that we had misunderstood each other: I understand! We ordered the same thing as the lunch menu, but not at the same price. I still dont understand and its on principle that I leave this comment because my colleague and I have the feeling of injustice. Ill go back because I like this restaurant, but Ill make sure I make myself clear before ordering next time.

Great place for a good meal. Multiple choices for different tastes and good quality. Its perfect for a group since each person may order from a different restaurant inside but everyone can seat together to enjoy the meal. Good infrastructure (toilets, wifi, etc) and decoration. Having the mini-market is a nice adition.

Wow! What a brilliant concept! I loved being able to taste what the different restaurants offered. Italy, Asia, France. I have not been disappointed. Everything was delicious and the service impeccable. Definitely to do again during our next visit to Quebec. Underground parking is free for 3 hours. A nice surprise when we arrived at reception.

This time, we tried the Mille Saveurs Experience, very good steak and accompaniments, tasty and original dessert. Suggestion: it would be nice to have more varieties of draft beers offered. Parking: It is a shame that the parking lot does not allow studded tires, living in the region it is a prerequisite, I cannot remove them to have the right to park at one of their terminals for electric vehicles.

Lots of choice and pleasant atmosphere. Food good but everything was cold. We had excellent service with Mathis who was very friendly and attentive.

Great potential but the huge lack of organization and training at the service level spoils the entire experience. Overall the food is good. But the service, a disaster. Savahna frankly a discussion is necessary. 36 minutes before coming to see us... EVERYTHING but everything arrived mixed, nothing together, starters after dishes. No presence at the table, no wine service. We dared to make a comment at the end because we had been waiting for our dessert for more than 40 minutes and the response was... WELL Ill bring you the bill. We were forced to pay 15% on a $300 bill when we didnt get ANY service. Very insulting. We refuse to make our desserts to take away. We managed to find someone responsible. He didnt seem surprised but was completely unprepared. The answer was... WELL LETS SEE... Definitely a first and last experience. Methods of tipping!!! The consumer protection agency will be informed. Its a shame there is potential but the CAFETERIA design everyone stuck with!!! NO THANKS. The service team greatly lacks coordination and especially a present leader. Wasted evening...and no one to do anything about it. SHAME

Dinner alone with my partner: its downright insulting to pay so much for such mediocre quality and quantity of food, unsophisticated and bland dishes, the salmon steak that my partner ordered was completely raw in the center and without no sauce on the side. The services do not arrive at the same time (order from two different restaurants), I had time to finish my main meal before my partner received her plate about 30 minutes later. The salmon was smelly and the fries were overcooked, the fresh daily vegetables on the side are in reality a brownish mush of vegetables which is more of a youre not game to taste it than of a supposedly high-end restaurant. gastronomy. My favorite restaurant in Quebec City, it has a great atmosphere with even a DJ for the most popular evenings. The food is excellent and there are lots of varieties from all over the world. Parking: Parking is under the building and you must bring your ticket to the restaurant to have free parking for 3 hours

If you want to have access to all the restaurants, you must book in advance to be sure of having a place. Everything we ate was tasty. The service was impeccable. The place is loud, but the decor is a big WOW! Good outing. Parking: Parking is free, but you must ask to scan your parking ticket before leaving at the District Gourmand reception.

A friend suggested this place to celebrate a friends birthday. There were several of us who wanted to try this place with multiple all-in-one type restaurants. Indoor parking is free for three hours if you eat on site. Only one bill per person even if you try dishes from 4 different restaurants. A waitress takes our orders. A tablet allows us to see the entire menu. We chose the dishes on it and then showed our choices to Zineb. She served us warmly from start to finish. Here are some photos of the foods we ate. The highlight are the scallops with foie gras. The low point is the smash burger which was just okay. The music ranged from ambient to festive as the evening approached. I walked out with a bill for $155+tax+tip 2024-01-06 This time we are going back for a party of one of my friends. There were 15 of us celebrating in this very welcoming place, warmly welcomed by our server Antoine. He was very helpful and attentive to our needs. His recommendation of chocolate fondant was spot on. A very nice second experience. The music became more festive around 8 p.m. We plan to return without fail for other quality occasions.

The food took over 45 minutes to arrive and just the starter and another 45 for the main meal.
