A pizza with a lot of liquid in the center or floating ingredients with a very firm dough surrounding it. Not necessarily what you would expect from a restaurant with a pizza specialty.

It is a restaurant which offers varied dishes and all excellent. A crush on Swiss pizza... But not only that. The service is perfect, the server who is on site (especially on Saturdays) is very kind and always welcoming and smiling. The dining room has plenty of windows, and you can eat on the terrace in summer and fall. Parking is easy to access. At the entrance to the restaurant, there is a pleasant shop selling homemade products to enjoy. Well done!

Chic then was my favorite restaurant for 13 years. Unfortunately since the pandemic several aspects have deteriorated: small formats are no longer on the menu so you have to plan for a non-alcoholic lemonade, a teriyaki pizza and a dessert ($10) with tip (18%) that gives $50 for a person. Which in my opinion is too expensive. The last two visits were average. The teriyaki pizza that I love is wet and falls apart on its own. It also no longer has its little sweet side from before. The crème brûlée was so burnt on the top that it was inedible. I had to return it and order a cheesecake to go instead. However, the chic crème brûlée was the best in Quebec before. When it was time to eat the cheesecake at home, the fruit compote was frozen like a brick. I had to postpone my plans. Even the homemade lemonade was less sweet than before. For all these reasons I am deducting two stars from Chic So where I have been hundreds of times. Unfortunately I cant afford it anymore. Owners should examine where this problem is coming from and rectify the situation. It was also a lot less busy. On a Saturday evening, a table without reservation and without waiting has never happened. At this price you get better quality. I wish them continued success.

Hello, we are booking for 5:00 p.m. we have been informed that there is another reservation for 6:30 p.m. At 6:15 p.m. we were informed that people had arrived and that we had to vacate the table...I didnt finish my beer and we werent offered dessert of course. We are offered the bill without knowing if it tastes like dessert. I find it disrespectful...it says: Quickly eat, PAY that I get rid of. Its nonsense, especially for Saturday night. The two times we had a topped pizza delivered in 2023, the dough was not cooked and the taste of the ingredients was really ordinary and no better than a Pizza Hut (which is the opposite of a compliment). We said to ourselves never again Chic Donc . Last Sunday, I ordered an uncooked topped pizza. We baked it in our oven at home. But, its now definitive, never again Chic So. A Normandin pizza is tastier for our taste. 2019 and before. Excellent pizza, very similar to what we eat in Italy. In other words, it is the quality of the ingredients that takes precedence over quantity.

Thursday April 25, 2024 Well, the pizza is excellent despite the balance of flavors being quite poorly divided. The spicy oil didnt really taste like anything. The service is bad nothing else to say the young girl at the beginning was very friendly and responsive but when she left the other boy came to see us once in 1 hour when he was cleaning the table next to us and he was speaking very loudly and without restraint. I ordered a semi-cooked desert which was cold? Absolutely frozen and absolutely horrible but beautiful presentation. Finally, I dont recommend restaurants at all if you want real Italian cuisine, take delivery instead!

my partner and I, after a few months of absence, reconnected with Chic While we have been going there since it opened; we were extremely satisfied with our experience: pizza, salad, wine everything was on point. And how can we not mention the excellent service from NIna whose approach, personality, courtesy and elegance once again amazed us; the choice and certainly the training provided by Management surely have something to do with it.

Disappointing pizzas (we ordered 4 different kinds) both in terms of composition and dough (thin as a sheet of paper when we asked for regular). The price is also way too high for what it is. It s not at all on the level of Nina Pizzeria or even the Speciale Normandin It was the second time we ordered and it was the second time we were disappointed.

The meal was delicious and even though we took time to order, to eat, to choose a dessert and to leave, we never felt pressure from our excellent server! Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. The only problem, but Ill know for next time, is that if you wait at the light to turn, you will find yourself in the wrong direction of traffic because you are arriving at the exit of the parking lot. So you have to turn as soon as you see the delivery cars!

Even on a weekday lunchtime, we feel free to take our time and chat quietly. The restaurant has large windows, plenty of light, and convenient parking. Ill have to go back, I havent had the chance to taste the pasta, pizzas or desserts made there yet! A little too noisy and you almost have to shout to hear yourself speak. The pizza is excellent, but the spaghetti tastes nothing. The lack of knowledge about wine could be improved.

THE BEST PIZZA IN TOWN, quite simply! At our house, its always a party when we go to Chic Tandi! We have been customers for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed. We have had a slower or less efficient service but they give young people the chance to learn their trade and you have to be patient! Its normal when you start.... right? Let the one who knows how to do everything well throw the first stone! The welcome has always been warm and smiling, the food delicious. The dessert offering is fantastic and you can even buy their frozen pizza if youre planning quick and delicious homemade dinners... In addition, Chez Chic Tandi has always been concerned about the environment: A building built with green thinking and electric delivery vehicles long before we saw them everywhere. My number one in St-Augustin!

There was hardly any applesauce in the country pizza

This is the first time I went there. At 11:30 a.m., when it opened, we were alone. Customers arrived shortly after. For dinner, on a Wednesday, there were ten of us who filled half the floor. Not much decoration but the food is fabulous. Impeccable service. It was my birthday and they brought me this exquisite chocolate mousse.. There is an elevator and a staircase to access the 2nd floor because the toilets are there. Going up the stairs, you can see tables set up and a beautiful outdoor gallery for summer temperatures. Given the size of this restaurant over 2 floors, it must be very busy! Restaurant to discover and meals to enjoy with your eyes and taste buds. Parking: Easy to park there.

Im giving 2 stars because Ive already bought a few takeout pizzas without a problem. Otherwise it would be 0 following my experience today in the dining room. I will never encourage this business again. Too bad, because the pizza is good but never try to eat there! The service was slow, nonchalant and responsive (0 pro activity from the staff). They were proactive in making it cost you more, but were not proactive in giving/serving you what you were owed. In addition, be aware that Chic Tandi will charge you more if you come in a group. In fact, we were forced to add $6 per head given that we were a group. Also be aware that the tip will be loaded into your bill AND that they will ask for additional tip when you pay your bill via the Interac machine Supporting invoice. In green = what we wanted to order and pay for. In red = the additional mandatory fees charged given that we were a group. In summary, an invoice that should have been $51 before taxes and tip was inflated to $74.34 before taxes I even wonder if this way of doing things is legal. One thing is certain: it s hard. This week, I gave 25% of my total bill as a tip to another restaurant. I did it with pleasure and voluntarily given the good service received. At chic then I was forced to leave minimum 18% for a bad experience. Never again. Update following the owners comment: Thank you for taking the time to read and respond to the comment. Unfortunately, what I take away is that you dont seem very open to criticism and you seek to justify/deny my experience rather than listening to it/using it as a source of improvement. Your policies of adding mandatory fees (because thats what you actually do) for groups go against my values and I wont go back. In my opinion, it is not appropriate to force customers to pay additional fixed fees for entrees that they would not take + 18% tip (which looks more like a fixed service fee than a tip). That said, I wish you great continuity! :)

First time today and Im disappointed. I had heard so many good things about it We were well received this afternoon. But it was a long time before anyone came to see us to see if we wanted something to drink. When it came time to order, we got our meal in good time. There werent many people there this afternoon. I chose the caliente pizza and my boyfriend topped it. But the grated cheese on the caliente was not melted and was lukewarm. It looked like it came out of the freezer. I couldnt say or show my pizza because the waitress never came back to see us to ask if it was to our liking. She came to clear our plates and asked me if I wanted coffee, tea or dessert and I said no thank you. After about 10 minutes we had to go to the counter to pay because she hadnt brought the bill. If this is a practice that you do it would be good to mention it to customers to go to the front to pay. It s not a place I would go back to eat but I know your pizza crusts are excellent when you buy at the counter. A friend of mine always buys this pasta at your restaurant.

Passage from August 5, 2023: Low-level kitchen! Pizza served all blackened to my parents and my sister-in-law, my spaghetti with tomato sauce looked like tomato paste, a real shame to miss such a simple classic! It was my 2nd and last time. I didnt complain because I was invited. You cant run a restaurant and charge people for such ordinary and tasteless dishes. I will return to trusted restaurants during my next visit to Quebec where they cook with love.

Disappointed with the pizzas ordered. We now have to pay extra to have fresh dough, inconceivable. The dough was stiff, overpriced for the quality of pizza.

One of my favorite restaurants. You absolutely have to try the Swiss pizza. Its a classic.

La sauce bolognaise a aucun goût et pratiquement sans viande. Aucune représentatif de la photo du menu. La sauce Cattelli en canne est meilleure. Effectivement jai prévenu la serveuse et elle ma rapporté un petit bol de sauce mais toujours sans viande. Elle ne ma jamais demandé si mon plat étais bon et elle na même pas proposé autre chose.

I have mixed opinions on Chic Donc! First of all, the menus are not really menus in their own right, but rather a menu-placemat hybrid. Common practice among restaurants, but the problem arises when you want to choose your pizza. The menu only includes the names of the said pizzas, no mention of the ingredients. You have to go to the restaurants website to find out what youre ordering and the restaurant didnt think it was important to provide us with a QR code, like any other self-respecting restaurant without a menu. The marriage between the traditional physical menu and the digital menu is a failed union and we end up saying that the two would be better separated. Anyway, I ordered the 9 Carbonara pizza. Whistleblower alert: it was a bad choice. The Emmantal cheese makes the pizza ultra greasy to the point where the pizza is too wet to eat without utensils and any other ingredients present on pizza who wanted to showcase their flavors failed miserably, since the other pizzas looked more appetizing than the Carbonara. The service was average. Reasonable wait times, but our young servers didnt seem very comfortable.

Ma famille et moi allons au Chic Alors depuis son ouverture il y a de cela une bonne dizaine d années. La nourriture est toujours excellente, et le personnel est extraordinaire. On se sent toujours tellement bien accueilli et servi, à n importe quel moment de la journée et que ce soit pour une livraison, pour emporter ou manger sur place. Je leur donnerais plus que 5 étoiles si je pouvais!
