Nice surprise for us! First time we ordered, we were staying at the Valcartier Hotel. Superb pizzas, delicious spaghetti, fast delivery and reasonable price. On the next visit to the hotel we will recommend it!

If I could give 0 stars I would...Im really not one to leave reviews on restaurants, but Ive never been so disappointed. 3 hours waiting for my 2 pizzas. I had to call twice, where I was told they would be there soon. After 3 hours my boyfriend and I decided to go get something else to eat (because it was 8:30 p.m. and we were really hungry) and I never received a call asking where we were or that they couldnt find the place, so they never came. Big lack of respect...

I love med pizza but damn those who are not good about the hours we look at what time they open for dinner (11 a.m.) we arrive at 12:44 and it closes! wow it s really great to have come all this way for nothing!

Real traditional pizza at a reasonable price kindness as a bonus.

We needed enough pizza for 35 people. We were advised without stress that 4 extra large pizzas would be enough. We asked them several times if they were sure because we were big eaters. We were assured that 4 extra large would be enough for 35 people. Results: it wasnt enough. Some people couldnt even get a peak. In short, we received very poor advice.

I really like their pizza, but I m really disappointed that they changed the Special Val-Bélair. It included 2 pizzas, a fries, 3 cans and a spaghetti, but now they replaced the spag with a big poutine. What was good about the spag was that it gave us a meal for the next day. Whereas with poutine, you have to eat it fresh, you cant really keep it in the fridge and reheat it later. Plus their spaghetti is really good. I dont understand why they made this change, I hope its just temporary.

Stupid phone service not able to tell us the menu

Order online for pickup at the counter, it says it will take 20 to 25 minutes. I arrive at the counter at 23 minutes. My pizzas had not yet been put in the oven... I had to wait another 20 minutes. Taste wise... very disappointed... I had asked for pepperoni cheese with extra pepperoni and if thats their extra pepperoni... I was offered one more liqueur as compensation... With the competition around, I dont go back anymore...

I called around 6:15 p.m. to order a pizza and received it around 7:35 p.m. I called an hour after ordering to find out if my order was on its way and I only had time to say the address before the young man on the phone replied curtly, Its gone. The pizza was black on top, despite being cold. I am disappointed with my service, which rarely happens.

Its been 10 years since I started ordering from the doctor, youre starting to get away with it... the service, the quality of the pizza is terrible, its not normal that the cheese is burnt and the dough is raw...!

1 hour wait for a cold poutine and a 7up tablet at 4 p.m.? Not very serious... Weve been ordering 2 to 3 times a week for the past year and the quality completely disappeared a few weeks ago. Its over for us.

They forgot part of my order, it took an hour to come and bring me the food that was missing and it was cold. I requested a refund and my just refunded the wings. Not friendly service. Their 2/1 at $36 for two 14s is ridiculous.

Vegetarian is possibly the best in Quebec. Beautiful fresh vegetables, tasty sauce. The restaurant should be renovated. It was renovated maybe 4 or 5 years ago, but still needs it. A warmer decor would be welcome. But Im going to go anyway, the pizza is so good.

The food was good, but for a first time ordering here, it wasnt great. We were in a gang to attend a bachelor party, and we were in charge here. It was a strange experience. Ask what kind of cooking you want for chicken wings, when its chicken, come on. Its not great...We asked for a pizza without mushrooms, and we received some with it...and its the first time we received pizzas...NOT CUT. They had to be cut with small, cheap plastic knives. And how come the pizzeria, which does delivery, cant even deliver pizzas to a hotel that is 13 minutes away? Quite frankly, I dont think well order here often.

With the rise in prices I imagine that they are not the only ones to change their products the chicken fillets on the plate were like rubber because the two commendez plates ended up in the trash a great waste the children had to wait a second time for dinner this happened 3 weeks ago 3 1/2 weeks I order their pizza again because its great but throw in a little less than 40 order sleeves I tell myself go to the metro next time the friends want fillets I take them ready to eat or even in the frozen section P.S I never usually blast
