Pizza Salvatore never disappoints! Their Buffalo chicken wings are absolutely phenomenal—perfectly crispy on the outside with just the right amount of heat and flavor. Coming from Toronto, I’m used tons of take out options and great quality. I especially love pizza and this place always satisfies my craving. Lots of other delicious options besides pizza, including poutine but also amazing desserts!
Very good, fast service and not too expansive. Used the app to get very good rebate and the pizza was ready when I arrived. Pizza is much better compared to what it was 5-10 yrs ago. Much more topping on it and tastier.
Don't often stop by chains in Quebec city, but I don't know if it was this specific location, or all Salvatoré, but the pizza was amazing, very satisfying and tasty. It truly hit the spot. Service was very pleasant and quick as well! Won't hesitate to stop by again. Definitely try the Salvatoré special and the Quebecoise.
I came in to order in person this evening, first of all the girl was rushing our order and we were so clear to her that we wanted to order 4 classic medium size poutine. After waiting for 20 minutes they have us a tiny bag. When we were on the way home, I realized that there was only one poutine which clearly I ordered 4 and I paid for it but I only received one. Do not go to this place since employees don’t understand you and they rush your order and they don’t even stand still for a second to make sure they are hearing you out and hearing clearly your order
Hated my experience today. Order came in 1 hours later than estimated time. Pizza was laking toppings and sauce. Cookie toppings were everywhere. Guy at the costumer service was not helpful at all. Overall, very disappointed. I have contacted their Web service and they answered fairly fast. They said they will look into the problem and offered me compensation for the delay. Overall pleased with the response and hopefully it will get better.

The onions were burnt charred A pizza with nothing on it, the incredible thing Then finally a poutine which was actually a potato soup with three times too much sauce it was disgusting This will have to change before I order from you again

Very dissatisfied with the service received. No way on the app to know that the order has been delayed. 2 calls to customer service made me understand that 2 hours of delivery time without communication is common and normal. In addition to charging a delivery fee for a service like this is absurd. Other restaurants in the sector have shorter delivery times even during peak periods as well as far superior communication.
I order in advance to save time because I live 15 minutes from the restaurant. I arrive at the counter to pay and the employee looks to see if my order is in the pile of pending orders ahead. Not ready yet. No problem, Im waiting. 10 minutes later my boyfriend receives his order. ok Im still waiting. After another 10 minutes I go back to the cashier and ask her to know where my poutine has gone. She looks again and magic... my poutine was on the counter since I arrived. Serious!? I was so angry that I just left without saying anything. At least the food was good. But seriously, there is work to be done at the management level.
Delivery order, everything was ok before opening their poutines. Salvatore poutine has many faults. First of all, the texture of the fries can be uneven, with some being too soft and lacking in crispness and others being overcooked. Then, the quantity of cheese curds was insufficient, which harmed the balance of flavors. Finally, the sauce is too spicy or too liquid and not very tasty, leaving a bitter taste in the mouth and the spiciness you would say that they escaped the habanero because it was so spicy. Their poutines do not meet expectations and could benefit from significant improvements.
