Very good pizzas, very good service!

First of all the service is VERY LONG, And not very enthusiastic.. the lady who works there seems unhappy and this is reflected on the customers since the atmosphere is heavy. The pizza is delicious, I wouldnt go anywhere else but the service needs to be faster I do NOT recommend the Chicken Caesar Salad. Its not a real Caesar and the chicken looks like pork. Otherwise I imagine after improvements it could be worth 4 stars

I absolutely do not recommend . The service was ok but the food was ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT it was a terrible waste. Wait 20 minutes to pay $26 for that? (Tiny wings and a shish taouk that wasnt even heated properly... the bread was still white... I mean...) it tastes very, very ordinary. And Im not even talking about the shish which literally opens as soon as you put your hand on it. Im not even sure if they put beef in there, I only saw pieces of something that looked like ham... Brief I wanted to try because I received their ad in my mailbox but for that... honestly I dont want to be mean but dont bother advertising for such a taste in the dishes... I will definitely not return.

I recently visited the restaurant I was pleasantly happy. the pitza was exactly how I like it, the service from the girl who was at the reception was so fast she was super nice and super welcoming. I highly recommend, I will come back without hesitation thank you

On delivery, the woman told me $58 and dust taxes included and delivered to my door I got a bill for almost $75 honestly it was the last time I ordered from this place, they asked a price and we mislead us to charge us more! I consider it theft!!!!!

The 5% and 10% discount was not applied to my order. IF it is really applicable for the 2nd order (as I read in a comment) you will need to add the explanation next to the discount. We have been customers for 13 years, (even with the other owners we have always been nice) but todays attention is not pleasant, the lady is rude. The taste of pizza has changed. The lady wanted to give me another soft drink even though I had made my choice very clear. She had added $1.50 to our order, when I asked the reason, she explained it to me by saying: its clear!. The tone of voice too rude! Its a shame !

Je viens de commander et c est la dernière fois ! 1- vous chargez 7$ pour une croute farcie aucun fromage dans la croute n a été mis ! 2- on paie 2$ pour une croute plus épaisse et elle est caoutchouteuse et 3- le comble !!!! After 2 hours of waiting, still no pizza and when I called back, they apologized and explained a problem with the delivery man. .. It arrived 30 minutes later, completely cold and stiff... I called back to name my dissatisfaction and was given a credit towards my next order! For pizza I find that for 2 or 3 for ONE its an excellent option! I like it a lot. On the other hand, luckily I had a bad comment here on the fact that you did not take care to add the option so that you can tip the delivery person on your INTERACT payment MACHINE. I had prepared a cash tip. In 2022, more than 9 out of 10 people will pay by card. This is not encouraging for your delivery people. Please add this option now and perhaps to show a little appreciation to your delivery people, you could make sure to mention this over the phone when we place an order. For my part, I always prefer to encourage companies that support their employees at all levels even if I have to pay more for the products I consume. ;-) Add the option to your interact machine and I will adjust my comment and my stars because without this I would have given it a 4 star!!! ;-)

The best Welat pizza in town!

Since welat lormiere became 2 brothers I waited 30 minutes longer before getting my order which was cold/warm and cost me $15 more than before, with no extra fries. Its never over again...

The delivery was fast and the delivery girl very friendly. The pizza is really better than that of the other restaurant that was there before. I definitely recommend!

Pizza 2 Brothers + Still as delicious as the one in Limoilou! The places are clean and even the carpet with the restaurant logo is superb! The welcome is friendly and as I mentioned the preparation (2 pizzas) is a delight with perfectly crispy fries! Long live this business here in Neuchâtel!

Crosseur explains their combo poorly, trying to make us say that its more like before, taking money to pay more because theyre explaining their thing poorly. Take their menu in hand and tell them that the combo is tired. Being told haaa Yes but you didnt take the liquor... didnt even offer it to us. Call to find out and respond as if we were not lights pfffft.

Good pizzas good quality price! First time and it is in our options On the other hand, 1h30 to receive a pizza when the place is less than 10 minutes by car is a very long time. But what insulted me the most and which makes me doubt if I will recommend delivery is that when the delivery girl makes me pay, her terminal does not offer the option of tipping and she gets angry that I dont give her a tip. dont have a leash. I pay for everything by cards and everywhere I order normally the tips go to the terminal. They put it down to my fault of paying credit and not having cash... as if I had to guess during a first visit. You know you dont offer this option, but you have options like asking the customer if they want to leave a tip before the delivery person enters the amount into the terminal its a great way to resolve the problem rather than blame new customers who pay by card because they dont have cash.

I only give 2 stars because the pizza is excellent. I called yesterday to have my order prepared and send my partner to pick it up. They tell me it will be ready in 30 minutes. When my boyfriend arrived, 30 minutes later, he had to persist and show my call log because they said they never received my order. Additionally, there was a Donald Trump cap on the counter. A restaurant is not the place to display a political symbol. Even less of this madman.

A bad, disappointing experience. I wanted to order pizza for a childrens party. I had good memories of this business several years ago. I placed an order for 2 16 pizzas at 3:38 p.m. for delivery at 5:30 p.m. I live 10 minutes from the location. 5:40 p.m.: The pizza hasnt arrived. Im told it wont be long. 5:51 p.m.: Im told The delivery man has left. It wont be long. 5:57 p.m.: No response. 6:22 p.m.: The pizza arrives. But the children were too hungry. We had to opt for a plan B and order elsewhere in the meantime. The delivery guy wasnt rude, but didnt seem bothered by his almost 1 hour delay. I could not accept such a service. No calls from owner to apologize or offer compensation. On their site, they proudly display that their goal is our loyalty. Im really disappointed with the experience. I wanted to encourage a small local business. I hope they learn from this mistake.

Without being mean, the pizzas were really not good, the topping I dont think is right at all, too much cheese and really no quality, there was a huge layer of cheese but it was really too much. was absolutely not good. When I see some of the photos I tell myself that s not at all what we got. We were very disappointed, I would not recommend it to big pizza fans. I have experienced better value for money, even if it is not very expensive it is too much for what it is. The only positive point was the very nice staff when we went to get the pizzas.

There are 4 WELATs in Quebec City, and the one located on Boulevard de lOrmière is the tastiest, period. The pizza dough and the quality of the food used make all the difference. The cleanliness of the restrooms is a reflection of the kitchen, and frankly, this little restaurant knows how to keep its establishment clean. Warm staff, sometimes the chef comes to greet us between two pizzas. I recommend you try it, because to try it is to adopt it.

On several occasions I have placed orders there and each time they forget my French onion and they offer credit but it becomes boring the lack of incompetence that there is with the employees because even when we ask for our product credited They forget it again!!! Quand on appelle pour avoir un suivi, on nous dit que c est parti. Apparemment, c est normal pour eux de dire que c est plus de 45 minutes d attente, seulement quand ça fait 2h qu on attend. Aucune prise en charge.

Im having two pizzas delivered this evening. I am told there is an hour wait for delivery. No problem. The pizza arrives TWO HOURS later... The delivery girl tells us that she cant do anything and to call her boss. My friend calls the restaurant and is sent away and hung up on. Really disappointing!

I cant give less than a star, what a great service, they make me wait on the line and then tell me that they no longer make deliveries it was 6 p.m. I can understand its Saturday evening, So I say Im going go get it in this case and I am told that it is not possible. Wow well done boss. By the way, thank you to Racine pizzeria who were able to fulfill our order!!
