We went last week no service we had to wait 35 minutes for just the bill the table not served we asked three people for the bill but without success very noisy food not fantastic. We wrote to management, no feedback from them, disappointing

13-12-2024 Arrive at 6 p.m., have a drink and order around 6:30 p.m. Entrance arrives around 7:30 p.m. I go to see the waiter around 8:10 p.m. to pay immediately (to save time) because I absolutely had to leave at 8:30 p.m. and at the same time its starting to take a long time and I can confirm that Im starting to get very hungry!!! He goes to the kitchen and tells me that the steak is not yet on the pan that he can cancel my order, so I say ok The plate arrives at 8:20 p.m. and I have nothing, I watch everyone eat while I starve myself !!! I would have appreciated a little something to put in my teeth at least!!! Anything, a small bowl of chips, a piece of bread at worst. I arrived home hungry at 9:30 p.m.!!!

A disappointing experience despite the efforts of the staff We visited this restaurant with great enthusiasm, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Our reservation was at 5:30 p.m., and by 7:30 p.m. we still had not received our meals. A wait of around two hours is simply unacceptable. When the food finally arrived, the fries were cold and the steak, requested medium, was completely overcooked. We asked for a replacement steak, specifying that we wanted a medium steak. To our surprise, the second steak was again very well cooked, with no improvement. However, I would like to highlight the remarkable efforts of the waiters Félix and Miguel, who did everything to save the situation. Felix offered us a glass of wine and dessert, and Miguel tried to accommodate our needs. Their service was impeccable, but unfortunately, thats not enough to make up for the restaurants many shortcomings. Apart from the excellent work of Félix and Miguel, this restaurant is a real disappointment. The quality of the dishes, the waiting time and the lack of follow-up in the kitchen need to be reviewed. I wont come back.

Very divided on yesterday evening, first of all I would like to congratulate the staff on site who made all the difference, our server and his team gave excellent, smiling and very friendly service. However, I have the impression that we are moving the tourist trap that was in town to the new premises. Dishes which in my eyes were exaggerated in terms of the prices of very simple drinks costing $17 seem far-fetched to me. The taste was all very good, but the portion of ribs from their specialties was largely insufficient. Thanks to the staff I remember that we had a very nice evening, but value for money it is a restaurant that we will go to very occasionally if not rarely. The feeling of having gotten value for my money was unfortunately not fulfilled.

The food was lukewarm, the service very long. Courteous main waiter... Luckily... It was my fathers birthday and the staff were wise, however, it was pointed out in a bad way, my father had to ask to heat his brownie because it was very hard and not served with ice cream. Very very noisy we couldnt wait to leave. In short, I have no intention of going back.

Without doubt my worst experience in a restaurant. As for the atmosphere, we couldnt hear each other talking at our table since there was a Murder Mystery evening with another group and a slightly overly motivated host who literally yelled almost the entire evening! For the service, despite the kindness and goodwill of our friendly waiter who no longer knew where to turn, we spent exactly 3 and a half hours at the table, therefore 1 1/2 hours waiting for our aperitifs and this, without could have ordered something else!!!! For the food, out of 9 guests, only three of us were able to say we were satisfied with their menu!!! As it was the occasion to celebrate my birthday with my wife, my 4 boys and their girlfriends, I can hereby confirm that your restaurant is now banned from our list. You see we are sorry! The disappointments follow one another and one after the other. Drinks with dubious tastes, an atrocious wine list in terms of quality and value for money (3.5x the SAQ price for certain bottles!!!), Food poorly controlled in terms of cooking / balance of tastes (etc. .), sauce recipes that lack taste or personality. We complete the whole thing with absent service (the water was served 25 minutes after our arrival by an employee who did not even have our section in her charge... and we did not have another one during the entire meal !!!!). An owner who comes to see us following a comment and who politely sends us off to pasture. What more can I say!??? Go eat anywhere but here. Impossible to have a more atrocious experience (and were not even talking about the price!!!!!!).

Damage. Meal below my expectations as I remember. Good starter, soup of the moment supposedly with leeks really too bitter, meat overcooked, meal too salty, dessert all bad for your sweet tooth. Generalized observation for the people around me in our group. Service, entertainment and good atmosphere. The entertainment had to be postponed 1 hour 15 minutes to accommodate the meal. I wish it was just a bad day for this restaurant, but today the meal does not deserve 3 stars.

I brought a couple from outside. They were charmed with Alexandre. Always present and patient to explain the table dhôte menus to us. This is the only problem to complain about: too many promotions in soup/main course/dessert formulas. I would advise managers to make this part smaller so as not to take up too much time for the waiter/waitress. The food is tasty with its catering aspect on the plate, which is a plus. Returned there? Certainly. It is promotions and service that count in these difficult times. A bond created with the customer? Parking: It is possible to enter the restaurant in two different ways: completely in front, therefore parking on the side, or from behind the building, through the entrance hall to the shops.

Very slow service. My soup arrived after my main course. They had forgotten it. The two Pepsis I returned were flat. Change the gas bottle, folks. When its empty, its empty. A tour group came and the steak was not cooked properly, but they were served well-done. I was dumbfounded. After reacting to the tour leader, the restaurant redid it and replaced it with a new plate, which was about 5-7 minutes rare as shown in the picture. The steak and side dishes taste pretty good based on the meal standards for tour groups.

Still quite disappointed with my side-by-side experience. About 30 minutes to receive our beer, 30 minutes to take our order and another 45 before receiving it. The restaurant was not jam packed, however. We stayed for around 2 hours 2 hours 15 minutes to eat a simple burger from burger week which should have been available quickly given the hype. We stayed long enough to hear the waitress give the excuse the new bartender and give us the excuse a new chef short, full of excuses, poor service, extremely long. I have been to this establishment before and it was still better. Edit: following my comment, I must highlight the follow-up done to me by the restaurant management in order to understand my experience in order to improve. I take my hat off to them for the attention paid to my comment. Ill give them a chance to demonstrate their improvements, but communication is already a promising sign. I will edit my review if the experience meets the standards I was promised .

We went to dinner on the terrace, here are our comments: Positive points: - The decoration and music were intimate. - The accompaniments were excellent (especially the mayonnaise with aioli and truffle oil). - Our server was friendly (Alexandre G.). Negative points: - There was no description of the dishes on the menu and the staff were not always aware of the contents. (Staff in training) - Portions for starters and desserts were small. - The food was OK, but nothing more. All in all, we had a great evening, but there is room for improvement.

There were two bus tours, at least, and they had their hands full. Meals were small and served cold. Too bad, I thought wed have small portions that were unique and delicious. They missed the bar.

This is the place for the BBQ. The wow ribs, Platter to share with rillettes, terrine and wow foie gras mousse. And what about the wow service. Sublime desserts. All an experience. We loved it.

We went for dinner for a birthday, a group of 20 people. We booked last minute, the evening manager explained to us that they are reserving 2 hours for us since they have another group after us. No problem, we arrive on time but the time to take orders and bring the food is extremely long. The portions for the flank steaks and ribs are very small. Disappointed with the ribs, no difference from the ones bought frozen at the grocery store. When it came to dessert, those who had tables dhôtes were entitled to dessert but not the others, the waitress never asked the other guests if they wanted some. Very small dessert for the price as well. Some of our guests ask for coffee, the waitress asks us if it is possible to bring it in a Styrofoam glass since our 2 hours ends in 15 minutes. Finally, since it took too long to make the bills, I was not entitled to coffee. The service was very good since she was alone to serve a group of 20 people, however prevented us from ordering a dessert or ordinary coffee. The waitress was very nice however since the manager Nicolas was putting pressure on her for us to leave as quickly as possible, she was forced to neglect our service. We all remained hungry and ended the evening at Krispy Kreme! A first and last time for our group at the Côte à Côte restaurant.

I tried the burger le zelcôtes from Burger Week and I really enjoyed it, the food was very good and Alexandres service was satisfactory. I recommend it! The only downside is that there was no background music if Im not mistaken, but it was early for dinner.

My friend and I ate for the first time at Côtes à ribes because of burger week and we were not disappointed. Alexandre was an excellent server throughout the meal. The food was excellent and the atmosphere very pleasant. I plan to return there to try the restaurants specialties!

Je suis allé essayer le Cote à Cote pour notre anniversaire de quatre ans de couple. Le service était excellent mais les cotes levées étaient décevantes . La viande semble avoir été bouillie, elle goûtait leau. Les sauces goutaient quelque chose mais la viande était insipide. Expérience troublante pour un établissement pour laquelle les cotes levees sont leurs spécialité.

The service was unfortunately very slow, despite the fact that the restaurant was not very busy, except for a group of 13 people. We arrived at noon, and at 12:42, I had to go to the waitress to ask when we would be served, hoping to at least receive the soup quickly. At the end of the meal, the bill was also slow to arrive, even after having finished for quite a while, which again forced us to go to the waitress. The food was good, but it took 1 hour 45 minutes for one dinner, which is definitely too long for this type of meal.

Rien d extraordinaire, service extrêmement long pour un mercredi 5h et le repas ne reflète pas le prix demandé par un manque de technique en cuisine. Légumes pas assez cuits et manque d assaisonnement pour la viande. Je mets trois étoiles pour le repas quand-même parce que c était bon mais fade et 5 étoiles pour le dessert qui était au niveau de mes attentes.

This restaurant is a lot of fun! First off, the menu is only in French haha so of course that s one challenge, but the servers will always help!! They have three course meals with delicious steak, salmon, ribs, etc. as main course options alongside an appetizer and dessert. A visit here is definitely a full experience in a fun and funky atmosphere.

It was my first time eating there and we decided to try since we saw many tourist buses stopping by. Ouff biggest disappointment The fries was soggy but still raw inside. I ordered a variety of things to try and the signature dishes. Ribs, Mac n cheese, burger and poutine. The ribs and burger was very extremely dry with big dash of sauce on it only. The mac n cheese wasn t edible. It didn t taste even cheese but more flour like. I really don t recommend this restaurant big waste of money.

Alexandre is the best server! You can never go wrong with him! I advise you to take the surf n turf board! A delight! Brownies WITH bacon are just delicious! Always nice to remember good memories in good company!
