Fritou Loretteville in Québec City

Fritou is the only place where I can feel like myself, without being judged, it s my favorite restaurant

Frozen hamburger bun on my plate. Tiny, tasteless pieces of chicken. All extremely ordinary for too high a price.

Normal Loretteville...these are like beautiful Port Vanier or Limoilou, in the lower town I eat the rest and these are the lower town Its just an observation

No more encouraging this restaurant which does not respect its customers... dry and inedible chicken received at dinner time, I cant imagine how dry the chicken is outside of peak hours. Fritou Loretteville doesnt care about the satisfaction of its customers... Im going to go back to PFK where Ive never had chicken of such poor quality.... It s a multi-national event but we see what it s like to encourage local!!!

I was disappointed with my poutine. It tastes like frozen fries, the cheese is clearly not fresh, it tastes weird and the sauce aside, its chicken sauce and not poutine. 1 time thing

Wow, quite a reflation! After having a stomach upset with the previous owner, I decided to give them another chance... Well, there was price inflation like almost everywhere, from $9 to $11, +22% (snack , a piece of brisket, frit and beverage) but also a whole redulation (reduction of portions for the same price). The piece of chicken was so small that I weighed it: 59 grams! There are limits to wanting to make a profit!

Taste-wise nothing to say but for 4 pieces of pigeon with onion rings and 2 liqueurs for $55 it s a steal

Great experience always well received and fresh and hot meal I recommend this restaurant.

Do not deliver. Its nonsense. Let me explain. I order 2 trios. So, by definition it includes 2 main dishes, 2 fries and 2 drinks. The advertised price is for the trio. But now they only deliver a can of liquor to me with a 50 cent surplus. The reason they gave me is that the trio comes with fountain liquors AND they dont deliver that??? Thats why I just have one liquor that I have to pay extra for. All this on top of delivery costs that are too expensive in my opinion. Almost $40 for 5 items instead of 6. Last time for me.

Excellent service both on site and delivered, the chicken is always very good. On the other hand, today during our delivery we were disappointed with the contents of our boxes where there were not a lot of fries and some pieces of chicken were small. After having brought my dissatisfaction directly to the owner of the restaurant so that this would no longer happen and I would like to point out that he was extremely professional and ensured that this would not happen again while taking care to offer us a credit for our next order.

It was the first time at the end of the week, being new in the area. What a discovery!! Welcome and service more than courteous, truly impeccable. As for the meal, WOW home fries, I think. None of the employees wear masks and dont even hide. Extremely long service > 45 minutes even on site/to take away. The phone lines seem busy all the time yet the person at the counter puts customers on hold and does not come back to the phone, which is why we were there at the counter because we were not able to place a telephone order.

On August 22, 2021, two out of four employees did not have a mask (one at the cash register and one in the kitchen).

Dirty, expensive and not edible. Even the coke wasnt drinkable.

Disappointing. 1.5 hour wait for a nearby delivery on a Friday evening. I had to call back to make sure my order arrived, they assure me its gone and its going to be hot... 30 minutes later the order is more than lukewarm, to be polite. The recipe is good and thats why Im tempted to order there, but once again dissatisfied with the delivery service.

We were really disappointed. We ordered 2 x 3 piece meals. But the pieces in question were so small... I dont know if we got it wrong. But we remained hungry. And frankly, for us, usually, 3 songs is a lot when we go elsewhere.

First and last visit!! Its inconceivable to treat customers like that. There were a dozen customers in total in the restaurant this Fathers Day and we were all treated like dirt by the lady at the cash register. We were told if youre not happy, you just have to go to the pfk. Well thats what Ill do in the future, Ill spend my money somewhere other than your restaurant. Its OK for the orders to take a long time to come out because its a big day, but for us to be treated like we were is not okay at all... Fortunately the food was good but unfortunately the service which we were entitled to ruin everything and there will be no next time for us. If you cant put a smile on your face, respond kindly to people, treat the customers in front of you with respect, maybe your place is not with the public!!!

Ordering on a Wednesday evening for dinner, the delivery man told me in the future, dont order at this time, its too much of a mess on the way to get here, it makes it difficult for my other deliveries Wow...lack of professionalism here? If you dont want to come to my area, dont make delivery available. Another time it was the work, I was told we should be informed maam when there is work well, Im not going to look at where the construction sites are before ordering it. Three times I have ordered it, 3 times bad experience... too bad but we will order from Fusée in the future.
