Harvey's in Québec City

Very poor service. The orders were incorrect, the hamburger was completely deconstructed, the drink was missing. Zero service. Disappointing.

I went for 2 angus cheese bacon trios on December 12, 2024 and was very disappointed. In one of my 2 burgers, we wanted to have a garnish (harv sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickle) by removing the harv sauce, adding ketchup, garlic mayo and dijon mustard. The first time I went to pick up my order, the vegetables were missing. I came by a second time to correct everything, they replaced the burgers, fries and slices, BUT they had STILL forgotten the vegetables in the burger after making a detailed list of what I wanted inside. Ive been there a few times and some employees are stupid at the drive-thru, no thank you, good evening, they give you the bag and close the window without saying a word. We are a long way from the time when Pascale and Donald were the owners. They have a lot of improvement to do before I go back.

Between choosing to be fed grain for the rest of my life, McDonalds and Harveys, I choose Harveys any day. The meat tastes grilled, I like being able to customize my hamburger and dare 4 pieces of delicious crispy cucumbers... Quick lunches like croquettes are perfect when you work on a construction site and only have 30 minutes to have lunch. Your milkshakes are affordable and as good as in a creamery. Bring back your marshmallow/chocolate slippers, everyone loves them!

We didnt have the toppings requested on our hamburgers and they forgot our poutine (which was part of a trio). If we hadnt noticed it before leaving we wouldnt have gotten it.

Me and my boyfriend were very disappointed. We went on September 10 around 9 p.m. While we were waiting for our order, the employee who served us had a conversation with a friend where he used the homophobic term faggot. This was extremely inappropriate, especially in a professional context.

Very bad buffalo poutine. Its more of a buffalo poutine sauce than anything else. Very disappointed with the quality of the food, especially the cheese which is very artificial.

I doubt the hygiene. Only employees at the front wear gloves and a hair net. The others in the back wore neither gloves nor nets. The floor was dirty with fries and onion slices on the ground. The service was slow, the employees chatted more than they worked. The room was filled with smoke coming from the kitchens so I preferred to take away. I do not recommend this restaurant

Unlike McDonalds, their hamburgers are freshly cooked and not reheated, but $15 for a hamburger is not cheap, but I much prefer to eat their product than those from McDonalds which I have crossed out for life. Another side that makes the difference, we decide on the condiments that are added to the hamburgers for everyones tastes...its a big plus compared to other fast food...also before we could change the liquor for an onion French, not anymore, I think its a big mistake on their part, but hey, I still recommend!

Rotten service, no employee takes care of customers at the checkouts despite the presence of around 10 employees in this branch. I do not recommend this branch in any way.

The drive-thru was closed for no reason at 9 p.m. when the restaurant closed at 10 p.m. I asked why it was closed and no one could tell me why.

New team of young people without training. We were charged for a large poutine even though I had asked for a medium one. Surpluses were charged for a modification to the trio without telling us how much more expensive it was. We were waiting for donuts. Finally we got them just before leaving. They had forgotten! The poutine and hamburgers were good and hot. The fridelles were cold but they changed them. But $40 for 2 trios is too expensive for a fast food restaurant. If I want to pay this price I will go to another restaurant. At least the team leader was understanding and we reached an agreement. The food is very good but the staff...the poutine looks like soup because there is so much sauce, I ask for a topped burger...no sauce, none. Not to mention that I already waited 20 minutes in front of the restaurant for my meal to be brought to me...I had to go in to realize that I had been forgotten. Seriously I like the expensive Harveys food but the service is pitiful.

I asked for a Buffalo chicken poutine I got a poutine with ranch and bacon sauce without bacon I waited in front of the employees to order no one answered me because they were talking among themselves and staring at each other only one employee seemed happy and nice I always have the same service when I go there very disappointed

The super manager Antoine told me that if I wasnt happy that I would have to go eat elsewhere because I told him that eating in front of customers during his shift was unprofessional and whats more he didnt have a hair net or vegetables and fruits. sauces! Really unprofessional, I couldnt go back!

I left without ordering anything. Avoid this Harveys, they dont honor the coupons they take the trouble to mail us!! They will go straight to the garbage next time.

One of the only restaurants where you would say that you are disturbing a party, you would really say a restaurant left to its own devices, loud music, questionable conversations, no net, plus I had to ask someone to tell me serve and disturbed their conversation, in short fled

Wed really say were disrupting the party. Loud music in the kitchen, the employees shout, the employees laugh at the customer in front of us who was English speaking. The burger and fries are tapped during service. Clearly no manager on site. We liked coming here before. Its finish.

I give 5 stars only for the party atmosphere that reigns behind in the kitchen! You enter and you feel that rigor is not one of the values.... neither is discipline... I know its not a military camp but when it bothers all the customers... its pitiful! According to me they had just had the campfires put out, because the dining room was full of smoke and it smelled of barbecue... as they say when the cat is not there the mice dance. One thing is certain, this place has changed... look at this nice portion of fries but also todays deal of a hot dog for $4.99.

Nov 13, 2023 at 5:49 p.m. Im having UberEats deliver 2 trio BH Angus. The delivery man comes to take my order I open the bag, surprised!!! There are just soft drinks I call the delivery guy back and he tells me to call UberEats I decided to call the restaurant to explain my problem... The girl told me that my burgers were still under the stove.. That I tell her that Im going to go get them... Once there she gives me the rest of my order and 2 cards for 2 free burgers from them!! With apologies... All this for $42.29 + tip for the delivery person, so that I can be the one to pick it up.. And yes again I was fooled by a service where it s just young students who place the orders. And again I have to give 1 star to publish my opinion!!!

On Thursday, November 16, 2023, I was picked up a meal for my family at Harveys restaurant. In addition to the numerous order errors and I had to return it twice. They left my order sitting on the counter for 25 minutes. My hamburger contained very long hairs and in the same bite I had almost ten in my mouth. Extremely disgusting feeling. Generally, the food received was extremely cold and of very questionable quality. Two of my three children just vomited after eating their meals. I dont believe that the internal temperatures and cooking met the standards. The soft drinks (pepsi and iced tea) tasted extremely strange and had a very strong off-taste. My partner and I werent even able to distinguish the drinks because the products were so questionable and strange; it was undrinkable. In one of my childrens poutine, the bacon was more than charred, which had the effect of tarnishing the entire meal by making it inedible. The kitchen was filled with young people who didnt seem to be able to run the restaurant. The only adult was wearing a shirt with very obvious sweat stains. I JUST FILE A COMPLAINT TO MAPAQ AND I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE WHO HAS HAD A LESS SIMILAR EXPERIENCE TO FILE A COMPLAINT.

The condiments are empty including the sauces (the 2 stations) I wait 10 min before receiving part of my meal, I still have my poutine.. 5 min pass my burger is still on my tray no poutine in sight except for the drive which comes out several times even if I had ordered well before. I tell the employee to check, stay there, its not what to do...3 min later I ask another employee to go get the manager, he apologizes, redoes my burger & prepares me my poutine. By the time I sat down to eat the person I was with had already almost finished their very ordinary meal. Lack of napkins in the dining room, it lacks a lot of love & discipline! On the other hand, the manager was correct

Made us wait for the order in front of the restaurant but took more than 15 minutes so ultimately we had to return to the drive-thru and the order was still not complete... 2 poutines to order, but only a fork in the bag and very cold burger
