What a great time we had. The service, the food (wow it was good), the atmosphere, everything was perfect! 8 people sit in the restaurant and it s full! Sitting at the same table as three other couples, we had a wonderful evening. Thank you to our hosts, Pierre-Olivier Pelletier and Cassandre Osterroth, your concept is brilliant and you carry it out masterfully. THANK YOU

Chefs Cassandre and PO are true artists passionate about their profession. Do not hesitate to walk through the door of this restaurant which is for me one of, if not the best in Quebec.

The most beautiful gourmet restaurant experience I had this summer. I have visited several renowned restaurants, attempting to briefly evaluate the quality of the products, the originality of the dishes, the quality of the service and the experience among several (notably Tanière3, Laurie Raphael, Le Clan, etc.), and Kebec Club Privé is in my opinion a 10/10 without a doubt. The dishes and the choice of wines go perfectly together and take us on a journey of initiation into Quebec food. The service is simply perfect, Pierre-Olivier and Cassandre always take the time to answer us and tell us the story of the ingredients. The unique experience of sharing a meal with strangers gives us a unique moment. What a pleasure!! Serious. Go there without thinking if you want to have an extraordinary food experience. We had the chance to celebrate our wedding with both owners. It was an extraordinary experience and we were able to see different attentions especially for us. Original concept: small restaurant with 12 seats (all at the same table!), we were served directly by the chefs. Nice atmosphere with small lounge on arrival. The price per person includes food, alcohol (wine or cocktail pairing!), service and taxes. We got what we paid for (and then some)! Glass always full, exquisite and original flavors, quality dishes in abundance, good company, nothing to complain about. They use mainly local products and promote them throughout the meal. We will return without hesitation!

An extraordinary gastronomic and sensory experience! From the aperitif to the digestive, we enjoyed ourselves. The cocktails, appetizers and dishes were all surprising, elaborate and exquisite, especially since the cooks were able to brilliantly accommodate our veganism. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the place, combined with the excellent service from Cassandre, Pierre-Olivier and Andreanne, made it a totally memorable evening!

A unique experience where we take the TIME to be with you, with complete intimacy and finesse. I had the chance to experience it, with their event on Quebec cheeses from the Charlevoix dairy. I was delighted and I cant wait to book my next time
