Restaurant Eldorado in Québec City

We went to lunch, everything was excellent. The food, good dishes at a very good price, its been a long time since weve had up-to-date service like this in a restaurant. I am very impressed, and I recommend it.

Very good, the poutine and pizzas are excellent, delivery service offered. The lunches are really good and the prices are standard too.

You should either adjust your posted opening hours or ask your employees to respect them because on several occasions we call for a delivery well before the indicated closing time (+\- 1 hour) and the employee tells us that they are closed!

I would like to understand why, when I call on Friday at 8:20 p.m., I am told that we are closed, even though the timetable indicates closing at 9 p.m. you are still not 15 minutes from closing... I order from you regularly, but this problem is starting to annoy me!

I asked table dhôte for a very rare filet mignon skewer, they are like a Slovak beef skewer which means 3 small pieces of beef with a small piece of green pepper while a real skewer is 4 large pieces filet mignon like asking rare between vegetables, sausages and really rare when asked I didnt eat it cooked hard I leave it as cooking boot to cook as well as my husband eating it general tahoo not good overcooked lasts too. No we are no longer interested and whats more its expensive $95.00 no no and its no Wheelchair accessibility: Impossible to eat inside, not suitable for wheelchairs. The toilet is suitable.

Their fries are amazing

We just moved to the neighborhood. We ordered a family poutine with Italian sauce, but we received a poutine with brown sauce. I called them back and they offered me a credit on my next order. Today I order the same thing and once again I get brown sauce poutine instead of Italian. I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant. Clearly a lack of management and organization. I feel bad for the poor employees who potentially have to work without property structures defined by their employer. I very strongly encourage this entrepreneur to review his order taking system.

Ordered via Uber Eats, its one of the rare pizzas Ive eaten that didnt taste like it was frozen with a sauce that was too strong for my taste. The crust was light, puffy, smelled like bread! The toppings were generous with a sauce that tasted like pizza, generously with tomatoes. The cheese was generous, without being excessive, with a perfectly mild taste and above all a mozzarella flavor!!! Really very good pizza!! (Ive really been disappointed by wood-fired pizzerias.....but not in this case...

Great 1/2 club sandwich, the fries are tasty! The service is very welcoming and family-friendly. At $13 it s much cheaper than almost anywhere! You have to go out and compare before judging prices!

Super good, clean and super nice staff on the other hand, a club sandwich with a liqueur with 15% tip for a total amount of $28 I find that excessive, from my 3 stars!

The poutines ordered were good. But since the order was for takeaway it was a little sad not to discover any forks in it and only 2 napkins out of 5 portions after having traveled 30km. I guess it was just an oversight so its more for the restaurant.

I requested a delivery, things were missing from my order! When I called back he told me that the delivery man couldnt come back right away! A little disappointing chicken popcorn for children it had 3-4 pieces no sauce .

I ordered poutine! Its been 1:30 that I wait for my delivery and Im told that the delivery guy is on his way! I live two minutes from the restaurant and Ive still been waiting for 20 minutes!! So 1:50 and still nothing!! Never happened with the previous owners!!

First visit after hearing about it on Facebook we decided to try it. Absolutely delicious. The Eldorado pizza with tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, super garnished plus crispy bacon, WoW that s pizza! French onions and crispy fries just the way I like them. The waitress is super friendly, the prices are good. To do again. Parking: Lots of space.

Food is really wow! Fresh, tasty and not expensive. The only drawback was the menu only in French. However, WiFi and super nice staff. Recommended!

I love their General Tao...but the plate is too small, I would be willing to pay a little more because I was left with my appetite but everything else is perfect!

Thursday March 24, I wanted to eat there at 1:30 p.m. I ordered but at 2:20 p.m. the order had not yet arrived despite several requests, I wanted to cancel my order and leave but the server refused because my order was ready. He didnt seem to understand that my pregnant partner had gotten into the car to find something to eat given the time. Very disappointed with their attitude.

We were passing through Quebec and our hotel was full for meals so we were referred to you and great service and pleasantly surprised by the delivery service for the pizza, the spring roll starter and the poutine everything was usually very very hot compared to many restaurants you always have to put them back in the oven. Really 10/10!

I have often been to this restaurant, it has always been very good even with the new owner but this evening I had dinner I took the menu of the day which included starter, meal and dessert but honestly I was very disappointed this evening with the soup was not good the pasta was really overcooked in puree the lasagna the sauce tasted like catelli sauce in a can and I didnt even dare to taste the dessert so much that I was disappointed and all that for $23 wow elaine Im bored of your food it was so good

I ordered two large Caesar salads to go and a cheeseburger I specifically asked for lettuce and tomato when I got home I found out the Caesar salad was micro small I paid $10.50 per container , for a cup of lettuce! The cheeseburger was about the same size you would get at McDonalds and had no lettuce and tomato tasted bad Why do they put a delicious looking photo on their website, they should take a photo of what they are actually using to represent themselves. I ordered two large Caesar salad s and a cheeseburger specifically asked for lettuce and tomato like the picture on their website. I paid $10.50 each for a cup of lettuce, total of $21 for what you see in the photo. The cheeseburger had no lettuce or tomato and was about as good as anything at McDonald s. Why don t they just put this picture of what they really serve on their website?

Very nice restaurant located 15 minutes from the city center! A warm and friendly atmosphere. We feel all the love and the little touches are there for the customers. General TAO Chicken is one of my favorite dishes among many other delicious ones. Its affordable, the quality and freshness of the food are there! Plus, if you dont feel like cooking, they offer prepared food service, a treat! The whole team is attentive and very friendly. A winning formula.

Eldorado, the restaurant that invited us only at first glance. An absolutely complete menu for all types of people and very welcoming upon entry. Fast service and an inevitably warm atmosphere with enough room for several people and a balanced space to enjoy their delicious dishes. The service was very fast, almost reading our minds; not to mention the taste that made us finish our meals and want to come back. It was this experience that convinced us that we would have to come back to Quebec, nothing to complain about.
