We stay in the hotel and decided to have dinner here at hotel restaurant. We had vegetable soup, crispy fondue, fish tacos, salmon filet, duck salad, galette de risotto. All were very stale and tasteless. Duck on salad was the worst. Only Fondue would get 4 star and thats it. Salmon was ok but you dont need much of a skill to make salmon on the grill anyway. Vegetable soup was OK.

Beautiful restaurant on a golf course and hotel property. Food was delicious, atmosphere was calm and elevated. Service was wonderful.

We will return there on our next visit to Quebec.

Nice place. Good food. I dont understand because there is almost no one there every time I go there. Perhaps because its further from the city and table dhôte, youre entitled to just one of the desserts.

Place offers as on Antidote Mobile without any restriction as to the validity on public holidays or other restrictions except not valid on additional promotion, but the latter still refuse to honor their commitment as mentioned and described by the latter in their offer for their Easter brunch, it seems to me that $100 whether it is spent at this brunch or at any other time I do not see the difference. They realize their mistake and mention that this will be corrected for next time. For my part I was reimbursed and there will be no next time, because in my opinion we must assume these errors and as a customer with good customer service we absolutely should have complied with my request. Good luck for the rest of your operations of this restaurant whose promotional offers can be found on many sites, this must reveal a certain lack of loyal customers.

Very nice discovery. Excellent and affordable cuisine given the quality of the dishes (faith of a French person who loves to eat ). We ate there every night of our stay. Impeccable staff and service, very welcoming! I recommend 200%! We will definitely come back during our next stay in Quebec! Was there for lunch w lunch menu option only. Salmon was a bit overdone for me but well seasoned. Plate came with 5, yes five, delicious kinds of vegetables. A wonderful surprise! Steak frites was cooked as requested -could have used one veggie. Generous kid menu e a drink and dessert. Attentive service Upper dining room has view on the street which was nice.

Really disappointing, we were a group with a package, we have been coming to this hotel for 5 years, but the service was really terrible, not even being offered the wine list at dinner, having to go see the waiter with his cup to get coffee .. Being yelled at to go sit down..

For Easter brunch, making us wait more than 30 minutes because they require payment before we can take our seats was unacceptable.

I can not stress how special this restaurant is. Mr. Bianco, the manager, and his staff make a wonderful job in welcoming us. We had breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner. Every meal was made to order and delicious. The salmon, the soups, the linguine, the salad, and beef dishes, just to name a few. Every single dish was cooked to perfection, and some of the items melted in your mouth. If you have room for desert, try the maple pudding (bit sweet but with a perfect bite of pudding and ice cream) is delicious. Ask for an outside table for the views of the golf course and that perfect breeze. Parking: In front, on the side and on the back. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

Phew, found a 4 course coupon for $89 for 2, I love discovering restaurants so super happy. Finding the restaurant is not very well indicated when you enter through the hotel, so 2-3 minutes of searching in the basement, but otherwise the place is good, we are all placed in the same area even if there is almost no one there but ok its normal for the service its easier. Great waitress, even if its her first number shes doing VERY WELL. We had already chosen so the order was done quickly. The cocktail and glass of wine is served quickly and the starter doesnt take 10 minutes and we start eating. Duck salad and fine Quebec cheese fondue, DELICIOUS We continue with the soup of the moment which is a vegetable soup, super good for a vegetable soup and we receive the soups once again quite quickly. The main course a little longer but acceptable we took the 6oz steak, for my part rare, almost blue (I specified well) for my partner medium rare. We were treated to two pieces of cooked meat but really when I say cooked it means that we dont see any blood because the meat is so cooked. So we ask the waitress if it s normal for this piece of meat. From her expression and intonation not at all... so she recommends 2 real, very rare steaks, while we eat the rest of the plate which was delicious. So we had time to finish the accompaniments, have our empty plate picked up (with the charcoal of steak) she asks us if we want a refeel of cocktail and wine, so I say yes for the glass of wine, because a steak eat this with a glass of wine we waited 30 minutes more to have a steak with fries (no asking) which was once again burnt on the outside and gray on the inside so the waitress came and asked us how it was done is and once again she apologizes and informs us that she is going to do it again well no thank you we will have dessert and the bill will be fine, we are a little tired SO after not eating steak, and ordering dessert, we had to wait another 30 minutes to have dessert, a chocolate lava for my partner and a crème brûlée for me! We received a chocolate lava and a pudding chômeur????? Well, sure that its not a crème brûlée, the waitress is really sorry and informs me that she will bring it back to me right away... 15 minutes later I finally received my crème brûlée. The deserts are nothing to say, super good when you receive THE desert you order. Finally the bill arrives (because yes we order it at the same time as the desserts) and what surprised me the most is that I was charged for 2 glasses of wine and 1 cocktail, you will say but you have exactly order that, YES I KNOW, but I didnt eat steak and my dinner took me 2.5 hours. Im really surprised to have had nothing to make up for their mistake. SO my moral is that: Very good restaurant, but dont eat steak or red meat and NO thank you I would not eat there again for the $150 it cost me, I prefer Barbies or Bâton rouge for the same price, but in 1h15 I am exit and more space

I found it a shame that when I made my reservation, the receptionist did not inform me that the breakfasts are only a buffet and that at 10:00 a.m. the little potatoes of the said buffet were almost dehydrated.... ..

Beautiful dining room. Smiling and pleasant staff. The brunch lunch is very ordinary and very expensive.

We went to eat as a couple on a Thursday evening. The restaurant was almost empty. The starter and dessert were good, nothing more. As for me, I had a bland and tasteless poke bowl with frozen green peas rather only ededames. I didnt eat and the waitress said she would comment but I wasnt offered anything else. Honestly for the price, go eat elsewhere!

What could have turned out to be a catastrophic evening, ultimately turned out to be a beautiful evening, thanks to the professionalism of Guillaume and Marie-Josée. Blatant lack of supervision and staff, but the dedication of the staff allowed us to have a very pleasant evening. Food quality excellent, well done to all the staff there that evening, but take care of them, they are worth their weight in gold.

This is a decent place to eat. Though if I were to come back then, I wouldnt eat here but eat out. Edit: they dont have servers that fully understand English so they will naturally mess up your order. They serve breakfast after 45 minutes of ordering. Their breakfast menu is slightly below average

Best value and quality of food. Service was also beyond and above. First time had a salad taste like wine. I love it. Salmon smells like stink oyster. This fish was definitely from the ocean not a little pond. Outside of salmon was burned crunchy, as a camp fire cooked it. Little bitter taste brought back lots of camping memories. Inside of fish tasted like a fatty salmon just out of sea. Its supper. the eggs are interesting too. fully cooked yoke was not dry at all. It easily spread out on the tongue and smoothly flow down the throat. $17.09 only. i dont know any medium range of restraunt in the US can beat it. soup and little bread was also surprise. I love it.

Delicious food at reasonable prices located at the doubletree Hilton resort. Service fairly good, decor is a bit dated but the food makes both of these acceptable. Best hotel food around, you wont be disappointed.

A little improvised passage to eat a dessert and drink a coffee. The crème brûlée was excellent and so was the Brazilian coffee.

Extra seafood

Very disappointed with the whole experience. They dont follow the covid protocol at all. They flip over the table cloth for next guest no sanitizer used at all. The server didnt open by to fill the water glass when it was empty. Food was just ok.

Good little friendly restaurant in the hotel directly opposite the golf course. The dishes were very good, especially those containing homemade bacon! Very pleasant service despite the health measures and the pandemic, therefore recommended for someone who does not want to leave the hotel.

Very good restaurant. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel because the atmosphere was so good. Our server, Felix I think, was excellent! The food was good.

Dinner on the terrace after golf. Two groups had finished. The waiter acted as if he didnt see us. He took the time to chat with the other group while we waited at least 15 minutes before he deigned to come see us. Quite ordinary!

Very nice place for dinner. We had the Asian stir fry and lobster risotto. Both were excellent. Breakfast buffet just ok.could have a couple of other egg options beside scrambled.

My first visit to this restaurant, we were with friends. Good service and large selection of wine. I had the scallop ceviche as a starter followed by the lamb chop with vegetables and potatoes and pea puree. All excellent condition. Good choice. A restaurant to recommend for my part.

Very average restaurant, menu lacking diversity I went there on a Monday I took the panko brie starter accompanied by a salad, the brie was not even melted and cold which was very bad and whats more the salad was so acidic that it was only this acidity that we had in our mouths and the main course the veal was very good but all the accompaniments on the plate were not edible all simply the celery root puree was cold downright cold, the root vegetables were charred and cold and the gnocchi were bland, dry and without any taste and I seriously thought that a hotel restaurant was capable of making its own gnocchi but hey the service was excellent on the other hand but seriously unless I had a bad luck, this restaurant is not impressive at all.
