Wow! What a great discovery! Great service and quality-price! Truly a wow menu to treat yourself to! Octopus carpaccio and striped bass as a starter and grilled octopus with flank steak as a meal, it was impeccable. The super original idea of edt domes!

An unforgettable experience. The meals are amazing and well balanced. The experience in the bubble made the difference the atmosphere was unmatched! I would like to make a special mention of the service received from Gabriel. Without you as a server our evening would not have been so memorable, I dont have the words to describe your service so I will simply say that you were excellent and thank you!

Everything is very good but very expensive. No wine by the glass under $12. The cozy atmosphere of old Quebec enhances everything.

We loved our experience at Ophelia. Outstanding service from our server William. All the dishes tried were original and full of flavor. I liked the idea of mixing land and sea, in a charcuterie platter as a starter. You also have to try their octopus! One of the best Ive eaten!! Prices are decent for the quality of food. We will certainly come back during our next stay in Quebec.

Great experience! The ambiance, the service and the food, everything was perfect. Really a nice place for fish and seafood lovers. The menu is rather limited for meat lovers, but everything was delicious. All in all, the restaurant is expensive but the quality is really there! Perfect for special occasions Vegetarian options: Only one option on the menu: mushroom pasta. Parking: You must park in the nearby paid parking lots. Kid-friendliness: No childrens menu. I dont recommend bringing a child there... Wheelchair accessibility: You have to climb stairs to reach the restaurant.

We were there to celebrate our 23 anniversary. The Directeur Dominque was amazing! He made our anniversary very special by bringing us a dessert and celebratory drink . He always checked in on us to make sure the service and food was good. The food was absolutely delicious and the directeur is an asset to Ophelia. Ty so very much , we will be back :)

First time at the Ophelia and it wont be the last. Warm welcome, excellent service from our server Gabriel, perfect atmosphere. There were 6 of us, we all chose different dishes and everything was delicious. Surely the best restaurant in Quebec, already looking forward to going back.

Always a perfect experience

We went on October 9, 2024 for my brothers birthday. We bought 2 Tuango coupons. We realized it was a bad idea. Very ordinary service. We had to ask for explanations on the menu otherwise nothing. I felt judgment throughout the evening. Nothing to mark my brothers birthday while a neighboring table was treated to a cupcake with fireworks. The waiter chatted for very long minutes with the table next to him like a tourist guide. I had it on my shoulder throughout my main course. In short, I certainly wont go back. Tuango to rethink .

I stood outside, hesitant to go in since the sign said they were closed from 2-5 and it was 1:40 pm. I didn t want to be that person . Jacob, one of the servers, was out on the patio and greeted me cheerfully and told me to go on in. I did, and everyone was very welcoming even at that time. Food was delish, service was attentive, and I didn t feel rushed at all. Great experience overall.

Food was great, just a bit surprise by the type of service we had ! to be honest , We were probably expecting to much ! Ive sent some concerns about the wine without getting any recommendation from the sommelier / server ! Our customer experience based on a minimum of expectation, has been a bit disappointing. The server disappeared suddenly at the end of the service to be replaced by another server who made us pay the final bill. We never had, at least salutation of our initial server which would have been greatly appreciated to close the loop.

We ate very well, we had the tasting menu. I highly recommend the burrata and lobster pasta. Once again a big thank you to Annabelle and her colleagues for the impeccable service!

Very nice experience at the Ophelia restaurant. There is a choice on the menu, both from the sea and from the land. The prices are quite expensive but the quality is there, the service and the atmosphere as well. The restaurant is very classy and the servers are pleasant. We had a chowder starter to share, it was excellent but the quantity was quite small. Then, the mussels and fries and the halibut with scallops which were both succulent. The menu does not display any extras (fries, grilled vegetables and side dishes, etc.) but you may have to ask if desired. THANKS!

Le service est absolument impeccable. salle bruyante. pour ce qui est de la nourriture , cest assez simple (comme dans tous les steakhouses) la viande nétait pas mauvaise et les légumes bien cuits. Mais globalement les prix sont tres élevés pour la nourriture proposée qui reste simple, basique mais sans défaut.

My friend loves this place, it was my first visit, I have a lot of experience in catering, cooking, service, I consider myself an epicurean through my work experience but above all a professional by training. I wanted to try your starter of cold meats, pâtés, etc. 4 fairly thick slices of cold meats, a mini piece of pâté, 2 small pickles, 4 walnuts, sliced cauliflower, carrots and 4 pieces of fairly thickly cut slices of salamis certainly not Italian with as a surprise gift the piece of red rope which d I usually hang the famous dry salami from the ceiling. We came just for the entrance. 2 aperitifs 2 glasses of red wine which were ok. All for a nice price above any good restaurant where I have worked... I will think about it several times before returning to taste you. Looking forward to rediscovering you in a better light with my friend who loves your restaurant...and is a regular customer. I was not convinced, Mr. Monti.

best restaurant in Quebec :)

We were excited to try Ophelia s and pleased with their menu. Sadly it was a mixed dining experience. My salmon was delicious! My husband had the Shrimp plate. The shrimp were just not tasty even when I tried it. The staff immediately got him a new plate. Again the shrimp were just not that good. We are from Florida and eat a lot of shrimp and these were just not tasty. The waiter was VERY accommodating offering other dish and/or complimentary dessert.

Better late than never! Visited Quebec in July 2024 and went to Ophelias for an early dinner. We requested outdoor seating and were seated right away. We were immediately greeted by our server Vicky. She was amazing! She was extremely pop pleasant and polite with a great personality. Provided excellent recommendations when we asked her. Was observant as we needed water or additional beverages. There was a shift change during our dining and our replacing server was Gabriel, who was equally pleasant. They both continued to check in with us as we finished our dining. Oh yes, dont let me forget to add that the food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The ambiance with the perfect weather, added to the 5 star review! Heading back there soon and looking forward to another amazing dining experience! Thank you Ophelia for hiring quality employees!

Fried cauliflower starter not fried, exorbitant price and I got food poisoning...

The food was alright. We had the seafood platter for 2, some foie gras, scallops crudo, a lobster pasta, a ribeye and some drinks. The bill came to $300 and change, which was pretty cheap in comparison to what we would have paid in Toronto for the same meal. However the food was pretty average, the steak got cold super fast, like 6 bites in. Their bearnaise sauce was pretty good. The highlight of this place was in their architecture. We sat upstairs and had a good view of the entire place. The way this place was designed is truly amazing. The way they were able to utilize the space to maximize occupancy while maintaining comfortable walking space for both the staff and the customers. You have to see it to believe it. The place is filled with stairs and steps, so the owners were probably dealt a really bad hand going into this, with uneven spacing throughout. But they managed to make it work and its truly a piece of art. Despite the food being pretty mid. This was the best meal we had in old Quebec City.

Plate for $150 and it takes more than 1.5 hours to receive it... No more wine, no more water on the table. No one comes to see us. Very disappointing experience

What an extraordinary discovery. I know, its me whos late, the Ophélia is already well established but what do you expect, it was my very first visit to this gustatory Eden. What a joy for an epicurean of my caliber to discover this exceptional place of delight. A warm welcome, outstanding service, sublime decor and food.... No, but when I say: food Im not talking about your aunt Alices apple pie or the velveeta macaroni from your brother-in-law Roger. No no no!!! We are talking here about a quality of food to be thrown into the arms of the first stranger who came to testify to the whole world all the happiness felt during the long-awaited absorption of the octopus or during the enjoyable tasting of the glorious pork belly which accompanied. And the halibut..... wait a little.... the halibut is not just a fish, it can also be the divine expression of the spectacular creativity of a chef that, without knowing him, I I love passionately. Hold ??? I feel like adopting this mythical and legendary being, like the proud minautore who watches over his labyrinth. Theres also Paris Brest...... a dessert like that should be banned, we could commit heinous crimes for a dessert like that, if it costs a kidney to have a dessert like that, I provide the tools to collect it and I do this without anesthesia. Ive heard about this restaurant for a long time. So I went there this evening. I knew it was a high-end restaurant so I had planned my budget accordingly ;-) I first had the seafood plate as a starter. Then, as a main course, the New York strip steak with grilled octopus, pan-fried asparagus and trilogy of sauces. Very nice presentation. Perfect cooking. Very present flavors. Courteous service, polite, but at the same time very friendly. And the times are more than reasonable between services.

Was fun sitting at the bar and eating! You can see everything and yet you sit on very comfortable chairs. The calamari were crispy and nicely seasoned, along with lime mayonnaise. Lobster was juicy and nicely seasoned butter together with seasonal vegetables at the end of June... Brussels sprouts... a strange combination for us Europeans but we still had a delicious meal! Reservations recommended

We didnt get our cocktails after waiting 15 minutes, and they charged us $8 for a bottle of water while we waited. Absolutely rotten.

The experience was unpleasant. When we arrived the waiter was not very friendly. I ordered a medium rare filet mignon and it arrived medium well done. I mentioned to the waiter that it was not properly cooked and he said to me: well what is that first? He brought back my plate but also that of my partner whose steak was cooked correctly. He came back to see us saying that the chef had done the cooking correctly and that he was going to serve me a rare steak. When the plates returned, my steak was still not cooked correctly (blue). For the price we paid we expected much better. This gives a poor idea of the people the restaurant hires. We still paid for the steak even with the poor cooking and nothing was done to remedy the situation.

I gave 5 stars on my first visit in June 2024. So I decided to relive the great experience but total disappointment! The buff had nothing to do with the first time, nor the service. I think they take their good reputation for granted. I bitterly regret spending $300 there.

We went to meet friends after the Post Malone show. First of all, the waitress wasnt even able to crack a simple smile. Afterwards, she dropped everything on me with the glasses behind her back. Things that happen that are absolutely forgivable. On the other hand, after the incident, she never came to apologize and came to see us again as if nothing had happened. I wasnt even allowed a small napkin to wipe my chair and my back. Very ordinary service. During the FEQ, it can be very tiring to work, but a little sorry doesnt take much energy.

Excellent restaurant and very welcoming and helpful staff. The meal on the terrace is really good in terms of atmosphere with the decor of the Grande Allée in the background. The meal is very well...focused on the Terre Mer concept...the meals are sophisticated and excellent. The burrata starter and grilled salmon were excellent. I highly recommend this place but you have to appreciate the seafood style to really experience their specialties. The prices are reasonable.

The service from A to Z was simply perfection. The teamwork, the professionalism, the good humor of all the staff and the fluidity of the service was impeccable. The waiter came to make sure we were missing something often without rushing us. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly. We tasted the sea platter as well as the hot oysters as a starter and it was tasty. The rib-eye steak as a main course is worth trying with a medium cooking that our server suggested. Very very nice generous and well balanced portion. The octopus plate in combination with pork belly is an extraordinary combination with explosions of flavors. The pork belly was well seared without being dry. The octopus accompanied with the plate was very tender and tasty. Really pleasant experience :) thanks to the team!

Great customer experience! A work team of several people who function as a single machine of kindness, courtesy that sees everything. We were lucky enough to be seated on the mezzanine with a view of LACTION open kitchen, quality quality quality! Beautiful products, from the master fishmonger (top oysters and explanations, without counting on the sequence of tasting them..wow! To see all these beautiful people in harmony without counting on the quality of the products..lovers of lobsters, know that they are chosen at the perfect weight. We were celebrating a birthday but had not mentioned it, my little mother and I were treated to a memorable digestive cocktail by the maître dhôtel, later the finalized bill. appreciated customer experience...the site told us a table was available at 9 p.m....by calling, at 7:30 p.m. we were seated comfortably with an extra choice. To all fans, its a most brilliant discovery and the. amateur in you will not be disappointed Go there and enjoy everything that this beautiful gang likes to share!!!

We went to quebec with my boyfriend for a weekend trip and had dinner at ofelia s. The service was super and the place were amazing! We ordered just a mix of lobster, with shrimps, pork and new york style steak. It s so mouthwatering! The sauce is so good too! The price is quite expensive but it was reasonable for the price. We want to come back again soon.

I would have loved to give it 5 stars. I had such a great dining experience and amazing service a few years ago. Unfortunately this was not the case this time. Im going to agree with many, its definitely too expensive for the quality of the food. Its good but nothing more. Unfortunately, I had to return a piece of meat that didnt cut or chew at all. I dont think it was the cooking but rather a bad part. I dont know that much about it, but my god I eat meat and I love it. At this price, I had to inform the staff. The manager (in my opinion) responded very well to me. He apologized and didnt try to convince me I was wrong. He didnt charge me for the piece of meat. The waitress didnt like it. So much so that I no longer had the right to his service afterward. She turned her back to me to serve the person who accompanied me. I cant believe such service from such a reputable restaurant. It bothered me, really. I didnt pay for my piece of meat out of principle but I gave an excellent tip (still!). I also informed the manager of the waitresss attitude. I must say that the atmosphere was really excellent (except when I felt too much with the attitude of the waitress!) and that my companion really appreciated it. Manager, you saved the honor of the restaurant.

Im returning it for sure

We were there 3 years ago and were disappointed. But we are VERY happy to have given it a second chance. Everything we ate was great! The octopus even beat that of Portus in Montreal. The blood sausage and scallops and the pork belly melted in your mouth. Very attentive service and we feel that the team is well supervised, hats off!!! For the atmosphere, there is a lack of background music and the lights are too bright. We hear the conversations of everyone around. The decor is truly SUPERB. We will return without hesitation to the terrace this summer

Always great service when I go there. Its one of my favorite restaurants in Quebec. For seafood lovers, but also for their vegetarian dish. My boyfriend always has this dish and he is always satisfied. THANKS! Vegetarian options: Yes, the vegetarian dish is delicious!

We went to Ophelias for dinner following the recommendation of our friends and family. We loved the quality of our plates but we would have liked to have more taste in our dishes. Our starters were very good and main meals decent for the price they were. As starters we had the hot oysters which were delicious and tasty and the burrata which would be worth repeating on a future visit. As a main course we took the wagyu ribeye accompanied by grilled octopus cooked to perfection and we took the low tide, there were 3 shrimps, 4 crab legs, 6 oysters, 6 smoked mussels and half a lobster whose tail was overcooked. I thank Jason and the entire team for their professional service.

An excellent dinner and very good service

Quiet evening due to the storm, the service was attentive and the dishes well executed. The flavors are sought after and original. We enjoyed the dining experience. Parking: Free Indigo parking at the Château Laurier hotel for 2 hours.

The staff provided perfect service twice in a row. And that even though we are critical of the steak MEGA. The lobster was also absolutely perfect. Everything to the point. Quality was top. Gladly again.

We ate here by chance during the Easter weekend. We were lucky enough to eat in a dome. The food is excellent! The land and sea mixtures are well worked and we enjoyed it. Octopus with pork is a very good combination. The experience in a dome is very nice. The only downside is the music played in the speaker at the top of the dome. The music is very appropriate but too loud. We asked but the sound cannot be lowered without lowering both the restaurant room and the other domes. Good service. We will come back.

My favorite restaurant everytime I visit Quebec city.

Very pleasant dome for privacy on the other hand, the temperature must always be adjusted whether it is too hot or too cold, we spent the evening playing with the heating. The food was excellent however, 1/3 of our oysters were not fresh and tasted like old fish. We were told sorry. Otherwise, the rest was really delicious. Fortunately, because the service left something to be desired (didnt seem to want to serve us at all, slow service, no smile or even good manners when leaving we had to go and pay inside so much it was long and our glasses had been empty for a long time) and with such a high bill we wont be going back.

A must-visit restaurant in Quebec when you want to treat yourself to seafood and shellfish. However, you have to loosen your purse strings because prices are high for both food and alcohol. But its well worth it and I recommend it without any hesitation!

Its important to recognize excellence when it presents itself: Our waitress Laurie blew us away with her outstanding service. The quality of his welcome and his expertise were more than memorable. We came to celebrate our anniversary and she was a great addition to this important evening for us. As for cooking. I highly recommend the land and sea plate. We booked me and my wife in the dome, excellent service from Gabriel, the best!!!! Nothing to say!!! A1 food... for those who complain about cold lobster, FYI its best eaten cold ...the oysters were excellent!!!! We are going to come back next winter, we would love an evening with the snow melting on the edge of the dome, it would be very romantic!! Damn great experience!!!!

Picturesque stone decor, cozy atmosphere, attentive staff. We pay for the place, the food is very good. Not enough for the asking price though. Neither the taste nor the presentation justifies the price. So, we pay for the spot. Don t get me wrong, I have no problem paying the price of an excellent meal in a restaurant, I have one when the flavors aren t there. This is not a place I would return to.

Very good meal, a very professional and respectful server. An atmosphere and atmosphere spoiled my evening because the manager of this evening is very disrespectful, Dominique comes to tell me in the presence of other customers that I made him lose $1000 on my table because there are a few friends invited to my table who were late compared to the time we reserved. I approached him at the end to point out that his approach to customers is inappropriate and disrespectful, we had more than 15 minutes of discussions without him (Dominique) recognizing the meaning of knowing how to live in society by having good communication, and knowing that customers can have a valid reason to arrive late and come and have a good time at the restaurant without being upset by the disrespectful behavior of a manager in a good restaurant referred by a very good friend.

Delicious meal in an ideal atmosphere. Excellent opportunity to taste octopus and be pleasantly surprised! Impeccable and courteous service. Great choice of cocktails and quality alcohol. The octopus is a must-try and entirely satisfying.

We at at Ophelia during the 2nd week of December, which was our 1st visit to Quebec City. We were there for the Christmas markets but our dinner here was definitely one of the highlighta of our trip. We booked one of the outside tables in the igloos (not sure what they are called) and has an amazing experience. We were at the very end in the front and had gorgeous views, we literally felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. There was snow all around us, the building across the street was lit up beautifully with Christmas lights as were most of the other buildings and houses on this street. We were very warm, but had we gotten a chill there were blankets on the back of the chairs for us to use if needed. The food was suburb. We ordered a New York strip and a ribeye and they both were cooked to perfection. Had amazing flavor and were so tender, We didnt even need a steak knife. There are 3 or 4 different sauces you can order to go with your steak. We decided to order them all to try. We typically dont like sauces on our steaks but these were highly recommend so we trip them all. They were great and we used them for our sides but the steaks were to delicious on their own and didnt need a sauce. The drinks were also amazing, we had a cosmopolitan and a Manhattan and they both were great but the cosmopolitan was without a doubt the best weve ever had. The service was outstanding, our waiter was not only kind but extremely funny and also gave us some good tips on things to do and see in the area. We were there on a Saturday night, so it was extremely crowded but you couldnt tell since we were setting outside and the service was very fast considering how crowded it was. We loved that the menus had French on one side and English on the other. The desserts were also amazing. We didnt have one complaint whatsoever about the entire night at Ophelia. It was definitely one of the best dinners weve ever had and by far the most amazing atmosphere, getting to sit outside in the igloo. We had made reservations about two or three months ahead of time, I highly recommend making reservations as soon as possible If you want to eat outside in one of the igloos. FYI, if you have trouble walking or cant easily bend over, You may not want to book the igloo. You have to bend down to get in the door, its not super tiny, my 63 husband was able to bend down and get in with no problems, but I could see it being difficult if you cant bend well or have any mobility issues. On our next trip to QC We will definitely be making reservations at Ophelia again.

The setting is nice. What I liked most was the dish I ate: BRAISED VEAL JOY. I highly recommend it, go and taste this menu, it s adorable, this meal is a wonderful discovery.

The place and service is really nice, the bathrooms not so. However, I think for the food prices you might expect little bit more.

Although the atmosphere was pleasant, we were disappointed with the quality of the food and its value for money. We ordered 12 oysters, but were shocked to find that two of them were empty. We continued with the octopus carpaccio, which was not fresh at all and severely lacking in seasoning. We thought we would make up for the main course with the salmon, but we were disappointed by its cooking; it was overcooked and dry. The vegetables supposed to accompany the salmon were non-existent; only a few beetroot cubes lay on the plate. However, the scallop that we ordered as an extra was the best I have ever eaten in my life (and this is a Gaspé resident who says so!). All in all, for what we got, the cost was excessively high; we were ready to pay a lot for this place that we have heard so much about and recommended. It was a disappointment, except for the famous scallop and our waitress Laurie who was very pleasant and who offered to change our salmon (which we refused).

Thank you to all the Ophélia bistro team, we loved our bubble atmosphere. Presentation, taste, service with Tristan D was remarkable.

The restaurant is great, beautiful and warm. The food is delicious, we were not disappointed. Our waitress was very attentive and gave good advice. Great experience! Dietary restrictions: I have allergies to seafood AND fish and they were very careful and adapted the dishes accordingly. Parking: Allow several minutes in advance to find parking and get there. Especially during events. They offer two free hours in one of the indigo parking lots.

The gluttonous sin of the carnival was excellent; foie gras with torchon, scallops, sweetbread puff pastry, asparagus. Pumpkin puree, port sauce. I added black pudding, apples and coleslaw, divine. My partner had the veal cheek, sublime. All in the atmosphere of a very well heated dome, on the terrace.

The food and service are excellent. However, I suggest you not take a table on the mezzanine, its too dark, you cant see the contents of the plates clearly.

First time at the Ophélia restaurant. A beautiful, unique and gastronomic experience to live. What could be better than enjoying a good meal by candlelight in a heated dome with a comfort blanket. From the moment we were welcomed, we were treated with great care. Our server (Gabriel) was incredibly kind and professional. With his humor, he was able to advise us well. We trusted him with the choice of the menu and were not disappointed. It s the best veal rice I ve ever eaten and what can I say about the scallops and foie gras. Wow! It melted in your mouth. Everything was good, hot and the service was impeccable. I recommend this restaurant!

I greatly enjoyed the experience. My dish and that of my partner were excellent. A little long service, but probably due to the fresh ingredients and the preparation of the day. We had dinner under the dome last night and it was an excellent experience. Tristans service was just perfect. He allowed us to take our time to choose our meal, chat and enjoy the terrace. The meal was also very good. We ate hot oysters, octopus carpaccio as a starter and main meal, blood sausage and scallops (cooked to perfection) and lobster pasta. Good choice of mocktails that dont look like a glass of juice I recommend trying at least once

The super delicious dishes, the perfect service and the dome have a special ambiance. The dessert was not as good as the other dishes.

I booked a dome with my boyfriend for Valentines Day and everything was perfect. The food 10/10 I have rarely eaten salmon this good. The atmosphere was perfect: it was romantic, intimate and we felt at home. The waitress was really nice, she knows how to adapt to the type of clientele and adopted our more relaxed style. I really appreciated her and she made our experience even better. The food arrived quickly even though the restaurant was full. The only negative point in my eyes is that there is only one option for vegetarians, but with a land and sea restaurant that is to be expected. However, the option was very well indicated and easily located on the menu. I highly recommend.

Impeccable service and great team, thank you for the welcome! I am very satisfied with the wine advice and we brought a celebratory dessert with candle to my parents even though we had only mentioned it at the entrance. We benefited from lots of nice touches from the staff, just for that and the heated terrace its worth it. So we go there for the service and to go out on the main aisle, and less for the menu for my part. The products (seafood and cuts of meat) are of quality but note that it is not impressive in terms of technique and originality, the efforts are put elsewhere.

Exceptional restaurant with an amazing ambiance where every detail is carefully taken care of. The food is outstanding and matched with an impeccable and professional service.

If you want to eat at this restaurant, you should expect to pay a minimum tip of 15% of the bill amount; otherwise, you will be asked questions: if you are dissatisfied with the service or if you are a foreigner who does not I dont understand how tipping works in Quebec! I left the restaurant insulted. The manager made me understand that if you are satisfied with the service, you absolutely must pay the 15% tip on the bill. Never in my life has a waiter made a comment to me about the tip I give!

We spent New Years Eve here. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is also very attentive and friendly. Thanks Jason! The ambience is fancy and yet very cozy. A very nice and pleasant atmosphere with very, very tasty food. Definitely 5 stars !! Thanks for the lovely evening!

We had dinner, inside. Couldnt get a spot in the spheres outside. Nice ambiente, relaxed and friendly service. Interesting dishes, well executed. Snails in puff pastry, oystern ( cant get any better ), roasted octopus with crispy pork belly, blood pudding with scallops ( my favorite ), strawberry sorbet ( a bit on the sweet side ). I would go back any time. Reservations highly recommended.

The lobster was delicious

We discovered this place, walking through the neighbourhood on New Years Eve. My wife thought the idea of the pods, where you can dine outside in the winter looked cool, so we thought we would try it. We phoned for a reservation on new years day. Because of the popularity, the only time we could get a pod was at 4 p.m. but that worked fine for us. Long story short... It was an amazing experience. Being in the pod, watching the snow fall was very cool, the food was delicious BUT the hilight of the evening was the service. We were fortunate enough to have Gabriel as our server. My wife and I dine out quite a bit and, while we arent overly particular about this sort of thing, we know (and appreciate) good service when we see it and Gabriel was, hands-down, probably the best server weve had... ever. He was busy but everything flowed smoothly and he was always smiling. Many servers present as being friendly but with Gabriel you got the sense that it was authentic and that he genuinely enjoyed what he was doing. We trusted his recommendations and we werent disappointed. My wife had the Lobster Radiatori Pasta and I had the Braised Wagyu Beef Canneloni. Both were very tasty (with lots of lobster and beef, respectively) and the portion sizes were perfect. We were satisfied but not stuffed. The dessert that he recommended (which I cant remember the name of) was awesome. My wifes only regret was that, after she saw the Dome Chocolat pass by, that we hadnt ordered that TOO. Awesome experience all-round. Highly recommend.

OMG I love this place!! We went for dinner and started with the clam chowder, which was yummy. For entrees, we got two pasta dishes (lobster radiatori & zucchini radiatori). Both were great. Personally, I liked the lobster one more as I thought the zucchini dish was lacking flavor. It said it had basil oil in it and I didnt taste any basil. My boyfriend loved the lobster dish so much that he ordered a 2nd one! We even went back for dinner another night during our trip so we could order the lobster dish again - it is that good. The vibe & decor is so cool & unique. I had high expectations as I love the website (its very nicely done in my opinion). I love how its a mysterious vibe and based on a goddess. Im a sucker for chic, aesthetically pleasing places. Overall, we would return here if we come back to Quebec City! Vegetarian options: The Zucchini Radiatori dish is vegan!

I went to look to eat at this place, wanted to eat inside of the dome in winter but we need 1 month reservation. Gabriel the server got us between reservation. The food was awesome I will definitely come back again. I really enjoyed that time and recommend to ppl... this is not cheap restaurant. But worth it.

Amazing place - I had beef tar tar and salmon with barley for lunch. The beef was rich in flavor. The salmon barley dish was juicy with delicate flavor (not salty nor overly seasoned). The berry sorbet after lunch was an absolute bonus too!

It was happiness, we enjoyed a meal of haute cuisine, thank you to our server Gabriel for making this meal our greatest experience, thank you also to the whole team, it was DIVINE, see you next time

Lunch under the dome went extremely well. The food there was beyond delicious. The servers took great care, honestly it s an experience to live.

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing meal and experience at Ophelia! We chose the octopus and pork belly dish for one main and the New York steak for our other. Every bite was perfection as was the service with Jason. This was our first time here but will not be our last!! Highly recommend!

Excellent from start to finish. Our waiter, Jacob, gave great recommendations and was always there when we needed him. Staff in general kept checking on us regularly as well. The food was delicious and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very pleasant. Do not miss this spot if you are visiting Quebec City!

We came in August for the first time and did the shared tasting menu. (Cant recommend that enough, so so good) Decided that was one of the stops we had to make. We didnt eat in the outdoor igloos but they sure looked neat! Our waitress was attentive and pleasant and our food was delicious. I had the ribeye steak and a delightful praline dessert.
