Place is very good, food is delicious, good choice of music, service was good but a little bit slow (understandably it was rush hour), be careful because they re might be delays if you don t have a reservation. Very good poutine

Putins house I went right in front of the hotel. Really delicious~~~!!!! Its amazing that its customizable and you can put in a lot of different things. I ate mozza + gravy + classic regular fries, and it was a warm day on a cold winter day... .. Its for meals, so its not recommended to eat it as a snack.

I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend and we were not impressed. Food was ok. The poutine was okay, but the mashed potatoes were not impressive. The sandwich was okay, but had way too much cheese. The lemonade is too sweet, I had to add water to dilute the sugar. I dont think I would go back unless I had no choice...

Had the fried cheese curds, which were amazing! Then had the classic poutine (regular sized, which we shared between two). Good flavour and size.

Very average poutine and servers not very friendly and cold. Forced to pay tips at the end and makes the customer feel guilty if they dont tip enough.

I ordered the chicken salad which had cheap veggies like cucumber and green peppers. I can make a better one at home. My husband had the Smoked Meat sandwich and my 2 kids each had cheeseburger kids meal. Their meals were bland and nothing special. This place is expensive but I understand because of the location and competition. I asked and they use canola and sunflower seed oil which surprised me because this place was expensive. You can get a grilled cheese next door for $5. Our waitress was very good and attentive that is why I gave 5 stars for the service. We also gave her a big tip. We did the Spin to wheel to try and get $25 off. It took 10 minutes because when I posted the feedback on Google, the page to spin the wheel wasn t loading. When it finally worked, we spun $2 off. I deleted my previous comment and re-posted this. My kids ordered lemonade that tasted like they just squeezed lemon in the water. My husband ordered the carrot cheesecake and it was bland, did not look like the picture shown on the website.

I ordered a coffee and a regular poutine but after my poutine is almost finished, the coffee has yet arrived. Service is really not up to standard.

The variety of poutines is amazing

Came to grab a bite but was undecided on whether to grab take out or dine in because a friend recommended the place, unfortunately I wasn t warned about the poor customer service from One of the employees, hopefully management trains their staff on how to talk to customers. Food was good but the customer service left a funny taste in my mouth. Hostess Theresia was a delightful person to order from.

If you are a tourist, I dont recommend it. Go somewhere else. RUN AWAY. They have no respect for you because the service is nice... until the bill: you didnt pay the minimum 15% tip IN ADDITION? Were going to let you know about it as a Real Bistro No Tourist Attractor in Paris. Other negative reviews all raise this point. The food is passable. Unpleasant experience. Restaurant Poutineville Old Quebec. I add the best for last, we say goodbye before going through the door: all the waiters and the boss (or the cook?) at the entrance look at us with evil eyes without saying anything! no goodbye from them. We see their real face, clearly not Canadian customer service but Beauf-Parisian.

I am from Greece and the Mediterranean taste is what suits me. The meal was fresh and very much resembles Greek quality and taste.

Fair prices, and good portions. I ordered a large poutine and barely 25% in, there was no more room to poutine anymore! Visited twice, and service was 5 star the first night and 1 star the second. Burgers, onions rings and fried cheese curls were all very good.
