Better than the hotel .

I went to this Scores Duplessis restaurant with my son a few weeks ago. I was waiting to go to another Scores elsewhere, Drummondville not to name it, before writing this review. In fact, several items that were normally in the salad bar were no longer available. I thought to myself this is possibly a new Scores policy. Finally, not all the items not in Quebec were found in Drummondville. For the rest the service and the meal were good, however we like to go there and take advantage of the salad bar. Paying the same price as elsewhere and getting much less is unacceptable in my opinion. Hence the fact of my rating, and by the way I wont go back there again!!

I know the SALAD BAR very well. But then I noticed that there are no more KALAMATA OLIVES, no more COTTAGE CHEESE, the CHICKPEA salad contains too many INDIAN WHEAT GRAINS and for the PENNES salad, very good but the pasta are NOT COOKED ENOUGH.

Salad bar not a word to say We received 3 plates of 1/2 of raised side and 1 warm breast, bbq sauce, fries and chicken also we didnt want to return our plates we asked for more bbq sauce and raised side sauce to reheat our fries and the ribs by dipping them in our plates were ready for a long time. Extra $2 each for rib sauce, expensive in criss to heat a plate Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m. I spoke to the waiter about it but..... answer is like that I didnt want to spoil my evening we left for My part is good, next time it will be with a well-known competitor. PS the salad bar was good and cold. I say like the people at my table we ate a cold supper overall On November 21, 2024, Mr. Simard from Score Duplessis followed up on my opinion and explained to me that the waitress was new, normally he would not have charged for the excess sauce. I am grateful for the feedback and I understand now I will return and thank you to the management for following up on my review.

Similar to St-Hubert, but all the difference is in the salad bar which I recommend without problem. Whether for a party between adults or celebrating a child with family on site, there is no problem. The staff is very friendly and the service, even in the full evening, goes very well. If you dont want to break the bank and arrive in Quebec, this place is a good stop. They need to improve the quality, slightly below the scores of the rest of the province.

While sightseeing in Quebec City, my mother went to dinner with her friend yesterday, July 17, 2024, around 3:30 p.m. They were served by Nadine G, a waitress in her 60s, of average height, with salt and pepper hair. She kept checking on the two women, also in their 60s, every time they helped themselves to the salad bar, to check their portion. When at the end my mother asked for a takeaway, the waitress scolded them, and I quote its not two for one! Next time I wont give you a takeaway. You have to eat at least part of your dish! I dont know if its racism and this waitress is particularly poorly behaved, she might have to think about retiring. I regret the tip she still received!

Cold baked potato. The rest clearly reheats in the microwave. This restaurant was once good, this is no longer the case. Not recommended.

Disappointing meal. We had a better experience at another Score dealership but tonight was average. We went there largely for the fajitas but we were served a fake-sizzling : the chicken and vegetables were in a cast iron skillet that had obviously never been heated. Everything was lukewarm at best and looked like it had been reheated in the microwave. Ugh. The other dishes were OK. It s a shame because the service is fast and super friendly. But for $160 for 4, well go elsewhere next time.

Typical casual dining restaurant with average quality food and a 1980s style salad bar. The Decadent Burger is actually brisket in a bun. The fish and chips looked like it came out of a Frozen Birdseye packet. Service comme-ci, comme-ça and the AC didnt work.

A good choice of family restaurant where the quality-price ratio is interesting. The salad bar is varied. However, there is a lack of diversity when it comes to fruits. The sauces to accompany BBQ chicken dishes are too salty. The waitress was not always available to respond to our requests

Excellent service, well-stocked salad bar. I ordered a steak and it was excellent! Except for the mushrooms which were EXCESSIVELY salty, which I left on the plate because it was so terrible! Otherwise, everything was perfect! Parking: It is VERY easy to park. Lots of parking spaces!

Absolutely love thier salad bar

I have never eaten so badly in a restaurant. A skewer charred on the outside to the point that even the rice tasted burnt, the inside was undercooked, the potato was burnt. As there was a certain amount of traffic, the waitress only came back at the end of the meal so I had to eat this dish while avoiding the unripe or burnt chicken. This is the first time Ive complained at a restaurant. I was only offered 50% off my skewer. As my partner also took a bite of my dish, we both suffered food poisoning. The waitress was friendly and attentive.

Good salad bar but the chicken (thigh) is often dry.

We stopped on the way to the airport. We know restaurant scores and love them. But the service is not always the same. When bringing the cups the coffee was spilled without the saucer. It happens but we would have liked a damn, I m sorry We had barely finished when the waitress took our plates away and the bill came. This does not call into question the quality of the dishes, it is excellent, but the welcome goes a long way.

Ordered the Chicken chipotle wrap. Barely a bite of chicken in the sandwich. It was only fried breading. Very disapointed. It will take a long time before I go back to Scores.

I had ordered the salad soup bar while my partner order a club sandwich. I was content with my choice. My partner was not. The chicken was extremely dry with 1! Slice of bacon in his sandwich. It was a very cheap version of a cub, in my opinion. My stepson , who was also with us, had ordered a burger. He also was not pleased with the oder. Truth be told, it did not look appetizing at all. The patty was falling apart and was also very dry. Our waitress wasnt the most attentive to her section. She forgot our water and drinks. She had to be reminded three times. I received my drink near the end of my meal. The total of our bill was insanely overpriced.we did not take the most expensive items on the menu and we stuck with soft drinks. Our bill totaled over 110$!! For the quality of food and service we received, it was definitely NOT worth it.

Impeccable quality of food, as is the quantity. The Fish and Frites is crispy and more than enough for a good appetite. Its tartar sauce is very tasty and the BBQ sauce for the fries is magical. The salad bar is simply wonderful. Everything is always fresh and varied. The pea soup is competition caliber and will suit the most picky eaters. The sugar tart filling is creamy and smooth. A treat! (I suggest serving it with ice cream.) Cleanliness 10/10 and no loud music. Everything is perfect and the staff is quality. Special mention to Miss Gabrielle whose service is worthy of great restaurants. And what kindness! Its definitely a relief to see that there are still restaurants worthy of the name. This one is my new favorite and I will return very often. Vegetarian options: Quality salad bar, both in quantity, variety and quality.

Well, more or less the truth

Honestly, its very expensive for what they offer, and on top of everything else, they have bad service, starting with being late and ending with judging you. First, according to the waitress, they had made a mistake and brought us mineral water instead of our soft drink. I changed them but the bad experience remained Afterwards, I didnt like anything in the adult menu, I think they should take into consideration that not everyone is the same, so a girl came with the friends I was with, I so I decided to order from the childrens menu but the waitress reproached me and even told me that I had to order from the other one, I told her no and that if it wasnt possible she wouldnt let me would give nothing. In the end with the bill I still wanted a percentage, the truth is that I told her no, for me it was a very bad service but her look let me see that she was upset because I didnt give her a didnt leave a tip who wouldnt make me change

Dinner for 3. $140 a bit expensive but thats the price to pay for not cooking now. My only negative point is a garnished potato that I chose as an accompaniment with a Quebec skewer (excellent by the way) the potato was cold, the waitress quickly recommended another one. The second one was put in the microwave for a long time so that it was hot but also hard. I didnt like it, I was disappointed. In summary, dont offer what you cant cook properly, the microwave has its limits
