Made an order for pickup, received the wrong order, received less than what we ordered. I live 20 mins away so I didn’t notice until I got home. Called and they offered a refund, I drove back to the restaurant and they told me the manager isn’t here to process it. Never got the refund and I called back and they lied and said it got processed. My question is , the $10 you got from me , is it worth me never coming back again? Terrible service and if you don’t wanna get riped off , don’t come here.

I ordered 2 dishes of pasta with rosé sauce for children. On top, there was indeed pasta with rosée sauce. However, as soon as I took a bite I could see that there was another type of sauce underneath. A white sauce. This, in both meals. You were short on sauce and really thought youd cover it all up that way???

First time trying Topla! I find it expensive and thats the main reason why I havent tried it before. But Im a big fan of pasta! I loved the pulled pork mac and cheese. Lots of sauce I cant wait to try a new dish! I had heard a lot about mac & cheese! And with good reason! A delight Also, I was afraid that the portion would be too small following what I saw on certain TikTok videos, but in the end I didnt even finish the dish! Ill have lunch for tomorrow, yay!
Hello, great atmosphere, very polite employee. On the other hand, we had 3 meals for 3 people and each person was very sick! So it doesnt make you want to go back. When we say Sick it means very, very sick. I cant believe I paid $50 for all that and we only took some butcher...

I placed an Uber order this evening and unfortunately an item was missing. I called to try to resolve the problem and the girl who spoke to me was extra friendly even if we couldnt find my bill, in short, nothing worked! I was finally reimbursed by Uber. But really congratulations to you who I called this evening at 7 p.m. Customer service is not easy, I know that very well, I did it in restaurants and I found you very good, so there you go. Food quality 10/10 service 10/10 The only downside is $27 for a mac and cheese pancetta trio. I am comfortable enough to afford this, however each time I visit the restaurant is empty and I am the only customer. Im afraid it will close and Ill lose my favorite pasta thats unmatched anywhere else, its on a par with TOPLA in terms of taste. Its rare that I give my opinion on a restaurant, but last night was one too many times. Every time I order a meal at Neufchâtel there is a problem. I have to eat gluten-free pasta due to celiac disease. 1- when I placed the order via Ubereat or Doordash, I did not have the option to choose my pasta. So I added the information in comments. But each time they made me regular pasta so I couldnt eat it. They told me not to read the comments and to go through their online platform. 2- their online platform no longer offers the option of gluten-free pasta 3- options for childrens meals are often missing (juice, dessert) 4- Last night I called directly to place my order. I made it clear from the start that I wanted gluten-free pasta. I received my delivery 2 hours later even though I was told there would be a 30 to 40 minute wait. And guess what, I had some damn regular dough. I waited 2 hours for a meal that I cant eat!!!! On the phone, after calling twice online because they dont answer, they tell me well were going to make a request for someone to contact you tomorrow. My boyfriend had to go to the restaurant to get my money back and make me a meal again. I ordered at 8:30 p.m. and got the wrong order at 10:30 p.m. It was the last time I ate there. If your establishment is not able to adequately manage the gluten-free option, it is best not to offer it. In my case, if I eat gluten my heart hurts, my stomach hurts and sometimes I vomit. Its not nothing! For some, it s a fad or a diet to try. But for others like me, we have no choice because our intestine is destroyed from the inside. It can be very dangerous! Dietary restrictions: They have the gluten free option, but they seem incapable of taking this option seriously, because every time I choose it, I dont get the right thing.
I am in mourning... My sublime pancetta cream pasta is no longer like before....... I recently ordered this dish that I know by heart because I LOVE them (normally).... What was my surprise when I tasted and received something that was FAR from the usual delicious taste This is probably due to the takeover of the brand by the Salvatore family..... The fact that the employees do not answer the phone makes the service in the dining room very unpleasant. We can barely hear each other speak and the noise is becoming very annoying. The employees just watch it ring.

I was expecting at least an apology for the mistake and the wait... but no nothing. The minestrone soup was more of a tomato broth with 3-4 carrots. It was my first and last time!

Things are missing
Very bad experience. I order VIA DoorDash, knowing full well that delivery might take a while given the storm outside. I see that the restaurant delivers orders itself rather than using a DoorDash Dasher. 1 hour after ordering, I called to get an update and was told it would be leaving shortly. Another hour later (So, 2 hours in total), I call back. I am told that my order is leaving in the next few seconds and that it will be delivered on priority. 30 minutes later, the app tells me its delivered but I havent received anything. I contacted DoorDash who told me that the delivery would not take place and that they would offer me a refund. Fortunately I was reimbursed and I understand the snow storm but why did you wait 2h30 to advise that they were not going to make the delivery? I would have canceled the transaction and ordered elsewhere faster. And above all, why not have canceled the transaction in the application rather than putting it delivered Never!

Im not in the habit of writing reviews on the restaurants I visit/order from but Im taking the time to write the message because I like your products but enough is enough. Im a regular at Topla but I no longer order from the Ormière restaurant because my last 5 orders have always had items missing. Whether its a drink, toast or something extra. I find it disappointing knowing that I place orders for at least 2 people each time (and $35 per person minimum).
I waited between 20 and 30 minutes to order (and there was no one in front of me), I ate a dish from plastic utensils that was still cold: not al dente, cold.
Paid for an extra sauce clearly not in the pasta - although I would say that even without the usual extra its not as dry. No way to communicate with them on their site to make a complaint or obtain a refund, and they have arranged to deliver as late as possible (9 p.m.), now the restaurant is closed so it is not possible to call. I loved this restaurant so much a few years ago, but waiting 1 hour for dry pasta after paying for an extra not included is the last time.

Online orders arrive incomplete all the time. Sometimes its the side dishes, sometimes its the drink and the dessert... yes they compensate by giving a discount for the next order, but just receiving the right order (in full) on the first try is often really enough to really please a customer... Its been a long time since I ordered from them, and it will be a while before I do it again, despite my new discount waiting in my file.

Fast food featuring pasta. Ordered at the counter by choosing from the menu on the wall, there are even trios. We give you a cabaret. Your pasta is placed there and you choose a place to sit.
The food is very good and the prices are super reasonable, however the portion of the ravioli is very small. the caesar salad that accompanies the trio is incredible.
I placed an order online via the UberEats platform. As I went to my glass door to meet the delivery guy, I saw him approach and throw my order at my door which then quickly landed on the ground. As well as the delivery man turning around and leaving. The condition of the container was heavily damaged, the sauce slightly leaked on the opposite side of the impact and the bag was slightly torn. See attached photos for details. Note, however, that, luckily, the meal did not spill. The meal itself was very good.
First time at top la! I was so excited to see the large selection of dough! But the pasta lacked sauce, the liquid rosé sauce, and the pasta was undercooked.

I placed my order at 7:30 p.m. It s 9:30 p.m., still nothing. I called, they gave me a coupon, but we still dont have our meal. This is the second time its been this long. The first time, I went directly to the restaurant and it took 30 minutes since they had forgotten my order. Instead of asking me if everything was okay, the cashier was chatting with her friends. Its sad because I really like this restaurant. I understand that the lack of labor has something to do with it, but if you offer delivery, make sure you have good service that comes with it or dont offer it at all. I will do business with Uber or Skip next time.
If it was possible to give 0 stars we would. Really ordinary service.. 2 hours waiting for our order. We ordered with Uber eats with whom we usually have no problem. But when we called the branch, the girl on the phone told us that she had switched our order to one of their delivery people and that she couldnt do anything... 2 hours later we still had nothing. A big scam so that I dont know who is making money... but we will never order with them again.

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER already paid for by UberEats Take 2 - I decide to place my order by phone, specifying that I will pay with a gift card. The guy tells me yes, no problem. My lunch arrives, the delivery girl tells me that they dont take gift cards on delivery and I didnt have enough money to pay for the entire order. So the delivery girl leaves with my lunch!!! Im calling the restaurant... sorry, theres nothing we can do! Part 3 - Im going to order my seafood pasta, large portion, extra sauce on top... NO seafood except 2 mussels in the bottom!!!! #($*#&@*#(@(!)#$@... its DONE!!! Are crossed out for me! Too bad! :(
