I stopped by for dinner on October 21, 2024. My sub and my poutine were excellent, as was the service from the waitress, very friendly and efficient. The only downside is that I couldnt access their High-Speed.

Extremely slow service, we ordered a pizza, after 1 hour 40 minutes of waiting and 2 calls to customer service, still nothing

To take away. One afternoon when there was no one in the restaurant. I couldnt understand why the young waitress was so stupid and impatient. Never in my life have I experienced or seen this. I was a waitress myself and I was a dining room manager at St Hubert, and I have never seen such behavior. I was so uncomfortable. Later at home I told myself that it didnt make sense and that I had to report it to management because it was very bad for their business. I was told that there would be a credit to the number I had provided. Since there was also an error in my order. Today I spoke with the owner and reported the problem and I received no compensation for my order which had an error last time but thats not serious. It doesnt even bother me. What bothers me is how I dont care about the owners customer service. I was so stunned that I was speechless. Stunned. I cant imagine that this guy doesnt care how his customers are received. And I love going to eat there. Im going to have to do without it! This gentleman and this young girl do not deserve my money. I repeat, I have never seen a young girl look so arrogant and impatient in customer service. Too bad I dont have his name because I would repeat it loud and clear everywhere.

We booked for my fathers 75th birthday for a group of 15 people, someone called me back to confirm they were accepting a group of 15. Very ordinary service, no water, before or during the meal expeditious service, the plates were well filled and very good no one had anything to complain about the meal, but at 8:00 p.m. the manager or owner asked us to leave because the girl who was clearing the tables left at 8:00 p.m., but the restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m.,,,,?.. other people at other tables were still seated I didnt understand, although it was very good, I will not return this Mikes there!!

First time this happens to me. I go to this Mikes regularly, in general I am satisfied, but yesterday morning, after 40 minutes a man came in a very cavalier manner, commandeering our table, without even offering to relocate us. We were told Youre done, we could use the table. What a lack of knowing how to live. Really very disappointed. I would like to point out that it was not the young and nice waitress who showed us the exit in a rather cavalier manner, but rather a manager.

Terrible restaurant and worst service. Several times we gave them chances and time after time they repeated the mistakes but this time it went beyond the limits! During this most recent error, not only did the manager never apologize, but she also had the nerve to tell my partner to speak louder the next time she placed an order! This insult to the customer in addition to being completely unfounded since my partner was once again very clear about this order, precisely since it was already the second time that this particular error had occurred at this restaurant. Owner of Mikes if you are reading this know that it is not with managers who verbally abuse their customers and their colleagues, as we have often noticed, that you will be able to maintain a profitable and respectable business, nor with your scratch policy where you only half correct your mistakes! (Because yes, changing the wrong meal without changing the fries leaves you with very cold fries 15 minutes later!)

We had a reservation, arrived 2 minutes late, they had given our table to someone else. The restaurant was not at full capacity and there was no queue. We waited about twenty minutes to get a table only to finally see that a single gentleman was seated at a table of 6 when there were tables of 2 available when we arrived. The manager did nothing to accommodate our visit after his employees gave our table to someone else. This was our first time at this Mikes, probably our last just for the lack of customer service.

The service was incredibly fast and the food was good

Excellent food but totally lacking service.. We had the impression of being a nuisance and our plates were literally spoiled . We had no water and no visit to our table, only order taken and billed. The team a few years ago was warm and efficient, unfortunately service and customer experience is clearly not a priority for this branch.

Staff not at all courteous, look down on you as if you were disturbing. Never again!

Ive been here 3 times now and each time the service is bad. Even if I live nearby, I still go to Henri-Bourassa because the service is second to none. I get a sparkling peach and it arrives with a slice of orange on it, which is not stated anywhere on the menu. So I take it out, but the orange juice has leaked into my glass and it tastes like orange, and I hate the taste of oranges. So I mentioned to him that if it had been listed somewhere, I would not have taken it or I would have mentioned it. She never wanted to change it for me and only told me that there was nothing she could do and that she was still going to charge me $8.99 before taxes for something I wasnt going to drink.

Shrimp and lobster linguine dish: Very small salad shrimp and a few micro-pieces of lobster that you have to look for through the pasta. The taste is still acceptable. But I am extremely disappointed with this dish. The kitchen did not want anything to do with modifying my dish in order to satisfy me. My partner chose the lobster rolls filled with lobster and me? . Mikes, add a few dollars to the price of your lobster linguine with a satisfying amount of lobsters in it and you can call your dish: shrimp and lobsters.

Went there on May 7, 2024 for lunch. The Hollandaise sauce was not edible... It looked like just 35% cream on my plate... However, no cream in the recipe for this sauce...?

Unenjoyable meal. An arrogant waitress who gives us a lesson in etiquette when we kindly ask for our drink. In addition, she puts a hot plate in the hands of a person at our table. There is a trace of burn on one finger and the waitress continues to say that it is the person who is at fault. Lets not say a pleasant meal. The food is still good

We are calling for a delivery for three people. The cold food obviously, the poutine, the sauce, the cheese and the fries, its made a lump of mush, its more of a poutine. The food was delicious, but the waitress was really stupid, if she doesnt like her job, she just doesnt work there, she was stupid towards us, she was impatient, and she was in a hurry to make us pay, and to what we order, I recommend the manager to meet this person, she was really rude, it was the first time, I went to this Mikes and I think it will be the last time. A very bad experience with the manager. I order bruschetta with linguini for delivery. Once the delivery man leaves, I realize that the bruschetta is burnt. I call and am told there is nothing to do. So were going to show them the delivered plate so they can see it with their own eyes. We get yelled at by the manager when the person who showed the plate is very polite. Great service from the employees but something is often missing from the order and its not right. A $28 plate deserves not to be missing anything and for it to be hot. And its great to see that the owner only responds to positive reviews!

Bread lightly topped with meat NO SAUCE and fried to transform into poutine!! A small plate of starving 25$$$ for the whole meal with tip 70$$ I feel robbed! We left the restaurant hungry and disappointed because it was lukewarm too! In any case it was the first time and the last for me! Very disappointing Mikes nothing extraordinary apart from the high bill that awaits you at the end of your starving meal!

I take the superstar submarine plate with spicy fries ($23.99) 6 wings ($14.99 completely ridiculous) 1 poutine ($14.49) Seafood noodles ($22.99) and I give 15% for the delivery person or $11.47 With taxes it cost me $101.97 It arrives quickly but doesnt have my fries? I call back, they tell me they will bring them to me! They never came back? At $101 bill with $11.47 tip + $2.25 delivery, I would have wanted my fries. Goodbye Mikes l Ormière, don t expect good publicity with gestures like this. I am attaching the photo of my invoice as proof.

Honestly, its rare that I complain about a service, but this evening the old blonde waitress was 0 kindness, she was as stupid as the tabarnac with my family, she put pressure on us to order because as she said said <I dont just have you, Ill choose for you! >, personally no respect in her words, she has no place among this restaurant sorry... to lack tact like that you will go away...

I ordered chicken fillets as a meal. What I received were three fillets, the size of my thumb. Seriously, its more the size of a kibble. The childrens menu has two fillets. Of this size. Poor service and more than ordinary management for several points. First of all, we couldnt have the flavor of sangria that we wanted because it didnt have all the necessary products (well we can understand, it happens...) then I ordered a salad that was listed vinaigrette of choice but there was no choice only Italian (well OK Italian will be ok in this case we still understand and say ok once again) subsequently, the liqueur we ordered was Flat so we asked another one and the answer received by the waitress: well I can go back and pour you a new glass, it will be the same! It s in a fountain, don t expect better! I said to myself: lets see, the fountain liqueurs are usually sparkling, this is not an answer to say to customers... My children had 2 childrens meals, but when all the main meals were finished (those of my children as well than those of my partner and I) the waitress said: would you like something else, I said: no we will not order more than what has been ordered so far. She brought the bill before we had even finished and only once left did I find it strange not to have had or to be offered dessert usually included with my childrens meal! I said to myself: he must not have one...???!!!! I looked on their site and yes it was included but she did not offer them or bring them to the children. When I called back she told me well we no longer offer them out loud or give any more because parents dont want their children to have dessert in general!! In addition, throughout the service the waitress was unpleasant, impatient and responded to us as if we were bad customers. We always said please, thank you and so did our children. It was 1 p.m. and we were having dinner. There were at most 5 tables so there was no reason for such poor service and in any case the mistake was us. My son was talking to the waitress for a while to ask a question and she didnt even finish listening to him and left saying: yes yes yes .. Rather cold reception, a waitress of a certain age does not mind her own business and almost gets on my nerves because my partner asked the young girl who seated us if it was possible to have a place near the window. The waitress comes to take our orders and we both start fountain liqueurs. The liqueurs are flattering and have no but no fizz (no co2). Reading the comments from other customers, we are not surprised that this restaurant is very poorly managed and run. The BOSS really doesnt care about the customers. Mr. BOSS, by the way, dont respond to my comment, dont say thank you for writing because you can put your response wherever I think. This restaurant was great before the new administration, the employees were fantastic. This restaurant did not stay open long for my part, Mikes is over. Its a shame that we absolutely have to give the month one star because it doesnt deserve any. Avoid at all costs!

Update: I got a call from the delivery guy the next afternoon to tell me that he hadnt had time the day before during opening hours to come and deliver the drinks but as he lived in our corner , he later dropped them in our mailbox. I check after his call and there is NOTHING in the mailbox. Also, when I ordered via the online application, we cannot track our order as proposed.

The food was very good, excellent salmon and the waiter (black haired with an earring) was on point, kind, polite and attentive, very bright, which is rare these days, very good service !!

The pizza is still good.

Cesar salad with chicken. Saddest, flavorless salad imaginable. The lettuce was soft, very little vinaigrette (which looked more like white water), soft croutons, no cheese and what about the chicken... chicken in a hurry! We didnt even eat the chicken, we gave it to the dog.

Unacceptable wait (2 hours) and pizza arrived cold, a pepperoni pizza instead of the topped pizza ordered.

3 canvases pass you eat ske you order pi its straight but I arrive aek my good wife pi we dont spoil ourselves often but she succeeded in her secondary because I had to spoil in tka.. we take 2 liqueurs wanting to scratch d refill but we had time to ask for 2 refills from the waitress pi another dude pi to finish our plate before which refill arrived at the table you were disappointed a little pi in addition there was po of water on the table in tka its correct but I went to the boston pizza la bo the refills you dont have to dance at the table to have it, well dassu

Very bad services. Old and jaded waitress. Not attentive to our needs and stupid. She even told me that its not her problem. I thought I would have a nice evening with my guys but she ruined everything. Im never going to a Mikes again.
