My bowl of rice was cold like it came out of the fridge. Who eats cold rice?? It really is a wasted meal.

The food was good, classic Subway level. But worst service Ive had in my life in a Subway. I ask for a 6-inch Bella mozzarella with fine Italian herbs and cheese. The person asks me a question, I have to make them repeat it 3 times because they dont speak loud enough, too quickly and with a pronounced accent. She asks me for the number of the submarine, even though I already told her which one I wanted. So I answered him on the 12th. She asks me for the ingredients??? I read to her what is written on the poster just behind her... She gives me 2 tiny little mozzarella cheeses and takes the sub to her colleague without asking me if I wanted it baked, which I did, but I let it happen. His colleague puts in the requested vegetables and asks me what sauce I want. I tell him I want the pesto, as it is mentioned in the ingredients on the poster. He tells me they dont have this sauce.... The cashier tells her to add another sauce that will do the same. In short, is it possible to train your employees so that they know your recipes and ensure that they have the necessary ingredients in the branch?

After getting us kicked out at the Subway on boul. from La Colline, Lac St-Charles, at 9:00 p.m. while they closed at 9:30 p.m., we took a detour to go to Subway, rue de la Faune which respects opening hours, we received excellent service from from the young girl who worked there this evening. (Monday June 17) Four to five other customers showed up five minutes after us. The owner of this Subway, you have a golden employee!

Sunday April 7 in the afternoon poor service. Employee in face time with her friend, when we arrive, she has to hang up and even whispers tabarnak . Not at all polite, we roll our eyes, even though we were very cordial with her. Really disappointed, Subway offered good service before... We barely had any meat in our sandwiches, when we asked her for more, she rolled her eyes and said thats okay. After making us pay, she calls her friend back in face time and hides behind, making us feel unwelcome at all. I would like to communicate with the manager.
If it were possible I would give 0 stars! On this Sunday afternoon, April 7, my friends and I received poor service from the employee present. The subway is no longer what it was as much for the service as for the quantity of food in the sandwiches, in addition to being expensive... we were surprised or even outraged by the inappropriate behavior of this employee, who even sacred when she saw us return.

Ive been trying to get a sub for three mornings...after 7:30...its never open...yet theres a sign that says it opens at 7:30... .and on Google map...it says its open....

Fast service
2 outside times are displayed. One with opening at 7:00 a.m., the other at 7:30 a.m. but in the end, it opens at 8:00 a.m.!!!! You could add a 3rd time in the door with opening at 8:00 a.m. This way, it prevents customers from waiting unnecessarily in front of a barred door.

Excellent service, on the other hand the poor little boy all alone, overwhelmed, having to queue up with customers, uber eat and pick up orders. Its absolutely shameful to let a young boy run an establishment on his own like that, trained for only 3 weeks in what he told us, without help. Well done to John for his great work, a 5 star for him, but for the owner, shame on you!

The experience varies greatly from one time to another: 1 year ago, I went there twice in 2 weeks and each time, there was a lack of meat for an Italian Bmt, even though it is the more popular. On the other hand, during my last visit in March 2021, the employee was super courteous and efficient. She prepared the 2 sandwiches for me in record time and also operated the cash register single-handedly. She greatly deserved her tip for her outstanding service. So it all depends on whether the stars are aligned, but if they are, youll have excellent service and a delicious, carefully prepared meal. Enjoy your visit!

Delicious and very good service, the only disappointment is that the trio prices for children are displayed at $5.29 before tax and given that everything is billed apart from being returned at the checkout, it comes to $6.18 before tax. It would be good to correct the software at checkout or the price on the poster thank you!!

I have fun reading the comments here, knowing the place very well and the people who have already worked there, but none of the district supervisors take the trouble to read and respond...Its totally ignored I think...Yet nothing better than the pulse of customers to learn the true reality..... Because a lot of these comments are very accurate.... Too bad for the reputation of the restaurant, of the owner!!!

Employees are inexperienced and left to their own devices. The prep counter is overflowing with trash. There are two of them for dinner on a Thursday and it took 45 minutes to receive two sandwiches. Very unpleasant experience.
