February 12, 2024 6:00 p.m. Our sumo box was some of the best sushi we have eaten. This restaurant will now be my go-to for sushi. The value for money is very good and the sushi is delectable.

Tonight the girl at the counter was alone and I stopped by last minute for an order and she agreed to do it even though she was busy. This is not the first time this has happened to me and each time I have always had excellent service, the sushi is good, the people are nice!!

Excellent sushi but customer service to be discussed! There were about ten of us who ordered from your restaurant one lunchtime and several things were missing from our orders including a full 5 pcs and 2 starters. We called back to report this and the person told us that he had other things to do than answer our questions! Its a shame because we order regularly unfortunately our service was quite ordinary today

I happened to pass by this business and decided to stop there to see if they had any sushi already ready. They didnt have any but they prepared an order for me very quickly. It was excellent and there was more than enough for two people. I will go back but I will order in advance next time!

Never disappointed with the eye of the dragon sushi val-belair! Especially for pokebol. The quality/quantity price ratio is the best in town unlike a well-known 4-letter restaurant chain in Quebec!

Very good meal but slightly wait but worth the time

Very disappointing. The rice is dry, the sushi does not hold together and the taste is very ordinary. A nice $44 poorly invested. I definitely wont go back!

Horrible. The food is nothing special. The service is Horrible. Its extremely expensive for nothing. Always late, even if you order hours in advance! Plus my orders are never correct. And when I contacted them afterwards, they didnt even apologize...

I was 6 months old and had nothing to say! But since the prices have gone up, the sushi has become smaller, it responds 1 day out of 4, no way to order online less than a week in advance, almost no activity on Facebook (like saying that you are full instead not responding wouldnt be any worse), no way to order anything else on days when there is a special menu like Valentines Day (my wife eats vegetarian) in short, Im shopping for another place!

Very good sushi. We liked it, the children did too. A little more expensive than competitors like Sushi Shop, but sushi is never an economical meal. I recommend.

Unsanitary. I saw an employee leaving towards the toilet with her gloves on. Afterwards, she returned to the kitchen with the same gloves and continued making sushi. Completely unacceptable.

The sushi is super good, the fish is fresh and tender. The spring rolls are super good and the pokebol are very big for the price :) Only downside, the salmon tartare was a little dry for me, but it was still good!

Usually very good. On the other hand, yesterday we ordered a combo from the chef the twenty-four for $40 and were disappointed with the lack of variety. We had 4 pieces of 6 different varieties, but 4 of the 6 were smoked salmon as well as another with pollock and one with vegetables. Hoping that my next order will be more varied. THANKS !

It was good, however there was too much sauce on the fried sushi (in my opinion) which masked the taste. The portion however was generous.

What a treat! I ordered takeout, we have to allow an hour of preparation, but its worth it. Its not a fancy place to eat, but rather a high quality meal to take away. The food is fresh and tasty. The only problem that doesnt give 5 stars is that the staff didnt give me a presentation of the sushi, I would have appreciated it even if it was a take out... Otherwise the courtesy was there and I felt very welcome. I recommend the experience, we pay more than other take out businesses but we find real quality there.

3 take out experiences in 6 months - 1st time, combo of around fifty pieces, we made our recommendations to the chef (salmon, tuna, scallops, shrimp, etc.) and he took them into account. The sushi was good despite the small portions of fish. 4 stars - 2nd time, poke bowl, the pieces of fish are small which means that we dont taste the fish much. More expensive than competitors, similar tastes. 4 stars -3rd time, yokozuna combo (32 pieces) of the chefs choice. We couldnt make our recommendations but they still took into account what we didnt want. Phew, what a disappointment! There were hardly any fish. A 4 piece salmon rlx and the rest of the sushi was bacon, vegetarian, salad, cream cheese... Seriously, when I order sushi, its to eat fish and because I like the taste raw fish. 0 stars for our meal last night. Im always apprehensive about trying chefs choice combos. I do it for the economical side of course and also to taste new flavors. But the other side of the coin is that the majority of the time, restaurants take the opportunity to offer vegetarian sushi, or stuffed with panko, fried foods or with practically no fish. Unfortunately, I see that restaurants are reducing the quantities of fish in sushi and the prices are increasing.

First and LAST time we eat Oeil du dragon sushi in Val-Bélair. Extremely expensive for the size of the sushi. On the other hand, very nice variety but tasteless.

Interesting, tasty sushi choices and attentive service. I particularly like the fact that they are less salty than Yuzu, we are less dehydrated afterwards ;).

Firstly, after leaving my order in the afternoon to pick it up around 5 p.m., I specified that it had to be ready at 5 p.m., because I had to take a bus at 6 p.m.... I showed up at 5 p.m., and I was riveted his nose at a barred door and a sign that said employees caught in traffic.... In short, the one from the afternoon figure had simply seen fit to leave, even if his colleague was not there... After several minute of waiting and despair, I was going to the dinner in white and we cant bring just anything to eat... An employee arrived at 5:30 p.m. with a trunk full of food to unload. Suddenly the stock was unloaded, she asked me my name to give me my order, well guess what???? My order had never been prepared!!!!! It was 5:40 p.m. and I had to be at my bus at 6 p.m.!!!!! She did her best and prepared our order as quickly as possible.... We were dispatched at 5:50 p.m.... Luckily we were close to our meeting point... To top it off, my partner and I got sick from the sushi.... So sorry, I liked this place, but now I will never go back... Very bad experience

Definitely the BEST sushi!!!

Les sushis et le service sont excellents. Par contre il n y avait pas de sauce soya, ni gingembre, ni wazabi. Est-ce un oubli? Les chips d algues pour le tartare c est original et très bon, mais la laitue iceberg dans tous les fond de tous les plats ça n a pas rapport avec des sushis. J y retounerai surement en précisant les accompagnements.

Our first visit was fabulous. Tasty sushi I highly recommend the spring roll. The owner is a conscientious man who seeks to satisfy his customers.

Quality and freshness incomparable with that of its competitors! Courteous and fast service. You have to understand that this is a catering service, so you have to call in advance and then pick up your order! In my opinion, its much better than having your sushi in an instant but having it prepared several hours in advance (as is the case at yuzu, sushi shop, etc.)

we went to loeil du dragon with a group Friday evening for an hour, we had no service. We asked if we could have drinks and they said he would be back in 30 minutes to get our food. After an hour without service we left.

First visit under this banner, pleasantly surprised. It tastes good, the food is fresh. A real tour of flavors finally. Also very good staff. I would happily go back there with my brother from Ontario... All joking aside, it s the perfect high-end dining experience. Marc-André Contant Quebec
