Jai appelé pour faire préparer deux Poké bols à 19h30 (30 minutes avant la fermeture) que je voulais venir chercher. On ma répondu que ce nétait plus possible de faire préparer des commandes à cette heure là. Jai appelé dans un autre Yuzu et il mont préparer ma commande que je suis allée chercher à 19h45. Nous avons été très déçu par votre service.

I wanted to order Saturday evening at 5:10 p.m. and a man told me that it all depended on my order because they had a big day?? If I had a large order wouldnt that be possible? Ive never seen that?

The pokébols have too much salad vs. other foods for our taste. Otherwise its still good overall.

I call at 6 p.m. for an order that is considered too big even though I always order the same thing from this really ordinary Yuzu service and have an order refused!! I ordered another yuzu which we accepted, really, really ordinary... 2022/08/23

Disappointed with the product purchased. I was suggested a chef s special as a Valentine s Day meal/gift. On the tray, rice rolls with vegetables. No variety. The price paid for this lack of originality is too high.

For several months I have been buying sushi and Poke at Yuzu and I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the food. I went there in the first year of its opening and I was disappointed but I must say that it no longer has anything to do with it! Thank you girls for the excellent sushi!!!

The take-out was delicious. On Valentines Day, the employees were upset, but everyone was smiling and friendly.

The worst by far of all the sushi restaurants in all of Quebec City!!! They never, I mean never, prepare sushi as a menu to bring either at 12:30 p.m. or at 3 p.m. or 5 p.m. The last time I had to order in advance I got my fish still with the skin inside. Sushi... completely disgusting. The employees dont care about the customers. Brief imminent closure please

Three times I order online and my order is not ready at the scheduled time... I waited more than 30 minutes (i.e. 1 hour 40 minutes after my online order) Last time for me... The sushi is okay tho.

No real sushi! The sushi is not refined!

Order paid via the website, but since there was a power outage... No one to answer and no call notifying of the situation! Barred door and small memo saying no sushi, come back for a refund tomorrow. Dont encourage this kind of restaurant where customers are treated like this!

I am always well received, I have never had to wait for my orders for anything, employees always smiling and warm!!! The food is perfect for me, especially my favorite dish the signature poke bowl...a real delight!!!

Branch to avoid. Order made at 1 p.m. for 5:30 p.m. we waited more than 25 additional minutes, cooks workstation very dirty, second employee who arrived was working in a camisole/shorts/sandals. My girlfriends teryaki chicken had no vegetables so she paid $14 for a lump of sticky rice with a few strips of chicken (heated in the microwave by the way) and barely any sauce.. extremely disappointed we will obviously go back again Never...

Tuangos promotion is awful! You have to call 4 hours in advance to let us know that it will be ready in 5 hours! Comon there, a normal order is ready in 30 minutes. Do you realize that you are tarnishing your image!
