Having tried several chains and restaurants in the region, I must say that the quality of the sushi at this branch is unmatched! Fast customer service, accurate order and really delicious sushi

A family member has an allergy and they paid particular attention to the details of the composition of one of the platters without penalizing the rest of the order. And everything was ordered online, without any additional explanation on my part. I trusted them by listing my allergy (many places dont understand what gluten is) only by mentioning it on the online order. Qualified, professional and friendly workforce!

I finally ate there with my daughter and we were spoiled at a very reasonable price for a meal served with a smile and courtesy from a great team who are committed to service and quality in their work. The team on site is very courteous and the meals are fresh. There are few seats and its always cold inside. Other than that, we like it. Price is a bit too much.

Its cool to have a Yuzu in the neighborhood. But lets say that the 420g of pokebol is not filling enough.

Unfortunately, fried sushi is now prepared in advance and put in the fridge. Before, they were fried when the order was picked up. I understand that from a logistical point of view, it is perhaps easier this way but the goal of fried sushi is to have a slightly hot sushi with some frying. In the fridge, it becomes cold and the fried food becomes soft.

Never disappointed!

They usually dont put ginger and wasabi in takeout orders. This happened to me the last few times. However, it is a basic accompaniment with sushi...Even though I was confirmed that I had some in my box, it was when I got home that I realized that there were none. had not. Its a shame because my granddaughter really likes ginger and we were really disappointed. Were going to try the competitor LOeil du Dragon next time because the experience at the checkout is far from satisfactory anyway. Maybe it will change our habits.

We were all sick after our sushi yesterday, there must have been a lack of freshness, very disappointed! The employees were friendly though...

We ordered bang bang shrimp poke and according to the recipe it was missing green onions, clementines and I ordered a roll but it was lukewarm and very wet. Something leaked into the dish. In short, it was not our best experience with you. Personally I would add larger pieces of mango in addition to the salsa. I wouldnt use clementines. THANKS.

The sushi is excellent but unfortunately the cashier service is so ordinary... I had questions about placing an order and she offered me a ready-made box. I told her that wasnt what I wanted and she handed me a menu and asked me to sit down so she could take the order from the other person behind me. I couldnt ask my questions or even have a pencil to take my order. Guess the mobile orders were more important than the Yuzumakis custom order I wanted to make.

Very well located in Val-Bélair. Plenty of parking space available. There are even a few places reserved for Yuzu Sushi customers. The service is fast and courteous. The Sushi fridge is always full and with a lot of diversity. Delivery service available and fast. A few places inside to eat on site. Counter adjacent to the window, practical if you are alone! The Pizza Sushi are a must to try.

I have been going to this Yuzu for years. The staff always courteous, smiling and willing to advise us. The manager (Stéphane I think) really, but really nice!! I love it, its the best! Always been satisfied with the staff, the quality of the food and its freshness, not to mention the great service!! Thank you very much yuzu val-bé, see you again soon!!

I love this Yuzu. The service is rather fast if not taking into account the traffic and the meals are well prepared. The customer service sometimes leaves a little to be desired, however, but the owner is charming. Its worth the detour ;)

I have the impression that they changed their general tao recipe. before I loved it now it has too much carrot added, it only drips that much. but dont just trust that, its the only thing that disappointed me.

Every time we enter the restaurant there is always a gentleman or madam who says hello and wishes us a nice day when we leave. For food, sushi and fresh ones should be prepared. We had a Tuango promotion that the owner did not want to honor. After 30 minutes of debate, we left empty-handed and empty stomachs. Very poor service, I strongly advise against it.

I eat sushi regularly and I found it ordinary at Yuzu. A great lack of service and choice. Im now going to the other options.
