Barbacoa Boyz is a mobile kitchen and catering company like no other! Chef Jamie Beeston has worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years and brings his industry standards and professionalism to your next catering event. Through Chef Jamie's vision, we create delicious, flavourful and unique Caribbean-Mexican fusion dishes that are sure to wow the crowd. With a focus on quality and flavour, we can work with any budget and from as few as 8 people to 500, anywhere in Quinte West and PEC. Barbacoa Boyz also provides group or individual cooking classes that are fully customizable and has worked with students, couples and groups interested in expanding their culinary knowledge and skills.

We booked Barbacoa Boyz for a customer luncheon event at our Belleville location. The food and service was fantastic, and we received many compliments from the customers who attended, especially about the jerk chicken! I’ve been fortunate to have enjoyed chef Jamie’s food in Centennial park in Trenton. My favourites are his oxtail and curry goat. His wife and him have provided such an amazing variety of foods for everyone visiting the pop-up’s. Thanks to both of you.
I can not recommend Barbacoa Boyz enough! They recently catered our wedding and I heard nothing but complements from all of our guests. The pulled pork and chicken are both incredible and we were happy to have plenty of left overs to bring with us on our honey moon! It's fair to say that many of our guests will now be looking for their food truck in the future to get some more of their great food. Thanks for everything guys!
Let me tell you about Barbacoa Boyz at Quinte West. Loved the service from Christina (it was also fun seeing their boys around too!) And Chef Jamie really put his foot in that brisket!!! You will not be disappointed I swear!!! Kudos to the whole Team!
100% delicious and out of this world customer service!! We ordered the jerk chicken tacos, fried plantains and the smoked pork poutine! (Yes, they used real, squeaky fresh, cheese curds) Food was fresh and so deliciously seasoned! And a bonus too since they prepared us dinner even though it was after their closing time Food smelled so good, I dove right in and forgot to take pictures! A must stop if you’re in the Quinte Area
We had Chef Jamie and Christian cater our backyard wedding and we could not be happier with how everything turned out! Jamie and Christian are both professional while also being extremely personable and easy to work with. From start to finish they kept the process stress free. The food that Chef Jamie creates is delicious, all of our guest were talking about how good everything tasted. I would highly recommend Barbacoa Boyz to anyone who needs an event catered. Or just stop by the food truck when they are set up somewhere to try the food, you won't be disappointed!
We always look forward to having Chef Jamie’s delicious dishes! The best barbacoa pork and jerk chicken around, plus classic poutines for the tamer palates. It’s so nice to have a great food truck nearby in downtown Trenton.

Best foodtruck in the Quinte West area!
This is the second year that we have used Barbacoa Boyz to cater to our 100+ angler BBQ. The food is fantastic and promptly served as the anglers arrived. Big thanks to Jamie, his wife and staff!!! We will see you again next year.

Visited their food truck at Centennial Park when I visited Trenton from Mississauga, they pack so much flavour and protein into a single slider. Was a pleasure meeting Chef Jamie as well, you can tell he is passionate about what he does!

We have used Barbacoa Boyz multiple times to cater events, and they keep stealing the spotlight! People love their fresh takes with bold flavours, variety and ability to cater delicious options for any diet. Im personally going to grab their holiday deal this Christmas, and its going to help make this holiday season a little bit better.
We had Jamie cater our office Christmas party and everyone LOVED the food! Nice mix of meat and vegetarian options. We will definitely use these guys again for events!!
Food was amazing - had the jerk chicken sliders - tender chicken with perfect spice level and crunch slaw on a soft delicious bun. Not to mention service with a great big smile.

Fantastic food ! We got a serving of almost everything, it was all delicious. From the perfectly seasoned beef on the sliders to the perfect pickled cabbage on top! It didnt stand a chance

We attended the Trenton home show at the end of April this year. Barbacoa Boyz had their food truck on site and we bought our lunch from Chef Jamie. I got the jerk beef sliders. Lots of meat and slaw on very fresh brioche slider buns. The meat was tender and juicy and spiced just right (a bit of kick to it but hot sauce was available if you wanted more kick). My wife had the poutine. The fries were crispy, it had lots of real cheese curds and the gravy was perfect. When you are tired of the usual hotdogs, burgers and fries, Barbacoa Boyz food is a great alternative. Very wholesome and satisfying! If you get the chance, we highly recommend it!
The Barbacoa Boyz food truck attended The Bay of Quinte Relay For Life at the Trenton High School on Sat. June 10th. They created a menu specific to our needs. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. I had the Curry Quinoa Salad. It was amazing and the portion was generous. I can highly recommend The Barbacoa Boyz for your event needs. My wife and I went to the pop ups in Trento and we found these guys. We decided ar the poutine and jerk chick sliders and I have to say was an excellent dinner. If I see them around I will definitely be back. Thank you guys for a great tasty meal.

This is the second time I have ordered from Chef Jamie and both times my guest were so pleased. I have ordered Jerk and Bbq Chicken the best weve tasted. The ackee and salt fish spring rolls are awesome. The rice and peas was delicious. We ordered the Escovitch Haddock w/ Wedges and the Jerk Chicken Tenders w/ Wedges and it was delicious! This was the first time we ordered and we will definitely order again.

Very impressed! The maple ribs are -melt in your mouth fall off the bones. Jerk chicken is excellent. Have had a lot of the best jerk and this jerk is right up there. Well done. And the coco bread. Mmmmmmmm

I contacted Barbacoa Boys to cater for a dinner party. I wish I could give this rating a 10 out of 10. Great quality food, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation. Jamie the chef is very professional and punctual. He replied to my request right away and emailed me a details invoice, he even called the day of to assure me that all is well and ready for pick up. When I arrived to my surprise, Jamie was already waiting to greet me. Jamie really gave me the peace of mind to make it a very special day. Transparent and honest. Barbacoa Boyz food is BLASTING with flovour. I recommend everyone!
