Quaint little place, both outdoor and indoor seating available. We sat outside, had our drinks, and all the food brought out looked delicious! The cheese dip was fantastic.
The food was ok, I got fish and chips it wasn't awful, but I have had better. My son and partner had a burger, which they both enjoyed. Fries were good. Service could be better, could tell her friends or regulars were sitting at the bar where she spent her time with them. When waiting for the bill, the waitres was on her phone after waiting 15 min. we " bothered" her for the bill. It's very small inside, for there is a wall, the separating restaurant into two parts, making it feel small and cramped inside. This time, it was cleaner than last time. Also, I think $4.00 is a little much for a glass of pop. For 3 people it cost $75 so I have had cheaper and better food at other places.
We ordered a large pizza to go. I could not taste any sauce; looked like a light brush of something red …no mushrooms, crust chewy, and cheese was a sprinkle of Parmesan. Very bland. When I picked up the large pizza box, it was light as a feather…the pizza ingredients (lack of), was sprinkled lightly in the middle which left a very wide edge of dough. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. First time there and last. Don’t waste your $30
Update! Went out for dinner ..friend from outta town and the food was sub par and the whole vibe was les than inviting. Very disappointed! A year ago! Had such a great time. Food was pretty good!! Lots of variety!

We stopped in foe my first time and my mom's umpteenth time. We happened to go in on a Wednesday and a pound of wings is $11. So we shared 2 pounds of wings with honey garlic medium sauce mixed and an order of the sweet potato fires with an extra dip. Man oh man the wings were awesome. They are crunchy and saucy just the way we like them. The sweet potato fries were cooked to perfection. If you are looking for good food you must give them a try!
After a day at the beaches in picton my friend and I were hungry. We wanted the cannibis store but it's not open but the food next door at jack tuckers was excellent. I recommend food atmosphere everything was great. I even won a tshirt for being awesome. The people who work here make sure you have a good time.
I used to love this place and the food was delicious and awesome. We have been twice in the last while and totally gone downhill. Food was overcooked and their oil seemed to be old as the fries and fish were way overcooked and tasted of old oil. Service was bad and we waited and waited for food. It appears I'm not the only one as I don't see the parking lot full any more Sad....they had a great thing going and we won't be back.

It s our go to spot when my hubby and I want to sneak away for a drink and good eats. I cant say enough about the food and service. Jenn & Kevin are both fantastic. Highly recommend.

The one waitress is an absolute ....h. burnt burger ate as much as I could asked how it was told her it was horrible. Still offered to pay for it as I did eat half. WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT AND IT WAS COVERED. Then she goes and picks up my plate and says well you did eat half of it. Will never go back. Problems there since day one.
I made a phone order for takeout and when I went in to pick it up I was greeted at the door by a kid who appeared to be about 12 or 13? He brought the food to me along with the debit machine and then proceeded to ring my order through. Is this legal? Is he slinging drinks too? When I got home the food was overdone and salty to the point it was inedible. Not a great experience.

We have tried MANY different dishes...and I still have yet to find my favorite! Everything has been delicious and Im a pretty picky eater! If youre looking for good food with great prices and fair portions then you HAVE to try Jack Tuckers!

Went to this place on the game night. This place is really great to hangout or watch the game with a group of friends. The location is really great just outside the city. You can enjoy the open air and have a good time. Service is also really great. Friendly staff and good food. All in all its a great place to hangout or spend some time and relax with your choice of drink. I would totally recommend it.
Very disappointing. Arrived to a country corral where we asked the manager Kevin if we could listen to country music because usually they play country music. He said he plays whatever he wants which is his personal playlist and should please everyone. He proceeded to play loud rock and 70s music that impeded on the country vibe and conversation. So the playlist was awful. We ordered wings which were severely undercooked as in there was blood by the bone. We told Kevin about the undercooked wings and he replaced then with tasteless, overcooked wings. We had ordered mango haberno wings but these had no flavour (comparable to shake n bake). From my previous visits, this restaurant has gone downhill unfortunately.

I would recommend a sign on the door with temporary hours or more clear directions on when things can be ordered. After spending 18 hours in the hospital and wanting to grab some of our favourite local pub food and calling from 10:15 to the point of when I arrived to order in person at 10:30 I was told despite the parking lot of drinkers and smokers as well as the patron at the bar that was being tended to I was told I couldnt order and you were closed. The hours online say I had a minimum of 30 minutes left even for a simple order of french fries I asked and also noticing on the way out the door hours said until midnight. If it was a extenuating circumstances or a private event I understand but just saying no when making a reasonable request in business hours is kinda silly. Been here several times now and I must say I won t be back. Every time we ve been here there s always a small issue that we obviously overlooked because back we went for more. However our most recent visit was the last straw. The place wasn t busy, (we ve been before when patio and indoors were both bustling) but service was horrible. They were out of many items because apparently they were busy early in the week so couldn t prep (is what we were told) well maybe if the manager wasn t drinking at the bar with patrons they could catch up with that. Our server well, she was completely disorganized and the kitchen couldn t get our order right. Not sure if it was because our server and her lack of organizational skills, lack of management follow up or just disorganization in the kitchen. Heck, with what we ve seen here in our many past and this current visit it was likely all of it. The server (not the manager) apologized for the ongoing issues & sure we got a discount on our bill but we went there for dinner so obviously we wanted food not a discount. When we finally had enough and left, we noticed kitchen staff drinking at the back of the building. Being in management I always noticed how poorly run the place was but when staff are drinking on the job and management fails to lead by example, this visit took the cake. We won t be back. And I gotta say, This bar/restaurant is really a disorganized mess.
I stopped in here with some friends on a road trip a week or so ago. We all enjoyed our meals. Well stop in here again for sure!

We celebrated our dads 85th birthday here. We had the louge so we could all be together and visit. Food and service were top notch. Best fries and rueben I have ever had. Thanks Kevin and Team for making this day special.

Staff was completely rude and we were told that her shift was ending so we cannot sit on the patio ( it was 4:00pm in the afternoon on a Saturday). The one server mad many under-breath comments and kept telling other customers that her shift is ending. We had a long wait time with very little customers in the building. I usually have a great experience here but today was beyond unprofessional and I am disappointed. Would not recommend for anyone wanting to go out just for a few drinks or something to eat, unless your a local guy that the servers will serve first.

Stopped in for a quick drink after work. The Bartender (Matt) was beyond welcoming and friendly. Patio is awesome, beer was cold, cant ask for more at the end of a work week.

Reservation for birthday for 5ppl. Over 2 hr wait. I asked twice about our order. Told wont be much longer. Once at hour and hour and half. They didnt check. At 2 :10 they came and said order lost and could have it ready in 25 more minutes. No, we left. Still got a bill for $58. Full of excusses. Place was busy but not full amd lots of staff.

Great vibes here. The outdoor seating area is really nice and pet friendly. Beer is always cold and margaritas are top notch. Food is always really tasty and served hot. The waiters and waitreses here are very professional and always very helpful as we tend to have a lot of modifications and add ons. Food can take awhile to come out sometimes but it is always worth the wait.

Jacks is a nice small pub. If you order take-out, just check your order before leaving. Almost every time our take-out order (1-2lbs) of wings only has 2 carrots maybe 1 celery stick. Attention to details bring back customers for sure. Wings and wraps are pretty good Ill say, but lets not get skimpy on the sides that come with your order, especially with a fairly high price for an order. I like the food BUT (read above)

Had reservations, waited over 1.5hrs for food, nothing came out at same time, food was cold, and disgusting. Absolute worst meal Ive had at a restaurant. Owners response was there are many other places to go in the region! Totally ridiculous... will never be back.

Wait times for food order pick up are atrocious! They tell you ready at 7:15 , 40 min later... Why would you not say 7:55 then? Understaffed and undermined.
I got a beer, a smoked rib sandwich with a side potato salad and deep fried pickles for $25 and the food was incredible! Their outdoor patio is so nice. It feels just like a fun backyard party minus a stressed out father figure barbecuing and a distant uncle making racist jokes.
Came to Jack Tuckers for a some street meat and this is the service ya get. Super quick in your face with sausage. Now that s service. Keep up the good work fellas next time I m ordering the clams

We ordered takeout, fish and chips and a chicken burger. The fish was really really overcooked, the batter was really dark and way too crunchy. The fries were plain, not salted. The chicken burger was ok.
Absolutely love this place. Jack Tuckers has such a welcoming vibe and really brings the night together. If you are looking for good food, great night and awesome, relatable people eat here.
Very disappointing service ordered food waited over an hour and still nothing told waitress and no help finally left later found out it wasnt just us no problem getting your drinks

Popped by Tuesday night for to try their Wing night out. I was not disappointed. They have a very wide selection of flavors and intensities. My wife had their Rib Sandwich and we also had an order of Nachos. Everything was excellent. Kevin was our server and Jen sat us. Both provided attentive service. This was our second visit to this location and we will definately be back...
We went here for lunch as its close to my in laws place. I had heard rave reviews about the wings and they did not disappoint! Best wings Ive had in a long time! The staff is super friendly and you can tell that they actually are about the food they are serving and the people they are serving it to. Cant wait to go back!
