Excellent service and amazing food. We had the spicy peanut noodle box, the ginger beef and teriyaki noodle boxes. They were delicious!

Online not working, no help inside just a sorry, appreciated but now Im out time and money til I hopefully get a refund. No indication at all the online system is down... Not sure how Im supposed to ever trust ordering online here, Ill have to call and confirm I guess lol

Pretty good food. Just a shame that they like closing 20 minutes before their hours indicate that they close.

I paid for two bubble teas on my debit card. The guy behind the register said it didn t go through and wanted to charge me again. I looked in my bank account and it did go through. I told him this and he said that it would bounce back and it showed it didn t go through on his end. He said because it was showing it didn t go through on his end that it would soon be shortly returned on my end. I refused to pay twice and told him if it did happen that I would be back to pay. This could have been an honest mistake but if not then it could also be something others need to be warned about.

Ordered on the app on Tuesday, Sept 25, showed up to pick up our food and we were told that the app wasnt working and that our order had been canceled. I showed him the confirmation email & that the money had been withdrawn from the bank. He said he could make it again if we paid for it in the store (again) but not to worry, it had been canceled on the apps end and the money would be refunded within 7 days. As of today (October 7) the money has never been refunded.

Worth the wait! Amazing! They weren t kidding about the spice levels either. Hard to find a truly spicy noodle bowl!

The whole experience was lovely! The food tastesd absolutely delicious with fresh veggies and sweet but spicy sauce! The cook and server were so nice. The whole place was clean and taken care of which was amazing! I definitely recommend!

My favorite place to eat!

I highly recommend this spot. Asian style noodle place. The food is consistent and fair value. Be warned that the heat level at this place is typically hotter than you would get at other places that serves spicy dishes. I like very spicy foods and medium spice here was high.

Not sure why this is rated so high. Food wasnt great. Chicken was day-old or reconstituted. Noodles chewy. Almost no veggies. Sauce was pretty basic. Chow mein was awful to be honest. Staff were polite but we waited almost 20 minutes for our food. It was expensive for what we got and we only ate half. Probably wouldnt go back.

Thai chow mein is always a go too here and the new bubble tea is refreshing!

I highly recommend this restaurant. Even though I ve been ordering through UberEats, and delivery can sometimes affect the quality, the noodles always arrive delicious. The prices are reasonable, and my personal favorite is the spicy peanut with chicken breast. Its great to have such a fantastic spot in Red Deer.

Wow! First time visiting and the Ginger Beef box was unreal! Such good flavour, good portion, fresh! On par with an entree from Earls.

I visit Noodlebox on my lunch break pretty regularly, and my stomach loves me for it as much as my wallet doesnt its not particularly expensive, with most options ranging from 12-16 dollars, although I cant help but add extra proteins and visit far too often!

For my first time here, I m very impressed. The Pad Thai Box is great and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended when you are in Red Deer.

Ordered delivery a few times now. Portion is VERY generous with lots of sauce. Order an extra side of rice or make some at home if you dont want it overly saucy - and you can make multiple meals from it! The Cambodian jungle curry is my favourite and the flavours are delicious. Definitely get a few lime wedges with it. Much better than the Wok Box in town, give it a try!

Have had Noodlebox delivered by Uber Eats and have enjoyed the food every time. Good portions for the price and always full of good flavors. One of our top Asian food places now.

I love the noodle box franchise but every time I have ordered and egg at this location the bottom is burnt and the top is still raw. I like runny yolk but NOT runny white. Like cmon who the heck would want that... Disgusting. Nobody else was there so no excuse for this. Employees need to be trained on eggs, just cover the egg with a lid or just turn down the heat and cook at lower temperature its not rocket science

Love this place. The dishes are so flavorful and have different textures. My favorite so far is the spicy peanut. Brought my wife today and she ordered the Black Bean and Garlic. Very impressive.

Amazing food with great flavour. The staff were so kind, helpful, patient, friendly, cheerful, welcoming, and they even offered to boost our car because it wouldn t start. Overall the whole atmosphere of the restaurant was awesome.

Burnt food, our kid whom usually is respectful and discreet when not enjoying something spit their food out and instantly felt ill- they wouldnt refund our meals but offered to make fresh stuff... did not want that as we have a bad taste in our mouths now.

Not very many veggies and way too much sauce. Flavour was average, not great. Pretty meh unfortunately.

We had the Ginger beef (Hot) witg Hukkien noodle, and the Black bean and Garlic with rice. For a guy that likes spicy food, their hot is just right. They have large portions. I would say they were a little on the sweet side. There is only a few tables, so its mostly a take-outplace. Over-all it was an enjoyable experience and I would definitely eat here again.

The night before Opening Night. 10 people there, not including the 5 of us. Really fast service considering all they had to do with our weird orders and the people in line (we didn t wait more than a few minutes). Counter staff were VERY friendly and double checked that I actually wanted my meal as spicy as I had requested They met the heat I wanted. OMG, I still feel it. Honestly, I m super impressed. We will be back here often. I tend to review places hard. I have ZERO issues here. I would have expected issues today. I m VERY impressed. Keep up the hard work!!! Y all are awesome!

Highly Recommend the store my family visited and was satisfied also all the food is delicious, especially the spicy peanuts. The Store was clean and good ambiance. Absolutely delicious meal! The food was so fresh and well cooked, flavourful and the people serving were very kind. First time at the Noodle Box. The meal I ordered was not bad. Disappointing after I got home, to fine only one of the two orders of Coco Prawns in my bag. The second order was missing. It showed on my bill. Might have to skip going there again. Sad thing is, I was the only customer in the store when I ordered.

First time eating it. It was so delicious and friendly atmosphere . And big portions as well.

Great flavour and quality. Only thing is it was a little lacking on the vegetables, especially when I paid for extra broccoli and there was hardly any in there.

I was a first timer and I did adore the girl that was working the til I am going to be better at remembering name tags but she was great and helpful I got the Thai chow mien which was so yummy except it was slight dry for me I needed some more sauce. But luckily the sweet girl that served me was kind enough to provide some.

Im so happy to have Noodlebox back in Red Deer. Our meals were prepared quickly, well portioned, and tasted great. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Worth driving across the city for. I had the Singapore Cashew Curry Box with Chicken. It was wonderful, at mild / medium but next time I would kick it up a notch.

Love the food. When we initially lost Noodlebox in Red Deer a few years ago, my wife and I were quite upset because it provided actual delicious noodle take out. We need to do better and keep Noodlebox this time around. Red Deer NEEDS to do better to keep good business in town.

Delicious and fresh food options including plenty of vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options. Our cashier was so kind and went above and beyond helping us. He was very informed about the vegan options and let us know what is fried in the same oil as meat. He even kindly refilled our water bottles for us as we were on a road trip. New Location near Walmart / AMA south Red Deer. Obviously clean with exsuberant staff. Portion size similar to Wok Box, but smaller than Edo Japan possibly. Will give it another try but the Portion size needs to Grow or coupons for deals you can choose. Over all Top service Food was made fresh and hot, flavor was there. 7.5/10 experience due to portion size for cost. Other plates seemed largèr in the busy place. Honest review: I missed Noodlebox when the old location closed. I found out about this location thanks to a Facebook ad.. Its amazing that theyre open pretty late. Now, a couple things about what I ordered (the Thai chow mein). The noodles seemed kind of mushy. Almost like a ramen noodle style... Maybe it was because it was 8pm on a Sunday night. Not sure. Also I felt the amount of chicken in there may have been lacking. But that wasnt really on my mind, as the flavour was so damn good. I will say this, and I hope it had nothing to do with judging a book by its cover (some people look like they cant handle spicy food): I asked for Hot, which is the second highest heat setting. The girl behind the counter asked me if I was sure (I had already said I missed this place, so I wasnt new). I said yes. Well, if I were to guess the heat level on their chart, it might have been mild/medium, or medium. Im not sure how they determine how to make something hotter (count the peppers they use?), but it didnt impact my sinuses at all. I was well aware that heat consistency was an issue before at the old location, and that asking for Hot sometimes meant too Hot. I wasnt expecting Wheres the heat?. Did they look at me and think I was full of it, and really couldnt handle the heat? I hope not. Like I said, Ill try it again soon, and see if theres any difference. I want to be a regular visitor again. EDIT: So I had it again tonight. Tried beef instead of chicken. The chunks of beef are nice, but not a lot of them for I think an extra $4. From now on, if possible, no meat. Ill add it at home. Flavour was excellent as usual, and the noodles werent mushy. Also, I asked for Hot. There was a bit of a pause from the girl behind the counter, but she didnt ask if I was sure. However, if that was Hot then I can definitely handle the next (and final) level of heat. If you truly enjoy heat in your food, order the hottest level. Unless someone can prove otherwise, they seem to have changed their practices to be less hot, likely because someone complained. (because accountability is a hard one for too many people these days)

My husband and I were really excited to try Noodlebox. My husband had ordered the kung pao with tofu as we are vegetarian and it says on the website that it is an option. Unfortunately we were served chicken. Not sure if we will be back .

I ordered the mildest heat level that I could and couldn t eat more than a single bite due to how extremely spicy it was. I feel bad to waste the food but I am unable to eat any of my meal due to how spicy it is.
